The last time I went there, they messed up my order at the drive thru, so my fiance went in. They didnt give him any trouble and replaced the order with what was supposed to be correct. He came back out to the truck only to discover they not only didnt give us what we ordered, they gave us something that definitely was not equivilant to the price we payed. We just left and went home. I have been here other times with no issues, i guess its hit and miss, and depends on who is working... Kinda sad if you ask me.
Tired of paying money for messed up food. Then the manager argued with me for 20 mins on the phone. This is becoming a problem. I have to call and bring my food back almost everytime I order from this taco bell. My kids love taco bell. Its a shame I have to deal with this constantly.
The manager Allison is ALWAYS ACCOMODATING & FRIENDLY IF WE HAVE EVEN A VERY SMALL ISSUE. SHE ALWAYS MAKES IT RIGHT FOR US. SHE HAS HER STAFF ON HER SHIFTS TRAINED WITH STRICT RULES ABOUT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, HOW TO KEEP A FOOD SERVICE PLACE CLEAN, AND HOW TO BE POLITE WHICH I RARELY FIND AT ANY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT OTHER THAN RUSSELLS HOWEVER; THATS AN EXCEPTION BECAUSE THEYRE A HIGH PRICED RESTAURANT WHEREAS, TACO BELL IS JUST IN A LOWER CLASS FAST FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY CONSIDERING HOW THEIR TRAINING MUST BE AT A MUCH LESSER QUALITY STANDARD THAN RUSSELLS, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY, ALLISON TRAINS HER STAFF SO THEY COULD EASILY SHOW MANAGEMENT AT RUSSELLS TO HIRE HER, THATS HOW WELL WE THINK SHE DOES HER JOB EVEN WHEN SHE GETS HER HANDS DIRTY (CLICHÉ ONLY!!!), GETTING IN THERE AND WORKS SIDE BY SIDE BY HER SUBORDINATES!! Viva taco bell,Location of this restaurant is great, they have both a good drive-thru and a very nice dinning room. In additionIt is placed very conveniently to other businesses in the area, such as Dollar Tree, Tops Friendly Markets, a tax office and auto parts store. There is a bank down on the corner.Only problem is sometimes they dont make my order right, but whenever I let them know, they make it right and I leave happy. Service is friendly.Thanks for being a great restaurant!
We ordered from the drivethu and placed our order. We cancelled one of the items we ordered. The girl got flustered, which is understandable if shes new, and passed us along to someone else. The person took our whole order again and as WE repeated it- it was only 3 items. We got our three items and were chargers for the burrito we did not order. No problem- we went back around to get it instead PD asking for money back. We were met with a hostile and unfriendly attitude. I never complain about mix ups- and I didnt complain then. I just cant stand rudeness from people in the service industry.
No customer service. Messed up my order and told me Id have to go back through drive through which already took 20 min to go through to rectify anything. Called to get a refund they were unwilling again would have to sit on 20 min drive thru to get a refund. Rediculous Asked for managers name, was told I could not get it. Again what happened to then idea of customer service- there is none at this location.
Very nice lady at the drive through accidentally gave us the incorrect order. When we went back to return it they were very nice and understanding, we even got a coupon. Felt terrible for them because of how busy they were. 10/10 would continue to go there for excellent service
The food was great, friendly drive thru worker, but when I got home we had everything but the main dinner, when I called they offered to re-make it, but I had to drive all the way back, or wait until we are there again. No offer on price reduction or added food for the inconvenience. I even asked the lady if that was everything she said yes.
Taco Bell, you should be proud of your employees, they follow the policies of the company the way they supposed to. But maybe they should remember about humanity as well. Just imagine, the middle of the night, all other restaurants are closed, and you are driving the oversize truck that cannot fit in the drive thru. You are walking to the drive thru window, they say they cannot serve you due to the safety rules of the company. You are calling them, explaining the situation, asking to order by the phone and to pick up the order at the door. The answer is still NO, as they CANNOT bring the order to the door. In the end of the conversation, they are wishing you good night, very politely. You should be proud of your employees, Taco Bell.P.S. After my review I contacted the manager, as per his request, he told me somebody will be in touch later. It has been two months, still waiting:)
Food is usually good but I just had a bad experience. I came by a bit before closing time and then went home with my food. My girlfriend realized that they messed up her food by leaving the spicy sauce on when she had asked for no spicy sauce. I went back to find out that they had closed 7 minutes early. As a result, they could not make a replacement and had apparently thrown out all of their food already (according to the woman at the window). They said that I could come by tomorrow if I wanted a replacement. We then stared at each other awkwardly while I waited for them to take my name. After a couple of seconds I asked if they needed to take my name and she went and got the binder. I do not believe that I would have been able to get my food the next day if I had not reminded her to take my name. None of theirs would have happened if they made the food right in the first place. I get that though as accidents happen. The issue would have fixable if they had not decided to be lazy and close early (it was not dead btw as there were still two cars waiting when I had gotten there). There was no apology and no effort here.Update: I was pleasantly surprised to get the response below. However, when I gave my info, I was told that I would hear from the area manager. I never heard from anybody after that. I even sent a follow up email. It feels like they just wanted to look good on the google review and then once the issue was being handled privately they couldn’t have cared less.
Taco Bell. May I begin by saying that this was not our first visit. I only ever order the “Baha Blast” because it is the “Safest” option. Even took the grandkids after the trip to Darien lake. Thomas’ cheesy burrito had No cheese. How dare you!!!!!!! The only reason I am giving three stars is because female employee had very sweet smile. Thank you. :( sad about the burrito still
