I took one step into this festering dung heap with my family and immediately thought it was a bad idea. The place was extremely unclean, but it was the vomit inducing bathroom that made me decide to turn around and run. DONT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS
The drive-thru was closed. Had to go in to place order no big deal right except when you got inside they told you they dont take cash and they were out of items. Then you order and your crunch wrap and tacos (2 soft and 1 hard) were so greasy you could not even eat them. Never again will I waste my time and money.
Awful experience. The people dont listen to your order so you have to repeat yourself over and over again. They give me the wrong sized drink. Everyone knows a combo meal comes with a large drink. You dont have to work there too know that! They gave me a medium though. I asked for no lettuce or tomato on my tacos, which she repeated back to me, but gave me lettuce anyway. Also, the whole time we were at the pickup window there was a strong smell of weed. Asked for mild sauce and was given hot. And, wasnt even given my drink and had to sit there and wait for them to reopen the window and realize that I was still there and remind them about my drink. I didnt even bother going back to ask to have my order fixed because they were probably too high to get it right the second time around either. Terrible.

My friend and I visited this restaurant yesterday. We ordered the taco and burrito cravings pack. The cashier behind the counter looked at us like we had 2 heads. Then the women making the food tells us their are no soft shells left for the tacos. She said she would give us burritos instead. The burritos had no meat what so ever, we asked for lettuce and paid for it. Other people came into complain and the women behind the counter where laughing and giggling. Very inappropriate. We did not get what we ordered, the food and service was terrible. We are very unsatisfied customers.
What is going on with this place?! No drive thru several times now, go inside and the place is a mess and all of the orders are mixed up and incorrect for everyone there. Took almost a half hour to get food when only one person was in front of me ordering. Staff was unprofessional as well.
The price was ridiculous. I paid over $11 for two seasoned beef chalupas and there was barely any meat in them. At a different taco bell I pay less than $4 for one. This place is a complete ripoff!
Cannot get an order right to save their life. Cross-contamination please explain why there is lettuce in my five layer burrito when it is not an ingredient. Secondly the food is never correct and improperly made. Third they always will pull you ahead to falsify their wait time. Do not support this business during the pandemic theyre not worthy of your time or money because they clearly do not care about their customers.
I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I was asked to go back around and wait in there parking lot. 15 minutes later I went inside with my receipt. They were not very busy but the place was a mess. 1 employee was wearing as mask while 4 others including the manager werent. The manager was making food without gloves. One woman working the register wearing gloves. She took money from s customer and gave change then went and handled chicken (it was a KFC too) all with the same gloves. I had to tell them my order wad wrong twice before I got there correct good. The whole ordeal took about 40 minutes.
Orders are always wrong. I live on the same block as this TacoBell and have for about 3 years. I have never ONCE had an order that was 100% correct. I dont order much but there is always aomething wrong. Friends who stop by will swing through there and ask if I want anything and their orders are always wrong.I am currently sitting in my car since they messed up the order and when they finally came out to give me the correct order they were missing my drink. That was 7 minites ago. I finally left. They forgot about meWorst racbell ever
Staff is RUDE & SLOW. Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru, ordered grande nachos and literally received 5 chips in a bag with a cup of nacho cheese. I won’t waste my lunch break going back to that location again.
Horrible. Drinks were half filled with water (Soda isn’t supposed to taste like seltzer). Tacos had half the meat in them and looked like they were thrown together by someone going for the record of fastest taco made. They won the award for worst taco ever created instead. Employees didn’t have an ounce of care. Seems like they’re low on resources and management told them to put half the ingredients for everything.
Worse Taco Bell location. Wrong drink, chicken quesadilla with no chicken (but charged for a chicken quesadilla), and forgot one of the other items I asked for. To be fair, they said they didnt even add the last item to the order so I wasnt charged for it. Lol
I went to Taco Bell, but I didnt get anything from Taco Bell. I got the $20 bucket of chicken from Kentucky Fried chicken. It was fantastic!One gets original recipe chicken, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. Amazing!
Normally I would never rate a Taco Bell. I understand that if you expect great service Taco Bell is not where you should go, but this location on Delaware Ave was so terrible that I had to write a review. The staff was extremely rude. The lady taking our money had her phone propped up on the register while she FaceTimed her boyfriend. She took our money and ushered us to wait 10 minutes for our food. When they brought out the food they forgot our drinks. We have them our drinks and they had to come out three times till they finally understood what drinks. The last time we could hear an employee yell Can someone get this goddamn woman her drinks. I have been to this location a couple times before, and never had even what I would call a mediocre experience. The staff are slow, poorly trained, but this experience finally made me say... just go somewhere else.
They never have the stuff on their menu. Made me drive all the way there and tells me to cancel because they didn’t have a box and few tacos i ordered. Didn’t even asked if I wanted something else. I had to drive to a different taco bell. Waste of time, so save your self some time and go to a different taco bell.
Positives . Building and tables were clean. Staff seemed friendly. Service quick. Good parking.Negative.Very dry chicken. Certainly over cooked or old. The fries were terrible. I had to ask for ketchup and dipping sauce. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Building smells like pot. Never would I have thought a taco bell. KFC would be as bad as this. Regional manager feel free to reach out.

