This place sucks.What ever you do... Do not take Chris word on the price of tires. Lier . Lier.Inflated fuel prices, so they can give a larger discount to fuel card holders.They dont take debit/ credit cards at the pump.No receipts at the pump.So, a guy was there getting his truck worked on ( it needed a lot) , and he asked me if I had an extra shower, I said no but Phil is right over there and he is the store manager since youre getting so much work done to your truck he should be able to give you a shower.Phil went on about not being able to do that and they switched policy a few years ago. I was surprised Ive asked for help with faxes and what not before Im feel as being a very helpful person his complete refusal to do any customer service or appreciation here piss me off. So I went and made my current shower a team shower, and offered to give one to him but somebody else who overheard this already got him a shower.Customer support just isnt there neither is trucker appreciation at a truck stop.
The shop isnt woth anythingOver 12 hrs to get a trailer PMI pulled out and left.. appointmentWas for 10am never got the workDon... after waiting 12 hrs.
They remodeling the mens bathroom so you have to go outside to use the portable ones, but the they are heated
Went to this place around 3pm to get an oil change. First of all, the manager is very rude and after checking in, he told me it would take me around 3hrs to get me in. They never call me, everytime I went inside he told me to hang tight and nothing. Now its almost 11pm and I still cant get my oil change done. At least communicate with the customer, we are not here to spend the whole day waiting to be called in whenever you guys decided to and if you cant keep up with your words, at least let us know in advance so we can look for somewhere else. Not even a call to apologize, they just let you sit in the parking lot until you get tired and leave. Not a good experience at all. AT LEAST BE HONEST AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER IF YOU CANT KEEP UP WITH YOUR TIMING.

Rarely, if ever, fuel at TA/Petro strictly because of the point system for drivers.

This ta raises the price for reserved parking the later in the day you get here which i feel is B.S. I paid $17.00 to park here. They get you by the balls when you come here to park. They have more reserved parking then free.

We requested a simple tyre change. Opened up a ticket, provided tire position, payment method. They ended up calling company to verify something and cancelled the ticket. Called the company and charged us check and advise. ON A TYRE :) The person that told me that he is manager was very rude. I cant believe what just happened
No receipt paper at the pump, so I go inside and find out that they are out of receipt paper everywhere. Hopefully I still get my $37 back with a photo and hand written paper.

IT WAS A JOKE WORKING THERE FOR A FEW WEEKS, ITS MORE FAVORITISM RUNNING THAT PLACE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, YOU WILL BE OVER WORKED AND UNDER PAID, THERE METHOD OF RUNNING THE COMPANY IS WORKING THE FEW LITTLE STAFF THEY HAVE WHOS WILLING TO WORK AND REFUSE TO HIRE GOOD PEOPLE, BECAUSE THE BIG BOSSES WANT THE BIG BONUSES AT THE END OF EACH QUARTER! The salad wasnt fresh, the salmon was good though. Friendly staff. Theres a blue beacon next door. Pretty much the whole perimeter is reserved/paid parking.
Would probably be like any other TA if they werent remodeling the bathrooms when we went. I had to wipe a urine soaked seat in a smelly trailer out house full of flies to use the bathroom. But ya gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.

***Update: the manager contacted me and apologized, issuing me $20 store credit and assuring me that he his taking steps to keep this from happening again. In light of this I upgraded my review to 3 stars***I parked in an unmarked space with no signage about reservations or paid parking or anything and someone banged on my door in the middle of the night waking me up to tell me that I had to go inside and pay for the spot. You cant even pay over the phone. Better off stopping at a rest area somewhere. At least no one will wake you up in the middle of the night. I will never stop here again.
The shower wasnt to clean. Had a to go pizza restaurant pizza hut when open. The parking lot was mostly paid parking. Friendly staff. Was near a blue beacon which was cool.
More reservation spots than normal. Next to Blue beacon truck wash. Interesting traffic pattern here. Getting into bays is easy, but out goes head into the fuel island.. The restaurant is open!! The inside is in two halves really with one side for fuel desk and the other food.. The mens and womens restroom are on opposite sides of the building!

