Pretty awful. Mountain dew came out as lemonade, rude drive-thru person. Chalupa shells were super stale and burst apart like a cracker. And inside was like a wasteland. Skip this one.
Dirty bathrooms, long wait, took food back once and got yet another crunch wrap back cold and smashed up. I have worked fast food and I wouldnt eat here again.

Horrible!!! Thee slowest fast food joint Ive ever been to. Dry KFC chicken, waited 22 minutes for one sandwich. The Adderall infused counter help was smiling manically.... At least.
I went to Taco Bell today and it was awful the place was dead couldn’t see anyone back in there working had to keep saying hello or excuse me no one would answer. When there was a girl just standing there ignoring me finally a girl came up and kept asking for someone to come up and take our order finally the guy came up and took our order. Not only that but nothing was clean and one of the soda machines was broken the place was just a hot mess no tables cleaned nothing
3rd time in a row drive through messed up my order having to go back next day for a refund....not returning anytime soon!!!
Normally dont have any issues going here for food. Tonight though, whoever was doing the drive thru clearly hates her job and didnt want to be there. She didnt offer me a receipt (probably to avoid being surveyed) and when I asked for no ice in my drink, over half the cup was ice and that was after I got home from my 25 minute drive with the heat on. My drink was so watered down I had to toss it out. And after handing me my food, I swear if she had closed that window any faster it would have chopped her arm off. Ive never seen such pathetic customer service from an employee of somewhere. I know the rest of the employees are at least respectful but she almost makes me never want to give this location my business again. Be grateful you have a job and that you have customers, because many places have already lost them in todays world. And Im not sure what consists of a meal for the KFC Famous Bowl but the watered down flavored ice and the bowl were all I received. So Ill definitely be foregoing the extra charge for the meal from now on.
Everytime I come here the food is always “off”.. I ordered the new steak burrito and it looked like they had slapped it together and grilled it for 2 seconds and smashed it in the bag. I also ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich Box which they never asked me what sides I wanted.. they gave me an order of fries which were dumped into the bottom of the bag, Cole slaw and some gravy? One other strange thing is that they gave me a loose fork as my one and only utensil, last I knew they were giving out utensils in sealed plastic? This place is a joke, fire everyone and start from scratch. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Well I have been to the Geneva location multiple times, and each time having a different experience. But after tonight I pulled the straw. So tonight I tried to go through the drive-thru around 10pm. Plenty of time before closing right? I guess not, by the time I got there they were already closed and everybody left. Do not recommend, they occasionally get your order correct. But not often. I fully recommend going to Canandaigua Taco Bell or KFC if you want to anything.
I gave this place 1 star cause I had to give it something. Truth is that we are done with this place. We ordered chalupas but they couldnt make them. We asked for burritos but they had no rice. We ordered 3 extra Supreme tacos to make up for it but they never put them in the bag and forgot to give us our fries. The tacos were cold and there was no corn on the famous bowls... but plenty in the coleslaw 🤷♀️We always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I think weve hit our final straw. Dont waste your time or money here.
Taco Bell has only ever messed up my order once, and theyre fast. In this town, McDonalds is the other fast food choice and they screw it up 9 out of 10 times, and you wait over 20 minutes. So go to Taco Bell people!
Ive never left a negative review before, but who knows maybe if they see this it will help. Last summer I went and got bean burritos that were almost inedible. Barely cooked, crunchy beans. I went again a few days ago hoping that was just a one time thing, but nope, same thing.
