Everyone should avoid this place. They dont have ice any time you go there for a while now, if you order online you get your sealed bag with items missing and the latest one that just happened today- we ordered 3 doritos cheesy gordita crunches and recieved 3 doritos locos tacos instead. Only noticed when we got home. And the price difference between the items is not insignificant. With all the missing items and now this today this location is stealing money from you. Get your T bell somewhere else.
I went there to pick up grub hub order, one unprofessional man, they make him manager, crazy man. Rude, I waited 31 minutes for one order, crazy manager didn’t give me the food, grub hub cancel the order, restaurant looser , I am also loser, crazy man, don’t have any quality, unprofessional, I pray to god for his punishment, Monday night 7.50 pm to 08.18 pm , I waited at the store, if required management can check cameras,
Probably one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been to. The service is horrible, they take like 20 to 40 minutes from time of order to close it out, and there’s like a half a dozen staff doing nothing but standing around and arguing with clientele.Though to be fair, I don’t know what my attitude would be having to serve the general public day-in and day-out.
That tall girl with the black glasses , Rae. I guess shes some sort of manager. But she shouldnt be because she is a thief ( she stole from me) and she is highly incompetent. The restaurant is unsanitary and unorganized and they will give your order to the wrong person and refuse to give you a refund.
They continue to leave out items Ive ordered on my tacos, or put the items that I didnt want on my tacos. I asked for Sierra mist and they gave me seltzer water! I didnt even know they had that. Like do you ppl not read and QC the orders? Like wake up and pay attention.
It is so great to have this Taco Bell in such a central location! I had my birthday party there and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We sat by the window and and ordered a ton of menu items, which came out promptly and were all delicious! We enjoyed the natural light, the decor, the playlist they had on, the professionalism of the staff, and of course the food! You really cant even compare it to other fast food places - this is next level! I recommend everyone support this new restaurant - you wont regret it!
The worker are very rude. One time the manger tell u cant complain about me because I am the manager.Another time the workers they went out of the store so they can fight one of the customers and the cops came honestly this Taco Bell especially this one very very very bad
Holy cross-contamination. Besides this- super disorganized, used the wrong sauce on the quesadillas, wrong shell on the gordita, just very sloppy food. Service was insanely disorganized. If I would have seen the food station prior to ordering, we would have went elsewhere. Gag
If you like Taco Bell, this location is just fine. People who have poor experiences aren’t taking into account this is a high traffic area (steps from Fulton & Nostrand) so it’s a convenient destination place.My recommendation to everyone is to order through the app, or use the available self-service screens. The app is far more efficient though.If you’re interested in liquor, this is a Cantina location. Beer, wine, alcohol-infused frozen drinks, & White Claws.
Dirty when i arrived but then the girl came around and wipe out the table and scopp the floor. Then asked me are u gonna order or just seat. I was about to say huh i walked in with the intension but the floor was so trashy with garbagge others left all over that i was not fine eating there. Instead since she was nice and correct in the way she spoke to me and was actually cleaning up the mess without a customer compaint i was lime alright. Waiting for my friend to come so we order. I’ve ordered from this location a few times so I know it’s never five stars but my order tonight will be my last. We got two crunch wraps, a chicken taco sandwich, a Doritos locos taco, a Pepsi and Baja blast freeze. My crunch wrap with potatoes was so dry, the potatoes were clearly old and hard, they didn’t add the sauce I requested, and forgot my Baja blast freeze. The crunch wrap itself had a huge hole on the top and wasnt fully sealed on the under side. My Doritos taco was supposed to have onion they forgot and apparently that’s where all of my sauce was because it was soggy. If you told me they took it out of the fridge I’d believe you because it was so cold. None of the food was even close to warm. My husbands chicken taco sandwich was drenched in chipotle sauce and they gave him jalapeños he didn’t want. His Pepsi can was also a small Pepsi, if we could order larger fountain drinks to be delivered we would have. I know seamless is expensive and a third party but if a place uses it they should make sure their food is edible.. and just in general presentable. Waste of money and will have to cook tonight anyway.
The service is fast and they always get my orders correct. The staff is patient and respectful even when you have an issue. So far the staff members that i have interacted with have been absolutely on point and friendly. They work hard and seem to always do their best fir their customers. Thank you Taco Bell.
Ordered an hour ahead of time for 2pm pickup, and they instead made it immediately for my friend and I. My friend got a notification saying your order is ready for pickup just a few mins after he ordered. When we got there at two, the food was barely warm, by the time I was on my last taco it was straight cold. Also ordered everything fresco no dairy, but my potato taco had chipotle sauce on it, and a bit of cheese sprinkled on. Did not have the guac or the jalepenos I ordered. The bean burrito I got also didnt have the jalepenos.
I was very disapointed the moment I walked in the door I was treated with disrespect.i had an employee react to me putting another shirt on over the tank-top I was already wearing, he yelled at me as if i was undressing and as if thats all I came in for.He treated me as if I wasnt a customer,and I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable.I will not be dinning here ever again.I asked for his name and he wouldnt give it to me, he said its Taco Bell.
Very bad place. Will never go there again. My order was very late. The manger said yes this how it work here. I told I will complain about you she start laugh and said to who. Im the manger. I asked what is your name she said Ashley. That was at 5:00 to 5:50 pm. Feb 24. I have to wait for almost one HR inside crowded place. Not social Distantancy. Most of the works dont have them gloves on. The sing outside says 5 customers at the time and 25 customers in there.
Bruh this is the rudest most incompetent fast food restaurant Ive ever been too, the cashier had a horrible attitude, they told me my food was ready when it was not, I had to wait nearly an hour to get food that they told me was ready (no Im not exaggerating). They are extremely understaffed and the staff they do have can not handle communicating with customers in a way that makes them feel comfortable and not almost lose their appetites.Also they repeatedly made no orders that no one ordered.