Restaurant staff were very sweet. Store cashier was grumpy. The food was good, my sirloin and green beans were cooked very well. The shower was wonderful! I could not find a porter for the towel I needed. They had just received a new double oven and a new roller cooker for the hot dogs in the store. Everything seemed to be busy. Watch the salad bar for wilted carrots, I was not pleased with that or brown lettuce.

Too many spots held in reserve. The idiot who designed the parking layout never drove a truck. Too many tight angles and blindside back ins. Have to arrive really early to get a spot, it fills fast in the afternoon. Good restaurant, coffee as usual for TA. Bathrooms are gross. Giving them benefit of doubt the clean up crew was on shift change maybe....
Please explain to me how you can feel good about charging a driver $15 for a shower??? We spent $500 in your shop then another $30 for showers and then food you should really think about the money the truckers spend out here give them a break once in awhile!!

High priced fuel, Rude staff,No food after 9pm.Showers small and poorly maintained. NO parking to take a shower. 20.00 parking for entire truckstop. Stay away from this trip off truckstop.
Easy in and out for fuel. The place has a great convenience store and several good food options. The people are friendly and the place is clean. If your a truck driver dont waste your time going to Pilot. That place is a zoo! Go to TA!
Typical older single level TA. Most of the place was renovated in the last 5 or 6 years. The staff is friendly, the food is good, I think one of few 24 hour Country Prides left. The parking is crazy! Starts to fill up about 16:00 - 17:00.
Very good place to stop. The blue beacon is next door if you need truck or trailer wash. The guys in Truck Service are great. No problem explaining the issues and pricing. The food at the Country Pride is good. They have a driver lounge, arcade, Pizza Hut.
I stopped in for a oil change have no filters in stock its a paccar motor really and has to argue with so called professional technician about one time use oil plug!!!!!!!!!!! Every other has the right stuff

The truck stop is clean, the shower rooms were clean, the Pizza Hut pizza was fresh and tasty, and the lot is well lit and feels safe. The employees were attentive and eager to serve. The fuel islands looked clean too! I would come back again if I needed to stay in the future.
Anthony is the best mechanic who has ever worked on my truck. Very professional and thorough, did awesome work on Christmas Eve morning so I was able to get back on the road and be home the next day for Christmas. You saved my holiday, thank you.
Can someone tell me how they justify at least 70 reserved parking spots? Youre not concerned about safety. Its the almighty dollar. Decent restaurant. At least they still have the Country Pride.
Workers are great even the one on the phone talking about a guy who got a few felonies while she was behind the counter also the mens bathroom smells like a sewage pump bring air freshener with you
Thank you goerge the technician. I came in with an airbag that was not installed properly and he fixed it. He did it right the first time. I guess not all TAs build the same.

This is a covid 19 review. Iam not a Trucker but a car guy. The place is relatively clean and the bathrooms are a bit worn but ok. I dont know what the place can do, staff were wearing masks but not all customers.
Besides the nice Waitress, the hot coco was great. The foam on top looked perfect and it tasted great underneath. Thanks!
Super rude blonde lady working at the country pride just simply asked if they were still open and she wants to catch an attitude for no reason. If you don’t like your job then QUIT! 8-15-21 8:00 pm
A few note about this place from a trucker duo. Whether you are part of the trucking family, or you drive a four wheeler and are headed to someplace nice this spot offers a few things , and is lacking in a few as well. Nice area for a break, especially if you want a hot shower! Unlike other competitive companies the TA gives you extra towels and the showers are large and the water hot! The food is decent, however this is not a buffet style Country Pride if thats what your looking for. They do have a soup and salad bar but no meats on the bar , just in case you wanted some on your leady greens. As for the cons, whoever designed this parking lot needs a check on his planning skills. Its one big confusion for truck parking and is overly crowded

Its a decent truck stop, parking lot is somewhat spacious, it has Pizza hut Express and TA’s own restaurant with soup n salad Buffett. There is truck wash adjacent to it. It has trucker lounge and their washrooms are always tidy.
Had a small crack in my radiator, I pulled in on a Saturday afternoon, they got my truck into the shop 3 hours later. They couldnt order the part until Monday morning, thats fine, I understand. The part didnt come in until Tuesday evening... and no one was certified to work on it until Wednesday...you gotta be kidding me. I pull it in at 10am Wednesday, it was done at 7pm, but I wasnt notified, I didnt know it was done till I checked on it for the 3rd time at 10pm. Not only are they slow, but theyre incompetent. And they didnt even put it back together right because its leaking once again! This place is a freaking joke. One dude even gave me attitude. That is not how you run a shop! Only person there with any sense of intelligence was the one who found the small crack in the radiator to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!