Drive thru very slow, always have to pull around and wait 10-20 minutes. Three tries to get two drinks as they were ordered. Food always missing something or soggy. Staff acts like they are impaired. We keep trying hoping things will improve.... it doesn’t. Some staff act impaired. Been to other Taco Bell’s in the area and the food is fresh, accurate and timely. The Geneva store needs cleaning and staff overhaul, reorientation.This is based on 6 weekly visits over the past 2 months
Someone call Undercover Boss!!!EDIT, (July 2022): Well 3 years has gone by since my last visit to this Taco Bell. I figured that 3 years is plenty enough time to flush the bad employees and turn a business around. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the place was my work boots basically sticking to the floor like you were walking on chewed up gum. My next experience involved a very nice gentleman that took my order.In the middle of him talking to me about my order, some guy (assuming it was the manager) interrupted him to tell him to go scrub down one side of the restaurant. There were no pleases or respect towards his employee, just Stern directing orders, while I stood there dumbfounded. And then the manager realized that the kid wasnt scrubbing the floors the way that he wanted him to due to a misunderstanding. Instead of teaching and/or assisting he basically said thats not what I told you to do, you need to use the other scrub brush. This guy was not Manager material, maybe he was having an off day but Im sorry, customers are your #1 priority. I recommend not cutting off a conversation between your customer and co-worker during an order. A filming of Undercover Boss could do wonders for this place!(Sometime in 2019) - Rude and unprofessional employees, the place is disgustingly filthy. The floor in front of the drink station was soaked and sticky, ice was over flowing out of the catch basin on the drink station, napkins, lids and straws were all over the counter and floor. To top it off it took 17 minutes to get a $5 box (1 chalupa, hard shell taco and Cinnamon Churros that had NO cinnamon at all). I also ordered a shredded chicken burrito which had no ranch sauce, the rice was crunchy and the chicken tasted like tuna fish. The condiment buckets, straws and small lid bins were all empty. My first impression when I walked in was a female manager? yelling at another worker telling him she didnt care about his issues at the moment while proceeding to slam something under the front counter so hard and loud that it startled my girlfriend who was reading the menu. I normally love Taco Bell and I am so glad that this was not my first experience eating it because the meal that I normally crave was absolutely disgusting. I will never return again, one and done with this place. Canandaigua, Victor or Penfield is where Ill continue my business, where employees appreciate you and greet you before you order and want to make your experience rememberable.
Ordered food in the drive through today. No tomatoes on anything Supreme and wasnt told they were out of tomatoes. Felt rushed through being asked after every item if that was all we wanted. They also didnt ask if we wanted taco sauce, and they didnt put my cinnamon twists in the bag that we ordered. Very poor customer service. Also chicken chalupas were beef.... Maybe instead of asking if that is everything after each item, the workers should focus on getting the orde right and actually listen to the order being placed.
DO NOT GO HERE. We have been there several times before and always had issues, but today was the last straw. The cashier was completely rude, untrained, and rang our order in wrong. When we finally got our order, we pointed out that it wasn’t what we asked for and that things were rang in wrong, and a manger came over and physically told the line what to make. Thinking it was solved, we waited for our order, got it, and went home. Got ALL the way home, just for it to STILL BE WRONG. I’ll never go back. Support Char Burrito Bar instead when they’re open. I am absolutely done with this place.
Geneva store is terrible. They always get order wrong. We noticed all tables but 2 were marked no seating, asked the clerk could we sit at tables not marked, she said yes. Sat down and had all food opened and ready to take a bite and (assumed) manager yelled at us there was no eating in. We are in our seventies so we dont make or leave messes to be cleaned up. He persisted even after I said she told us we could sit. Very rude. All the other fast food and resturants, including Taco Bells in close by towns have indoor dining. From now on if we are out and about we will drive to a different Taco Ball even if we are in Geneva. Tired of the grief and rudeness.
I just went thru the drive thru ordered a twelve piece 2 mash potato’s, two Mac and cheeses and two coleslaw. I paid 47.60 for my order I got home 45 minutes later starving and find I have a nine price one Mac and cheese and a half a container of gravy. I called and called and called to no avail and they did not give me a receipt. Now it’s 730 and I’m still hungry after paying 50 bucks for my food. I’d have given 0 stars if possible.
I have gone here many, many times and I am not exaggerating, theyve gotten my order correct three times. Tonight was by far the worst experience. They had me order, between the girls yelling and giggling in the background and staticky speakers, I had to repeat my order three times. They still managed to get it wrong and I had to pull around to have them correct it not once but twice. At that point, I said forget it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The Canandaigua one is great, so is Waterloo. Geneva? Absolute garbage. The inside is never clean.
The food is good. But the staff definitely needs to work on manners. They cut you off ordering in the drive thru to ask if thats all and are very rude at the window.

Not a big fan of encouraging stupidity... especially those that cannot follow simple instructions. I received absolutely zero items as requested on my order during a slow time... I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender with frys. Received a 3 piece with mashed potatoes. Ordered tacos with no toppings and that was wrong as well. Severely doubting the fate of humanity if this is our working class..... my reccomendation is you clean house and fire the entire staff and try again....
