We ordered a 12 taco pack,only received 11. They also forgot the cinnamon twists!!!! Our tacos did not have any tomatoes, nor salsa. We haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while can’t believe that the quality has became so substandard. Needless to say We will not be returning.
This new taco bell is terrible.. 3rd time is the charm...forgot potato bowl 3 times in a row. Gave me chicken rather than beef chalupa 3rd time in a row. Forgot cinnamon twist 3rd time in a row. At least they got the Pepsi right, but Im guessing it was the machine. These are the people complaining about not making more money?
Placed an order for take out during my lunch about 11:30 am. Dining area was dirty, floors not cleaned , soda machine was also down. Order for as slow to be made. I used the mens bathroom while my order was being made and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. Very unsanitary to say the least. Will not be eating here again.
No hot or cold coffee which was disappointing, I didnt know until after I went to pick up my mobile order. The first time(iced coffee) the staff was great...the second time(hot coffee) it was a different person and she wasnt even going to offer me a replacement but I did get one after asking for it.
I love the Bell. Ive been going to this place since they opened in the early 90s.Attention to detail and beverage quality have gone down. Every drink Ive gotten for months seems flat.Every order something is missing or incorrect. I shouldnt have to beg for a napkin either. Im sure this is a lack of employee thing like many are dealing with. The funny thing is Ive actually enjoyed the last 3 wrong orders Ive been given. Maybe theyre trying to get me to try new menu items.
Your experience will vary greatly based on the time of day. If youre visiting the drive-thru after 8p (as I frequently do), expect to wait... a long time. Based on my last twenty visits, it takes on average 15 minutes if youre the 4th or 5th car (sometimes even longer, sometimes less). If you order any hard shell taco, theres a good chance youll get it cracked (about 80% of the time for me). So why do I still go? What can I say, their Doritos Nacho Tacos are damn good flavor.... even when cracked.For the record, I am updating with one additional star (total 3) for the fact 90%+ of the employees there are always friendly, and if something is wrong theyll make it right and then some. Good customer service should be acknowledged more often nowadays.
The food was great, the service was even better. I had initially ordered a Naked Chicken Chalupa Box, but unfortunately that item was unavailable. I was quickly informed of the situation and was allowed to choose new items. I must admit that they were out of my initial choice of soft drink, but to make up for it I was given a larger cup. All in all a good experience despite some hiccups.
If you order correctly taco bell can be a relatively healthy and cost efficient meal. I usually do few Bean Burrito fresco and some mild sauce. This site in Auburn is recently remodeled (2019?) and pretty nice at the moment. As with all fast food places the employees can change often and there can be mistakes but for the most part my orders are usually correct and fast and the service is usually up to my expectations.
I went to this Taco Bell for the first time a few days ago because my friends always talk about it and now I see why! I absolutely loved the chalupa combo box (I don’t remember what it’s called). The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait very long for my food! Will definitely be coming here again!
Great food for a fast food place. One of my personal favorites since I would take a taco/burrito over a burger any day. Yes we all know people out there say its bad for you bla bla , breathing air at this point is bad for you hehe 😉. If you like tacos or a vast selection of food this is the place tastes great, good late night snack or even a dinner for the family
Unfortunately after a month of being able to enjoy eating inside for some reason now the dining area is closed for maintenance. Now from what Ive seen going at different times over the last 2 months is absolutely no work being done inside. So what is this maintenance you speak of and how long is it going to take? Or is it that the staff has made the decision that they only want to serve thru the drive-thru and are calling it maintenance and if thats the case then you need a new staff bc NO ONE is here getting food to make their life/job easier we are hungry and on a break from our own 8 hr job and would like to sit down, not in a vehicle, and eat our food. So in conclusion OPEN THE DINING AREA THE PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING AND WANT IN.
Very rude and unpleasant and they will not open their dining room for walk in orders so people who don’t own a vehicle can order and carry out , it’s discriminatory just because I don’t own a car means I can’t eat there? And the drive through will not let you go through on a bike they give no clear reason why they can’t let you order and carry out other than a no but yet you see no work being done inside POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Atleast other places will work with you. Why send coupons for a previous mess up when I can’t even use them because again I feel I’m being discriminated against because I don’t own a car they are selecting what crowd they’d like to serve and no one without a car can get anything unless they Uber eats or door dash or something like that if you call in an order you have to go through drive through to pick it up so it’s not an option beware of this location
First time eating inside since the pandemic and the place looks great! Food was awesome and the service was even better. I normally dont rate any place but I definitely had to this time. Shout out to Xavier and Destiny (I believe thats their names) for the fast and friendly service!
On may 23 we were between doc appointment and stopped for a quick bite to eat ordered two HARD tacos and two hard Doritos locos and a drink .. we received two Doritos locos and two SOFT tacos . Husband won’t eat soft tacos so he went withoutNow on April 9th we ordered two HARD taco and one HARD Doritos loco taco .. what we got was two hard tacos and a burrito!!!One more time it’s Burger King !!!!!
I read online that TacoBell was retiring the Taco Pizza. For the sake of nostalgia, I gave remembrance to the hundreds of drunken visits over my 50 years and ordered one decades later, sober... its not awesome. I did get a hard shell taco too and that was DOPE! Response to Management.. please dont take that as a negative review! The food was fast and fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. Its just in the 10 years since I ordered a Taco Pizza, My memory may have failed me. I was also DEAD SOBER, this may have played a part. I like that you are removing the old items in place of new ones. Best of luck!