This is my second time coming! Parking situation is horrible! The over abundance of reserved parking is ridiculous! The staff for the most part both times were friendly except the night waitress in the country pride, Patricia! Very rude and unfriendly! No people skills at all! She acted as though she didn’t want to wait on me and showed it the entire time I was there! Will not be returning, would rather spend my money else where with better service! Good luck!
Definitely one of the nicer TA. The restaurant was decent. The day shift lady was awesome. The blond lady that worked at night was having a argument with someone on her cell phone. But the food was still goodClean showers, big parking lot
The store staff and restaurant staff was very professional and courteous.
For the truck driver this is a good stopping point if needed. The parking lot is quiet at night the showers are clean the restrooms can use a little more attention.The restaurant has good service and good food.Safe travels

Its a good stop I guess. Shower was horrible hardly any water pressure toilet kept flushing from shadow of fan you gotta jump out of way cause water gets real hot fast but still no water pressure. People that work there are nice decent...
I would give 0 stars if I could. This was our mechanics 1st alternator change. No worries,everyone has to start sometime. Got here around 7:40 pm and have to wait till 8:30 am for a new pulley because he couldnt get the pulley off with a hammer so he grabbed another tech and they beat it with a bigger hammer rather than heat ot up with a torch,,breaking our pulley. We just lost over 5,500 miles because of this stupid mistake. I just dont understand when some people dont know what theyre doing why dont they ask for help on weather theyre doing something right or not.

Got best tasting double order of fries from any country pride Ive ever had. Crispy, but not crunchy and fresh tasting oil. They were half the price as other places to boot. Also found a toy for my kids while I waited. Register person was very helpful and nice. His smile and great demeanor were exemplary.

Very quiet and off the beaten path (still close to I-84, but you will need to access a secondary road to get to it) TA. Not crowded during the noon hours. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful during the cool days of autumn.
Shop is amazing nice parking lot wait staff is amazing food is typical dont forget if you get shop work done or pay you get 20 percent off your meal
I put 1 star only because I can’t put 0!! If you have a problem with your truck and you not sure what exactly you need to repair, then never come to this TA!! There works absolutely incompetent technicians!! If they not found your problem, they will bill you anyway!! 122,99$ per hr minimum!!
This is a great stop f of r anyone traveling. Gas, food, shopping, showers, automotive repairs and more are all available at this location. Staff are friendly and service is great. Convenient on/off of I-84.
Get there early because parking spaces the free ones feel up fast and ta have their pocket spaces rigged so theyre more pay to park then they are free parking spaces so theyre actually cheating the drivers
Went there on July 4th for Tractor Brakes The mechanic told me he checked them and told me I had disc breaks!!!!!! And they are fine. Big problem when a mechanic doesn’t know the difference between Disc Brakes and Drum Brakes. So I went TA in Harrisburg PA and I need shoes and drums and had a wheel seal leak.
Not a bad place to stop. Several free parking spots. But a lot of reserved paid parking spots that make staying less attractive.
Its a TA what do you expect? Nothing out of the extraordinary. Except this one in particular it smells like everybody went to the bathroom outside in the parking lot. It reeks of urine and on a hot day its not even worth parking. And speaking of parking they to have increased the amount of reservation parking which leaves guys that refuse to pay for parking little to no place to park.
Country pride: if I could give this a big fat 0 stars I would I have been to this restaurant 5 times now and every time it gets worse. Each time the servers forget to put our food in when really they are more worried about talking to their friends then their job. The attitudes of the majority of the workers is horrible. If I was you I would steer clear.
And like you said this truck stop is what you get then backed up all around the place. Ive never seen so many trucks before in my life they run over top of each other back and forth in and out and they actually dont ever bump each other they might get upset and say a few extra words to one another but they know where the place is in the ones who are our place to get that real quick
Food was great. Handicap accessible. Easy parking. Clean bathrooms. Worst coffee on the planet. For a place that caters to truckers to have coffee so bad is disgusting. Wont go back.
Needed a forced regen on a paccar motor,said they could do it made me wait 3hrs just to tell me that I needed to go to a peterbilt dealer...Really😡😡😡..This place is only good to get fuel and thats it,,joke

