Nasty people, the heefa making the tacos, shes shaped like a slice of 🍕 threw my food on the counter and walked away. Gave you 3 stars, reading being I spent 10 on the new sandwich box and got stale bread. Went into the trash, didn’t go back because I stopped by on my lunch break and there’s no time. Going back to work with no sandwich 🥸EDIT: look at that, no utensils to eat the Mac and cheese or coleslaw. I’ll just enjoy these fries for my lunch. That’s 1 star now

The worst ever.... I ordered my food through the driving even though it took forever for him to come get the order my 2 friends got out the car and went inside. So I ordered my food got to the window and paid for it ...25 minutes later I still dont have no food... I went inside my girlfriends are still waiting.. One person is cooking in the back and shes got a attitude That woman took her time and didnt care how many people were waiting for food. Finally got my food and left . The Pepsi is flat and my food is cold...Never ever again

DO NOT COME!!!! I never give reviews on bad or good places but my experience was so bad I have to. I unfortunately cant give this restaurant 0 stars, so 1 will do. They took over 20 minutes to fill my order on the drive through line when only 2 cars were in front of me. I understand they may have had a lot of door dash orders to fill but, they should have told me when I ordered they were busy. The door dash people waiting by the drive-through window didnt have masks on and were not instructed by employees to wear them. When I finally got to the window I asked for the manager and looked in the window to find an employee not wearing their mask correctly. The manager said Sorry and walked away. When I got my orders half of it was wrong but it was too late. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Today I had the worst service ever, the short lady at the register wasnt paying attention to my order at all and got only one thing right that I ordered. She also kept me waiting at the counter for 5-10 min...poor service
The Taco bell is so slow. Me and my sister came for KFC and taco bell but the KFC came way before the taco bell. My sister and I have been waiting for our tacos for 20 mins. The food is good but the wait is horrible. And the store is completely empty besides the people in the drive thru.
I have been to this location twice. My initial visit was pleasant and they Staff was efficient. My order was correct and the food was enjoyable.Last night, I took my family there. There environment was clean, Staff worked efficiently. However, the drinks machines were serving flat everything. Staff was comfortable telling us that instead of labeling it as out of order. Who is buying flat soda? My family all took our cups to the fruit punch option and it was watery and tasted horrible like it sat there for a long time. Staff again was comfortable with that when really its robbery that is folks money being wasted. I asked for Pink Lemonade from behind the counter instead and my family members followed as well. I can tell the cashier was a little bit annoyed but its only right. You cant serve people your worst and be comfortable with that. She did her best to accommodate us. I think this branch needs to do better.

A return trip was necessary in order to complain to the manager about the food. The manager apologized for the food and replace our order. This time the food was properly cooked and packed. Now, if they could do this all the time without customers having to complain that will be great. Whats your experience, share with the rest of us.
They always get my order wrong! Even through DoorDash order! They wait 20 minutes to confirm the order through door dash that you have to call themIn order to remind them to confirm it! Food is always cold and poorly served! Never again

I ordered a Black Bean Crunch Wrap Supreme. The food was very poorly made, and it tasted pretty terrible too. The inner portion of the wrap was fried in (what Im guessing) old oil - which left an undesirable aftertaste. I usually order this item from other Taco Bell locations and havent had this issue. So, Im not sure why it was so poorly made, but it was still very disappointing.
Ordered online and waited an half hour and still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there for them to make it when the store was completely empty. This same thing happened 2x and when I ask management he just says sorry it wont happen again but it did. So I guess that doesnt hold any weight.
My burrito got straight beans
I asked for a hard taco got a soft taco. There were two chalupas where the bread was hard as rocks. Hardly any filling inside. Order took almost 30 minutes to fill. And everything was thrown together pretty much in one bag. Totally negative review.

The drive thru was crazy slow. It got to the point of being ridiculous. There is no reason it should take as long as it did. It isnt like they are putting together the cure for cancer. Its fast food for gods sake.
The chicken sandwich was good, but to saiteed and there bucket of chicken is to high of a price. So i got two chicken sandwiches, that was 3.99 each.
That place was crazy dirty. The floor was dirty and so was the tables. They took a long time to get the orders to people and when they did, they only gave you half of it, since the Taco Bell half was under staffed. And they seemed like they didnt have everything on the menu since they had a big SOLD OUT sticker over the Chicken and Waffles menu items. When we finally got home to eat the chicken, it was over cooked on the outside, but under cooked on the inside. And its not the first time. I understand its the only Taco Bell for miles, and the only KFC in the area but you have to do a better job if not shut it down.
Food is good but staff is very rude. I was asking the lady when i ahould insert my debit card and she stared me dead in the face and didnt respond. So I had to sit there and play trail and error. Then the food took forever to be made. They take a very long time to run the taco bell side but the kfc stuff comes out immediately.

The food is good but the service is the worst. Waited 37 minutes for my food. When it came my Taco bell order was cold my sons popcorn chicken was cold. Onlt hot item was the wedges. Do disappointed, wont return especially since this wasnt the first time this happened.
Ordered a kfc $5 fill up and 2 taco supremes. The girl Tamira giving out the orders must have been having a bad day. She called my receipt # for the pot pie and left it on the counter. When I didnt get it right away she caught an attitude because I said why dont you call me when my entire order is ready? She left the pie there until I went and got it. She was doing that half order thing for all the customers. Very frustrating. And then 5 mins later she called me for my tacos. I get about 9 blocks away and decided to eat my tacos. Problem. Theres only one there. I go back. The guy only rang 1 up although I said 2. This place sucks. Inattentive and major attitude. If youre having personal problems dont bring it to work.
The service here is super slow and unwelcoming. I dont know if i should be happy that they prepare my food at time of order or upset they dont have the basics under a heating lamp to cut down wait time. There is no a/c so if you decide to dine in, carry a personnel fan. This is the closest kfc/taco bell in my work area I make due.