I have always loved Taco Bell, but of late it isnt the fast food bargain that it used to be. Match that with the seemingly consistently bad service. I asked for no sour cream and it was displayed properly on the drive thru screen, but when I sat down to eat, it had sour cream on it.Also, another order for another member of my group who is vegan had cheese on the order.All this with no option for mobile order from the app and TB is sliding down the list of options for drive thrus.Very disappointed.
The prices have gone up. Understandable, but the portion I got was well below normal. Not happy with that issue. The last time I was there, they messed up my order too. Seems to be on ongoing problem. Disappointed. Theyve discontinued their TACO salad which was my favorite.
Lady at the drive-thru handed us the bag of food and when my girlfriend asked for salsa she shut the window on us. The tacos were crushed and the bag had a hole at the bottom so it spilled in the car. They put no napkins in the bag. Waited for a half hour in the line to get soggy lukewarm tacos with no salsa with rude cashier.
Ordered crunch wrap “fresco” I.e. vegan diet specific asked for black beans and guac. Received the sloppiest “lettuce wrap” worst ever in my experiences with eating from Taco Bell. Amount of beans maybe a tablespoon all on one side of the wrap, nearly no tomatoes. Guac was leaking out from the spot what it likewise was not spread about. And today is my birthday to boot. So agitated and disappointed. Will go to Mo’s henceforth seeing TB has a prep person expressing ire toward vegan patrons.
Its Taco Bell whats not to love. Clean store,clean drink area. The crew was polite, friendly and tried to be helpful (like I dont know the menu, come on)The food was fresh, hot and as it was supposed to be.Only concern is that the parking and handicap accessibility is a little lacking. But overall good experience.
The girl at the register was polite. We had to wait a little before getting our food though. I ordered 5 chicken soft tacos. They absolutely had no meat in them... mostly lettuce. I ordered extra jalapenos and only received 3. My girlfriend ordered the number 5 and was told they ran out of cheese. But was given extra chips to make up for it. I spent $27 but surely didnt get our moneys worth. Management and employees were in their early 20s. No adult supervision. Management wasnt old enough to be in charge of the operation of a restaurant.... thats why there is no supervion on how things are being made and looked over.....The kitchen floor behind the counter was pretty filthy. I was better off going to Walmart and buying a package of meat cheaper and just making my own tacos.
Just like this place been here through the whole covid-19 very nice drive-thru have not opened up very pleasant food is always been good employees there have been very friendly happy with the whole way its run thank you some other restaurants could probably learn from them
We waited 21 minutes for three burritos. The drive thru was completely empty and there was only 2 people ahead of us. The staff is rude and would rather spend time playing around with eachother than doing their job. When We got our food it was cold. I needed to change my 7 month olds diaper and had to hold him while doing so because there was no changing table in the entire facility. Ive gone to several taco bells and they have all been great but every time I go to this one we leave extremely dissatisfied.
I had a good meal ,but my lunch was interrupted by a black man eating out of the garbage can next to the entrance to the door. Ive seen people do this a few times in my life and I know they are probably homeless. I feel bad for them ,but life is never that bad that I would eat out of trash can for a meal.....
They were rude when we ordered our food and didnt even act friendly at all.then we got warm soda with no ice and our nachos Grande smelled spoiled.we looked at the mess in the box they call nachos and it looked like they just threw the stuff in there and didnt care.never again
Its good. Very good. they have lots of options! They have soft tacos, hard tacos, burritos, crunch wraps, nachos, cheesy fries, soda, slushies.. basically most Mexican food and drinks. They got rid of the triple double crunch wrap box tho :( kinda sad, but they change the box every few weeks(?) I think.
I love Taco Bell, its one of my favorite fast food joints, however, Im very disappointed in our local chain since the change in managers. I have gone through the drive thru on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times I had to wait 10+ minutes and I didnt even get to the speaker, I ended up driving away all 3 times. Im not sure what the hold up seems to be at the drive thru but if youre labeled as a fast food joint the service should be fast. Its a shame because its the only one in town.
In the past year I have not visited this Taco Bell one time where they were not out of something...We are talking beef, chicken, crunchy shells and mild sauce for an example. Whoever runs this place has poor management and inventory skills. Those items are staples for their food. Please get someone else to run that place.
For 20 years I was unable to eat Taco bell food due to the chemical ingredients used to make there foods it disagreed with my stomach..I m guessing they took notice to rival food vendors and changed a few things to take away those chemical ingredients for the better me w able to eat Taco s and Barritos and gave us a seniy citizen discount at check out thanks for that
This is a long review, but its worth reading if you want to understand the kind of people who will be serving you at this store. In the past Ive had very few problems with this Taco Bell, and the food is almost always great. Recently, however, Ive either had bad luck or the store has gotten a lot worse.Last week I got home and realized they had forgotten to give me a Mexican Pizza that I paid for. I went back and explained--they offered no apology but did at least give me a Mexican Pizza.Two nights ago, they forgot to give me a quesadilla that I paid for. Also, there was no syrup in my soda so I had to throw it out. I called hoping they could do something for me as I wasnt able to come back to the store right away. The guy I spoke to told me theres nothing he can do about it and that I would have to call back the next day to speak with a manager.Well, I just spoke with a manager: I opened up my conversation by telling them I usually dont have any problems with the store and they have great food, then I started explaining my recent incidents. She proceeded to cut me off, saying Im gonna stop you right there. I wasnt the manager on duty so I cant speak to whether that actually happened or not. I guess she thinks Im lying. As if I would go through all this just to get a free quesadilla and a soda. Anyway, she told me Id have to call back during the week to speak with the General Manager. She offered no apology, and rushed me off the phone, hanging up before I could say goodbye.So Ill be calling back for a THIRD time tomorrow, and hopefully Ill finally get a resolution--and an apology.The customer service at this Taco Bell is laughable, or non-existent. I work at a retail store, and I realize its not exactly the same as fast food, but at our store the customer is always right. And customer service is the most important part of our job as it ensures a customer will be a future customer. A customer with a complaint would never be asked to call back over and over again, or be rushed off the phone, or practically accused of lying.I think the corporate end of Taco Bell really needs to review their employees at this franchise--perhaps send in a secret shopper or something. They are representing the company very poorly.