Food tasted like chef dumped in salt shaker in it. Shower great! No free parking available for an OD at the end of day. With sun falling from sky forced to pay to park in at facility which has 1/2 its parking lot designated as reserved at $18.00 a spot. Thats 18.00 ×70 spots = $1260 Night. I only needed one space my OD hung over the curb. Guys thats to much. Reserve it parking is a good service, but rates shouldnt be so much And be same at all locations !
Generally speaking the store is clean good coffee good food. This place is going down hill. Restaurant is closed at 11 pm opens at 6 am. Was told To move because it was bobtail parking, not marked at all. $17.00 to park next time I ain’t moving. TA can ki$$ my a$$
Food tasted like it was nuked. bland and overcooked around the edges. salad was good. after we finished eating it took the waitress 20 min to bring the check as she was talking to another customer almost the entire time telling him her life story....even as he was trying to leave. worst meal and service Ive had in years.
A great place to park overnight and the repair shop is great I had to get tires here before was in and out quickly once the tire mechanic got in the restaurant is very good and clean the staff is very friendly and very clean inside

This place as a whole is nice and clean with friendly staff. The restuarant inside uses to be a lot better but the food is still good for the price. Eventhough its a truck stop it is kid friendly and the do have highchairs which is a plus for me.

I personally like this TA. It has clean restrooms!!! As well as clean showers!!!A sit down restaurant as well as a pizza hut express.There is plenty of semi parking as well as bobtail spaces available!!!There is also a shop for semi repair!!!Gas for cars is also available at this location!!!
Shame on you TA! Since the elogs went into effect I would say more than half the spots are pay parking spots. I stopped in there last week and bought fuel and wanted to park for an hour or so and absolutely NO free parking spots and this was during the middle of the day! Good bye TA you will never get my business again!!
My question is thisWhy TA always put their parking on reservation?Why DOT do not stop this behavior when a driver finished driving you dont have hours you out of service and those people come knock your door to tell you this parking is a reservation parking I dont see you on my list this is crazy if their governor feel free to add more law on drivers shoulder about driving moving violations why they can not put the law truck drivers have the right to park at a place if their out of hours he or she has the right to be park somewhere if it is safeWhy must workers,business hate truckers what we did wrong to you guys.Tired driving we cant have freedom to find a spart to get some rest it hard.
The restaurant took all pork products off the salad bar because it offends certain people. well it offends me that they take my favorite part of a salad off the salad bar!!! it is like someone coming to my house and saying I cant have pork in my house because it offends them. well this is America and if you do not like something then dont eat it!!! you dont offend the people that have lived in America there whole life!!!
Why cant I give no stars!!This the worst truck stop to take your truck to for repairs, brought my truck in to charge one front shock and get it alignment, all the four technicians that look at the truck thats all they did, looked at the truck and walked away, 8 hrs later Im still here waiting for someone to work on the truck, Nobody Respects The Drivers Time Out Here.Only Bring Your truck here if you want to waste your time or you have no other choice otherwise stay away
Food was pretty good,salad bar was stocked well and everything was pretty fresh considering it is february. Server was really friendly and she kept my drink refilled without me asking. Overall not too bad,i will stop here again.
Dont shower here, there is like 11 showers and a couple of team members were too busy talking in the halls about work at your own pace etc. Doesnt really make sense when you dont actually clean the showers🤷🏾♂️
Ever since ELOGS came into affect they turned 3/4 of the parking lot into reserved parking and then spiked the rates from 13 to 18 dollars just to park. Only the middle row is now free parking and that fills up by 4pm. Extortion at its finest they know they have the truckers by the balls and we need a place to park and sleep so they gouge us hard and deep.
Place wants to nickel dime u .11 cents for paying customers and restuarant is worth eating at slashed menu and reserved parking is ridiculous percentage wise I think they have more reserved spots then other ta this place used to be good wont be back here again to much greed
Real shity service from ta service. Been here since 5am gonna be here all day for a fuel filter, mud flap, alignment and a easy to replace air hose. Air hose they are putting off to next shift at 4pm a ten min job is gonna cause me to not be able to get tires from my guy down the road. Real shity service.
Great location, clean store. Restaurant is fantastic, staff are nice and helpful. Also has a pizza hut on site with personal pies hot and ready.
Had electrical problem with trailer, shop found and repaired problem in short time, good job
RoadSquad/TA contacted me and said it was going to longer than it actually was. The tech showed up and had all necessary tools and also brought the correct tire to fix on my trailer. The gentleman was very polite and had a wonderful quality of his personality. Thank you so much for your assistance and getting me back in the road.
People who work the fuel desk are so slow trucks are backed up to the road.This could be fixed easily if the manager would fix it, 45 minutes to fuel is ridiculous........
Carmine in the service department is just amazing!! He will treat you like family and that isnt always easy to find when dealing with a huge corporation!
How to stop the small business man #101. If you want them to put on a part that you provide they want you to wait 2hrs to see if they can get the part first and if they get the part you must pay the up costs on their parts and services what a racket Im posting this on every platform I can
Very handy location. Ive been coming here since the late 90s. Ive never had a complaint. Covid has caused a few issues, but things are getting better.It is one of the smaller TA stores but plenty of selection.