This place gets pretty blown up with all of the grubHub drivers, plus just being in a busy area. Forget the negative reviews though, they do their best. Also, they are always super quick and friendly. I also always see someone cleaning, and the staff working as a team. They get 5 stars from me for sure.
The most rude cashier I could imagine. The food was prepared well but it seemed the norm that the woman at the front was comfortable being completely dreadful. Do yourself a favor and if you see eyelashes as long as a Monday at the cash wrap save yourself the headache and use the automated screens. Its also clean but eat quickly there is a 30 min dine in limit!
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered tonight at 9:22PM via Grubhub. My order sat In the works until Midnight. No one delivered it and obviously no one from the restaurant reached out to the delivery driver to see what is going on. They just let my food sit there until close without making an attempt to either get ahold of me or the delivery service. For THREE HOURS! This is beyond unprofessional.
The worst experience ever! I ordered from this store via GrubHub. My order took 1 hr and 1/2 to get to my house and it was completely wrong. I had to go to the store myself to try to get my order straight to no avail. I waited almost 40 min. in the store and still didnt get my order. I watched 10 people get their order and mine was nowhere close to being ready. I contacted GrubHub for reimbursement and left the store completely frustrated and hungry. The staff was rude and very disrespectful to the customers. The work station where the food was being prepared was dirty and the workers seemed to know very little about their jobs.I will NEVER go to that Taco Bell again!!!
One star because they will not let me leave my comment without adding a star, the staff was so rude, and you would think that because the manager was taking my order her attitude would be better than her staff but she was the worst. No eye contact constantly rolling her eyes and everytime my fiancee and I asked her question she huffed and puffed before answering. After my order was complete she called my order and left my food on the counter and walked away. I asked her for a plastic bag to put my food in and she threw it on the counter and walked away. I will never go back to this location again. I rather drive a further distance to get better customer service. And my order was incorrect
Great staff in tack Bell!!, Of course if you sit there long enough you can see some of the customers coming in can be disruptive and loud but thats reflective on the area. The place is clean and well but I would recommend taking food to go. Other than that recommend picking some taco Bell from here.
The worst place ever. The owner or manager Mike is the worst, doesnt have any customer service skills, whatsoever. Cashiers are rude, cant count, if the register doesnt tell them, what change to give back, they dont have a clue. They screw up orders, all the time. The prices displayed arent what comes on the receipt. Lower price on the sign, has been displayed wrong over 6 months. The Chalupa cravings box, says$5.29 it rings up $6.49. Cashier and manager looks at you like your retarded, if you question it. I never write reviews, but make consumer affairs complaints. But I wont. What I will do is not patronize this place. Neither will my clients.
The customer service was poor, poor, their attitude sucks especially from the red hair manager ......I ordered a taco box which they then gave everyone my order before me then the have the Audacity to give me it in a bag and as I was about to leave, the cashier called told me it was the wrong order because the box was missing then gave me the bag back as she noticed that the were all being petty........ my fries already soggy. The only thing that tasted fresh was my soft chicken Taco. Everything else was old food or it had sat there all day and before closing they decided to serve an Essential Worker or anybody their leftover from the day or the week.. So sad. I probably will never go back. Nostrand and Fulton taco Bell sucks.. went between 10pm and 11. Some European guy made most of my food and the manager bla ck made my quesidilla. It was beef and salty as heck...
My worst experience ever. I ordered a party pack from Taco Bell May 31 2019 around dinner time 9pm. I called and placed an order and got there in under 10 mins, being that Im only in walking distance. Got to Taco Bell only to find out it was crowded and both managers were on the floor. I got pissed off on so many levels because ppl that were coming after us were being served. To my surprise my order wasnt even in the que to be made. My friend and I was upset and asked for the manager her excuse was they were out of cheese and that was the reason for our 45min wait. I love me some Taco Bell but to wait that long for a party pack with only 6 customized tacos out of 12 tacos is ridiculous. Im not one to complain, but someone needs to fix this right away.
I was charged $28 dollars for 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, a chalupa and a quesarito for delivery 2 hours ago. The order has yet to be processed and now it looks like the location is closed. I wouldn’t have ordered from there if I thought I couldn’t get food from there today and I absolutely should not have been charged for food I will not get 🤷🏼♀️ Please refund my money, Taco Bell, and have a happy New Year 🎈
Waited 30 minutes for 3 tacos and 1 chicken quesadilla. Food preparers were slower than the average snail. Cashier had orders waiting on the counter while she joked and giggled with the food preparers. One had to tell her that she had orders on the counter. Worst Taco Bell ever!
Garbage Service!!! Better call the Better Business Bureau on this place. Waited over 25 mins for a damn burrito and a drink. In addition this is not the first time this happened. However the 4th damn time!!! Really!!! Its not even that hard to make. Staff crew is incompetent they are up there singing songs and playing around. Plus the cant even give a refund on my order because they are incompetent and dont know how. After asking for a refund this dummy still didnt give me my drink. Its like they want people to flip out over there.
The place is horrible. I went in there because I was hungry. The customer before me was on the phone so the cashier took my order while I was doing that the cashier takes another order very crappy customer service. The manager come same thing when I did get my food it was very raw. I also for diet Pepsi got regular Pepsi which had no ice. Manager tells me with scarism happy labor day. This establishment should be shut down. I have reported this to the board of health. My opinion this place is horrible and doesnt desrrve your money. Please shut this establishment down for good.
Id literally fire the entire staff and start from scratch. Slow, not pleasant most of the time, defeats the purpose of fast food. Who ever is doing the hiring and the training (especially the training) should be fired too. Literally, no one is on the same page or the same speed or lack of. A disgrace to to customer service business.
