Super annoyed, attached is my order of nachos, literally 9 chips. The worker said they were low on cheese she didn’t say anything about chips. Another sign that I don’t need to be eating here.
Terrible Taco bell. This place is a total mess, and fully messed up my meal in multiple ways. First, the margarita freezes we ordered were unavailable, despite this, we were still charged full price, and only offered normal freezes which are considerably less expensive, and did not offer a refund. Then they handed my food out to the wrong person.....poor Ahmet. So not only did they mess up that persons order, they then had to fully remake mine. In the process of remaking my order they decided not to remake my Black bean crunchwrap, and decided to give me the beef one they had already made. This was only discovered once my vegetarian self took a bite. All this and one of my burritos had a hair in it....Terrible taco bell, terrible experience.
VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER . He try to start a altercation with a delivery driver over food, almost pushed him out the store. Very uncalled for. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food and it was very greasy I couldn’t finish it. Won’t be showing love to this Taco Bell
I never had worst customer service at a taco Bell before this one ... everything was disappointing😔..Walked in and stood at the counter for about a minute no one came to take my order. so I went to use the kiosk...Had little meat in the tacos mostly lettuce tomatoes and cheese.. then the girl yells out 3 taco Supremes!.. now keep in mind the kiosk ask us to put our name in.. I didnt know it was mine because there was 4 other people waiting ... Then she gets mad at me because I didnt respond. Then I asked for a cup to get a drink that I already paid for, she gets mad again 😔idk what I did to her but I just left after asking for the cup.

Did an online mobile order on a Sunday night. I arrived to the store expecting my order to be ready. Instead I waited 50 minutes for my order to be ready. Is this really fast food? The store was severely understaffed. The employee in the counter was really nice and very sorry about the event, and was trying his best. But he was clearly overwhelmed with the immense workload, he was probably doing the work of 3 people. If the store doesnt have enough workers for a certain shift, management should simply decide on not opening.

This is the best taco bell in all of brooklyn. The whole team is nice- they work so well together and speak to each other so nicely its a great energy. This location never messes up my order and im always customizing things. Theyre quick and efficient and they assemble the food neatly

I guess its a reminder I shouldnt be eating junk anyways. They always send the order minus 1 or 2 things. Im constantly reporting them on grubhun to get my refund back. It has to be on purpose. No one place can be this consistently bad, especially when theres literally a blue print to follow for every step 🤣🤣🤣. Imagine if it was a real restaurant.
These were the soggiest, flattest tacos everrr. We ordered 2 Combo meals. Doritos supreme & regular. They didnt have bottled water so basically I payed for 2 cups because it was to cold to be walking around with ice water in a cup... and they didnt give me my sauces. 😮😡😒
I regularly get a special order due to dietary restrictions and this Taco Bell has yet to get my order wrong. Its clean and very new inside. Ive gotten food from them about once a month for about a year and a half and am always satisfied with the experience.

When I want to order from Taco Bell and have everything I ask for this is not the place to get it from. Every time I order something from this location I never get what I ask for, I just made a order for a crunchy wrap supreme COMBO, chicken quesadilla and side of nachos and cheese but didn’t get my taco or nachos when I noticed halfway down the street. It’s supposed to be a combo where is the taco that comes with it?! And I didn’t get the nachos I paid for now seems like a waste to even order it if I’m not going to get it every time. This place is a joke even when I make online orders I never get what I ordered there is always something missing!
I ordered from this place twice thru Uber eats. The food was bad the first time but this is my last time eating Taco Bell in NYC. I got my refund but I want to warn people. Every item other than a soft taco taste old, reheated or stale. The chips smell bad and burned. Taste awful. You can tell this place isn’t clean but the way the food looks and taste. Looking at it while eating it made me lose my appetite and I had just smoked some green and was mad hungry.
Found parking on Broadway to go inside and order. Only one person in front of me. Walked around the corner to pick up my food that was prepared quickly. Place was clean inside. Food was prepared well. Nice counter people.overall very good experience.

Disgusting, inedible food. Drinks were thrown in an unmarked paper bag, upside down, which spilled on everything else while being delivered. Despite being soaked in soda, the beans in the burritos were gritty. It was like chewing sand. I cant remember the last time I had such bad fast food.
It was good. I love that they offer vegan / vegetarian options. I rarely see anyone drinking the alcohol that is offered. The bathrooms are always clean as well as the dining. The staff is kind and does their best to get every order out asap
I normally love this place but because they deliver and they have fries it seems everybody and their mother wants to order at once. Waited 20 min for my food. Just to be able to eat one thing out my chalupa box. The chips were burnt the burrito wrap was peeling and crispy and they blatantly couldnt read soft from hard for my taco. Never come here when theyre so busy the register girl goes in back to help and they force you to order from the kiosk with no specials
Literally went in there twenty minutes ago to get and PAY for three doritos locos tacos but get home and have two. What pisses me off is that there was NO ONE in there, so no stress to get three of the same taco correct. Horrible! And on top of that no one picks up the phone so you can tell them what happened smfh. Avoid
Pretty good for what it is. You order on mobile app, kiosk or counter. If you order from the kiosk pick up your receipt and drink cup at the counter to obtain food from the grill handout. The guys in grill are usually super nice but the counter can be rude and unprofessional sometimes they ignore you, walk away, on their phone all the time. Its taco bell though what do you expect. The food is great, inexpensive and they have never got my order wrong. Lots of seating, places to charge your phone and alcohol!
Its hard to beat this food at this price. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I have yet to party on the booze here, but the beer and margaritas are looking tempting. The place can get busy, but get the Taco Bell app and order ahead and itll be ready when you walk in.