The mechanics are a joke. They could not put together a 2 piece puzzle. After 3 hours of working on replacing a fan belt I had to pull them off it to stop hemorrhaging money. They charged $260 to do absolutely nothing.
Showers and store was very nice and clean. The fuel desk staff was very friendly. However, just about every truck parking spot in the place was RESERVED parking only. Not sure if buying a tank of fuel gets you free parking or not. I ended up leaving and parking at a rest area down the road for free. I refuse to pay to park and will continue to stop at Loves for fuel as they still offer free parking.
Its NOT this place I dislike, its the Google MAP GPS to this place. Directions say take EXIT 5, but most people probably don’t know, as my trucker husband does, this is OLD EXIT 5, its NOW EXIT 28. If you’re looking for the TA you need to take exit 28, and you’re right there.
Half a million in parking revenue a year. Too bad management didnt put that towards additional parking.
Do not patronize this place at all !!! Absolutely the rudest shop writers ever. Manager Patti of the store should not be working here.After spending 1500 on repairs while we were waiting my better half was asleep on the couch. Patti comes over and rudely says you cant sleep here. Told her truck was in the shop. Then she was told she didnt care and we will be removed if sleeping on the couch sitting up.The shop will over charge you for extra labor hrs that werent used. Will charge for materials and parts not used.Absolutely one of the worst truck stops Ive ever been to in all my 21 years of driving.YOUVE BEEN WARNED AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL MEANS EXCEPT FOR PARKING AND OR FUEL !!!
I had to stop for a repair. The store was clean, bathrooms nice and tidy. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, I didnt try the restaurant. My service at the repair shop though was horrible. Guys in the shop were fast & friendly, but the clerk must have had a horrible morning and decided to take it out on me. Incredibly rude. Wont go back unless I absolutely need to.
This review is in regards to the service department. I was treated really good. Andrew the tech was professional and really did a great job. Sierra at the desk did everything she could to satisfy me as a customer. Great service!
As a truck driver I have been going to this place for over 20 years. Truck repairs are taken care of. And the Country Pride restaurant always has good service and good food.
Clean bathrooms. Restaurant opens at 6am. They also have a hotdog roller. A tv lounge to chill. They have garage services and a scale. There is bobtail parking on the car and rv side. I dont think the cold beverage selection is as good as most pilots and flying hes. Parking for truck trailer combos is like any other truck stop. Get there early. The food and service at the restaurant is good compared to other truck stop restaurants.hope this helps.
Took over five hours to fix a steer wheel seal and still not done! Do not have work done in this shop. Food is always good though. If can get parked.
The starter in my truck died after fueling. The techs in the shop came out within an hour (not bad for last minute) and got it started to get it in the shop. They let me sleep in my truck while they were working in it, and I was ready to roll by the time I got up. Techs were friendly and professional, as is the rest of the staff here. Ive always liked stopping here when I can.
Good truck stop. Clean restrooms showers available. Full service restaurant as well as fastfood. Convince store for essentials as well as trucking accessories. Full service repair shop including common size truck tires. If ya gotta stop, stop here.

