Great place to get a quick bite if you cant decide what to eat. Always satisfying! I usually get the crispy taco + burrito combo. My hubbys favorite is the crunchy gordita taco.

I ordered a nacho box with chicken instead of beef because of my religion and I was still given beef and I am furious. Tried calling them and the line was engaged and they constantly left me on hold everything else i ordered was fine but just the nacho box was completely wrong. Not happy with the order
My order was correct and the food was good but thats not my complaint, but after what i saw i dont think ill be returning. the female manager was very unorganized and seemed to treat the employees badly.

I tried this new location. Went in to order and found everything very modern. Had 2 order kiosks that staff was willing to help you use. Order was made as requested very quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions.

The website says open now and closes at 3 AM but just went and its closed again has been for the last couple of nights SMH should change times on the website to.
Worst taco bell. The staff was very slow and had me waiting for 45 minutes to pick up my order 2 tacos. I did not expect this from taco bell such a good chain. The employees should also learn some respect and professionalism.
Because the service is horrible. People see you standing there waiting to order and they dont even pay attention to u and make u wait I understand they might be busy but they should let you know that they will come to you in a few minutes, but nothing they pass you bye and with there phone in there hand. Thats not right.
Even if is the same food theres a huge difference between TB freeport and Merrick and it is the staff, in Merrick unfortunately service sucks they make you feel an animal and in Freeport it is all the opposite,so, I choose freeport!!

Fast food is for me; I like supreme soft tacos and steak quesadillas from time to time and my kids like cinnamon roll-ups. It is a new branch near here where I live the place is clean ample parking and well marked the staff very friendly and you can order on your own devices and pay at the same time.

2022-06-30What a disrespectful place. My entire order was wrong. If you genuinely do not like your job you should quit . A waste of money, time & gas. If I wasn’t on my way to the air port I would have drove back and gotten a refund. The man was so rude and didn’t even give me the receipt to leave a review. Horrible just horrible, it’s the principle.

2022-05-30When working grubhub, Uber apps always have to cancel orders since they never have the orders saying it’s not coming up on there screen but it’s happens all the time I don’t know how they operate here but it’s messing up my work need more staff at night there always struggling at night.

2022-04-22I called taco bell ,Customer service is bad, i explained my situation and instead of hearing me out, what she did was shut me down, and told me what she put in my order, and kept insisting that i was wrong..i wouldnt be callig if i had an issue, but clearly that was a waist of timeShe was not pleasant at all, she speaks like if shes in the streets, and aggressive tone in her voice.

2022-06-22Handicap parking convenient. Step inside and order on kiosk. Can custom order items. Add ingredients you want. Like that order is made when you order . Not sitting there. Can dine inside or outside. Takeout and drive thru available.

2021-10-22The food is reasonable when you hungry, I work nights, so when I dont have dinner and need to refuel this is my go to place. But going anywhere at 10pm you may or may not accept the sticky floors, and trash around the place....oh, and theres one food handler that doesnt wear her mask routinely....

2022-02-19This Freeport location has dropped off since first opening. They messed up my order in the drive through and wanted me to come inside because I was holding up the line. Customers are more important than your silly little timers! When you mess up, dont ask customers to come in or go back around to the drive through again! Stupid!!