This is the MOST EXPENSIVE taco bell I have EVER been to. You should be able to rate with zero stars. Please dont go here.. the worst taco bell I have ever seen. Horrible customer service. Also they advertised something three times before I got to order window. Different prices on the advertisements. Asked for it. we aint got that no more Messed up order. The food was good as far as fast food goes. However, there was something weird going on with the employees. One was urgently told to delete a picture off a cell phone and another to lock the doors. So I was locked in there as I was eating. It was kind of weird.
This has to be the most Ill stocked Taco bell Ive ever been to. They didnt even have the value menu or the $5 dollar Fill up box and the other items were over priced. when I ordered a drink they didnt have Sierra mist rather that replaced it with seltzer water (without any notice ). Good thing I sipped my drink before leaving. The staff was very polite and patient though. Save your self the headache and go to the one on Central Avenue instead.

First of all, when the food came out, it was great. But the customer service ruined the experience. When we tried to order, the cashier just walked away from the till without excusing herself. Stayed gone over 2 minutes, and didnt apologize upon her return. The food took 8 minutes to come out. I was appalled. But the food was good.
The potato soft tacos from Taco Bell had mostly burnt potatoes. The fries and chicken tenders from KFC were too oily. Disliked it.
Urgh . Pathetic . The fact that they want to give these unmotivated non energetic fast food workers more $ . Great for the ones that serve it. The lady ring is out was so lackadaisical. I wanted to buy a water and just an extra cup she was bot comprehending I wanted an extra cup and was splitting the one drink . They dont have small drinks. She didnt know what was in the burrito and didnt seem like she cared to ask,my sister ended up looking of up on line . I asked for your cream and she slowly slithered to the back to ask someone . Cost .35 goes each souffle cup and it wasnt even filled. Then she finally found it on the screen after a few minutes. She didnt even try to ask someone. She seemed bored . I did finally get an extra cup

If I could leave zero stars I would. They heard my order wrong I nicely corrected her when I saw the receipt. Taquasia yelled at me saying that it wasnt what I ordered amd that she couldnt fix it, costing me like 5 extra dollars. The burritos we wrapped poorly and were falling apart. The crispy chicken was soggy and greasy and they didnt even think to give us napkins. We waited 15 minutes and then they tried to charge us again for the person behind us. Rude, incompetent employees. Will not return here

Just got home with two Chula up as with no lettuce tomato 🍅 cheese🧀or sour cream. All it had was chicken🐔 and I ordered Supremes. This was so disappointing and no one answered the phone it just rang off the 📞 hook. 🤦🏿♀️😫😩
Once youve lived 40 miles from the border between the United States and Mexico, you can then give accurate commentary on the validity of Taco Bell being referred to as Mexican food. As far as Im concerned Taco Bell makes the ultimate worst versions for three times as expensive of all the best foods that I ate when I lived in Tucson. Its worth it to note that each of these entrees to which I refer costs only 2 to $3 at a regular Mexican taco shop. Through Taco Bell, were talkin eight or nine dollars. Bump that noise
Cashier was not very nice she seems to be in a rush or distracted by something else. Good was not hot.8 piece bucket and two sides potato wedges and string beans. Not very good. Im a visitor to New York . Not a place I would go to again.
AlwaysTaco Bell and KFC , well dont use the mens bathroom, my wife said the ladies room was ok. the mens room is always nasty, dirty and the garbage is always beyond full. The chairs, garbage cans, counters and tables all need a cleaning and or a disinfectant. The people that work there are always very friendly, pleasant and having a good time at work.
Im rating the Taco Bell near the hospital on Delaware. Im from out of town as I am on a 3 month contract at the hospital. One day I went after work and ordered. There was only one person a head of me but I sat for 15 min as I played games on my phone , fumbled with the radio , texted people and still waiting for my food ! The line started backing up etc. I left without getting my food. The sec time I decided to go was around 8 pm on a Sunday and the drive through was closed. Sign said sorry but can take walk in orders. So I never ate there. It is the slowest service ever and why close the drive through at 8 pm. ! Ugh.
I hate this place!They can’t seem to get a simple order correct and the customer service is horrendous. I have went here twice to order a cheese quesadilla and both times they gave me chicken! When I would ask them to give me what I had originally ordered they would act like they couldn’t be bothered with me. Also the place is absolutely disgusting if I could rate this place a zero I would. Either shut it down or get new staff members.
I dont know were to start with this place. How about the sanitation. The establishment seemed semi clean however everywhere I stepped seemed slippery.The food is overpriced And most importantly the service is one of the worst that I have ever experienced in my 22 years life.I waited over 15 minutes for my food and during that time I saw more than 3 people return because of wrong orders and and multiple cars on hold. Of course this is all to be expected when there is only one person putting together the meals (incorrectly might I add) while the cashier spends most of their time either on the phone, waiting for someone to correct their mistake (the cook), or roaming the store with what seems like no objective.I was given my food, finally, and there were no trays, napkins, sauces, or utensils available and when I asked for what they did have I was given attitude and anger despite my attempts to remain polite and respectful.Shut the place down and start from scratch.
Worst taco bell Ive ever been to. I ordered over priced garbage basically. I ordered the power bowl and the rice was barely cooked and crunchy, not to mention it took over 30minutes for them to make it.
Horrible. Never again. Cashier was beyond rude. According to him the chulupa was discontinued two weeks ago. According to Taco Bells website it still exists. When he stated this he made me feel dumb like its something I should just know. Not only that the food was spicy because the cook was too busy yelling at her child instead of making the food. I understand finding babysitters are hard but if its to the point the food gets messed up...yeah that is a problem. Dont go unless you are that desperate.