It have been 3 months now that I travel around the United States delivering from state to state with my husband.TA is the best.They got the best shower and also provide you with a hair blow dryer.A traveler that going out from state to state should stop by at TA and take a shower it’s very nice and clean.👏🏻
Do yourself a favor and find another place to fix your truck. They lie. Your two hour wait turns into six hour wait then turns into twelve hour wait then turns into sixteen hour wait. That’s a wait to get inside the bay. You still have to wait for a technician.
For $17 per reserve youd think they would fix this lake issue here not thinking about it like fix it today...I paid for a spot yesterday and easily spend $60 plus fuel/def here are you freaking kidding me!!!!
Nice location friendly staff, hot showers clean restrooms a Pizza Hut express. My only gripe is that ALL T/A. PETRO seem to be going back to how it was 30 yrs ago with the paid parking, slowly little by little their making more of the spots paid spots $17.00 . And thats their right but every driver knows that if your at a truck stop for 3-4 hrs your going to spend $20-$30 bucks easy. And if theres only paid spots left I move on down the road, cmon guys your fuel is usually 10%-15% higher than the compitition. Im running a business here to and your pricing yourself out of my market Im more concerned with my bottom line personally!

I ate 3 meals there. I sat at the counter and still service was slow. My baked potato wasnt even hot enought to melt the butter. Getting a drink refill is almost impossible. The shop was good though.
Just like the rest of the tas and want to rip you out and want to do a little service or nothing for you
Best steak Ive had in a long time. If time permits I put my feet up here. Techies did their damndest to get me back on the road quickly time I broke down. So am all round satisfied with this TA. Pity there arent more like that.
Stopped here on our way from NH to PA. This was the nicest truck stop Ive ever seen. It as exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly.

Called in gave eta to have trailer serviced was abruptly hung up on, then when I arrived they said I hadnt called in at all so I had to wait 3 hours then after i paid I couldnt get out of the bay because the door was closed and everyone had disappeared. Tracked down one of the workers who then gave me a hard time about whether I had paid or not. Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service
Parking area isnt bad, the restaurant salad bar could have been a little cleaner the food was okay the waitresses were all standing around but they werent a lot of people in there to begin with so I dont blame them food it was okay shower lack of pressure but hot so I gave it a COverall its a place to stay

This place hasnt been updated since I first went there in 1988. It was a dump then and now its a 30+ year old dump and prices are astronomical. I remember now why I didnt stop there. Made a mistake today. My suggestion is to avoid at all cost unless you enjoy run down truck stops!!!!
Country pride restaurant. Service was good, food was cold. Had to send my macaroni/cheese dinner back to get warmed up, it came back to me slightly warmer, but still not hot. Server said it comes in a pre-pack so thats why its not hot enough. (Guess that means its like a frozen dinner that they heat up in the microwave?) Husbands beef pot roast was also just barely warm. It tasted good, but it would have been great if our meals were hot. We didnt eat much, left a lot on our plates. What a disappointment. Best part of that meal was the white bean chicken chili at the soup and salad bar. It was hot and delicious. A better choice might have been the pasta or pizza at the Pizza Hut right next to the restaurant, it might have been hotter food, it definitely would have been less expensive!The showers are OK, the water comes out like a firehouse, love that! Towels have seen better days though, mine were threadbare, tattered and had holes in them. My husband has shop rags in better shape! Freezing cold in there too! I asked the attendant if he could turn on the heat in shower #4 for me and he said Oh, we dont have heat in the showers, just turn off the fan. Alrighty then!