Usually so crowded around 2:45pm youll be bagging your own food as the sole cashier takes orders, fills drinks and moves out of the asst managers (or the managers) way as he saunters to the cooking area, oblivious to the long line snaking toward the entrance door. Food is good, though. 😆😂💀
Yeah, this place is a mess: the staff is yelling at each other, the lines are atrocious and I literally waited 30 minutes for my “fast food”. On the bright side, they give you a glass window to see the prep area, So you can enjoy watching the staff not make your food while the line piles up.
Prepare to see seven people behind the counter simply talking or staring right at you instead of fulfilling your order. Can’t forget the manager chick yelling that she has to go cause her shift is over and id attempting to get someone to go to the cashier to cover her. Could you be any louder?
Let me start by saying this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. The 2 servers that we’re making my food were super unprofessional. As they were making my food they were laughing extremely loud and taking forever to finish making my tacos. On top of that I had to tell the guy and the girl with the braids twice that I ordered extra sour cream. I ordered the Double Chalupa, not only did the guy put minimum meat, the girl wrapped it up without putting the lettuce and tomato on it. I had to remind her that it comes with lettuce and tomato, which is something that she should already know being that she works for Taco Bell. Instead of the employees watching Black Ink and conversing & laughing with each other while they work, they need to be more focused on having stellar customer service and getting the order’s correct. I will never come to this Taco Bell again. Train your employees right!
Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurant. So when I found out that there was a Taco Bell opening up near me, I became excited. When they finally opened up, I went there to try their food. I have to say, the service was very fast and the food was great. Go there.
Tried Taco Bell here for the first and last time. The staffs were extremely unprofessional (even childish and self-centered). When I was there, they were in a passive aggressive fight among themselves so they angrily made the food in front of customers and refused to take the responsibility to make my coffee until I had to friendly remind them that I ordered the coffee. The coffee did not even fill up the cup when it was done so I ask “can you add the coffee?” they interpreted as extra coffee and tried to charge double... So I just simply took the half-heartedly made coffee and left. Also, imagine eating something made out of anger... No apologies or explanation to the customers who had to witness the drama and endure the long wait as the consequence. Never want to be back here. Sorry.
Ordered a chicken tacos, however they served me a beef tacos which i shouldnt have eaten. I realised in a bite that some things wrong, but no one there really realised that its a big mistake. It was taken very casually, infact then they charged me extra for the chicken again.
Come here only if you are desperate and can’t fight the crave! Ghetto and dysfunctional. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 items. When I went to see what’s up, they said my order wasn’t in the system. I was forced, forced I tell you, to go to this Taco Bell.My last experience was over ten years ago in the Village and I swore never to enter a Taco Bell again.This location is relatively new, pretty small with five or six table and it is bright and clean.You are able to see the food being prepared behind a little window and it is prepared and served efficiantly by staff that are suprisingly smiley and apparently happy.the tacos themselves are just fine in that mystery meat, Iceburg lettuce way. I did really enjoy the Doritos hard shell taco and would recommend for Taco Bell fans.Will I go back for more? No, not by choice, but it is definitely better than my recollection from a decade ago.
The billing system is faulty. A bean burrito is listed for $1.69 on the touch screen based ordering system. However if you order the same at the register, it rings up for $1.99. The manager is helpless and blames it on the ‘system’. But unless one is watchful, you are taken for a ride.(Got to say he refunded the difference - but the system remains faulty)
It was busy, the (Manager) told everyone waiting to place their order, they would have to wait at least 15 minutes. This was ok because it was very busy. I placed my order and noticed people behind me was getting theirs while Im still waiting. When I inquired about this, I was told that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE! BAD BUSINESS😠
I went in there today and ordered the mini quesadilla nachos and added chicken to it and when I got home there was no chicken in it which I paid extra for so I believe they stole my money (can u press charges for that since thats theft?) And I had ordered the #11 combo supreme and I asked for a bottle water and then told me it is more than the fountain drink... the large drink by itself on the menu is $2.69 and the bottled water is $2.09 so how is it more and then they didnt even have the bottle water in stock. This is all told to me after I paid the cashier whose name on my receipt is Silvia C who didnt even ask what I want to drink. Its safe to say those theives wont be stealing my money again!
Very poor serviceI shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour for 6 tocos and not for Grubhub I walked in and placed my order the “Rules” they have on the door aren’t big enough because NOBODY WAS FOLLOWING THEM the workers where constantly telling people to go outside and they where taking way to long to make some damn tocos no type of organization
This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell establishment I’ve ever been to it is beyond ghetto there is no order in there it’s always an issue with getting my order correct and the there’s always an issue with customers ordering via the kiosk and customers ordering at the register.. there is always confusion on who’s next.. great location but the team needs to be fixed..
It’s really very bad very very rude cashier very rude managerI would never recommend to go in this location because here there is bad behavior from the restaurant manager and the staff there I visited twice during 4 days the second time I spoke with the manager and his fingernails were long and dirty. The young lady at the register seemed to be extremely busy on her phone as i stood infront of the register fro good 3 minutes to order a coffee only to find out the apparently the coffee machine was broken when clearly the screen on coffee machine displayed ready which means it is working.
Staff is rude and inexperienced! Lines are always long and it always takes even longer to get your food. The last 2 times I went, I had to cancel an get a refund because of the wait. Management was very unprofessional and walked off to back somewhere and left cashiers an cooks to run front!
Besides having to pay 42 cents for extra sour cream, the food was again just disappointing. I just finished eating a crunch wrap that had no crunch and more sour cream than meat. every time I go there it’s something. the wrap was soggy and just not good. I will not be going back there.

