Crunchwrap made incorrectly with almost no meat. Unacceptable, get it together.
Dont come here close to closing time they run out chicken and all you are left with is Taco Bell.
This franchise owner better get with the times. Making taco bell and kfc brand look bad. Got other fast food places you in and out. This getting crazy like 10 people waiting. Everytime I go theres people waiting. Work load maybe to much for shift. Hire more people. Like 3 people in there.
The wait is way too long for fast food.
In general its not to bad, quality of the good is alright, service is adequate at best.. management should really learn to keep the menu current as things advertised are there some of the times.And at other times are not even available at all because that particular franchise just never orders it for the public,Since they open at 11am theres virtually no breakfast option at all. So if you need just a quick burrito or taco yes they are great. But other in-depth items are rarely ever available.

Wasnt taco bell but KFC. Usually my go to place but they have been sliding a of late. Barely had any chicken for my order, it was extremely greasy, the biscuits looked like they were on their 9th reheating and tasted it as well. Very disappointed. The staff was just too eager to leave (30 minutes to closing) and the level of service reflected this.
I want this to be better because Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure and its disappointing that this location fails so badly. Ive gone twice, and both times half the menu items seemed to be unavailable. The KFC had no wings at all on either visit. On top of that, Ive never seen a Taco Bell this expensive in the city or outside of it, or in any other state. Usually you binge and its an astounding $13-15 total, here its going to be $27 for the same amount of food.On top of all that, both times I was given wrong items, and both times I was given sour cream after requesting none. I never thought Id miss the location outside Chicago that I grew up with, but I sorely do.
Super pathetic place. I bought something first they put me on wait for 17 minutes after spend lot of time when I start eating it was super pathetic even I was super hungry but was not able to eat that. They people making super pathetic food at this place. I always eat that *** bowl but all the time I love it. But this time from this place!!! Yuk!!!
Went here yesterday and multiple employees were preparing food with no masks on! Another had her mask only over her mouth, with her nose exposed. I immediately canceled my order and asked for my money back. So unacceptable. They should be shut down.
Food was good, but the service got very slow, before there was a d.r., guy that worked there, and it was faster, food good, store pretty clean, maybe wipe down front doors a bit more.. 😉
The employees are rude and act as if youre bothering them when you place an order. The prices have skyrocketed and the quantity and quality has just gone way down. Ill just make tacos at home myself.
Not sure what is the problem with this location.. every time I come here, there is some issue. Went with a friend for takeout and had a bad experience again. Tried to order a bucket of chicken /8 piece at 6 pm on a week night. The server told me , that they were out of breasts..How are you a restaurant that sells chicken and dont have breasts during dinner Time? Maybe it was just this one time ? Nope- many reviews say the same thing. The place was under staffed and not clean. Very slow service and many people waiting on line to pick up their food after paying. This is supposed to be fast food. So, their concept is being messed up.. maybe the owner/operator needs a talk from YUM brands, or a surprise inspection visit.Went back again recently.. and was pleasantly surprised , to find improved.. faster service and the order was fine.
Fast and friendly service. Food quality is good. I ordered and my food was given to me in less than one minute! Truly fast food. Nice spacious area to eat, kept clean by staff. Good stuff.
This is a tough one to rate as my last experience left a lot to be desired but my previous experience was much better.Both times they had difficulties getting my order correct as well as theres soda dispenser having limited to no soda available.The young lady that was the manager on my previous visit went out of her way to correct all the issues, not only for me, but for the other customers as well.The last visit? Left the whole lot to be desired.Even the cashier, I believe his name was Jeff, went out of his way to keep me from contacting any manager of the store, especially the GM. In fact, he seemed more like a bodyguard that was trying to protect the Royal Family then an employee trying to help customers.
Order 2 soft tacos, waited 45 mins for the food and I asked for just lettuce and meat, and they put cheese. And when I got home to eat the food was cold
Food is as expected, but when I went, the staff was barely helpful. They were out of a lot of menu items. Sauces were not available to grab for yourself and before I could ask for some I was handed my food in a to-go bag, even though I said I was dining in, and shooed away for the next order (when it was barely even crowded).
Person making the food got my order mixed-up with someone else food. Then she just left the 2 bags on the counter like she didnt care and didnt even try to correct her mistake.
These folks are slow af. They put my fries in 5 minutes after I ordered. I never plan to stand in someones lobby for most of my lunch break.No bueno

After 15 orders came out I started to wonder if the bag sitting behind the counter (while the 15 orders after mine came out) was mine. So I asked someone. She said...ummmm thats taco bell, and walked away. Wouldnt inquire about my order. Basically saying not my problem. I get in line 20 min after placing my order saying I wanted my money back and wham...they hand me the suspected bag thats been sitting there. I hope shes the one that has to clean the burrito smeared all over the table.