Worst place ever to get ur pm service done or anything else from shop.Got there at 9:30am wait 3 hrs to be place on bay, 2 more hrs to start work. Had to drain oil again, wrong oil. Service was done by 8:00pm after that discovered that 2 tires needed to be replace, 11:30pm just 1 tire had been replaced.Staffs in the shop don t know what re doing.
This TA has plenty of parking places with a clean parking lot. It looks like they are installing brand new washing machines and dryers today.
Its a nice truck stop. Im a local driver and I occasionally fuel here. After a nap in my truck I always grab a cup of their SUPER CAFFEINE coffee. I drank a large size thinking it was nothing, I returned home looking like a Lemur. «O-O»
Just another greedy TA . . They Force broke tired REGULATED drives to pay overpriced parking even after paying for their over priced fuel or they will force you to leave and with 40+ Empty Reserve parking spaces available they actually forced me to pay or leave and the attendant said that The managers and Company only care if theyre getting paid for parking they dont care about drivers. I would boycott all TAs or write the company a letter. This visit was just plain unprofessional for them.
I usually hate the TA but this one is very good very friendly staff good prices on Park they also have good prices on parts and decent fuel price for the area

Worst shop in the country. 12 hrs to change a tire. Well, they had to change it twice. The tech cant communicate with the desk and vice versa, told them I wanted a new tire and got a recap. Great place to grab something to eat 24hrs a day. Easy on/off I-84 for truckers & travellers. Also carries many traveling necessities for truckers. Wait staff very friendly.
Small small lot and reserved parking goes quick and is tight. But its the best place to attempt in the area. If I know Ill have to overnight Ill reserve a spot early in the day. That way I know I have a known spot.

I have flat the guy with the gray hair and glasses look at me like why are you here like he doesn’t want to be botheredI told him I have a flat needs to be fixed he said you have to wait at least two hoursIhave no other choice I told him I will wait They have nobody at the shop only one guy working took them three hours to fix one freaking flat this is my last and first time I will be at this placegood luck to any driver needs repair or even a flat tire
Horrible place, and they have rats watch out eating there. Ask any of the staff they all have shown me pictures so I no longer eat there. I have also called the health department cause I see they just had an inspection done and obviously the guy didnt look around there is over 15 rat traps all over the inside and then like 18 outside all around the building. And that picture is the second rat I have seen there
Parking is very tight. U have to be VERY selective if u have a long wheelbase truck, youll get hit or blocked in at night. Food just ok, aint like momma cooked it 😜. Fuel was cheaper than PA or CT. Fuel islands are narrow. All in all just ok,,,but good I guess for a northeast truck stop.

Parking was terrible. They had almost 50% of the spots for reserved parking ($18 a night). That is so not acceptable. Food and coffee were terrible too. Staff was nice.

Went here to have my truck alligned.They did the allignement but did not tighten the screws back properly.Next day the truck started shaking so I pulled in the 1st shop I came across...when I gave them a call and talked about the problem I have been told that there is nothing they can do and that one of my buddies might have wanted 200$.Did a bad job,almost got me killed and insulted me.What can I say its a TA shop,should not have expected any better...
TWENTY DOLLARS to park overnight??? Thats exploitative even during good times, but with us truck drivers risking our lives during this viral outbreak, or whatever it is, you cant give us a DISCOUNT? Take a lesson from Sapp Bros., which is letting drivers park free during the panic.
Was there with my dad, clean showers, great restaurant, we got the fried chicken steak and we were very happy with it and it was great, the waitress was friendly and n attentive would definitely return

Cleanest most organized TA I have ever been to in 13 years of trucking around America..nothing was out of place or disorganized..its definitely noticeable when you walk in the store
About the same old same old same old for truck stops. A lot better than the luvs, flying j, and pilots.. those places I shy away from. Very small parking yards.