Ive had to leave without my order twice because 20 minutes is too long to wait for a seven-layer burrito. thought Id get them one more chance last night so I ordered online, but they waited for me to arrive before they became my order. Another 20-minute wait for two tacos. Every time, people who came in after me got served before me.

Always a wait because the staff is either talking and messing around or isn’t checking the mobile orders so don’t make an effort to use the mobile app because three times now I’ve ordered 20-30 mins before arriving and still had to wait in store as if I had just ordered. It was also great having to wait for the cashier to stop texting openly on her phone in order for me to ask about my order. She continued to stare at her phone while “checking in my order” on the monitor she’s blindly tapping at. After rushing my order she grabbed some free taco coupons to give to me, STILL on her phone, and walks up muttering sorry. If it wasn’t so close I’d stop going here.
Worst taco bell ever...gets order wrong, takes a long time even for small order and closes early consistently. Call if youre going there after 11pm cause they might be closed or only offering beans! 🙁

Normally this place is pretty good. today unfortunately the hard taco shells were stale. I had a a hard taco supreme, and a gordita crunch and unfortunately both of the hard shells were just stale.
Sadly never got to enjoy any food since I had to cancel the order after 34 minutes. Mgr had the audacity to inform me that I needed to bring them the recipt from the kiosk in order for my food to be made. I am not psychic, how am I to know of this? (Also would help speed things up if all their staff were not stoned).
If I can give 0 stars I will, The way the women worker at June 25 night shift is not proper , I had many problems with this restaurant in the past, specifically with this location and this worker. I saw how she treat bad other costumers, she shouldn’t work at a restaurant if she cant have some empathy.The way the x lady treat me is rude and she didn’t answer any of my questions for just be in her phone , not a good face for taco bell
Worse Taco Bell i have been to ever. I asked for Chicken Burrito Supreme with No Sour Cream. I asked for this multiple times at this location and once and a while i get the order without the Sour Cream, as intended; But Most times i receive the order With Sour Cream. Sour cream causes me to get sick for a couple days after i consume it (some kind of mild to bad allergic reaction), so for that reason i hardly order food at this location because, the food preparers here do not pay attention to the orders as they are written on the screen (because they are rushing or something), or dont care. How food is requested is very important, for food safety and people health. Other locations i have ordered at do not get the order wrong as much as this location does. Ridiculous. Also, they make flimsy food here. The chicken burrito supreme is mostly filled with beans and lettuce. And it be very small to hold. Other locations i have been to make me a big burrito, not something with hardly any food inside. Most everything i have ordered here is made flimsy and cheap. Another order i made was suppose to be chicken and cheese inside the tortilla bread, and instead it was mushed beans and some white cheese sauce. I ate half and threw it in the garbage. Prepared wrong! No care given at all to how food is prepared here. And saucy finger prints be on my food wrappers or the bag. That looks nasty and repulsive. And the tomato bits in the food be old tasting. The burritos and tacos here dont even taste fresh. Other Taco Bells i have been to make food way better.
I got a meal deal and it was a very good price, not expensive like I remember visits in recent years buying items separately. I felt that a Mexican pizza and two crunchy taco suprems for $7.49 would have been a good price but I also got a LG. drink. I was glad to find unsweetened iced tea. Dining room was clean.

Ehh.. Its okay... Bought the food by time i got home my favorite Crunch Wrap were soggy. The nacho fries were nicely seasoned not too overwhelming but they were a bit soggy too and It only took me 10 mins to get home... Plus my burrito XLs tortilla kinda tasted weird it had a sweet taste to it, whatever they use to grill the burrito they need to only use it for burritos because the flavours dont match up
Walk up to the counter on an empty night and the cashiers immediately ask have you tried using the ordering kiosk instead?. Like seriously?After taking my order the cashier then leaves for the bathroom, leaving the registers completely abandoned meanwhile customers are waiting for someone to come take their order and other employees are meandering around the floor doing nothing. And that floor? Its covered in sticky soda stains so bad that your sneakers stick to it like a movie theater.Edit: the cashiers here are so lazy that they have started turning off the menu screens at the register to try to force you to use the kiosk because they dont want to be bothered to take your order or money themselves.
Kiosks for ordering have not worked on two different visits, leading us to wait a long time. Employees were nice. Facilities were lackluster. Mapkins and sauce needed to be restocked.

Taco Bell rocks but this one closes hours early almost every time i go in. They keep the doors open but give you a kitchen is closed excuse and shoo you out. Supposed to be open until midnight and I’ve gotten “we’re closed” between 10-11 on multiple visits. Staff is super shady about it too.