2022-01-19I asked for a spare of their plastic bag to hold the drink because I am riding a bike. When I got home the drink was spilled and they wrap it with the plastic wrap but did not wrap the whole drink at least even that wrap would have helped out if they wrapped the whole entire cup. The place is dirty and sanitizer does not work.And the woman who were talking to me already have an attitude answering me when I asked for a plastic. A drink carrier would not help me at all and she was gonna give me that even after explaining Im riding a bike(stupid much) I understand that working in there must be very stressful but, I asked politely and I was answered rudely and with full of disgust in her voice. If you cant handle your job find a better one that you can.And, I dont understand why she cant spare me one plastic bag. If Im in a car I would not ask right?But anyway, all in all rude employee and not fit for the job.

2022-08-10Good food, and hard to find cheap quick food around here.Great and friendly neighborhood crew, but I cant believe you make your staff work in a store that is easily 85 degrees. I just came in for an errand day lunch before work and was dripping just while sitting for the few minutes for my take out.They definitely arent getting paid enough, this heat is brutal.

2022-04-30Im giving it 1 star only to highlight how bad this particular location is. This review actually deserves no stars! The staff on this particular day was horrible. Attitude from the female cashier that tried to give me my change in pennies, when there were nickels in her drawer. The so-called manager, who displayed zero management skills tried to back her up when she lied to me about not having nickels in her draw. After he tried to argue with me about not having to open the register and give my change in the way I wanted it. His words were Youre buggin These workers were rude, and totally unprofessional. The funny thing is, after I cancelled my order which forced him to open the register and refund my money, I pointed out that the register was full of nickels for all to see. He mumbled something under his breath when confronted by this fact. Ive had wonderful experiences at Taco Bell restaurants in the past. This has got to be one of the absolute worst displays of a lack of customer service I have ever experienced. There must be better qualified individuals out there to take these jobs. My message for your corporate office is this. TRAIN BETTER, HIRE BETTER OR YOU WILL QUICKLY LOSE MORE BUSINESS TO YOUR COMPETITION!!!