So much more expensive than any other taco Bell. Its double the regular price. If this is independently owned, the owner need to fix this problem. Took my kids there and ordered food. The bean burrito was dripping out of the side making it impossible for my kids to hold it to eat.

Manager was very rude who made a Mistake in my order then when I show it to her she made me wait 15 minutes for 2 soft taco. Wen I ask for it she gave me one taco and made me wait 5 minutes to give another one and the bread was cold . If it was a employe I would understand how come a manger of a store can do that. I am seeking the general managers attention. Happened on 02-02-2018 around 9 pm. A taco bell manager did this. She is a girl was working in the food making bar in Taco Bell .

I love this place no matter how long it takes the food because I rather wait for some fresh food and hot. then having some food that was there for more then 10 or 30 minutes. if you dont like the service there you should go somewhere else and stop judging other people business. go to McDonalds if you want something fast and microwave, lol. and sometimes I love about this fast food restaurant KFC & Taco bell they take care of homeless people who are hungry. and I havent seeing any restaurant helping the homeless people.
Stay away from the dirty place. They dont seem to understand English very well . Not only did they manage to screw up my order and give me something else and I had to wait not her 10 minutes for them to remake the meal. Then when I got to my car I found out that its cold because half was sitting outside waiting for the other half of order.
Awesome chilling spot. They have a Taco Bell & KFC in here with lots of seating, good & quick staff, and a parking lot. I always come here to catch up on the gossip with my good Judy.
Wow this place is a mess. There is no order here had me waiting in line for 15 mins then I got my order at 6:25pm today 11/09/15 waited for 3 tacos until 6:47 left with a refund and hungry.For what was seen people standing,wearing gloves after picking things off the floor 😨 my god this is unreal.whoever is the owner of this place need to fire there mangers and retrain there employees dont go here until they do for the sake of you time and Heath. But if you take this review lightly then seeing is believing.Hopefully they clean them self up seen that there not another one around. Ill will be doing a follow up on this place. But not anytime soon.
Bought some cinnabon delights 12 pk. Horrible experience staff not paying attention to details and the cinnabon delights all hard like a rock. Never again visiting this location.

My Order incomplete, employees creaming out order numbers like we were all in some sort of auction site, the girl at the register speaking with some attitude. Biscuit cold and hard make baked yesterday afternoon, not even last night. And on top of all, playing music on the background from the kitchen with a speaker. Sorry KFC, but i did not like this Location.
When I go here its usually a decent experience but when youre supposed to be open until 11 p.m. and when I show up at 10:30 the doors are locked, its not really a good look. Im about two seconds away from being petty and calling corporate to complain.
The place is clean, and the staff was cordial. Fresh chicken, creamy mash, and salad. No ice at this time for cold drinks.

Very unprofessional... the cashier didnt speak english and was having trouble with the register... no one helped him and no one made an announcement as to why we were standing on a growing line... when I asked after 15 minutes of silence if they were taking any orders the non english speaking cashier said NO
Went to the KFC SECTION.The place was clean and well organized for a shared restaurant space (KFC/TACO BELL)They drink selection is great! The staff is pleasant. And the food does not disappoint.

Its okay for a KFC its in the mini mall next to the key foods and the laundromat. Service is okay can be busy at time and takes time to get your food. As for food its KFC so you know what your buying.

This is a KFC/Taco bell combo, so big menu to chose from, only con is the waiting when its busy, besides that great place to catch a good lunch or meal for the day.
Always good. But this location is so frugal with the sauce packets. Make sure you ask for a specific amount or you will not have enough.
I always visit them and they treat me very well. Out of all Taco Bells that I been to this one is the best, and the best that I get treat.

2022-08-17The chicken tenders were as hard as steak and pretty small. The spicy chicken sandwich was tender and very good. The chalupas were also pretty good. The workers treated me nice. Good place, just be careful what you buy.
