Extremely friendly staff, clean environment, delicious food and fast service.
This establishment is disgusting. The workers are slow and rude. I have had two bad encounters with this establishment. They never answer phone when orders are placed on uber. Phone is constantly busy! They don’t follow order rules. I went in person to order and the staff is just terrible. There no friendly face there attitude once you walk in. The food was disgusting my meal wasn’t prepared has it should of been. When asked can they fix a meal it a issue. Definitely need new management and staff. The food needs to be cooked properly.

I would give it a 1 star review but I enjoy the food a lot so for this review its 2 stars.The two ladies taking and packing orders were definitely not friendly at all to anyone, the delivery pick up guys and the few people ordering.I didnt get my receipt so when she was calling my number, I had no clue. She repeated the order number and seemed pretty annoyed no one was replying, but again I was never given a receipt to know my order number.On top of that I was charged a meal, so when I asked for the cup that was part of the meal, she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to give me the cup.If you dont like your job, please look for one which you will enjoy. We go to these food chains to enjoy the food but you guys and your i hate working here attitude towards us just makes my food taste worse.

I havent gone to this location in awhile. The service was good. Cashier was pleasant and food served in a timely manner but the place was a reck. One of the patrons tried to alert who appeared to be the manager and was given a hand in her direction while the person who appeared to be the manager said one minute in a dismissive tone. The garbage cans were over flowing. I didnt think to take a picture and some tables needed to be cleaned. The appeared manager directed one of the staff to clean up although she never addressed patron who walked out. Although, he took his time to get to the task he did a good job.
The wait is long especially now, which frustrates many costumers and the staff. We spent about 30-40 minutes waiting for our order. While waiting, we observed several heated exchanges between clients and employees. I understand that the staff is trying to keep everyone and themselves safe, but the present system is very disorganized. Some people were waiting for food that was ready 15 minutes ago, but since they werent notified they kept on waiting. Perhaps they can invest into an electronic system or have a tracker that would tell you when the order is ready. There are many ideas how to make this process expedient without sacrificing quality, or anybodys safety.

The worse place i went so far , Rude stuff, slow, Unpro. can not handle orders ...Maybe the manager needs it !! I ordered 2 items , waited 25mnts , ask them 5times (answer is ignore u & said wait) Ended by they dont have the drink & to u to serve ur self & replace with Cook & the second item is mistry ...Ended by me by left the store & try to cancel it online later!!!
Missing more than half of our order, food that was actually included was made completely wrong, didn’t taste fresh at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.
When your order is right its okay at best. Atleast when you order on doors dash you get your money back every time its wrong which is everytime. I would rather have my order be right.
A year ago I came in and bought from them and now I dont eat much fast food unless I forgetto buy groceries or that Im really desperate for fast food. The last time I came to this place about a week ago was very different from the last time I came, the food was super cold and the cheese had this dry texture to it I asked to warm it up and it took them more than 15 minutes to get it out of the microwave. And I felt like they didnt give a damn about me or giving me good service. This is super terrible I prefer to buy a banana at the supermarket rather than eating at this place. Not to mention the time you will be spending in the bathroom after you eat Taco Bell. These fast food places should be inspected or closed!
This is a perfect three. Sometimes late at night anyone can crave cheap chicken or tacos. I go here about twice a year even when I live around the corner. It reminds of the lost souls room from the movie beetle juice. Mostly single men with their hands in their pockets staring at the menu. The combination of rude customers and jaded staff mean you will see someone that came in after you get their food before you. But what can I say it’s good designed for a late night craving.
You almost cant tell Taco Bell is in there. I walked in and back out to make sure I was in the right place. Walked back in and ordered. You have to ask for the hot sauce since its behind the counter. Bathroom door to ladies room doesnt lock. And it was a mess. Food is the same as any Taco Bell.

