Quick service and excellent customer service. I had a small order that I waited a bit too long for after massive orders ahead of me, I didnt bring it up yet the staff apologized and offered a complementary drink and taco! Thats what I call prestine customer service! Great job guys!
I am pregnant and I was craving of TACOS. My husband went to this restaurant to take the order and it took 1 HOUR TO COMPLETE!!! I called the restaurant and I told lady please be fast, she yelled me on the phone with saying “I dont have 4 hands I dont care if you are pregnant or what you have to wait” 1 hour to make one taco? Is this restaurant kidding me???
Every Taco Bell Ive ever went to none of the food was ever ready when I got there and it makes deliveries a lot later for people that deliver food I think people should stop talking and do a lot more working and a lot more communicating between workers in the food would get do you know done on time
Service is pretty good, I eat here all the time so I dont die of starvation. Theres this one chick that gave me attitude on the register tho,and I didnt like that one bit.
The happy hour vibes without alcohol! $1 tropical blast was amazing! Id buy it regular price... It didnt take long for the drink to come out, and I was right out the door. Fast process and a great after work drink!

They gave us the smallest portions of food Ive ever seen in all my years of eating fast food. Pretty ridiculous considering this quesadilla was $5 and it literally had 3 tiny pieces of chicken. The crunch wrap was the same thing. Im not even sure if there was even beef in it. This place is trash, dont waste your money
I placed an order on UberEats at this restaurant and their customers service sucks. I waited over 3 hours and my delivery driver was still waiting at the store. I called the store many times and no one answered my call. After being exhausted in my attempts to speak with an employee, my delivery driver got an employee to take my call. And sadly that employee ’whoever he was’ didn’t identify himself. And he was very disrespectful when I tried to find out the status of my order. I will not be ordering from this place ever again.
The food is good I guess, it’s your basic Taco Bell so you should know how it taste but waiting times are horrendous the first time I went there it was bad they forced my mom to wait for 50 minutes for a crunchywrap combo and it wasn’t even crowded plus they apparently couldn’t give my mom change so she just said keep the change, then there’s that one time where they left one of my dashers so angry that not just did he get the wrong order but he got my account banned accidentally by giving me the one star instead of the store (thank god he cleared it up). Finally there’s recently where I patiently waited for a whopping 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get a party pack of soft tacos that they apparently “didn’t see”. I honestly am not a fan of their bad service but my mom is so I won’t give you a 1 star but ya’ll really need to pick your game up

Chaos confusion and lies. I went to a show and decided to grab some taco bell before I entered Kings theater since it was across the street. I ordered in the Kiosk as mandatory. Within 5 minutes I get an alert that my food was ready for pickup at the front, awesome right? Wrong, they were trying to pile up orders in the system to make it seem like they were being processed in time and it led to mass confusion and chaos. One guy was so frustrated he started to tell at the workers for misleading him about his order that should have been ready. There were also about 10 Uber and door dash deliver people who were so frustrated to the point they had to cancel the pickup since there was no clear indication as to what the status of their order were. When they asked the staff, the staff was not being direct about the orders because they knew had messed up by marking an accessive amount of orders as finalized in their system which they did not process, leaving about 20 hungry and angry customers confused. About three people demanded a refund back on their orders due to the delays and confusion, myself included!I highly advised not to go to this taco bell if youre going to a kings theater event as the staff are clearly are falsifying information about orders being placed to appear like they are meeting the demands of the customers. I really hope the staff gets reprimanded for their actions. I spent about 30 mins there after I received their text that my food was ready for pick-up and when I confronted them about it they just said we are working on it without a clear timeline. I observed them and they were clearly not working on my order, they had to work on a backlog of other orders which they also had marked as ready for pickup. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with any fast food restaurant.
Manager was helpful, most of the staff are lazy and rude. Turn off Uber eats if you cant handle the orders.Edit- gave an extra star (3) for the quality and quantity of the food received.Basically, just talk to the manager because no one else there really wants to help you.
HORRIBLE service. Order through uber eats and have waited over 2 hours. Had 3 uber drivers cancel on me before my whole order was cancelled. I spoke to one of my uber drivers and he stated they havent even started on the order. This is not the first time this taco bell has done this. Something needs to be fixed, a new staff is needed
I’d consider this to be more similar to your standard Taco Bell, but they do have alcoholic beverages. The service was a bit slower than I have come to expect from Taco Bell, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.We definitely need more of these throughout Brooklyn.
This location is conveniently on Flatbush Ave. The cashiers are nice and friendly. But the food preparers are rude, messy, and lack customer service. The floors are wet were anyone can slip. Very dissatisfied overall. I wont be back.
When we walked in we were greeted by a manager screaming at an employee apparently firing him. This type of behavior should be handled in the back of the house and not in front of customers. Taco Bell should look into this ASAP. Thanks.
Worst fast food place ever. 25+ for 2 burrito which was a mobile order. 15 minutes after Taco bell app said my order was ready it still wasnt ready. Employees taking there sweet time. Orders being piled up without fulfillment. This is supposed to be fast food? Smh

Slow night had to wait for cashier to notice me before I ordered I just thought that they train them to be more attentive like as soon as someone opens door and no ones on line I mean the door makes noise placed order server notifies cook in back to prepare cinnabun he says okI waited 5 minutes food prepared in front of me then server reminded cook in back and apparently he forgot since server stated that my cinnabun is not ready waited another couple of minutes finally got foodFood okay service a little slow

Horribly slow and they are super unprofessional. The assembly line leader took Uber orders that were already 40mins old and put the tickets behind the kiosk orders that were placed 5 mins ago. Customers that prepay at a premium for their orders are last priority here… this whole staff needs to be relaxed!!!!!!
The various personifications of wasted potential that work here are lazy. When an order comes in instead of picking up the sour cream gun they get paid to squirt, they pick up an order made 5 hours ago that they didn’t throw out and send that out for delivery. Ordering online is like Russian roulette except there’s only one bullet missing from chamber. I hope everyday they go home smelling like the Crunchwrap supreme I never got.

The worst taco bell I ever visited. They always mark order as ready for pick up but it takes them at least another 20 minutes to make it. Also, they always dont have something. Either because their equipment doesnt work, or because they dont have something in stock.
Im a postmates and doordash delivery courier. This location is really slow. They have order kiosk so no lines, If you can get in the store to order. (update) I removed 2 stars because they are unorganized as of late. Only 5 customers at once. I dont have a problem with the rule. The problem is they have the 5 waiting in the store for their order and a line forms outside the store for people waiting to order. I know the pandemic changed a lot of things but it shows me what locations have good and poor management.

Restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, quality food. No long waiting. Mercedes and Theanna exemplifies the qualities of good customer service. Two elderly ladies that came in when myself and friends were getting ready to leave, say that they always go they because of them.
The order too long to come.there were only 2 people working in the front.they thought I was Uber delivery pickup.but when I told them I ordered thru kiosk then they started making the order.the service was slow but customer service was good.they just need to be little more operative in terms of who ordered what.

It does not follow the app/website schedule. No matter what time you ask them to prepare the food, theyll prepare when they have time -- note, the app would say ready for pickup and even send you a text.Not sure who to blame? Taco Bell ordering system or employees at the location.

The service was INCREDIBLY slow (for 3 hard tacos and some nachos), they forgot the drinks, and nobody seemed too invested in doing their work. Honestly, this was a pretty bad Taco Bell experience. The staff probably shouldnt be working in a high-volume location like this (across the street from a theatre on show nights).

Young lady at the cashier was great and very pleasant to order from. The food came out quickly. Was craving some quesadilla and they were able to make it very quickly. Happy with this visit and I know I will return here.

Busiest and hardest working bunch of employees Ive ever seen. Get buzzed into the restroom while you wait. A young pregnant woman handed me my order, apologized and thanked me for my wait, and wished me well. Dont forget the sauces next to the drink fountain. Mixed, trendy crowd here. Enjoy!
Arrived at 9a.m. sign outside said open. I entered and an employee got an attitude and told me that they are not yet open. I made her aware that the sign says they are open.They told me in a few minutes. I waited ten minutes and watched from the outside how Taco Bell opens their store. The register, food trays etc. Very disappointed. Was expecting a better experience. Maybe I should come after 10a.m. next time.

BAD SERVICE.! You would order & called concerning your order and they feel like they not obligated to update you.. & they would tell you, you don’t have an order there when YOUR ORDER IS STILL THERE.! THEY ARE TRASH WHOEVER IS THE WORKERS. The manager needs to get rid of them.
This was one of the better Taco Bells I have visited. The entire atmosphere has been changed and I am a big fan. The establishment now has a more modern and youthful vibe. The food is decent as you would expect from a typical fast food joint.
Worst Taco Bell Ive been to. Ordered two hrs prior to my pickup and never received a confirmation email but have the confirmation screen that my order was placed and accepted. The cashier refused to look in the system for my order. Kept saying its not there. I basically paid for nothing. Wasted my money. Never recommending this location to anyone.

Not good for Uber Eats. Always a long wait to pick up and you wait there for 20-30 minutes. Not fair to the driver. They should really fix their way of operating so a driver arrives when the food is actually ready.
My favorite Taco Bell. Usually have someone new training there whenever I go, and they messed up me and all of my friends orders one time, but with how often I go, I dont think thats bad at all. I think they were having an off day. I usually get a beer when I visit just because I can. I love the magnets at the bottom of the beer cups and collect them. Quick service in a clean Taco Bell, I love this place.
Despite the extremely long wait times, the food here is extremely cheap compared to other taco bells around the area. There is an extensive amount of $1 menu items which allows you to get food really cheap. Only have $1.25 in your bank account? No problem credit and debit cards accepted with no minimum amount! Staff is nice but service is very slow. Do not complain, it is the cheapest food you can get on flatbush ave. The $1 items taste the same in comparison to the $3 items at other taco bell locations. The food is exactly the same. Anyway, come check it out. Youll like it. Dont be upset about the 9-10 minute wait. I warned you.
Absolutely the slowest GD Taco Bell on the planet. Cannot count the times I’ve waited for 15/20 minutes on an order. Only one person is EVER making the food. And then 3 or 4 other employees just kinda sit around and stare. Ridiculous. Management needs to get it together.

Taco bell is my favorite fast food, but this place is always running out of things. One time they were out of beef and the last time I visited, they were out of crunchy taco shells. Hopefully they get their supply issues sorted out. It also can get pretty slammed cause its in such a busy spot.

Staff is rude. Food took 20 minutes to come out from the time stamp on the receipt and there were only three customers in the restaurant. The order was incorrect, so I had to wait for it to be prepared again. The orders were put together sloppily and falling apart. Seemed like a whole lot of rice and tortilla, but not full of the other ingredients. They accidentally gave me a power menu bowl instead of a burrito. The bowl isnt great. They give you a thimble of each ingredient in little compartments across the bowl, so theyre not even mixed, but a lot of rice and lettuce. The corrected burrito was the same. Full of rice and not much else.
Taco bell is Taco bell but this store here on flatbush needs more staff or staff on shift at all times need to wipe down the counters maybe every ten minutes because food is always everywhere and the soda machine always has juice spilled all over it. Taco bell is good but the cleanliness of this taco bell location the worst Ive ever seen in any restaurant and it makes me not want to buy food there sometimes.

I love their Doritos Locos Tacos. Sometimes I will go for two boxes for myself.Me and my boyfriend always goes there when we need to snack on something, plus we never had to wait no long time for our food. Will definitely recommend anyone to go there if they wants Tacos.

I havent been to a taco bell in a while and i only came to this location to use the restroom. The staff members were so friendly the minute i walked in and allowed me to use the restroom. Afterwards i decided to buy a chicken quesadilla so i dont seem like a user. The cashier was friendly and welcoming and my food was ready in little to no time. The quesadilla was quite delicious as well. Glad i stopped there. Awesome team and clean location.

The wait time and look of confusion on the line workers face was painful to watch. Keep in mind it was not lunch time. He food was gud however, I would only return if I have absolutely nothing to do.

I really love the staff here, they really make ordering fun. Taco Bell is a great go-to in Flatbush for a quick snack. They keep this restaurant clean. The restroom are also kept very clean. :)

Not the best taco bell only reason i go is because its close. If there was another 1 around i would definitely go to that 1 instead..make sure u check your order before you leave plenty of time i went home and items were missing or the food was not correct..other then that the place is clean just check your bag

What could be better than Taco Bell plus alcohol? The food here is well, Taco Bell. And the service is also just Taco Bell. Being across from the Kings theater makes this place popular before and after shows. Otherwise it’s usually pretty chill. The communal table sucks. No one wants to be communal at Taco Bell. But at least we have Taco Bell in Brooklyn now.
I love the food in this place but yesterday I got some of the worse service anywhere. It was a half day of school and my daughter and I went to buy a 12pack. I was greeted by the cashier in a very unplesant manor, and when I tried to order I was told in a very rude way that they do not have that. I wanted to believe she was playing but when I noticed they carry alcohol at this time, I started to believe she was drunk. My daughter and I had to leave to avoid one of these fight videos we see online! I would really like to complain because this would not happen anywhere else! I want her out of flatbush.
They get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! Its the only Taco Bell to consistently do that! I ask for a burrito, I get a salad instead. I ask for chicken quesadillas, they give me beef. And theyre rude and aloof towards me when I ask them for the food I actually paid for. Im not going back.
Only been here twice since its opening, first time they did not have bags so i had to purchase a couple bags next door to take 6 boxs home.. 2nd time food was actually fresh unlike the one on kings highway which is by far horrible! Place is kept clean here so far no complains..

The menu has a wide variety to choose from. The prices are good. I liked ordering from the kiosk. It was difficult to hear them call you when your order was ready.
Steak Nachos were On Point!!. Steak was very tender & well seasoned. Everything was fresh and made to order, which caused a long-ish wait time. I didnt mind. Free refill machines are always a plus. This taco bell cantina location sells beer.

Absolutely loved it! There was a fight and one of the taco makers almost threw a pitcher of boiling hot water in my face trying to fight two Brooklyn women who attacked him! Plus my gordita was delicious!

Imagine the nicest Taco Bell you’ve ever been in. Like that scene from Demolition man. Yeah, it’s kind of like that. Lots of vegan options, right on the JMZ line, fairly cheap.
They have a large selection of food and self service tablets (kiosks) when you walk in on the right against the wall. The food all kind of tastes the same now though. You have to ask for your cups at the registered and all. The soda fountain drinks are self serve. The frozen lemonade and frozen drinks they make for you. I also belive that this being a cantina location sell. Alcoholic beverages as well.

Long wait for soggy tacos, places is clean and quite . I think the staff should go to TACO bell college. The presentation was awful hard shell TACO are not supposed to be sotf. Not enough meat or cheese. The loaded side look like short hotpockets.
I went there because of my daughter, I taste her food to me there taco taste like burger King fake meat and they took so long crazy I dont know how they make money
Place seemed cleaned, customer service was good, friendly and helpful, food great! I spent half hour in there eating and chilling out.
Literally the most unorganized and terrible taco Bell you could ever be a customer at. Ive been here multiple times and the orders are never right and its always a dramatic affair.

2021-08-31The cantina Taco Bell which is across the street from Kings theater on Flatbush ave is it me of the cleanest and well run Taco Bell’s I have been to. Staff were highly professional, fast service and very courteous.

2021-07-27So I just left Taco Bell and I’m annoyed because I sat there and watched them make my food and barely put any beans in the Crunchwrap. When I said why did you put such a small amount she looked at me closed it and gave it to the next person and said I can fix it if you like. After they’re completing it already. Why wouldn’t they fix it when I said something? I’ve gotten them so many times and this is the least amount of beans I’ve ever gotten. This si the second time this location has put very little though. Is Taco Bell being cheap with the protein or is it just me being discriminated against because I’m fat? I only got 5 items for me and my two kids. They were looking at me talking about me probably thinking it was all for me because I’m a bit overweight. Meanwhile this is all I’m eating because the rest was for my sons. Thanks a lot for this skimpy $3.99 Crunchwrap supreme. I’ll never go to this location again.

2022-07-12Always a nightmare using the taco bell app. The app says its ready but I am literally sitting in the store now waiting over 45 minutes for my order. You will regret it. People came into the store 20 minutes after me and got their food before. This place is severely understaffed (most underrated statement ever). This is the third time Ive waited over a half hour for food after the app said the food is ready, so this definitely isnt a one time thing. Come here if you have a hour to kill for fast food. To all you Doordash and UberEats workers, youll be wasting a lot of time waiting for your orders as well.. Better off taking deliveries from other restaurants. Thank me later.

2021-05-16Very clean, very friendly! Someone walked in without a mask on and was asked politely about their mask. The lady forgot. Luckily there is a $.99 store nearby and she could purchase one. Used the touchscreen kiosks. There are 2. The place was spotless. A small table was placed outside, for outdoor eating and a couple sat there. Most people ordered out. This was my second trip for a party pack of tacos for $20. Also they have a strawberry lemonade frozen drink that I wanted to try but was laden down with packages. The sign says that you can get that drink for $1 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Taco Bell Cantina on Flatbush is a welcome addition! Dont know how long they have been there but not having to trek to Bushwick or Queens to get tacos is a joy! I think you can also order ahead, so thats good!!!!!

2022-04-04This is the third time I ordered using Grubhub , asked for sauce and utensils. Did not give anything. I doubt they even made my food right. Last time my food wasn’t made right. There were ingredients missing. And this time also.

2022-06-18The workers at this taco bell is very unprofessional and talk to customers rude. The food is not made with love. You certain staff talking the whole time over people food. (About their personal business or whatever issue they have at work.) I stayed waiting for my order over a half an hour. This happened today starting at 7pm