I Went through drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla meal and a crunch wrap supreme, quesadilla was cold and the cheese was not melted 1 bit!! I tried calling 5 times in a row with no answer, I even called while standing at the counter upon return and never even heard a phone ring! They remade my quesadilla but seemed very put off about it, counter and manager on duty both. They lost my receipt, somehow in like 5 min. I asked for it back and could not find it so I waited when one of the younger line members suggested trying to reprint it, which I would have done first. After over 15 minutes of waiting for my receipt I left without it as I had places to be and could not wait any longer. Other customers saw all of this and commented as well. Very poor customer service
The grilled breakfast burrito didnt have very much filling it was more burrito than anything else and the wrap was tough I wont buy that again my husband and I were really looking forward to them too but we were able to get 3 cheese instead of nacho cheese with no trouble we usually love taco bell
This truly is the worst Taco Bell in New York State. Managers Joseph and Korissa are the worst employees on the face of the Earth not only according to me, but also according to the main office in Syracuse. Therefore, due to an ongoing investigation, they will be in the process of termination of employment. Please avoid spending your money at this and the Fairmount locations. Thank you.
Ok, yet another horrible experience at this Auburn store. We are finally done with this location. Time after time they continue to mess up orders.... the restaurant is filthy, floors & tables and windows are disgustingly dirty. The managers name was TAYLOR, and she was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and actually REFUSED to correct our mistaken order. Dont ever go to this location, you get bad service and they have incompetent managers. Also of note, we wrote to the corporate office of Taco Bell and never received a response about our complaint.
You may wonder why we continue to go to Taco Bell here. The answer is simple. Sometimes you just want Taco Bell. I just wish there was a better alternative than this one. Our order is inevitably slow in coming, and equally inaccurate. Once you get it, the food is just fine, I just wish they would pay attention when they took your order and when they made the food.
I sat at the drive thru for atleast 15 mins while waiting to be helped there was one car in front of us screaming at the monitor for someone to take her order she had been waiting just as long , 5 cars pulled up behind us and all left . When I was finally helped the girl was extremely rude when asked simple questions and rushing when clearly they dont care to waste my time , they where not busy but seemed to have something better to do then take care of us , while at the window waiting for my order I could see 3 employees standing around talking the order was pretty simple but took another 15 mins to come out , when it did the order was wrong after wasting so much time I didnt even care to fix . I am far from impressed wrost Taco Bell Ive ever been to ! Staff needs to be trained in cumstor service . Waste of money.
Literally so upset. EVERY TIME I’ve gone, they have messed up my order somehow or has always forgotten something. I spend so much money here just to get garbage. This time, my taco was totally just soggy and fallen apart in the wrapping paper. My quesadilla was totally dry. And my gf wanted just a regular rice burrito and got so much stuff on it that she didn’t ask for. My gfs mother simply asked for no spicy ranch and every time, she gets it. They really need to get it together and focus on making food.
Poor service girl at window was great put in order correct but people making food screwed up order.doors were locked to tell them order was screwed up so they made me get back in drive thru line to get my order right.sat in drivethru for total of 52 min totally rediculous all to make my kids fiesta potatoes the right way with no sour cream.manager there had poor skills to be a manager. Very rude and made me make decision never to eat there again.poor poor service.
The last three times I have been to Taco Bell in Auburn NY have been terrible experiences. I go for crunchwraps and chalupas, and they have been out of the ingredients to make them. It takes forever in the drive thru lane, and then I find out I cant get what I want. This shouldnt happen. The management in that store should be replaced.
Terrible..iam so disappointed with this place now. The last 3 visits when going threw the drive threw they didnt make my order right. I ordered a power burrito that is 6 bucks got home it was smaller then a bean burrito and all it had it it was lettuce no meat no chese this is the 3rd time this happened i will not be going back to this location in auburn. Disappointed
Harold and LaFasia(sp?) At auburn ny location are so friendly and helpful and just makes my day. They both go above and beyond in customer service. I heard LaFasia compliment Harold on a good job done this morning and that is so important for employees to hear from their supervisor.
Not the greatest experience Ive had at taco bell...16 minute wait for 8 tacos and an order of cinnamon twists...manager did apologize for the wait claiming to be short staffed, yet there were 5 people on the line...kitchen area was filthy, dining room not much better...step it up taco bell, theres plenty of other fast food choices in auburn.
Worst experience people where waiting everywhere in the Restaurant for there food place was filthy the soda tasted terrible we waited for a hour for our food just to find out they skipped our order so they didnt have our order at all in the system worst experience for us and we had grandkids that where hungry and had to wait

