This particular Taco 🌮 Bell is, one of the most popular in Brooklyn, out of all the franchises. Located on Flushing Avenue, and Broadway. A go to spot, if youre in the mood for Mexican dishes, fast food style.
I love tacos 🌮 and this location makes it easy for me to get in and out quickly on my lunch break. Its clean. There is no seating/eating in at the moment due to Covid-19 restrictions, so its just take out. Staff is friendly and the tacos are great!
The lady at the Front was so sweet to me she helped me out with the words I couldn’t pronounce

The crowd sways, lights blast, smells permeate, I fall into a trance. Liquids dark and light and cold carbonate my senses. Time stands still.This is what I experience whenever I walk into a Taco Bell.
Sometimes its okay, but the last time I ordered here the rice was dry, the tortillas were stale, and the fillings were minimal. Not every experience has been like that but this visit was so bad I ended up throwing most of my food away. Not recommended.
Not great, not bad. Pretty much what you expect from a Taco Bell. I’ve been here about 7-8 times, my order was messed up twice, seemed to be staffed with more people than necessary (maybe I just went at slow hours?), and it’s not the cleanest.Don’t let it deter you, though. While this isn’t a shining example of what Taco Bell should be, it’s definitely more than good enough for what these employees get paid.
I dont know. From my experience Taco bells from different areas taste different. This place seem to finesse the menu. The numerous times i ate there i wasnt disappointed. The food came to me warm and went down my belly warm and thats how taco bells food be.

When the order is right its usually great quality but it is wrong very often for me. I am not a picky person so minor mistakes in my food usually dont bother me but I am a vegetarian and cant eat the food when it comes with beef when I ordered beans
Idk for how long now but when I get a craving for taco bell I always regret it. The food was mushy as all hell. Cheese feels fake , definitely cheap. Its just gross now. What happened?!
I just ordered a PH2, a Pepperoni and breadstick combo with a medium drink to take out from the Pizza Hut menu and as soon as i got home and opened my bag to eat i find that my Breadsticks and my Pepperoni pizza were horrible burned and was hard as hell like if it was cooked a couple days ago and reheated multiple times, Im not eating that. My worse experience ever, now Im sitting here down $10 bucks and Im Still hungry and horrified that someone would think its ok to serve that. Thank you Taco Bell for this experience now i know where not to go when hungry.
Good hours, clean location, overall consistent food..someone pointed out the weird, off lighting. Great people watching at this location, especially after 8pm... I wish they were open later.... youd think with the slogan open late and being in NYC across the street from a hospital, this location would at least stay open until 2am every night. Also wish they had a better value menu... I mean, youd think bean and burrito deals would be cheaper than a burger joint, no?
This is I kid you not the 11th time in the span of four weeks where I have ordered food, selected the sauce button for a quantity of 10 or 15 and none have arrived! Every single time it never comes! I ordered 12 tacos, and 20 sauces, it came with zero. And I have to pay for delivery fee.
If you ask for a cup of water, they give it to you in one of those little cups they use for nacho cheese. They will look you straight in the eye while they do this. This is a mouse-sized portion of water. An insult. I just want to stay hydrated, guys.Otherwise this Taco Bell is just fine.
Ice machine was broken, when I asked for ice to the lady behind the counter she just shrugged her shoulders. Would have been nice to let me know ice wasnt available when I individually ordered a fountain drink.Food was what youd expect from taco bell, however their tortillas seemed to have a hint of oil. Likely warmed on an unclean grill. In fact, the entire restaurant could use a hose down. You feel dirty walking in, and can smell a slight hint of cooking oil in the air.
I ordered at 4 pm so I can eat dinner with my children at around 6. I have been waiting outside for an hour waiting for this Cinco De Mayo Special, no one came out here to asks when I ordered, how I ordered, anything. I’ve been standing in the cold since 7, it’s about 8:30. I just don’t understand how they keep getting customers if they don’t have the supplies nor do they have the people to give us the food. I just don’t understand, I ordered at 5pm and I’m still out here.
Came here twice and both times they got my order wrong and refused to make it over AND IT WAS THEIR FAULT. Maybe if the cashier spoke and understood better English this wouldnt have happened. Money was refunded. Never again. And they allow bums to walk around in the store begging people for money while trying to order food.
Cant remember the cashiers name (sorry) but she was very friendly & helpful. I will definitely go back again. wasnt crowed at all & the girl that cleaned the tables & seatings was on point with it. as soon as a customer would leave, she was there cleaning what ever mess was left behind & that made me feel good to eat there.
Food was good, but the place was dirty. I didnt feel comfortable eating there. It is wheelchair accessible, has a ramp to get in, but is too steep considering the doors are manual so trying to hold your chair while trying to open the door to get out (has to be pulled in towards the ramp) is almost impossible. You would definetly need assistance.
These 785 branches are preparing the order so well that you never wait for you, but other branches are going. Sabu 785 is the perfect branch because you are waiting half an hour
They need to be more detailed oriented. I ask the girl not to put any spice on my quesadilla since it is for a 3 yr old and they put jack cheese!! Come on poor baby didnt want his food.
This place is ok ...its the bare minimum for a Taco Bell. Food is fine, but finding clean tables or it not smelling really bad is tough at times. Totally suggest getting food to go - food is never a problem.
Relatively expensive prices for Taco Bell, but good taste and they have Diablo sauce! Great environment to take family, but I dont believe there are high chairs. Service is fast.
Did and online order and it say ready at 8:20 get there at 8:50 and they hadnt even start my order so had to wait a good 10 to 15 mins. Then to get all the way home and was missing a taco. Ive been calling and calling and the phone is just busy busy smh
Bring your own drink. Every time I come to this Taco Bell the soda fountain is flat. When I press DR. pepper The drink is clear and taste like water, pink lemonade, etc. The only drink that is ok is Pepsi. The only reason why I keep coming to this places is because is the only one near my house.
Not sure why, but just tried to visit this Taco Bell and the gate was shadily pulled halfway down...workers were only letting certain people in and telling actual customers that they were “closed”.Not sure whom owns this location, but if being “closed” at peak hours is not your doing, I would be concerned.
Their food is nice. I like their slushie drinks. Their staff is seriously overworked. There are too many orders for them to handle.