My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today and he got nachos he took one bite and instantly started to gag and showed me his chips they were covered in salt. They were not edible at all with the amount of salt on each chip. I got a burrito and it was thrown in the package covered in sour cream and not wrapped at all. Highly disappointed and won’t be going back there!
Think Ive read enough reviews to avoid this place. tried the chicken once, it was awful , so thought id check out the taco bell reviews, nope. Avoiding this place altogether.r Planned on stopping there tomorrow. Think Ill make my chiii tonight and save major bucks

Order was messed up, food was cold, drive thru person was rude.
We drove from lyons to go thru drive thru, we ordered a 12 piece extra crispy meal with 3 sides. Mind you we were the 1st ones thruand no one behind us at 4:10pm. We ordered our food, and after waiting at their window for 10 minutes, the girl comes back to the window and tells us to pull up to the next window and theyll bring our food out. As we wait another 10 minutes a young kid comes out with the wrong order, we sent him back in and he brings what looks to be the bucket meal we ordered. Low and behold we were just another fast food statistic to the millennial give me $15 an hour generation so I can screw your food up. We got home and had 8 pieces of chicken, 1 coleslaw which we didnt order, 2 mashed potatoes, and that was it. We paid for a larger meal as we have a larger family and got less. The kid when he came back out the door, says, theres so many cars out here and I cant tell who ordered what! Ive tried to call the dump at least 2 times after we got home to see if we can get our money refunded but to no avail.Needless to say this place needs to close as letters strung into sentences confuses this younger generation. They dont understand unless its acronyms of LOL, LMAO,ROFGLMAO, K, BAE,IKR. What a damn joke!
We went Sunday for a quick bite to bring home, well the service was completely horrible. The person who waited on us was rude and super snobby, not to mention my sons popcorn chicken was so over done it was as hard as a rock. We also ordered some chicken tacos and didn’t notice until we got all the way back home they they were all beef..Not that it would have helped us anyways because when we asked nicely for a receipt the lady who took our order told us we were fine without it and slammed the drive through window. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food, so overall it was a horrible experience and I highly recommend going to a different location.

I really like the Chicken Power bowl when its made correctly but the last 2 times it was missing... black beans... tomato... guacamole... avocado ranch sauce. Grrr. I paid $7 for lettuce and chicken and sour cream!!! For now on I will check the order before I pull away!

It looks like Im the odd man out on the reviews here, but of all the Taco Bells Ive been too this one is a fav and at least doesnt get my order wrong. Their chips for the nachos are salty which I like and arent stale. Their Cheesy Roll Ups actually have cheese in it and when I ask for a taco supreme without tomatoes I still get sour cream. My only complaint is the downsizing of their Nacho Bell Grande which isnt so grande, but I dont think they control that.
The sloppiness of tacos and burritos is a disgrace, I cant just get one without the filling exploding in the bag all over the out side of wrapper or inside the whole bag. Even more helpful is I never recieve even one napkin, I dont know whats wrong with the employees but they need to be retrained. ASAP.
Every time we go there, we always get asked to pull ahead and they will bring us our food.. then our food is just gross. Either its over cooked or just thrown together. Our cheesy beef and rice burrito is cheese on one end rice in the middle bean at the other end. Not even mixed. I always find some other food, rice or tomato or something that doesnt belong in my steak quesadilla. I hate going here and only stop once in a blue moon in hopes they have gotten better... They dont 😑
Every time I go here they mess my order up. Tonight I went there at 8pm and their lobby was closed! Yet their hours are 10 am to 10 pm and lobby is SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 9:30pm. I proceeded to go through the drive thru where I waiting at the longer end of 5 minutes, until someone said anything through the speaker. I told them my order and then asked the cashier at the window if I could reread my order and told her everything again. Yet, my order was still wrong. This establishment needs to find better workers or something. They were kinda rude as well.
Geneva Taco Bell is nothing more than awful. They’re service is horrible and effortless, the food is disgusting and obviously not prepared right and they’re whole restaurant is beyond dirty. When I go there even with no service there’s a long wait until someone acknowledges me and takes my order and once they do they are rude. Once I get my food there is always something wrong and the food is dry and tastes old and is obviously just tossed in the bag after they threw it together and when I sit down to eat there is not once clean table. Going threw the drive threw is also a nightmare. I waited 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I got my drink it was wrong, and there was also a mistake in my food.
