Long wait in drive thru, missing items from order. Went inside to get missing items and the girl asked for my name and put it into the system then walked away. Creating another long, long wait. Pitiful amount of nacho fries. Asked for burritos to be grilled extra and they were not grilled. Asked for fire sauce and revived 20+ packets of sauce for 5 items. One star for the one correct item in my bag.

I ordered at the drive through at lunch time. I ordered the chalupa meal. I asked for no ice, and ice was in my drink. I live 2 miles from the restaurant, and went directly home. I immediately opened my order. It was cold AGAIN! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I heated my meal in the microwave so it was warm to eat. I looked for a phone number to contact the store directly to let them know the issue without success. I like the food at Taco Bell, but I would like to have it hot without me heating it for myself. Im very disappointed.

Well, for a brand new fast food place, everything looked great inside and out. Food was, well.. Taco Bell. It was good, but not fabulous. I drive by alot and also notice theres not much patronage going on. Lot has a few cars. Drive-thru is one, maybe two cars. So, when I go, its really fast. So, if you get that Taco Tuesday feeling for The Bell, check this one out, and youll be in and out by the time youre done reading this review.

So I went to tacobell today at 6:00 to grab dinner at the the drive threw and when I got back to work to start my break and uncover the chalupa there were two black peace’s of hair in my food which I’m very disgusted and it’s not my hair. But next time plz make sure people are wearing hair nets or there hats because if this happens again I’m not coming back

I cannot stress this enough; I DONT WRITE REVIEWS. If I’m happy, I’ll leave 5 stars. No comments. If the experience was bad, I brush it off generally. But this issue was too much. I cannot stand people who take zero accountability and have zero empathy that work in any sort of hospitality. Idc if this is fast food or not.I ordered off DoorDash around 1220 AM. They close at 1, so I knew there was that chance a dasher didn’t get assigned on time and it would cancel my order. No big deal, I set that expectation myself. That’s on me. But that wasn’t the issue. The dasher literally got there at 12:59, maybe 1am. He calls me. “Hey they said they’re closed”. Ok, fair…but YOURE there. Why can’t they give you the food? This driver played middle man as I heard whoever was working spew excuse after excuse. First it was “we don’t have any orders”. Then it was “someone else must have picked it up”. So I’m supposed to buy the excuse that someone went to the drive thru with my exact name saying they were picking up a DoorDash order? No, you just have terrible customer service and threw the food out. There’s zero shot you’re leaving right at 1, any restaurant or food industry I worked in, we kept those orders even after close until we were ready to take out trash and leave. Excuses man. Terrible experience. If she just said “I’m so sorry, we threw it out because we didn’t think anyone was coming” I’d be upset but it is what it is. Instead she made excuses, and they clearly threw it out before 1am WHICH IS THE OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME and threw excuses and attitude at me. And IF they didn’t throw it out, and just gave it away or didn’t make it at all, that’s a whole other issue in itself.

I rarely make reviews let alone bad ones. I also work in a resturant so I try to give the benifit of the doubt. But I have NEVER had a good experience here. Usually its just my food being made wrong, which is an easy fix. However last time I was there it was super slow, I order my food and its wrong. I go up and patiently waited for the cashier to be done or for someone to come over. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES while employees stared at me and just walked by me while loudly saying they didnt have time to help me and its not their problem. Not only that but a worker who was there before her shift clocked in early to help me because she saw what was happening. After she got them to remake my food, the only other 2 tables in the resturant also came up because their food was wrong.Then tonight I grubhubbed and got a crunch wrap supreme. I put no tomatoes or sourcream. It was literally just nacho cheese. Which I love nacho cheese but I am not trying to spend 6$ for it.Literally would not go here if there was more options in Bville, which is disappointing because I love taco bell.

Edit: Ownership responded and I trust they will improve service. Thank you. Updated review to 5 stars because otherwise service and food is good.Original review:Paper bag + hot food + snow = food all over your porch. STOP PUTTING delivery orders in paper bags. Use plastic like every other restaurant does for deliveries. If we were pre-covid and contactless wasnt an option, it would be acceptable. But, we live in Upstate New York, and the delivery drivers leave it on your porch, which usually has snow or ice on it this time of year.

I ordered $62 worth of food and when I got home I was missing several items including a 12 pack of Cinnabon and the items I did receive especially a quesadilla was only half full at best. Not happy at all.

Placed a large order to go and when I got it. It was short product and heavy food placed on top of breakable stuff so it was all broken. And when called to complain noone answered phone after calling for two hours