What I like about this place is that it really has a nice blend between home cooking and fast service. The bean burritos are classic, and definitely check out the 7 layer burritos if youre splurging (or want to impress your date w a classy choice). Also, keep in mind that there are a few menu hacks that really step up the game - try asking for fritos in your soft taco or chili on your gordita. Also, what up to Todd the manager.
If you frequent taco bell often, you know there are good taco bells and bad taco bells. This, my friends, is a GREAT taco bell. Never a wrong order or stale food item in my bag.
Gimme my Nachos Bell Grande...I allways ask for extra beef, sour cream, cheese and tomatoes..ONLY THEN...is when Im in Nacho heaven! Also, my favorite value item is the mini shredded chicken quesadilla!!! 😋😍

From the time I was in the door and half way to the counter I was greeted, my order was completed quickly as it was not crowded and best off all food was hot.
Its the bell, either you like the menu or you hate it. This location is always uncrowded. The workers are pleasant and fast.

Sometimea you need tome Taco Bell. It serves it purpose. The interior and staff do not make you feel good about your descion, its an especially depressing Taco Bell. Its hidden around the corner and makes you fell like your sneaking into a massage parlor, but thats more a feature than a bug.

As far a tacobells go its very average the service is fine the food is fine. Its not usually too much of a wait.

2022-04-17I can’t even believe this, but this Taco Bell sent me the entirely wrong order through Uber Eats twice within a week. The first time the entire order was wrong, including the receipt. This time they sent me a 9 item order instead of the 3 items I ordered, even though the receipt on the bag was correct. I am a vegetarian (and have been my entire life) and was unable to eat any of the items they sent as they were all meat. I can’t believe how terrible this service is.

2018-02-24First and last!! Extremely disappointed- $8 for this burrito is absolute steal, plus their prices at this location are twice more then on the website at the beginning. The manager told me that I have to choose their specific location then price will match to this location, so it’s absolute fraud with your ad . For $8 lunch or so there are plenty of better options without over cooked rice and bad taste.

2022-01-17Just came from ordering my food only to find out that they got the entire order wrong. To top it off they over charged me. The lady working the register acted like she didnt know what she was doing. I had to tell her three times what I wanted and she still messed up my order. Finally, the food was awful and tasted old, not fresh at all.

2021-11-12Sometimes in my weakest and more often drunkest moments, Taco Bell satiates my need for a crunchy taco. This, coupled with the fact it’s extremely close to my apartment has made it easier for me to swallow down the mutilated, mushy substance they call “seasoned beef”. A cleansing diarrhea follows shortly after. All facts I am certainly not proud of, but facts nonetheless.Anyway, this specific TB is a mess and has been for years. I don’t believe the staff is incompetent, I believe they just don’t care. Especially when it comes to Uber Eats. Literally every single order I’ve placed through Uber Eats arrives with missing items, missing ingredients or completely wrong items. Every time! Mind you, I order the same thing. The three taco supreme meal - with no changes or notes. Should be simple? It seems like a few other reviewers are having the same issue. I would definitely advise against ordering delivery from here.
