Great clean place.. Convenient spot and you can eat inside which is great these days considering a considering a lot of places in Brooklyn are still Closed. Food was good enjoyed a soft beef burrito.. was a little small Go to be honest but not bad overall There are a lot of choices and and the cashier was patient in patient in explaining what what came with what and what ingredients were included very decently priced some good deals too definitely definitely going back to try more more stuff and the frozen drinks Quick Getting food and good customer service
Not a bad place for fast food. I usually go there late because on the weekends theyre open late. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The food is about what youd expect from Taco Bell. No indoor dining yet. At least not late night. You may have to inquire about early hours of business. Go there often.
Taco Bells are fairly cookie cutter in terms of fast food restaurants. They all have very similar vibes and design aesthetic. I cant say I found anything negative about this location. The food was good. The customer service was acceptable for a fast food place. The restrooms were clean. I would most likely stop back in if I was in town again.
4/16 /2018 Poor service came in all of the tables were dirty the guy at the register was cleaning the trays probably one tray ever 5 min while text in his cell phone. I was ready to order and he was still texting really! looked around to see if theres was a manager on site and yes but he was to busy flirting with with another employee she was the one who gave me my order after it was ready and nothing out her mouth no thank you nothing and went back to flirting with the manager wow! the nachos were poorly done .I mean 15 years ago taco bells menu was bigger and the food was so good now its not what it used to be thats why I stopped eating at taco bell .this place needs to change treat customers like you want them to treat you! Dont recommend at least not this place .......I know theyre still some good taco bell locations out there
Unprofessional and rude staff answering the phone. I entered something incorrectly on an order via Seamless and when I realized something was wrong I called the restaurant as Seamless specifies Im supposed to do. I was told on the phone after they ignored my phone call several times that they would not cancel my order for me. I have had to do this with restaurants in the past through seamless and it wasnt an issue. Either they need better training, or new employees because the ones they have there are very unaccommodating.
I heard this location is fairly new, and it looks pretty new too.They have outlets on some tables for charging, and their lines are efficient.Although it was my first time at a Taco Bell, I say my experience was amazing. I also love their condiments bar with different choices of hot sauces to choose from.Their staff were friendly as well, which is a big plus.
Greeted by cashier, got my order within 5 mintues. The only two problems i had were the soda area was destroyed. Ice,lids, soda were all over the counter dripping down to the floor were there was a huge puddle that was slip worthy. And second was the door it closed but with the slightest breeze would fly open and since today was windy and it was fully open and no matter where i sat my food was almost flying away. But the food was pretty good and filling.
If you want to eat here and eat what you order you have to go there yourself. Every time I get it delivered they get it wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! And I’m not talking like they didn’t give me hot sauce. I’m talking entire meals missing. I don’t what type of people they have working here packing these orders but who ever they are, they need to replaced by people who can read an order and put the right things in the bag.
I’m regular customer of your restaurant because I love the food but your customer service is terrible bag. My issue is that every time that I visit that location at 8625 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209.And I, selected a combo that comes inside of a box. And they take the order and put everything inside of a bag knowing your employee that the order comes inside of a box and with the customer pay for that. Also Beside that they didn’t give my order to someone else. The customer that they gave my order brought the order back and they without care tried to give me that order very unsanitary. I tried to speak with the manager a Spanish guy that was in the back helping the staff packs the food and he ignored me twice which I found very disrespectful. With me was around fourth customer with the same issue as me and difference if you want check the security camera inside of the location at that time. Also the cashier that was on the front she was crashing her pubis part from outside of her pants. I’m very unsatisfied with your service and your treatment as a customer maybe they don’t care about us but I know some else will care and treat us better. I was very disrespected in from of my wife and the entire customer that was in the location. And the manager ignored me the whole time. No Good.Thanks you
Worst experience ever,this manager doesnt agree with the customer is always right I ordered a 3 soft taco meal and was charged for 2 soft tacos,one drink separately plus I ordered 2 chicken tacos only cheese. They came loaded with lettuce and when I went to exchange them, they argued with me. I will never spend my money here again.I am disabled and had to argue over their screwup
I ordered 1 plain burrito with only rice and chicken and other with everything. I get both burrito plaun. I take one back to the register and ask them to make it again they just wrap the same one and give it back. After i reach home i notice it. Manager is lazy and does not know how to run the place. Never going there again. Another customer in front of me was complaining about her scru up order. I dont know how places like this run.
The staff has changed over and over here...Food portions are considerable smaller, even after purchasing extras. Seems newer staff have not fully grasped the register, especially when transferring orders from the kiosks. At least there are kiosks. Kiosk. Kiosk. Kiosk. All hail the mighty kiosks. Location makes this place okay. However, least fav by far. Unlikely to return.
Ordered a crispy chicken quesadilla, had some nasty sauce in it I thought it just came with cheese so I went back to the register and told them I didnt know it came with sauce. The cashier was nice, he went to the manager to explain and he wouldnt give me another. Wheres customer satisfaction ? I had to pay again for another how messed up was that?!?!