2022-07-31Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and possibly the worst service I have ever received at a fast food place in my entire life. And trust me, I have been here numerous times, probably a few dozen if not more over the course of 2+ years, so I am speaking from experience. If this had not been such a consistently awful location over the course of multiple years and numerous visits, I would not be leaving this negative review.If you go past 9 or 10pm, expect to wait 20-30 mins or longer. My order has been lost multiple times and I’ve been stuck waiting while others who order after me receive their orders. I would’ve waited indefinitely if I hadn’t asked an employee about those orders. And there is no apology whatsoever when things like this happen. I haven’t even bothered with attempting to get a refund because I know that I would be faced with an intense level of frustration and disrespect from employees for even trying, so I’ve avoided it and just gotten out of there as quickly as possible with my food when I’ve finally received it after wasting so much time waiting.Almost every single employee seems like they’d rather be anywhere else and doing anything else. Employees have even openly threatened each other with physical harm (not in a joking way) in front of customers. Even when employees mess up an order or give objectively terrible service, they treat you like you’re subhuman and you’re nothing more than an inconvenience to them, even if you go out of your way to be as respectful, polite, and patient as humanly possible with them despite them treating you and every other customer like garbage.Seriously, avoid this Taco Bell like the plague. In general I am a super understanding person when it comes to customer service, but this Taco Bell has gone way too far. Honestly the entire staff needs to be fired, the store needs to be shut down, new employees need to be hired and paid better with better benefits, take the appropriate time to train, then reopen. I do not say that lightly. It is THAT bad. If you engage in the behavior I have consistently witnessed at this location and show such open disdain for your job to the point that it creates a hostile environment not only for other employees, but for your customers, you should not have that job.Do not visit this Taco Bell if you want service that is anywhere near fast and do not expect to be treated with respect here. Expect a very uncomfortable, hostile, slow process to getting your food and you will likely have your expectations met.

2021-06-26Dont order from this location! Pretty sure I just received two taco shells - there was hardly any meat or toppings included. Also ordered chips + nacho cheese. The cheese came in a 2oz container, which was not even half full and lasted a total of 4 chips. The lettuce on my remaining items was wilted, brown and smelled absolutely foul. Good thing I had extra chips to scrape it off. Couldnt finish any of the food I ordered, unfortunately.Ordered via doordash - the order was correct, delivered on time and hot, so no complaints there.

2022-05-31They dont seem to prepare orders in any kind of order, no one keeps tabs on which orders are done, and theyll just tell you its coming its coming but never make it. All the while online orders are stacking up on their counter that they arent checking or calling out names for.I ordered ahead and got an its ready message a few minutes later. Showed up and waited for 40 minutes while other customers came, ordered, ATE, and left. I wasnt rude; asked once after a half hour if my food was done: its coming its coming. Another 10 minutes and nothing so I left and requested a refund through the app.

2022-03-19I do a lot of food reviews, but usually dont review fast food lol. But this location was a really pleasant surprise. Its clean and plenty of seating, fast service and most importantly they make the food much better here. The tortillas on the burritos were actually crispy because they toasted them on the grill. ive never had that before. The people who cook here actually must care about what they make

2022-06-160 STARS I was the first person in there and the last to leave with my order completely wrong after repeating my order 6 TIMES and it STILL was wrong. Workers were slow and unprofessional doing whatever at this point plus food was BURNT. Male worker had more energy to give me attitude then energy to get my simple order correct ZERO STARS .

2022-08-13Every time I order from here I get the wrong order or have items missing. Uber eats, DoorDash, grub hub it doesn’t matter. I call the restaurant and no one ever answers the phone. Management needs to look deeper into this issue because as I can see from other reviews I am not the only one. Something as important as DRINKS shouldn’t be forgotten.
