I went into this Taco Bell around 12:06 AM I ordered my food and one of my items was a soft shell taco at this point in time the crew was cleaning up and they had all the equipment gathered in the middle of the work area cleaning this female employee was scrubbing the wall with a dirty rag and cleanser with one hand and rubbing my taco on the grill so that it heats faster with the other hand I stopped the young woman and I told her that her cleaning while touching my food made me uncomfortable and she assured me that it was two different hands I told her I was still uncomfortable she brushed me off and gave me the same taco she had been touching with her dirty gloves I will never come back to this establishment again and my taco taste like cleanser .
If I could give this establishment no stars I would, initially when I first saw that a Taco Bell had opened up not far from my house I was excited. So naturally I went on Uber Eats and placed an order. Now remember it is not far from my house at all, a pretty long walk but about a 5 minute drive. Also the Uber Eats app for those of you who are not familiar with it, shows you the progress of your order once placed. I saw that the order was being prepared the next step was for the driver to then pick it up.I can see the drivers car on the map parked right in front of the establishment. I didnt think much of it up until nearly an hour later!. Around an hour later Uber Eats informed me that my driver was on his way with those yummy tacos!!!.Driver pulls up , hubby is already outside, and I am upstairs with our son now wondering why its taking a while for my husband to come back upstairs.Finally hubby comes strolling in the apartment tacos in tote and proceeds to tell me about the conversation he just had with the Uber driver about our order. Well it turns out and for the sake of the drivers privacy not that hell care but Ill just call him Fred. Fred apologized explaining that it had been busy and that the employees asked if he could just cancel the order. Fred informed them that he was not going to be canceling the order.Look I get it , I have had my fair share in the food industry. I did it all from serving, food running, grill, slicing cold cuts, making sandwiches, cleaning out deli cases, hostess, even managing restaurants. Its not easy I worked in fast food I have been there I understand. But what I have never understood was taking some ones money even if the money was not entirely going in to my pocket and lying.Moving forward when I finally sat there and checked through my order it had looked like some one did a jail house burrito!!!!, no wait I am sorry a jail house burrito had more structure than these tacos. Not only did they forget items but they did every taco, chalupa incorrectly. I had ordered at least 4 hard shell tacos and all 4 of those tacos were soggy. All the items I had ordered and yes I will be repeating this again were either soggy, missing, or missing ingredients.Why would any one tell some one to cancel an order after already having made the order?. Why not just remake the entire order if you had it sitting there for so long?. So with this being said I do not recommend this Taco Bell for any one who is looking to order food from them using any kind of third party delivery service.This is definitely one of those joints where you would need to check your food immediately on the spot most probably resulting in a refund because they have completely messed everything up.Side Note: None of the Chalupas below were a supreme all soggy and cold. Once again not far from these guys at all.
First time coming to this Taco Bell’s and it was a good experience. There wasn’t any line to order even though i used the kiosk machine and the wait to get my food was fast. Not only was the wait fast but the food was fresh and enough. When i say enough i mean enough of chicken and cheese usually other Taco Bell’s would put a little bit of chicken and a lot of cheese but not here everything was great. So was the customer service. FIVE STARS
The staff seems incredibly overworked and understaffed.Everytime we get food here at least 10-25% of the order is missing, and half the time theres beef in vegetarian options. Definitely check your order at pick-up, because theyre anything but reliable on that front!Its a Taco Bell. Its cheap and filling and quick to pick up. Itd just be nice if they got the orders right.
If i could give no stars i would, i went in to buy food at 9 pm whoever is the manager or in charge of the night shift staff needs to be fired because she doesn’t know how to talk to her staff or customers, the food was completely incorrect i had to ask them to remake it, went in again couple days later to give it another chance i see staff screaming at staff, staff screaming and throwing items at one guys and lost my appetite immediately (1902 RALPH AVE) taco bell needs to be shut down because what the hell. I don’t write reviews even if something has made me physically sick but a manager or founder or someone need to shut down this location or fire and rehire new people. Absolutely disgusting.
This Taco Bells food and location was decent, except for the restaurant cleaner. Why did the stinky and sweaty 🧹 cleaning guy put to serve me and gave me slippery change from his sweaty stinky hair? Was he just finish cleaning the toilet and then the kitchen area. Hes a typical Taco Bell bad stinker.
Just stopped by this location and I was not pleased. After ordering, I went closer to the food work-station and it was a total mess. What made matters worse is that the person preparing the orders kept touching every single surface you could think of with her gloved hand and then proceeded to pick up lettuce and shredded cheese with that same gloved hand. Just does not seem sanitary to me. I will not be going back.
Brand new location and great staff. The people are quick with preparing the foods and are very friendly. Super clean as well and everyone was clean and wearing their masks. This will definitely be my go to Taco Bell from now on on this side of Brooklyn. Also a big fan of the aesthetic design they went for the shop. Beautiful place they made here:
So glad theres a Taco Bell near me now. This place was very clean and staff are friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I got Pepsi from the fountain and I swear it tastes like cherry flavour, its not original Pepsi. I know I chose the right Pepsi so I guess they installed the wrong flavour.
Was passing by when I stopped for a quick lunch. Stopped by and ordered a quesadilla and some fries with it. I was really surprised how quick the order went through and was very satisfied with the customer service.I cant remember the name but I remember the guy was wearing a gold ring in his ears. He was quite well versed and was happy with the service.
The worst taco bell i have ever seen, almost an hour wait, from my order they missed all drinks, extra ingredients on my nachos that i paid, forgot a few items, and the only thing i specified in all items was no beans, they did just the opposite about 20 persons waiting for orders, they left all dressing bottles fall into the ingredients and didnt pick them up just continued, the most dirty counter
Okay, So I went yesterday evening about 4pm. Upon walking in, I saw 1 person at a kiosk, and I beleive 4 employees just standing behind the counter talking doing nothing. When I approached the counter to order, I was told I HAD TO, to order at the kiosk, which confused me because when I looked at the end of the counter, I saw two registers, I am assuming those are not there for decorations. But I proceeded to order at the kiosks. When placing my order, I wanted a small drink. I only saw an option for a medium and a large size drink. I opted for a medium. When waiting for my order I saw on the Menu on the TV that there are a small medium and large drink option with different prices. When I questioned, an employee about why I didnt have a small option, she told me she didnt know why the menu said that because they only have medium and large. When I received my order, I was disappointed. The burrito was half the size it normally is. I ordered chips and cheese. They were very stingy with the chips and didnt even fill the small cheese cups all the way. They were filled half way. To say the least, I will not be going back.
The store is clean and new. The food is good. Exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bell. Disappointed in the online ordering process. I ordered for myself as a pickup order through the app. The order said it was being made, but what I pulled up to the store, I was still required to go to the cashier and check in before they would make my food. This made no sense as I had already ordered and paid online. Please get this fixed as the Uber eats people and online orderers were sitting around waiting for their food like they would in every other restaurant, only to find out that nothing had been made yet. Why even have the option to order online, if it takes more time than ordering in the store. I literally have been in the store waiting for 25 mins and they just started making my order.
I am very tired of this store. I continue to give this store a chance everytime i order food online from doordash. It seems as though the employees do not care about their customers. But they may have forgotten that the customer is always right. I have ordered from THIS taco bell multiple times and i continue to be dissatisfied. I always get the wrong order , the wrong food , cold food , broken tacos , my drink is always missing , the meat wasn’t even fully cooked , and i’m allergic to lettuce and tomatoes and somehow someway they end up in my tacos. I’ve almost had an allergic reaction if i hadn’t looked inside of my crunchwrap before eating it. At this point i am a very unhappy customer and i will never be eating or ordering any food from this location. I do not recommend
Horrible customer service! They had me waiting for a cup for a while after paying for it. Right after they gave the uber delivery ppl their orders they acted as if they didn’t acknowledge me standing there. I had to beg for a cup so that I can get out. MANAGER NEEDS TO WORK ON THEIR ASSOCIATES ATTITUDES! Also they have a huge pile of wasted food dropped right in-front of store parking space! Don’t go to this location!
My mother visited this restaurant today and had a terrible experience. She ordered a chicken chalupa and paid the additional fee for the item, only to be given a beef item. Once she explained to the cashier that there was an error, the server dumped chicken ON TOP of the incorrect beef item. She told them that is not what she wants and asked for the correct item. The server then made her order and instead of placing it on a paper (normal protocol) SHE DRAGGED THE CHALUPA ACROSS THE COUNTER IN COVID-19. She had to throw it away not wanting to argue. This is not only a health issue, but this is disgraceful especially when people’s health is at stake. WATCH THEM CLOSE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TAKING THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS WITH YOUR FOOD.
Horrible. Nobody knows what they doing. How you have 7 employees and no one knows what to do and arguing with each other in front of customers. They have no guidance. Even the supervisor and manager arguing with each other. Like the blind leading the blind. And how are you a million dollar franchise and have no chicken 🐔.
Taco Bell at 1902 Ralph Avenue is the worst restaurant ever there as one young guy over there I don’t know if he is the manager last night this Guy is cursing out everybody at the restaurant his coworkers his costumer me I am a Dasher i was at the restaurant i will never pick up any orders from this place anymore cause last night I peace of the way I see this young guy treating people over there just give up the order and called DoorDash cause this guy is cursed too much over there I don’t know how come he’s very disrespectful damn damn
I passed this Toco-Bell Yesterday for the first & when I called my wife & she gave me her order & the manager told I needed to use the self service key pad & when he walked over & helped me well he now has a new customer for life as I live in Brooklyn thank you Taco - Bell