2022-02-27Tomatoes all over the handle when they gave us the container. Paid $30 for 12 supreme soft tacos. They had plenty of tomatoes and lettuce. Barely any taco meat though. Overall its what Ive come to expect from any taco bell experience. Food is just eh.

2022-05-23Every time I order from Uber Eats I don’t receive the correct order. This time I called the driver about it and she said she can go back and I got the wrong order again. I boosted her tip because it’s not her fault. From experience I know it’s the workers at Taco Bell because I’ve gone through drive through and inside and either get the wrong order or am missing items. Every. Single. Time. The picture I put with this review shows the two different tacos I received which were supposed to be soft taco supremes

2022-05-20I ordered through the app, usually creating an unintentionally complex meal, and everything was spot on! I have been driving the 28 minutes to and from (nearly an hour round trip) this particular location for the quality and consistency! Love it. I have never experienced a single one of the other complaints Ive read about this location, and I frequent The Bell more then most.

2022-07-21Normally Im good with Taco Bell. Lately I have really liked the way they have made the quesadilla. However recently I received an order with a missing cheesy gordita crunch, normally I would have brought it to the restaurants attention but I was on my way to my parents and didnt find the error until I was a good 20 minutes away. If it was a taco I dont think I would have cared, but T bell charges $4 and change for that item and it really stunk to have it missing. I would suggest training your workers to do a simple item count as there was only 8 items and it would have saved me the hassle of not having the food I ordered.EDIT: I never got around to complaining to the store and thats on me, truthfully I forgot until now. This happened a week ago.

2022-06-24STAFF NEEDS TO START READING ONLINE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS!I cant count how many times iv ordered/customized stuff online before showing up here JUST because I figured it would be easier than trying to have the person at the speaker understand what all Im editing. and EVERY TIME stuffs missing, doesnt have something or entire items are missing from the bag. some of this stuff you have to pay extra to get, its borderline thievery to charge for something and not have it on your food. !!READ THE INSRUCTIONS!

2021-07-19Ordered a crunch wrap and received a jalapeño wrap instead…. If I could give them negative 100 stars I would… legit dirtbags for putting this many jalapeños in my food. Would highly recommend not going there any time soon

2022-05-03This place is awful! I’m a night shift nursing assistant and sometimes I go to this location after work as I live in weedsport. The last two times I have tried to order they are out of essential things. First time was beef and the second was last night and they were out of lettuce, taco shells, and a few other essentials to make tacos. Isn’t the restaurant named TACO bell! Seriously very dissatisfied! If you want tacos, don’t go to this location!

2022-03-203rd and last time I will get food from this place. Can’t get an order right to save their lives! You pay more for extra tomatoes, and not only did I not get extra tomatoes I didn’t get any! Supposed to have lettuce on it, there was none. Nacho’s extra cheese . Barely any on it at all. Mild taco sauce please, got extra hot and fire Diablo!! Most my order went in the trash.