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell that I have ever been. I went to the drive-through I was fourth in line set there in my car for about 45 minutes. you would think that the line would move forward but no it. Eventually the line didn’t move forward when people kind patient and started to leave. So I drove up to the window and found employee that was supposed to be handling the drive-through line picking her fingernails. Shaking my head this place needs to be under new management!

This place was horrible. There was only 2 cars ahead of us and we waited over 30 minutes at the drive through. I ordered a supreme burrito, got charged for a supreme burrito and after I had driven away I noticed I got a fritto burrito. I was too bothered to even go back. Customer service was horrible and staff was super lazy.
I wish there was a better Taco Bell near by a few times I went there the rice in the burritos is always hard and the bean burritos are always dry inside as if they werent cooked fully. I always have to tell them to make sure that my food is cooked fully its annoying

As a person who have to pick up orders to deliver for two delivery platforms, this place is by far the slowest KFC/Taco Bell combo. Sometimes, I have to cancel the orders and lose money because their wait times are so notoriously long. Getting a serious staff member is like playing Russian Roulette.One staff member decided to cover her name. They seem to play more than work.Customers while waiting always seem to be upset. So when I know an order is coming from there, I rather cancel unless its the last order for the night.

I picked up a xxl burrito and a quesadilla. WHY did they try to overcharge me by $.30!!!!??? Buyer beware...check your receipts for errors!! When I called it to the attention of the manager, he tried to tell me that its not on the board its in the register. I politely told him to look behind him on the board. He gave me the refund, but he had an attitude like I didnt deserve my money. UGGGHHHHHH!!!
It smelled like vomit. The place felt filthy. Theres no AC. There were flies. Everyone moved like they didnt know what they were doing, or where they were. They literally moved like snails...in slow motion. Needless to say, I did not eat that food :(Never again.

This place has KFC and Taco Bell in one. You can order from both fast food services in one, and their food is really good! I highly recommend you try out this place.
The floors and tables where dirty. We asked someone to clean and she came out with such disrespect. The manager said nothing this was on Sunday 7-22-18. They need a new staff and cleaner people not ever going back. TACO BELL you should be ashamed of that place on flatlands
You can be the only person in the store and the wait time at this place can still end up being 30-90 minutes to get your food... That being said there are a handful of people who can get you your order quick but they arent always there...
Literally the slowest experience ive ever had at any restaurant. Unreal. Youd think they were grinding the maize in the back to make the tacos and waiting for the lettuce to grow. Avoid like the plague.

Horrible experience I went there yesterdaylike around 9pm. Come to find out there was only ONE individual working no other staff member were in just ONE person so you know it took forever driveway was looking like the line for new pairs of Jordans outside of a footlocker.

Closed an hour early at the drive thru literally drove 6 miles just to come here and got here at 1:50pm. Extremely disappointed. Closing on Friday and Saturdays for the Drive Thru is 3am.

Can be slow at times; but times have improved since the location had a fire, Christmas Day 2018, and they removed the physical plexiglass barrier that slowed service.

2022-05-20I am so sick and tired of coming to this store just to wait 20-30 minutes for a simple order. Workers constantly mess up the orders when I repeat myself about 3-4 times. One worker (a manager I presume) literally decided to empty the cash registers right when I was about to place my order, delaying me further when i had already waited about 15 minutes. Moreover, an additional individual had forwarded my order thru as if it had been fulfilled and the cooks completely missed it, two orders placed after me were fulfilled before they even mentioned my ticket number. There’s always something going on in that store that delays the process and it’s ridiculous at this point. And Don’t even get me started on the drive thru. 0/10 would not recommend for anyone in a rush or just grabbing a quick bite.

2022-05-25This young lady is the an example of why young African-American people have a bad rep.taco Bell is one of my favorite places.her attitude was so atrocious i couldnt even argue back. young people do not know how to leave their problems at home and handle their job. instead their behavior is being hushed, and honestly in my opinion protected.this young lady proceeded to call her friend over who pretended to be the store manager and then that young lady got the real manager who did not ask what the issue was and thats because I was calm in the situation I simply asked everyone for the name one person lied .. about her name and positon the next one said his spelled it and staid he was the gernal store manager and could not provide me with anyone of there names by law.the names are printed on the shirt! why would he say such a thing? i think he should be retrained.i say all this to say this.stop coming to work in a bad mood your there to do a job and anyone thing that has your name on it should be done well no matter the process. as a manager your there to train assist correct . do not protect that behavior its bad for Business a company and most of all your name. everyone name is very important you should always do a great job Im not even mad but I guess I am reporting this to corporate and the name printed on my receipt is ZAYAEHA made this young lady become great. i believe in her

2022-06-10Disappointed didnt give all items with order. Need new management not customer driven and food was poor quality not hot. Very surprised. Have uber eats people picking up food at drive though instead of inside.

2022-07-09The place is a Taco Bell / KFC combo place. The drive through person was hard of hearing. Food service is slow. They forgot the napkins. Food was fine for what it is.

2021-10-02Just spent $13 here and I got what looks to be 4hr old mash which tasted horrible and smells even worse. Also I got those chicken sandwich tacos and i literally got a dime drop of sauce smh