Mess up my order 95% of the time. Two drops of cheese in the container. Over charged me. Idk how this place is still open after all these years.
My husband and myself stopped at this taco bell in Geneva on 1/15/2020 at about 11:30am. We with thought the drive though the person at the window couldnt Renner which drink was regular and which was the diet and I cant drink diet sodas because of a medical problem. Then she asked us and the customer that was behind us to go park and she would bring our food out to us. We wanted over 10mins for her to bring out our food I went in to get my food and it was setting next the the cash register when I tried to make a complaint they gave me the brush off. My food had been setting there for a while because it was cold. It dont take over 10mins to make a few burritos and soft tocos. This is poor customer services
I hate posting negative reviews and like to give a place a chance to improve before criticizing and judging. Over the past 3 or four years I have had several negative experiences and had chosen to stay away for the last 6 months. The issues ranged from wrong orders to extremely long wait times inside and out to rude cashiers. I have recently returned to discover a drastic improvement. Inspite of the improvement wait time is still to long, I used to be a manager of one, so I know and service still meh

This was absolutely horrible. The issue started when I went to order. I was startled when the cashier had rotted out teeth. Not the cleanest start. I ordered and 20 mins later I still did not have my food. I went up to ask and they did not even have my name or order on their screen. They had cleared it so the timer was not running and forgot to actually prepare the order. The sweetened ice tea and Dr pepper were not working when we went to get drinks. This place was an absolute mess. Never again. NEVER AGAIN.
If theres one thing Ive learned after multiple trips there its that you better make sure you ask for sauce and napkins or you probably wont get any. Just about every car that left the drive thru stopped and checked their bag and for good reason.
Ive been waiting in line for 10 minutes to get my order taken.... This place is awful. I now got my order, 9 minutes which is plenty long enough. I have to believe there are guidelines and standards that the food is supposed to made to...I would say this place failed across the board. Those that said its slow and the food isnt good are correct, those that say the food and service are good or great... You must have eaten at a different place then I did.
Went through the drive thru, got told to park up front and wait. Waited five minutes, watched three people get through. Finally got our food and the quesadilla was in a ball with a burrito completely forgotten. We inly ordered four items excluding drinks. Went in and waited three more minutes for the order to be corrected. Nobody looks happy or like they want to be there.
Ordered two taco Supremes the shell was wrapped up and empty the filling was laying in bottom of the bag all nice and neat like it was put there on purpose. I called and complained I had gone through drive thru so didnt notice it till 20 min later when we got back to Newark NY
Hands down the slowest KFC or taco bell Ive ever been to. Its been unusually slow before but this is a new record. We couldve went somewhere to be waited on and gotten our food by now. There are customers standing outside of their vehicles (stuck.. since its one lane you cant even get out if you wanted to) while employees are sitting on the sidewalk smoking, in their aprons no less. I dont normally leave bad reviews but this is unlike anything Ive ever seen. In 18 minutes Ive moved up one vehicle space in the drive through line.
Food wasnt what we ordered. Asked for extra crispy chicken, got original recipe. Wouldnt exchange it. Claimed it was crispy. Very greasy.steak fries were so hard couldnt chew them. Bad experience.
Lets see aside from the long lines inside and out the 3 times I went here for my hour lunch break first time we got our food plus someone elses, second time we get to the drive threw and go to order but were promptly told the drive threw is closed at 12:30 in the afternoon, this last and most recent time go to order and then are told sorry our waters off with 2 cars ahead of me I ask am I going to get out of the drive threw they said I guess you have to back up. Complete joke !
I have come to this location a few times now only to have to shut my truck off in the drive thru line because the service is so slow, painfully actually. I have been to other locations and that never seems to be the case, it’s just this one. As a person who grew up and worked in the food service industry for years I do hope that the owners of this location see this and correct the issue. Whether it’s understaffing or a general lack of care from the current staff something needs to change.