Overpriced and overwhelmed! Staff is never prepared and literally clueless to customer service! Hispanic male manager who always seems to be there!(prob against rules) is the rudest most unprofessional person ive ever seen working a fast food joint! He acts as if its his own restaurant and constantly cant or wont address customer concerns...my last straw came roday as a oredered a meal with drink only to go to the soda fountain and see a team of clueless. Outsourced maintance men working on it! They proceeded to point to the counter. So i go to the non English speaking cashiers who i ask what i can do for them to look at me dumbfounded and shrug and say sorry they fixing ok kool but how do i get my drink i PAYED FOR!? then they get the scumbag manager who just smiles and says sorry they fixing ok moron so what are you gonna do to remedy this? SERIOUSLY NOT AN OFFER OR COMPRIMISE NOTHING! and thats my point HOW IN THE HELL IS THIS ALLOWED TO GO ON!? It could have been easily remidied if they just told me before i put in my order and paid! Offer me another option or at least let me decide if i want to eat my meal without a drink for the SAME PRICE! This place needs a COMPLETE turnover of staff and overhaul overseen by taco bell executives! WAKE UP!
Right off the number 1 bus stop. Stopped in for a quick bite. They charge for regular fountain water. Insisted the only water they have is bottle water or seltzer. I asked the cashier there are 2 water button on the machine. Insisted it seltzer water so I ask what is the other water button. I was told I would be changed either way. I find it strange to charge me for fountain water. First and last time Ill be a customer of this location.Reason why I gave 1 🌟. Clean and location. Very small amount of filling, 2 teaspoon of beef that looks like dog food, if I was able to post pictures you would see why, was not satisfied for the price, customer service did not warrant a higher grade, charge for fountain water.
Sunday afternoon crew on 2/24 at 3:30pm are the most horrible customer service. If you want to feel racism this is the place to be. If you don’t speak Spanish language they don’t want to respond. The manager send associate to solve problem instead facing themselves.Associates like robots saying same sentence without using and understanding rules and promotions and how they apply. They feel they have better chance to argue then to solve the problem. I hope upper management will contact me.
All staff members look miserable. Especially the Spanish for with the glasses. We placed a 22.00 order they got it completely wrong. Then she turned round and said they charge for sour cream for my tacos supreme. The worst place ever they all look lost. Kids if you dont stay in school you will end up working here. Never again!!! Ill stay going to my favorite taco bell in Woodhaven Queens.
Clean establishment. But thats the only noteworthy thing about this Taco Bell. It is EXTREMELY overpriced for the area, and well, the food quality is relatively poor, even by Taco Bell standards. Like all rice burritos, and all lettuce tacos. Their chips also come out soggy.But if you want to save some dough (pun intended) use mobile ordering. There, prices are a bit more reasonable, but still the food isnt that good for a taco Bell. So, overall its just an average taco Bell that really overcharges for their food.Like most tacos are $3, most small burritos are $4. And good luck buying anything close to a meal for $10.
By far the worst taco Bell Ive ever been to in my entire life. They skimp out on the meat. Its terrible. I counted 5 pieces of tiny square chicken in my loaded chicken griller. They added absolutely no beef to my beefy burrito, and the potatoes in my griller were chewy and old. Never coming back to this place. They had this problem ever since they opened. No more.
Its a Taco Bell. Nothing amazing to expect. However this one when I went was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and on point. Probably one of the better Taco Bells you can go to. Even the crowd was just local teens and adults just being chill. No weirdos or people who would make staying uncomfortable.
So happy there is a taco bell again in bay ridge and on and around 86th street. This was one of my favorite spots to head to after class was done and Im so happy that its back because its now my new place to go when the work day is over. Nice and clean and the staff is very nice.
Brooklyn (bay ridge) has long needed a taco bell!!! yeah I know what youre thinking, why oh god why?! well truth of the matter is sometimes you just crave it.this location is meant to be a quick in/out place, small amount of seating and bar style seats accompany the small layout. food is fresh and service is plesant. dont expect much ambiance as its a fast food chain.typical Taco Bell fair, give it a shot, your tummy will thank you (just kidding!)
Took very long just for nacho fries. Everyone in the store was waiting too long to get their order done. There was four workers in the back making the food. They were constantly looking at each other like to say what should I do next.terrible, my family will never go back.

2022-07-04Quick and fast with my online order for pickup. Food was great. Cashier was generous with sauce packets and nice enough to remind me if I ordered drinks. Too bad they forgot my Soft Taco Supreme, not gonna hold that against them. Just make sure you have everything before you leave. My Order Number is 947059 (7/3/2022). Will order again.

2018-10-22Customer service was good. But unfortunately, the food had more lettuce than actual meat. We order different things and all of the look like this. It was really unfortunate. Absolutely no quality what so ever. Taco bell is not at the level it should be.

2021-10-22We came from out of town and were starving at a long day and a concert. We found this Taco Bell around 1 AM and put in a huge order for four people. Not only was the service fast, everything in our order was correct. The workers did not disappoint especially with it being so late and made all of us very happy finally getting to eat after our concert. And the quality was great as well! I’m very appreciative to the workers at this location!

2021-09-03Great spot for a late night meal. I often go here for dinner. A quick drive through Brooklyn at night and its time for good eats. I use the app for quick order and pick up. The food is usually ready pretty quickly. Never had a problem with the staff and now theyve opened the dining area for indoor dining. Its Taco Bell. Its what youd expect. 👍👍👍