Got order wrong...sour cream was a frozen ice cube over charged for wrong order if they hadnt added my meal then we shouldve paid 25.45 with my mean it would be an extra 11.79 but supposedly they forgot to add it when they admitted they were wrong I had my taco my drink I was only missing the two chalupas they wanted to charge us for the whole meal but I didnt need an extra drink or taco just what they were missing. All the food was cold and all the sour cream was like it just came out of the freezer. I worked at taco bell and I expect way better service than what was given and I also couldnt feed my kids frozen tacos so I wont be going back to this taco bell!!!!! There are better restaurants with better food and far better customer service. And they refused our receipt when I asked for one so I have no clue how they charged me if my number 6 wasnt added to the bill it shouldve been 25.45 not almost 32.00
The food at this location is always on point and the service is great. This woman who is always working, not sure if shes the manager of not, is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Every single time we eat in there, as shes picking up and cleaning surrounding tables, she always stops to ask us if everything is ok and to our liking. Amazing service and great food. This location is top notch.
I stopped in at the Batavia location. As always the girls were very nice at the drive-thru I usually order a chalupa. As I did this day, it was very good. Fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, just enough sour cream and of course they made sure I received the mild sauces that I needed. I do have one suggestion for anyone who likes iced tea, do not order that! I love iced tea, unsweetened preferably but, every time I stop in and order something like an unsweetened iced tea at taco Bell it has a background flavor of Dr pepper and Coke. Which, when youre drinking tea is not a very good taste to have. But they do offer bottled water. I think a $1.79 for a bottled water is a little pricey but during these crazy days if you want something that doesnt taste like a background of Dr pepper and Coke, a bottle of water is the best youre going to get here.
I’m short on time. Called an order to pick up. Was told that you cannot order because the order too small. I have 2 other helping me.You should tell on the site what dollar amount when ordering instead finding it out at the end. Person was friendly but I couldn’t place the order.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star! Came here with my family tonight around 10:30, the lady at the window was glued to her phone! We were handed our food and no drinks so after waiting for her to realize we were still at the window, 5 minutes later we tell her we never received our drinks. Our order was not fully there. Got home to realize we are missing 5 of the things we ordered! Tried calling and nobody could answer the store phone.
My husband and my personal favorote taco bell compared to Warsaw, Geneseo, and Henrietta. Never had a messed up order here although it is a fast food place there can always be a bit more time/effort gone into making each item that way it wont be messy or all over the place in the wrapper.
I was in the area for the week and decided to treat a friend to lunch at this Taco Bell and boy was I happy I went here. The food was fresh and there was no wait time at all. All three of us ordered food and with in 3-4 mins we were all sitting down enjoying lunch and talking about our week. Fast, friendly staff, clean.
Very nice workers but cannot get the order correct. I ordered two of the cheesy beef and rice burritos with red strips and instead got two cheesy bean and rice burritos. And when i tried to call to complain all I got for 15 minutes of trying To call back to back was a busy signal. This is ridiculous
I’m vegan and they put beef on all my 7layer burritos when they do not come with beef. Call the Batavia branch and was told only to drive back 20mins out of my way to have them make new ones. He showed no empathy and even a little annoyed that I bothered calling. I’m disappointed and a little frustrated for wasting my money. I will not go back just for the fact on his unprofessional approach to the situation. Beef makes me very ill and I’ve already ate a few bytes before realizing it was beef.
Nothing against this particular chain, Taco bell itself. Leaving certain items on the menu limited to order through the mobile app. Seriously? So I have to order my fast food 30 mins in adv to accommodate not using my phone while driving just so I can receive my order which has been sitting for 25 mins. Or I drive to your parking lot. Then order (inconveniently on my phone in my car) Then wait. If only there was a window I could drive to, to place my order. So moronic.
I used the drive through service, and for only having a 3 person queue they gave me the wrong order and cashed out the wrong order. I didnt want to enter their line again to have to wait, but that is the only way to the their attention after hours. I spent 15 minutes going through once, then having to go through again. 2 stars for not making me pay the difference between the meals, and providing okay customer service, no stars for messing up a 3 person queue.
We ordered a variety of food there and the theme that was without question across the board is that they are very miserly on the meat portions ... when you order a steak chalupa... you expect the feature of the dish to be steak ... NOT lettuce! or tomatoes .... the same with the pizza ... they should advertise it as bean pizza! you literally have to go on an elusive hunt for the meat they say is in it ... and for those of you who say, well... it is fast food and its cheap .... I beg to differ ... quality and quantity go hand in hand. The main reason for 2 stars is because the place was clean, and the service fast and friendly.
They were fast but the food was cold and others were also,sending the food back because it was cold but they made you wait 3 times longer for the same food because the drive thru was more important than us. They also got our order wrong as well. The heavy set girl at the counter was sloppy looking lazy and she left all the dirty trays on the counter it was disgusting. I had to stay and watch her to make sure our food was not going to land on someone elses prior disappointment. I will never go there again. Oh and one more thing. Have your cooks shower before they come to work and tell them to cut there nails. If I could put the closed sign up I would. I give this place a -10.
Is everyone that works at Taco Bell mentally challeneged!?!? Ive gotten the same simple order at Taco Bell every day of the week, night and day, and yet, they screw up my order every time and its nothing difficult. I actually ask for less items on my taco thats offered, and yet, they still screw it up! Im fed up with these unprofessional morons who cant do their job right, not even once!

