Don’t think I’ve ever had a successful order at this location, lesson learned I will not be trying again, it’s always missing items, missing beverage, no sauces. I wish everyone at this store the best of luck but I will no longer be a patron here.

Pretty busy location. Theyre ok. The heavy traffic flow might make you a bit more hungrier but the crew will get your order ready. And when you get it, turn on YouTube and put on Jak Frawst Gotta Make It and FACTS! ...currently on Benny the Butcher mixtapes. Vol4

Looks like a lot of paid reviews here. Horrible staf, rude as hell. They behave as if they are making a favor by working slowly there. Food counters are messy and using food stuf from counter into delivery instead of throwing away.

Whole staff needs to be changed to people who actually wants to work. Whole team talks amongst themselves rather than helping customer or even assisting. Multiple customers had to keep asking for help because they would keep brushing them off. Very unprofessional location and this is a daily thing.
I am very dissatisfied with this store as well as the one on ralph ave. It seems as if the stores have no care in the world about their customers. I always order from this location off of doordash. Keep in mind i am allergic to lettuce and tomatoes. I always get a Nacho Doritos Taco and and Crunchwrap Supreme. Both of these with extra beef sour cream and cheese. NOTHING ELSE. One day they put tomatoes and lettuce in my taco and i almost had an allergic reaction if i hadn’t noticed the piece of lettuce in my crunchwrap. I always find their is an issue with my order. I always get broken tacos , someone else’s order, or there is something missing. I keep trying to give this location a chance but yesterday was the last straw. I went to eat my crunchwrap and found that it was a lot of beans and sour cream inside and a broken taco with cheese and beef in it. Doordash continues to not resolve the issue so I will just never be ordering from here ever again.
I order on mobile from door dash 20 minutes early and was already on the way and went in for my order and It wasnt prepared and I was standing their so quite just waiting and I didnt even receive my order so I quite the order and tried to get it delivered and I still havent got it, these girls were all talking but no working, even a guy came in to complain about his many experience at the store, and its only young girls and they were all giving attitudes like is that place run by a high school or the government? Gosh 💯
Extremely slow and I was the only customer. Clean store. The staff has too much fun chatting instead of addressing getting customers orders addressed.
I order 3 food items and 2 large drinks thru Uber Eats. I got 2 food items no drinks. When I asked the driver he said they said its all inside one small bag. I call restaurant no answer. I call Uber eats no one on phones I had to file complain on site have to wait 3-10 business days for refund. Lack of customer service on both ends. Never again!!

The service is great, time waiting on your food is great as well. My tacos were soggy and cold by the time I got to my car which was about 4 minutes, ☹️. Soggy cold tacos are not really my thing.
This place needs some serious management, I never saw a taco bell who’s service is this much bad, staff was so slow busy in talking with each other food quality was bad it was cold i was feeling like im at Hood macdonalds even the manager was not dealing the customers the way it should be he was just walking around doing nothingI recommend everyone don’t waste your money at this place go to some other taco bell !
Food was fresh and the ordering was alittle different ordering from the self serve but other than that it was cool

Worst taco bell in the country. Ive tried them out 3 separate occasions and all three times I was left more than disappointed. Order was never complete or accurate. Food is cold as if its been waiting out for at least an hour. This place is terrible and I dont understand how theyre still in business
The worker quiana was asked by her follow manager to correct my order because it was mad wrong she told the young Female manager with light eyes “No” the manager once again asked her and quiana repeatedly ignored the manager. Who ever is in charge of that store needs to fire that young lady quiana her customer service is horrible and I’m a regular customer I won’t ever come back to that Taco Bell again ‼️‼️

For this place to be recently open. It was unkempt and the staff was walking arou.No ask can I take your order. Why in our neighborhood we can not get the same treatment in service as long Island .
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I’ve ordered from here on Uber Eats about 4 times till i finally gave up and they ALWAYS got my order completely wrong. I figured the next time maybe they’ll get it right but... no. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.
Too dark during the day I never been inside a few years after they opened.I went a week after they opened during the day and when I went inside around 12:30 to 1:00 pm it was not enough light inside.
This store is by far the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to .First of all the customer service is very poor the staff spends more time walking around and talking than taking care of the lineSecond they are always marking mistakes with my order which I don’t understand because it’s all digital all they have to know is how to read to get my order right and third they make a mistakeAnd ask me to come back I send my son to get an item that was missing from the in my order and they had the nerve to tell my son that they were to busy to resolve my problem yeah they were busy talking if I was their manager they would not last a day working there .It’s sad because I was happy that they opened a taco bell in my neighborhood but with the my experience there I’m turned off completely.