HORRIBLE service. Cashier had us wait on line close to 7 mins while taking an indecisive customers order to then say they were closed when we got to the register instead of saying it while we waited all that time standing in line. It was 11:40, the store closes at 12, then she proceeded to yell curse words as we left. HORRIBLE! Wish I had gotten her name!

Wow. I was there late, so it wasnt too busy. However, when I saw the smiling and happy workers, two beers on tap and the choices of frozen adult beverages, I thought I was whisked into the Twilight Zone!

Instead, when got my order, the person who made the food said she was going to give me a bag, and if I dropped my tacos she wasnt going to make any more. 2 stars, but thats mostly because the aesthetic is cool. If Im being completely honest, they basically gave a bunch of ratchet people their own taco bell, so dont expect any decency in service. Just get your food and get out.I usually go in late, so I cant speak towards the day staff, but the night people arent great.
Dont trust the night hours here. Went in here at 12:30am on a weekend night and the employees said they were leaving early.

I ordered at the kiosk machine by way of my credit card and it said to pick up my receipt at the counter not only was it not at the counter the young w6could not even find my order at the register, it wasnt in the system so they could even give me a reprint duplicate and yet the money was taken off my card for the order ,so obviously it was purchased and I got my order,but my receipt couldnt be retrieved, so I will Not be patronizing that taco bell again.

Taco Bell is a neighborhood eatery. A taco supreme is filling. It isnt to heavy when you are on your way out to start your Afternoon or finish your day.

Employees actually had to be physically held back by other employees to avoid getting into a fist fight. Swearing at each other like it was a train station at 3 AM. Its a standard Taco Bell as far as food goes, but the interior is really nice. There arent many spaces big enough to sit down in the area. This is a nice option when you want to eat with friends and stay a minute. The cashiers are always nice. It can get loud if the teenage school set is in there, but I havent seen anyone being too rowdy. The restaurant always looks clean.
Pure chaos. They were backed up more than 20 orders and they just kept taking more. Took about 45 minutes to get a 3 item order.

Dirty floors. This store doesnt honor its schedule. The staff always looks overwhelmed. The 5 dollar box costs 6.79 plus tax.

After being brainwashed from seeing all those $5 Taco Bell snack box commercials when I was down South and hearing that there was a new location in Brooklyn. I had to check it out. The location is new and everything is clean and well situated. Unfortunately, they did not have the special, it was over $6, and change, for a limited time. But my curiosity got the best of me, so I bought a Steak nacho box and a Chicken nacho box. It was a lot of food, so that was good, couldnt eat a box in one sitting. Neither of us could. It comes w a medium drink that can be filled up at a side drink station. Trying to cut down on soda, I opted for a sweet tea and there was no sugar in it and it tasted like dirt, somehow someone mixed up the drinks because u had the option for either in the same canteen. Being able to have another Taco Bell location in Brooklyn that is an upgrade from the last is why it gets the rating, but if another location opens up that honors the TV specials, Id have to reassess my rating.
The employees were nice and the service and food was great.

2022-04-23So a couple months ago I left the one star review and I thought time it was true a lot of bad stuff was going on but I’m assuming with a change of management everything got much better. Slim dark skin guy that handles the food is very quick efficient and courteous and and so is the brown skin guy with the glasses. Also the shorter brown skin guy was great. Honestly I think it was that old manager or seem to always have an attitude awesomeness and the people that work there that made it a bad environment. Things are on the up and up and I’m glad to see it and I hope to see more.

It’s been a few months since I started coming to this location and I have not been disappointed once,My go to is taco supreme in soft tortilla, beer, chips & cheese, served fresh and quick,Shows on big screen are fun to watch, AC is keeping it real cool,So does the folks working here, very friendly, helpful, considerate, simply nice, thank you guys for great work ethics and being welcoming as you are,I like the vibe and cannot wait to try out more options off the menus,I am def a regular passenger here,Enjoy!

2022-06-18I placed an order and part of order was missing, also 3 of our drinks were not delivered. delivery guy unable to understand what I was saying. Pay for items and pay for tip, Im very feel displeased with this location and have no were to call to aleast get some reimbursement for missing items. Please attached receipt.

2022-05-05The worker there (name escapes me) was so polite and unbothered by the noisy children in restaurant. They werent trouble but they were chatting loud. He was so pleasant . Gonna go back get his name and update this. Food was fresh as well.

2022-05-26Picked up a large order on the go for the group, did a precheck in the top of the bag, most of the items were there at the time. Come to find out they skipped on several of the pricier items like a 12 pack of cinnabons, packed a grilled chicken burrito with no chicken, failed to mention the out of stock mexican pizza they just made in front of me at the counter and charged me for it while it was never included in the bag, with a notification later on thru the app that the item was notnavailable, but still charged me for it. Failed to provide beef with beefy 5 layer burritos and left them as bean burritos and no cheese with the nach order. Fantastic.

2022-08-14Nyc was in the middle of a heatwave and they had no AC. They were still open and made their workers work in terrible conditions. With no ice, no soda machine and hot ovens and other heat producing cooking devices.