Always a pleasure to visit this place, went for a wheel alignment and left happy as a lamb, found a play room for my grandson with computers, legos and books. Got served coffee, flavored waters and cookies while I waited
This is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the greater Albany metro area! The food took forever - how hard is it to make two chalupas??The Michael Jackson music over the stereo did little to compensate for the very slow wait. Please stay away.
Not enough employees to operate functionally they are overworked, Tired, resentful and bitter. Definitely wouldnt recommend this chain location. Smh
Horrible service Im pregnant and very specific with my food, I order a $5 box with an extra side I end up charged double, with a sandwich and two mini sides. I am so frustrated. Mess up my food and overcharge me. The service was terrible never going back. 100% do not recommend
Ordered taco Bell cinnabites gave me something super gross off the KFC menu. Also showed attitude to and in front of customers except the girl training who was super patient
Got the firey deritos locos tacos wich were super delicious as always. I enjoyed the friendly staff who helped me with the wide variety of dressings available. Overall very satisfied with the service

There was a 4 car accident and I guy had hit his head hard and was bleeding. I asked for some ice and a bag and they gave me a hard time about it. I live right down the street and Used to come in here all of the time. I am less inclined to now.

2022-01-22Yum brands should just shut this location down. It’s diluting their brand image. It does nothing but piss long time customers off!! They are never consistent in the quality of the food, nor are the employees even remotely professional and finally they are usually not even open when they are supposed to be open!

When I went back to them about this they didn’t believe me even after showing my receipt and were trying to ignore me. The manager finally came and was super nice. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

2022-03-01AVOID this place at all costs. Drive the extra couple miles to central Ave. I was the only person in the drive thru yet it still took them over 5 minutes to give me my order. The food was gross too, and not made correctly. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this place sucks.

2022-03-25Went here around 1:00pm and the entire place was locked up all the lights where on had to walk up to the drive thru window and knock because no one was there to take my order the lady then came to the window and rudely ask what do I want she had a VR headset on her hand and looked like she was in the back playing video games I asked what was going on why was the restaurant and dining area completely locked up and no one at the drive-thru to answer or take my order she then said with a attitude what does it look like its just me and one other person and I dont feel like working what do you want she disgrunterally took my order and then I had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive my food I can honestly say that this Taco Bell location is probably the worst Taco Bell that Ive ever been to its absolutely atrocious

2021-12-17This is THE BEST TACO BELL in Albany. I stopped by 3 times in the last month between 8-830pm and everytime they have been closed. I commend Taco Bell for putting my health first by not allowing me to purchase their food. This is going to be the only taco Bell I try to go to from here on. Then when I get disappointed that they are closed Im just gonna go home and eat a salad. Like a rabbit. The new Delaware Ave Taco Bell diet! Its basically just not eating taco Bell.

2019-12-055 put of 5 stars. Will definitely return for more. I loved the challenge of trying to drive home before it all came shooting out the other end. If you like to live on the edge, Id definitely suggest this cuisine.