Its a Fast Food place that serves BOTH TacoBell & KFC Chicken. Service is a bit slow but nothing good in life comes fast :) The Staff is nice and polite, other than having a minimal amount of workers and not as many as it should sometimes that slows things down, i give it a 7 out of 10. Its a fast food place, what else can be said? Overall a good stop and go for a quick bite in Midwood, B.K.
The service here is good, however the facilities werent clean. All of the tables were really dirty, and the time I was there (~30-40 minutes) I didnt see anybody come around to clear or clean tables and floors, which were also sticky. Another thing I will note is the high volume of school kids that come in after school hours to eat, yes but also to hang around too long, and be incredibly obnoxious and inconsiderate and the staff either cant or wont do much about it.
Order took forever to arrive plus missing items. But to top it off the taco shell was stale. It was like biting into stale bread. Definitely need to switch management here from all the complaints. Only reason why people come here is because of the location, other than that I’ll bet nobody would visit.
My wife and I felt very uncomfortable, walking in, hearing customers curse loudly at each other, staff running around like headless chicken... not a good experience. Our cashier lady was nice, she did the best she could, but the food served gave us both an upset stomach and we didn’t even finish most of it (thankfully). Don’t waste your time here.
They didnt get my order right the cinnamon twists had no sugar on it I asked for loaded nacho fries and they gave regular with no seasoning on it do not recommend and employees are immature.

Customer Service at this location has gone down... I have been going here since 2009 and its pretty bad: they forgot parts of my order, they made me wait just to fix that order, they were not responding well, they couldnt understand my order (no meat, just beans because I am vegetarian), and they were stingy with their packets of sauce. I will go to another venue next time.
The service is so slow you could go to the supermarket, pick up the ingredients and then cook, before your order would be ready. They also need better customer service....service with a smile go a long way. They need to stop moving like snails and try to move like Bolt.
The food was ok but the staff were not friendly. Cashier lady -Louisa- was rude when we inquired about the ingredints of one of the Burritos as we are vegetarian, she just answered I dont know. When we asked for tissue, she just pointed at it. No smile, no thanks you, nothing. I wouldnt go there again.
First of all, i love it cuz its right around the corner from my house. Second, Ive been coming here for as long as i remember. Third, i just love Taco Bell!!! But last couple of times it wasnt that great ( and i mean HORRIBLE!!! ). But its very close and i still go there every time i crave it. And then i went there yesterday and it seemed to get much batter.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The few times I have come here I have always had to wait extremely long.. they mess up the orders every time and do not have good customer service I placed my order for a Crunchwrap and a simple burrito at 6:41 and got it at 7:10 that’s not including the time I waited in line to order. The place is filthy and they allow the homeless to sit in there hanging out. Do not go here.
Don’t waste your money. The food is horrible and they never get your order correct. We ordered 2 taco party packs which is suppose to bring 12 tacos each. One box had 10 and the other box 9. The tacos were horribly mad, some tacos only had beef and cheese or beef and lettuce or lettuce and cheese, the taco it self tasted like it had been expired. There wasn’t a single proper made taco.
Food was warm at best. Place looked runned down and there was some major lack of cleanliness to the point where I didnt feel comfortable finishing my food. Place was full of homeless people but the overall smell and cleanliness was the worst part.

This place is Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken. The place is wheel chair and walker accessible. I gave it only one star because I ordered the family large chicken order and had problems. Not all the chicken was cooked through. I paid 75 cents extra to get one order of sweet corn with one order of potatoes.Instead I received 2 potato orders and no corn that I paid extra for. I usually do not eat this food because it is very unhealthy.
Terrible. Im not usually a fan of leaving negative reviews however this place definetely deserves the crown jewel for all-around worst places to eat. Ive been coming to this Taco Bell / KFC joint for as long as I can remember (solely due to the fact that its the most easily accessible one to me) and it has always been horrible unfortunately. Theyve changed staff countless times over the years and actually Id say they have even improved in that department since I first went there but the food is still GARBAGE. Just like everyone else Taco Bell / KFC holds a special place in my heart. After seeing a taco bell commercial I always get incredible cravings and try to get to one as soon as humanely possible to satisfy my taste buds. Combining the location convenience and the incredible cravings I always make the mistake of coming here and its gotten to the point where i HAVE to leave a review to warn people to stay away from here.
Do not eat here! If you are anyone like me- a huge taco bell advocate and defender you will be through disappointed that this particular franchise is running taco bells good name in to the mud. I came here for the first time tonight these are the events-1. easy order got wrong (no big deal)2. they did not want to fix the order but they finally did (no big deal)3. took my friend 7 minutes to get there food (ehhh... a little to long for nachos but again no big deal)4. they did not have guacamole (no problem, taco bell is not know for there guacamole)5. my french fries where half raw6. the establishment is advertised to close at 2am but we are not aware they plan on closing at 1am this Saturday night. there are 3 different groups eating there meals and everyone not aware of the changed closing time. they do not ask any one to leave or give advance warning, no THEY TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS ON EVERYONE EATING!!! HUGE PROBLEM! no warning, no explanation. what the heck is that attitude about? I could not finish the food it was clear they did not care about anyone or anything they served you.
I will say that all the time I was there the stuff was extremely nice, they always cared for costumers, The food is extremely good and fresh. I like how it connects with KFC you always can get items from both places at ones with ez.