Everything was gross and crunchy, almost like they havent made anything fresh in HOURS. Potatoes were hard, my medium soda was half full. Nacho fries were cold and so was the cheese. Never going back here again. Rochester Taco Bell wins with warm nacho fries, not crisp potatoes and better wrapping compared to this place. 🙄
Given this taco bell 3 chances too cook half decent meals, and each time they fail miserably. Cant wrap a taco to save a life, all theyre ratios are off as well, loved my too hard shell tacos with a sprinkle of meat and rest lettuce nothing else. Worst customer service ever and the food is terrible compared to almost all other local TBs All and I give them zero stars close your store yall are jokes. Its fast food dosnt meant it has to bbe trash food . Do yourself a favor drive the eatra miles to canadagiua or Waterloo atleast then you wont regret it
Pro: they give away A LOT of free food to make up for mistakes made in their orders.Con: A LOT of mistakes made in orders.Ive come here for years, and the one common thread has been them getting orders wrong.Im starting to wonder if this location was built on an Indian burial ground.Just tonight it took three tries to get an order with two bean burritos right. One with added jalapenos. Asked them to mark the custom one. They didnt, so they made another two. Both with jalapenos. I showed them the jalapenos to prove I wasnt making it up. They made another two, this time correct. All Id have wanted was one without.I get I might be expecting too much from fast food. But this place has completely switched out ALL staff at least three times in eight years, and they STILL get the orders wrong. Every. Time.Just perplexing.
Service is always slow. Part of the time they get peoples orders right. Always seems to be the kfc orders that get messed up. They are not rude to customers. Average wait time is 10 minutes. Still faster than the waterloo kfc/taco bell
Not the cleanest Taco Bell I have been to. Combined with a KFC, maybe thats why haha. The floors and tables are sticky, it smells weird outside, and the food is sometimes lower in quality than what I want. Still edible though and I keep coming back
I like Taco Bell (being aware of what it is) but this location is a goat rodeo on a good day. I specifically avoid it, even if I want Taco Bell. Typical service is slow, rude, and mostly incompetent, and because of that the lines go around the building and to the road if theyre even a little busy. They seem to be out of most things most of the time, or use that as an excuse for things they dont want to make. The dining room has been a mess every time Ive been there, especially the drinks area. Food quality has been poor every time Ive been there, especially when compared to other locations in the same general area.
Took a member of the disabled community out to dinner here and ordered two simple meals on two receipts. Received my order fairly quickly, but we waited for the other order for around 15-20 minutes. After people who arrived after us began receiving their food I asked if the other order was ready. They asked what other order. After explaining and waiting even longer we received... someone elses order! I went back to the counter, explained again, waited LONGER, and finally received ALMOST our correct order, but grew tired of waiting and just dealt with it. One of, if not the worst fast food experiences of my life.
They had us wait 20 mins in parking lot for tacos, quesadillas and popcorn chicken, and then they didnt even give us the popcorn chicken. They have us biscuits in the chicken box. This is on top of them charging for a large drink in the combos without providing a large drink or even letting the customer know. This isnt a once in a blue moon event either. They regularly run out of food or mess up orders 2 out of 3 visits. They are incompetent no matter how many chances you give them.
Most of the time the order is wrong, and not even cooked fully. Usually staff are rushing to just get you out, never smiling. After last weeks experience, ill never go there. They ask you to park in the front, okay no big deal, but then youre waiting 10+ mins and the order is wrong. Not worth the $. Go somewhere else
Way to miss over half the order. I ordered a k11 and a t6 chalupa meal. They missed the sides and everything except 1 chalupa for the t6.For 28 dollars I could have driven down the road to canandaigua and actually gotten what i ordered. This place is extremely pathetic. Also it took being parked 15 minutes after ordering in the drive thru to get my food. I believe that to be uncalled for and unprofessional. This will also be escalated to the next higher manager or corporate as this quality of work and competency is unsafe and irresponsible
Idk maybe its me or maybe its this location but its seems pretty darn expensive to get a taco these days and not to mention the people acr like your bothering them, or at least here they do. I wouldnt say that however its a recurring situation every time I visit. I like to think im a friendly person but only can be pushed so far, before writing this reviewbi deceid to speak to the manager about my issue. Her words where i cant control how they act towards other they is they own person ! With that I smiled (chuckled a bit) and got up and walked out to my car where i sit now writing this review! Terrible visit! Almost 30 minute wait after ordering through drive thru, and then food was cold and then they never included silverware. My son waited inside for another 10 minutes waiting for them (they cant have them out with straws and napkins?) before giving up and walking out empty handed. Ridiculous.