2021-12-30Breakfast Burrito. (Sausage, Egg & Cheese) W/breakfast salsa, taste pretty good. The coffee machine has been down a couple times which was disappointing. Nice staff at window.

2022-04-20After getting lunch from there today and realizing that 2 of my items were missing, I am editing my post. Prices keep going up and you cant be bothered to make sure people are getting what they ordered AND paid for. I wont go here anymore. I am sick of places stealing my money this way. Go to a small mom and pop shop, you will get what you ordered and paid for along with better customer service.

2022-06-22Couldnt use the app for payment so I ended up going inside to order. The girl at the counter seemed bothered by our presence. The order wasnt even close to correct. Worst Taco Bell I have been to! UPDATE: I received communications and an apology from their corporate office along with a gift card for my inconvenience. That was much appreciated!

2022-05-15One time I pre ordered online and we picked it up through the drive through. The order was fairly quick and correct, only draw back was that we had to wait for the vechile in front of us before we could get our food..... Just recently 5/14/22 the dinning room was locked earlier than the signs on the door and online. I was going to use their restrooms, but was forced to go elsewhere before being able to return to order late night food.

2022-06-21Couldnt hear person on intercom. Got up to window to pay and got nothing but attitude because they could only take cash. Well if your intercom was working and you spoke English instead of mumble I would have heard you. Nothing like waiting in a drive thru line for no food!!!