This place is horrible. The slowest and the worst service. We waited for our takeout order for almost an hour. When we finally got it and came home to eat our food, we learned that it wasnt exactly as we ordered. However, there was no point in trying to change it, they couldnt get it right the first time. Plus, I cant even imagine how long that would take. Calling it FASTFOOD is a joke!
Honestly quality is good 3 stars because if the wait.. i dont understand why is wait for your food is so long.. kfc is there and a chase across the street so overall a good fast food spot. havent had an issues with cleanliness. they just remodeled the place..looks awesome
Worst place I’ve ever been. I placed order and every 5 min the small women said it’s coming after 30 minutes I asked them nicely is my order coming or not it’s been a while now. The small women showing me attitude and screaming at me like I owe her something. And I said ok no problem they work all day they are tired but guess what? The waiting wasn’t worth it. Chicken was horrible with tons of oil on it. Not worth it at all.
For fast food place, they deserve 5 stars since they really make food that tatste good. But for the service here they can do much better, there were 3 kids that did many things, but serving me wasnt one of the things.good food, can be better service.
This is a very bad location. The line is often ten plus minutes and the eating area is a disaster. I don’t normally review fast food chains but stay away from this location if possible. It’s a known hotspot for drug users needing to use the bathroom...
This place sucks! Everytime I go there its always a problem. Im tired of giving this place a chance. I was skipped for about 10 minutes waiting for my order to finish and I see the workers in the back just taking their time. Im sure when applying for Taco Bell it says fast food! So, the moment I asked for a refund my food is ready? This is the last time I will go back to this place!

They are mad slow and not efficient at this location. The food is fine tho cause its hard to mess up what is already made for you. So its still good if you are willing to wait. I will only go in when there is no line at all!
This is the worst in the worst. The store looks very busy from outside because you would see a lot of people inside of the store all the time. That is not because they are Really busy, that is because the staffs are soo lazy and literally just walking around and do nothing! They are always make customers wait. It would be worth if the food is good, but not! Food is cold and taste just ok, nothing special.This place really need a good manager who HAS brain.
I am a frequent Taco Bell customer and out of all of the locations I have visted, this one is most definately the worst one. The cashier taking my order, Dora, was improperly trained for this job and had no idea what she was doing. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which was fine, but she still interpreted it incorrectly giving me incorrect items. As I was ordering she proceeded to get aggitated and after each item she rudely asked me if I was done, if that was all for my order, in an aggresive manor as if she was getting annoyed. Beyond that, I ordered Taco Bells infamous Cinnabon Delights. The icing inside is supposed to be creamy and it was nowhere near that and some delights were rock hard as well. As if they have been sitting out for a while. I was in a rush so I checked to see that all of my items were there at the restaurant, but when I got home I noticed that I had recieved the wrong Tacos and my burrito did not have the add ins I requested and paid for. I wanted to call the manager and complain with hopes that this location would improve, but after attempting to call three times and getting no answer I resorted to writing this review to at least get the word out this way. Youre better off going to ANY other location. I have never recieved such poor service.
It wasn’t that busy when I got there but everyone there was up at the counter waiting on their food. The food took forever and rather than giving me two of something they gave me two meals worth of that thing. At that point it wasn’t worth the wait to have them fix it or the fight to get to the counter and let my issue take precedent over everyone else’s issues. Food was goo though once the frustration subsided.
This place is a Taco Bell / KFC. Once a month, my son and I eat here. Yes, its fast food so the 4star rating is based on fast food, not a 4star restaurant. But its tasty, fattening, and worth it. Plus, its the only non-chicken nuggets meat my son will eat (someone cook the boy a steak, please!). As a vegetarian, I was apprehensive as Id once gotten a chunk of meat in my bean & cheese burrito from a place on 23rd st in NYC. Never had that here. The main cashier we get on Sunday afternoon deserves a raise! (Ill get her name next time.)
On the hottest days in nyc this place as no Ac. It’s barely breathable on the line waiting to order & the dining area has minimum ac blowing barely. This place should be closed, the poor staff keeps coming out from the back to get water to drink. Who ever owns this company is taking full advantage of employees who probably have no choice but to work in this heat so they can pay their bills! I’m very disappointed & disgusted!
It says that they are open till 2 AM on Saturdays when they actually close at 1 AM. I came at 12:45 AM and their Taco Bell menu wasn’t available. Their KFC menu had only tenders.
The worst possible experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place... The place is dirty, they make you wait forever and the food was cold. What a waste of money. I hope the health department closes this place down. Also, the manager Lisa doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Her employees are afraid to ask her something because she tells them to shut up.
I waited 2 hours for hard tacos and they were soft. i got the food and i seen that it came with chipotle napkins and a kfc bag??? terrible service took way too long hunger not satisfied.