The worst Taco Bell/ KFC on earth!! Wait times are ridiculous, table are often left dirty...... I usually order ice water when I get fast food, I had inquired about getting a veteran discount on one occassions and was told they dont give one but the water was my discount!!! If time permits I drive 20 minutes to Canandaigua to get my Taco Bell, which by the way is newly remodeled and they do give 10% veterans discount.
Will NEVER eat here again! All food was cooked in old greased so made us very ill! We can only go out maybe every 3 months or so and when we did, the most awful food EVER! We paid for supreme tacos and had NO SOURCREAM . Our potato wedges were seasoned so spicy couldnt eat.. was it because overcooked and in old grease they thought could disguise by over seasoning? Didnt work! Chicken tenders were old and overcooked, so couldnt even bite.Dont waste your time or money here
Other places are ways better, some rude employees, always messing up are order, happens everything. How hard is it to listen and get the order right? Wasnt even packed.
Terrible service. Walked into employees chichatting in the back. When they realized one of the co-manager walked up to the counter like it was an inconvenience that I am dining. Ordered loaded potatoe griller and the potatoes were rock hard like eating rocks, sour cream in the burrito unlike the melted cheddar cheese in it like in most other locations. Never stopping there again
Piss poor service, takes forever together your meal and usually wrong when you do get it!! They need to get new staff who know how to take care of their customers. Ordered 6 cheesy potato burritos tonight and got it home and they only had 4-6 pieces of potato, sour cream and liquid cheese on them, no meat at all! $18.00+ for a handfull of potatoes and cheese! Then Ive been trying to call for over an hour to complain and phone is busy... This place is ridiculous....

This has to be the worst manager in the history of the franchise. We count eleven orders the were wrong and had to be fixed. Three time they made empanadas and all three times they were crushed into pieces and a raw dough spot on the top side the size of a quarter . The manager argued with several customers and he must of thought if he said have a blessed day that it was okay to treat them this way. At one point a woman said but my empanadas are raw so he grabbed them and one dropped on the floor so you could see the raw side and he still argued that they were cooked for the correct time. There was a lot more but I already feel I have wasted enough of my time with it.
Food was fresh hot tasted pretty good loved it although a few little mistakes with my friends food but otherwise great service
I ordered chicken, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and it was cold. We received no condiments (salt, pepper, napkins, utensils) with our order. There seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the counter.
Took 10 minutes to get my order taken another 15 to get my cold food and smashed burrito without the steak I payed for. The store was also disgusting all the trash cans over flowing trash on most of the tables and on floor its been like this on the several occasions Ive been there as well
Well this restaurant is an insult to both companies. The service is unfriendly, slow and really hard to understand (and I work in a field that deals with alot of people so I typically can understand people). Food was atleast good. Tables were all dirty so I had to clean my own.
Good looking food. Great taste. Con- A little higher price than usual at this Taco Bell. Overall a good consistent food chain. Outside was a little dirty. Inside was clean and modern. Comfortable.
Food was fine but staff was hilariously unprofessional. Cursing and joking with each other in front of me. There was also a bag of trash right in front of the register so I literally stood next to it to order lol and it took 15 minutes to order my food even though I was the only one on line because the first guy couldnt get his register to work.
So every time i go there it takes 20mins in the drive thru.today i went inside and orders were coming in but not going out. Only 3 people making food.guy on kfc side wasnt busy and kept tellin customers that thats toco bells fault there slam instead of helping them out.they where 1 foot from his station. Cashier starts talking to her friends who walk in n forgets the 8 customers behind them.and proceeds to talk about how she spits in peoples food she doesnt like and has at her last 2 jobs.i was on other side of crowded restaurant and heard this clearly.people behind me got served quicker than people in front of me.one guy met his wife for lunch and couldnt eat w her bc it took 40mins of his lunch to get food.they wont get anymore chances from me.
Literally every single time my bf and I go in there something is forgotten. It’s literally gotten to the point where it’s either funny or we wanna go back in and do atrocious things. I’ve worked at Starbucks. I’ve forgotten plenty of things by accident. But when it’s every single time, it becomes negligent.