I had a leekin brake chamber on my trailer , 15 mi away from this location. I called them at 10.15 pm. They were able to send road service at 1.30 am. The mechanic came without a new brake chamber. He left and came back at 4.30 am. Awful experience with TA, not a surprise. 467 dollars and more than six (!!!) hours waiting time. Today, February 6th 2017. Since that moment I know how to change it by myself.
Its a typical TA of course. Home of the overpriced but poor taste food. Im suprised anyone actually eats at their restaurant. I rather overpay for the Pizza Hut thats inside than eat that garbage served in their restaurants that put prison food in the category of a Delicacy! Not saying Ive been to prison but from reality shows sure looks better lol. Forget parking of you come here late. Better off driving further down road for parking near warehouses a few miles down. Other than thats its what you expect out of a T/A.
I stop at TA because in my experience they are the best. Clean showers, a decent restaurant and pretty much anything you might need in the store. Plus with my points from fueling I get free showers and money to spend on the store/restaurant.

Nice place clean. But the state of New York has passed a new tax they have to charge you 10 cents if you want a plastic bag to carry anything out of the store.

This location has an excellent service center. They have a great customer service team starting with the phone call to the actual service work my work was performed flawlessly. My hats off to Carmine and Sierra who hit the ball out of the park. Couldnt be happier with my purchase. The techs were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this site and will return in the future. Great job everyone!!
Trailer has been at TA since 5:30am waiting on a tire change from previous driver after a trailer swap other driver tells me he came in at 5am said they would do repair at 8:30, its 10:03.
The only reason they got one star is cuz you have to...the guy cooking the food was eating over it..i didnt know that until i was already eating..then he iver cooked my eggs...asked for medium so i could dip my toast in them, they were too done.. then he put his hand through his head while looking at me...totally discusting...waitresses were yo there in front just yacking away about how she got a dress for herand how it will go with her purple hair...lady needed a bag over her head then she might look ok....sorry to say that but she just wouldnt shut up and our waitress just stood there yacking right back. There were 4 ither guys there that never got cked on to see if thwy needed anything..we sat right at the counter so i watched all this.
This place has gone down the tubes. The food was horrible!! My food tasted freezer burnt. Used to go there to get a great home cooked meal while driving 18 wheeler now it feels like fast food. Wtg Petro!!!
Would have given it a 5 star but this place gets jam packed! Nevermind trying to go to the truck wash next door. 3 hr plus wait! On the plus side there is a chrome shop down the road.

2022-03-24Facility under construction. Mens restrooms are outside. Adequate parking spots for semis. I wouldnt want to work here either seeing how the owner rants in a Google review. Theyre probably unprofessional in person too. From the pic I posted mr or ms owner, this was all that was really need to be said

2019-06-03A well kept and clean truck stop, with a repair shop, a Pizza Hut, a coffee shop and restaurant, a gift shop, lots of coffee options, hotdogs, motorist lounge, showers, video games, laundry, etc.The gas prices are quite reasonable.The staff are courteous and helpful.The free WiFi option is slow, but it was explained to me that TA provides faster and more reliable internet access at all their truck stops for a monthly fee.

2022-01-03Dont waste your time going to this dump. Mens room is Closed for Construction so the sign directs you to an outside temporary bathroom which is unmarked and I never found. I had to go further down the highway to a rest area to go to the bathroom. I was going to buy some water but I decided to take my business elsewhere.

2021-11-15Been dealing with an air compressor issue on our 2016 Freightliner Cascadia, this place is the third TA Travel Center shop weve been to since Wednesday night with absolutely no fix to be found, though each shop swore theyd fixed the issue. I truly wish we would have been able to make this our first stop. The first one took about two hours to diagnose and replace our air dryer filter. The second one we checked in Friday afternoon around 2pm and finally got into the shop around 10am Sunday morning, and supposedly road ready(replaced purge line) around 8pm Sunday. Unfortunately as soon as we left, our issue was back, but worse. So we came to the TA in Montgomery, NY. I went to the service department, explained what was going on and they immediately got us into a service bay and diagnosed the issue. They replaced the part(air dryer housing-complete).I took the truck out for a test drive and was able to verify that they had in fact resolved our issue. I truly appreciate the great service we were provided at the Montgomery, NY. I want to specifically point out the four staff members who made us feel that we were finally a priority; Mike, Trevor, Dan and Richard. Thank you guys very much, please keep up the great work.