The food is fresh and the servers are actually very nice and respectful theyre not just trying to hurry up and finish their shift and you know get their done their day over and done with it seems like theyre actually happy to work there and not just collect a paycheck and also they all wear gloves so its really sanitary and its really clean I would definitely recommend going there with family because they also have tons and tons of specials so its a great place to go with your family to grab a bite to eat for lunch at least I think so
I keep asking for cheese Quesadillas and they just keep putting chicken on !! Everytime a new worker does the food they always make it wrong for months . Someone should be watching them until they trained right !! I use to love Taco Bell .. this is for Coney Island and Kingshwy!!
For the span of 20 minutes I spent there trying to eat my meal the staff kept on arguing with one another. The customers felt unsafe. We were all able to hear the argument. It was something about someone talking negatively about someone else. Please be professionals! :(
Taco bell is pretty lame from ninety percent of my experiences. They add more beans than meat, cheese, and rice in a taco, your best menu item which is the five dollar nach box is gone. Which means in my opinion of course the only good things you have on the menu are your nacho fries, Baja blast mountain dew, and hard shell tacos. Those three things Ive listed are your only saving graces. Everytime I step into a taco bell I feel violated, and the more I try the more Im less satisfied with my choice in investing in the company. Taco bell is like going to an amateur stand up comedy club in the rough part of the neighborhood. You go in finding new potential, you walk out limping with a bullet hole in your foot.
They did not have frozen drinks.... AC was broken so its extremely hot... sauce I asked for was not added to my crunchwrap... we asked for onions and was told they dont do onions there smh... not a fan of this location I will not be returning
The workers were pleasant, the food came out quickly, and it was all well prepared. There was some guy eating ice cubes out of the soda machine and a lady sitting with just a cup started talking to me about something crazy which reminded me I was in the typical New York fast food restaurant.
Service was very very very slow. The Staff needs training in customer service. It doesnt look clean. Food was not poorly prepare. Hardly any meat, if this its meat.I wont be returning or recommending this location to a friend.

On 12/23/2015 I decided Id get some KFC for dinner located at Coney Island avenue & kings highway so at about 6:17 pm I had placed my order nothing crazy like mash potatoes or biscuits, just16 pieces of mixed chicken Fast forward 45 minutes later I had reached my limit & asked for a refund. how this place is still in business is beyond my understanding.

The place has used furniture possibly little dirt and grime. Service isnt great sometimes its okay. Its the only place that has both taco bells and KFC in a many mile radius. Its not on every corner like dunkin donuts McDonalds or starbucks.

Dr. Khan and his staff I all give 5 stars ! I have been a patient of Dr. Khan for a few years now. He has an intuitiveness other Doctors do not have. If you need pain Management you should try Dr Khan !
Rude staff, dirty restaurant
This place specifically gets one star because of the low quality of human beings that work there. I havent yet in my 11 Years of Living in Brooklyn come across someone who works at this establishment that doesnt have an attitude doesnt speak with a dirty mouth or is never not on their phone. There is no reason under any circumstances that people have to wait online long periods of food because the employees are too busy arguing with each other back and forth or looking on their phone or standing there like if they dont know what to do. Its sad and pathetic.
If i could give this place negative 5 stars i would. First and last time i ever go there spent 45 minutes on the line seen 3 people leave before me without ordering food because the employees are just standing there doing nothing. Management walking arround and also doing nothing. Absolutley terrible. Take your money elsewhere.