2022-03-22The restaurant is always cleaned and well maintained. The working area is clean as well. The staff is diligent and hard-working. I wish staff members were welcoming. A little bit of greetings when entering the restaurant or when calling your name will go a long way. A smile when handing over your order or telling you to come back again wont hurt.

2022-07-24I went to get a taco for my children and they told me to use the machine. I needed help with the machine and there was no one to help me because they was busy with preparing orders. I then asked if they can take my order for me and they said they are busy that’s why they told me to use the machine. I don’t know I had to leave because I wanted to order but no one was able to help me order the food. It is sad because I love Taco Bell but this is horrible customer service . It seems like there’s no manager to guide the workers or supervisor because this is very unprofessional

2022-07-080 Stars employees arent welcoming at all & they NEVER have anything but attitude. Out of 6 freezes only 1 works they never have steak. They never have anything you order. I had to wait 6 minutes just for someone to come to the register for me to pay. So much cross contamination when making vegetarian or meat orders & on the cups. They spend more time talking & complaining about their colleagues over the orders that they are supposed to be finising that been sitting there for like 8 minutes but instead have customers waiting for those orders unacceptable.

2022-07-097.8.22 I ordered #6 combo. It was messed up. Staff seems alergic to work. My impression of this location: the ability of the labor pool in this neighborhood is too low to satisfy the need. I would never go there again. Taco bell, close this place down. Youre damaging your brand by maintaining this location.

2022-04-08This is THE most ghetto, unprofessional Taco Bell that I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Placed an uber eats order that was pretty simple.. veggie meal for 2 (2 bean burritos, 2 spicy potato soft shell taco, 2 nachos and 2 cheese quesadillas), chicken chalupa, 1 brisk mango drink and one sunrise cherry drink.Huh.. well I THOUGHT it was a simple order. This location didnt send me the cherry drink, the other one had the cover halfway off and had spilled. The chicken chalupa was a hard shell beef taco! I didnt want BEEF!!! thats why I ordered chicken!!!The cheese quesadillas were undercooked and tossed in the bag like ab afterthought. Nachos were non existent . The guacamole I paid extra for was nowhere to be found. This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE. EVER

2022-06-25Taco bell employees are slow getting orders out. I ordered before three people and they got there order way before me. Also never order from that location on Uber Eats App you will never see your order delivered.

2022-03-31We went on a sunday afternoon so it was quiet. The food tasted about the same as i remembered but the thing that stood out to me was the food station was very messy tomato and lettuce was strewn around like party confetti.

2022-04-09Its simply mad ghetto in there ..toppings not spread evenly.....cups sticky all that...obviously management could give a sht who they hire or the quality of service they should provide in that community. Its sad 😔