2021-08-12The worst Service .I didn’t even get sour creams on my supreme meals . They had my phone sitting . Only thing worth buying is soda . Cleo the so called manager must only managed tomatoes because my whole meal should be refunded . This staff definitely is worth $12 an hour. I work for $24 an hour and produce more food in a shorter time. No communication with the worst burrito roller alive. I seen cashier step in the back and handle food without gloves. If they worked on my line at the restaurant EVERYONE WOULD BE REPLACED .

2022-07-02The are extremely slow at this location. Everyone was for their food. Several of the pick-up delivery drivers complained that they have been all waiting for over 30 minutes.I made my order for pick-up on Uber eats. The apps said that my order was ready for pick-up. The location is approximately 10 minutes from my house. After getting the location I waited for over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. It wasnt a complicated order. Three Doritos Supreme Tacos, 2 Black bean burritos, and a Cheese Quesada. I will say that the staff for the most part were pleasant and professional.

2022-05-27Hey review my first my time coming to this Taco Bell, granted it’s in Brooklyn so no drive thru but I had a moment of “I just need a Baja blast” to satisfy my need & I pull up to this place , it looks super dark for some reason and once I went in nobody was taking orders it’s all kiosk based which is alright but dam I just need a drink you know, so I order it on the kiosk and I’m standing waiting for something to happen but nothing happens, luckily I called out to attention this nice chick working there she was just keeping the place clean too but , she asked me what did I order I said a drink Baja soda , she then gladly gave me a cup & straw so I do appreciate that but the entire experience just felt like s confusion mixed with what am I doing here 😵💫😳, guess what the one & only drink I came here to purchase was completely out …. I repeat no BAJA blast soda available only the ZERO VERSION, I was more then disappointed I was devastated after all this I didn’t get the prize , anyway shoutout to all the workers out here doing your thing but cmon Taco Bell, this can’t be happening. Brooklyn let’s do better 👏🏻

2022-02-12Was there on 2/11 and a female worker was complaining about her job, said a word to the male manager he fired her and she was going crazy, cursing the manager and kept charging at him and on the phone to have someone come over and telling the manager to step outside. I was telling another young female worker to hurry with my order and I jetted out of there. NEVER Step foot in this toxic store. HORRIBLE!!!

2022-06-23I Will Never Buy Here Again, I Work Hard For My Money To Be Getting Played By These Little Girls Working There, I Ordered 2 Crunch Wrap Supreme And When I Got Home There Was No Meat In It, I Took It Back And This Little Girl Working There Refused To Make It Over, I Had To Keep Nagging Them To Remake My Order Thank God This One Older Lady Working There Had A Heart To Remake It Over, NEVER AGAIN, I Definitely Dont Recommend This Restaurant AT ALL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

2022-01-02Horrible horrible horrible service, The manager (who is a guy) is extremely rude, customer service is horrible. The manger needs to take a class on customer service and learn how to talk to people. He kept hanging up the phone when my husband and I kept trying to talk to him to get clarification on what’s wrong with our order.

2021-11-11Customer service sucks food was cold and disgusting. It was only two female workers working i guest one was the Manager she was very unprofessional and the other worker was the one making the food. It was only like 5 Customers there i spend my whole break there they always slow no matter what time you go there day r night. This is the worst taco bell ever thats only cause in the black neighborhood so they careless we only good to give them our money.

2021-05-06Unfortunately, while the service workers are nice, the wait time is very long. I command the fast food workers all across NY, I don’t think it’s the fault of any workers but that location is clearly understaffed. It doesn’t matter if you pick it up, order in person, the wait time averages out between 12-18 minutes.

2021-08-24Best Taco Bell in the area. Very clean, open late and super nice staff. This is the only one I go to in brooklyn most of the time. Just make sure to show up at least an hour before closing. They usually lock the door 30 mins early and the last hour they are cleaning. Not complaining though, it’s late, I get it.