After waiting 50 min for a chalupa because they ran out of gloves to make the food with. Mind u I was the 3rd in line to order... After getting my food (still managed to refrain myself from cussing) took it to go , got to my car and they messed up my damn order. I blame the management..

I go here all the time and they are pretty notorious for getting the order wrong almost every time. Its frustrating because it means waiting longer for them to reprepare the food.
They suppose to be open from 7am but ive been there at 9:30 twice already and they were closed both times. Food tasts alright though but they should put lil more meet in them tacos.
They gave me attitude when I asked if there were free soda refills, but my homey got finessed with free food on accident purpose, so yeah they get a 3.
They didnt include the amount of chicken as stated in the order. They did not include a cookie as stated in the order. They did not even have beans for a burrito, as stated in the order. The workers are mostly the ghetto african americans, which explains why. Not only that, but it takes forever for a order to be executed.

EXTREMELY dirty place, some of the employees have nasty attitudes, and the food will give you an upset stomach. But I cant stop eating it because it tastes so good and is so cheap.

Ood that this place doesnt open before 10AM. The cashiers are unprofessional, that with customers about November while others are online. Refused to let an old guy use their bathroom because he wasnt a customer, Im never going back after seeing that.
Store hours online is different from the one at the door and I have to come back at 10am. But to make the matter worst they serve KFC and not Taco Bell at this time. Bad for business

So this is supposed to be fast food yes, I guess not this location Im a NYC Paramedic so most of our meals are on the run well, with only 2 customers in front of the wait was about 30 minutes only to watch the 2 guys preparing my order to whom which I repeated twice make the wrong order all while handling the food with only one glove on🤮🤮... I will never go back to this place and wouldnt suggest any one else does either.Fast food ha I dont think so more like trash food...

I waited 45 minutes before they even started makong my food so i asked for a refund and thank god i did because I seen people making burritos on the counter, the place was disgusting and unorganized
The service was good the food is excellent a little bit more work dining area and it would be fine
I love Taco Bell, and this location is better than it was a few years ago, but as Taco Bells go, this store is not exactly one that calls out to come back often.
There are only two cash registers and only one of them is being used and the food take about 30 to 40 minutes to be made in all there should be more people here and the wait time is also 20 minutes

The Taco bell located inside of the KFC its a small place, usually tables are not clean and over crowded during the lunch time but theres a restroom.
Horrible ordered chicken crunch wrap and got literally 3 pieces of chicken should of called it lettuce crunch wrap. Then gave it a second chance a few nights later ordered chicken burrito and got no chicken but a load of refried beans

The employees really suck. They close at 12:45 when they are supposed to be open till 2am. They say they have no food when the glass case is FULL of fried chicken!! Employees are disgustingly lazy and should be fired.

2022-06-26The employees at this location are so miserable and incompetent that it’s ridiculous. I once worked as a Dasher and it was unbearable they always didn’t give you everything, as a customer out of all of my orders here genuinely, literally, half the time I’m missing items, most recently today my supreme combo was missing half of the ingredients inside - they literally sent me the supreme taco with two things inside of it - that’s it. Yesterday more than half of my order was missing, I ordered five items, they gave my Dasher two. How hard is it to count five freaking ingredients in a supreme combo, how do you send a supreme combo with two things inside of the tortilla, if you hate your job so much quit but they are so despicable, and they’ve been like this for years. And how do you religiously not give people their entire order for DoorDash, you don’t even bother looking at the receipt or the order, people order food because they’re busy or they’re working they need to feed their kids their family for dinner and you constantly, regularly, inexcusably do this. Don’t even think about ever getting any sauces or napkins, even if you specifically add the sauces to your order. They also never answer the phone of course. And yes DoorDash has had them flagged for over a year as a restaurant that constantly misses items, there is literally a warning for them when people pick up their food, still management does nothing, doesn’t retrain them doesn’t penalize them, they continue to be just lazy.

2021-10-09Super slow service. I literally had no one in front of me and one person waiting for food and it still took over ten minutes to get two burritos. It was a Friday night and they didnt have soft tacos OR rice.. What? The food is below average and does not taste as good as other taco bells. Definitely skip out on this place.

2021-12-19One of the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Their staffs have attitude problems and horrible at serving customers. I asked for some napkins after receiving my food, but the staffs act like they don’t hear me at all. I’m 100% sure they heard me, but decide to not acknowledge my voice or existence. Took me three times to get through to them. As a paying customer, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost
