This location is a hit or miss. The employees are always friendly but they quality and accuracy of your order is less then desirable. Very rarely is it correct. If it wasn’t for those darn good chicken chalupa supremes i wouldn’t bother going. They’re friendly but getting what you pay for would be awesome
This is commendable to have this option available for those who fill out the survey. It would be even greater to email surprise coupons/discounts based on their last purchase. It will surprise them in such a way, that it will be as if Taco bell remembered their favorite meal. Perhaps, this is the thing that will result in an unplanned visit to Taco Bell just to use this coupon/discount offer. I ordered from grub hub and my order had the wrong item in it.... I ordered a quesarito! They put a beefy 5 layer burrito and Im allergic to beans. And I ordered nachos and cheese without beans and I was missing that also. I cant do much with my husband being at work. If I was able to I would go to taco bell myself and get it corrected. Now I just lost maybe 12 dollars in the food I ordered and I want it corrected and it would be nice if it could be delivered.
Never will eat here again. Especially during Night time.Visited & Ordered Taco Bell around 9:30 -I waited 10 mins for someone to take my money at the Second window. Then wait another 20 Mins for my order to be given to me.Ordered 2 Quesirito Burritos, Cinnamon Delights, & Medium Pink Lemonade.Quesirito were made incorrectly - Burrito was also stale.Cinnamon Delights were purposely squished. I had Finger imprints on the Cinnamon Delights. - Threw the Cinnamon Delights away soon as I saw they had Finger imprints.Employees intentionally bent my straw so I would be unable to sip on my Pink Lemonade.Will absolutely not visit this store again nor do I suggest it to Any Military Family.If you do visit this Taco bell location - Please over look your food! I guess they have slobs employed at this location!
My order was taken by a cheery and optimistic young man. We had a car full and he actually made us all just smile with his fast, professional, but friendly voice. It takes a special kind of person to have an enthusiastic attitude while keeping up with a VERY busy location during the dinner flow. Our order was long, but he didnt miss a beat. Next time I see him, Im going to offer him a job! I offered him a tip and he declined it. Good luck and best wishes to that young man! Thank you for terrific service at our favorite fast food restaurant!
A heads up - The app is currently (5/23/21) not working, and the store has no way to fix it - we were not able to finish our order in the store as some items were online exclusive and they did not have the ordering codes?? Another customer suggested trying Tacobell.com to place the order, as the app did not work for them either.
The woman at the drive through order box was dope and polite and clearly well versed in good communication. Same can be said about the guy at the window, polite and friendly. The food however wasnt even on par with average taco bell quality. Missing food items. Multiple items with errors. Also... One of the damn quesolupas was rock hard. Honestly I thought it was overcooked, but apparently after googleing the menu its supposed to be that way. Tons of sauce so yall keep that chin up.
I was here when this place opened 10 years ago its as good or even better now as it was then. They dont skimp on what they give you. Everything is well loaded and the staff are both extremely helpful and respectful. I had a new hire and they were phenomenal. Overall, looked clean and was a good place to eat at.
Ordered my food got home and I was missing an entire meal,and I kicked myself cause I always check before I drive away and tonight I didnt. I called them to let them know they forgot to give me a entire meal and I received nothing but attitude, the lady who answered the phone wasnt even interested in taking my name or information because I wasnt turning around to go back. Terrible customer service on this trip but the lady on the drive threw was very nice and the food I did get was ok.
Went here for lunch today with my husband. We like it for a quick bite to eat. The place was packed and the drive thru line was out of the parking lot- but they moved fast and we got our food in 15 minutes. There was a mix up with our order but the staff quickly fixed it. Good experience and we will return.
They are very fast as far as the service is concerned. I stopped going in there for a while because with the lockdown the line in the Drive-Thru is quite long. I was however able to start going back in as long as I was just picking up an order. Which obviously was already ordered ahead of time. This time when I went in to get my food after asking a question and it was resolved and everything was great I walked away to hear them laughing at me and mocking me as I was leaving the building. And this wasnt just an employee it was a manager as well. While I know these comments are not taken very heavily because Im just one in a million people, I do however hope this comment is seen and read by lots of people who also dont really care for that very very poor customer service that I got. Be careful asking them a question and Evans Mills you might be ridiculed and laughed at
Fast and friendly service. Food tastes great. Staff are super awesome! Drive thru has long lines but I just do mobile orders and either take it home or dine in. They come by the table to make sure you’re alright. Who does that at fast food? I surely do appreciate that extra detail of being attentive and caring. Thanks TacoBell staff y’all are doing an amazing job!
The service here was the best out of any Taco Bell we have ever been to! We had a large order and the things that werent ready at the same time, a manager brought it to us. He also went above and beyond and made a very special taco for my daughter that wasnt on the menu. They all seemed to have a great positive attitude working there! What I would love to see in more places of business.
Use to work for a Taco Bell and I love the food then and I still love the food today, place is always clean and the workers are always working never see anybody messing around on their phone there like you see people doing that Burger King McDonalds Wendys all them other places
If you just want a taste of some Mexican food thats not authentic but still good then Taco Bell got you covered. Even though theres some classic items gone such as the Grilled Stuffed Burrito Taco Bell has been bringing some new items in to fill in the void of missing classics. The food is still great especially when those late night cravings kick in. The biggest flaw to Taco Bell would be their customer service. Depending on what location you go to the customer service could be horrible to incredibly awesome. That alone could make or break repeating customers.
I usually like taco bell but this place is awful.. When I ordered my meal the lady at the drive thru was rude. She didnt even put napkens or sauce in my bag. Its a really disappointing feeling when you like a place so much but the service you get is rude and they roll their eyes at you, like why is she eating here. I wanna think is the weather and not the place.

2022-06-17The food was great, kind of thrown together and messy, but tastey! I just felt kind of awkward about the visit. I havent been here in years, whe I stood at the counter (for 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me), they said oh, you have to use the kiosk and enter it manually. All fine but Im a kind of person who likes social interaction, what happened to customer service? Thats what I strive on working in this type of industry myself. The wait was incredibly long, but they were busy, I get that. I waited months to get Taco Bell (one of my faves since I was a kid) because I just usually dont have extra cash to spend on myself, and it was just a little bit of a let down. I might have just built it up just a little to much.

2022-05-01The simplest things count. I make a complicated order 23 APR 2022 and they got it right ✅️. When I received my order, I did not verify until I got home. To my surprise the order was exactly what I requested. Great customer service from the afternoon shift supervisor and his team.

2021-11-26First time eating at the Taco Bell and I had a great experience! The customer service was above average, thought I pulled up to a Chick-fil-A. Whomever you have at the drive thru, keep them there. They have a great attitude. Keep it up Taco Bell!