The food was good, but it took 15 minutes to get it at the drive thru even though I didnt order much. The cashier was very polite though and did apologize for the delay.
The dining room table were filthy and sticky. The womans bathroom smelt like a dirty cat box. Staff was grumpy other then the elderly man working. Baha mnt dew from was carbonated, it was blue. But had no flavor at all. The doors are too heavy. You shouldnt have to work before going to eat. How do ederly people open those by themselves??
This taco bell commonly runs out of critical items, I was here a month ago and they were out of tortillas, a week ago they were out of chicken. These lazy franchise owners are running their businesses so poorly being propped up by people like me who keep going back anyway because we want some cheap tacos and couldnt care less.
Worst customer service ever, employees are beyond rude. Very slow, they pull you forward and make you wait in the parking lot for food for 15 minutes EVERY time especially at night the wait is even longer. Cleanliness inside the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
Ordered food for the family yesterday, my order was wrong, not a big deal. Got it corrected and had mac and cheese as a side, unfortunately there was a chunk of plastic wrapper in my Mac&cheese and for the rest of the night I felt sick. My advice is to avoid this place I know I will.
I orders chicken and it came out as extra crispy, w/o the chicken. Register operator was mildly trained if that. Our 13 min wait was quick compared to 30+ wait time ahead of us.
Horrible! Order was wrong and half wasnt even there even after my husband said it 4 times to the woman at drive thru. Very very slow for fast food. I went about a month before this visit, it was about 45 mins after they opened and the front door was locked so I waved at two workers and they looked away and ignored me and my young daughter standing there. So I thought even after that I would give it a try again and it was horrible.
I come here rarely when I have cravings for a loaded potato griller. Every single time I get one its basically just a shell. Theres barely any ingredients inside of it. When I order something I expect it to be like the image shown. This is false advertisment. Their soda machine is also over flowed with ice, the floor is covered in soda. Its filthy there.
Our food was good but they didnt have the majority of the food we wanted to order that other Taco Bells have.
Service was awful. These people wouldnt be able to tell the difference between a cow and a chicken. Tried giving me a bag of food that another customer had gone through. Watch episodes of Kitchen Nightmares people. You cant serve food another customer has touched.
Worst Taco Bell I have ever ben to...ordered a chicken burrito had everything but chicken on it...ordered the Chalupa box..chalupa had a moldy taste to it..the other hard taco was stale and maybe had a teaspoon of meat in it.
I was so upset with the tacos I bought! I spent 25$ there. The wrap was so stuck to the taco I needed to throw 1/2 of each one away. The new paper they put the crunchwraps in gets wet melts falls apart.
I love me some TacoBell but these guys always forget something. Not once or twice but every single time. I wish they would just be a KFC only and stop disrespecting my tacos.
Service was a bit slow for there being no other customers in the store, but food was still good. Im not usually at this location, probably will not be back anytime soon, got bad vibes being in there, but its Taco Bell and I was not about to turn down Taco Bell.
Got every item wrong on a 2 item order
Waited for a long time for our food and the order came out incorrect. I asked for my burrito with no sour cream. The remake came out with sour cream still. When I complained, the manager insisted it was just the lettuce melting and refused to remake it again.
When I searched the KFC/TB it stated that they were opened at 10am. But when arriving at 10:10am. they were closed. Door says 10:30am. Please make sure that the hours online and the door match.
Service is painfully slow every single time I go there. Love the food, hate how long it takes to get a simple burrito. Plan at least 20 minutes for any one item.
Horrible service, my kids kept crying in the restaurant because they weren’t fast enough. The lady then complains about my children crying and spits in her drink. Horrible service as I say again. do NOT recommend, also an hour late to opening the doors. Will not be coming back and certainly with my children again.
Every time I come here to eat, my order is wrong. Even after repeating it multiple times and having them read it back to me, it is never what I ordered. I wish that they would get clarification if they dont understand what is being asked for. Plus, you wait forever here.
We had KFC (its a combo restaurant). The food and service was good but they looked a bit short staffed. The crew hustled and did a great job though.

Needs properly trained employees,many orders where given,without being checked b4 handling it to customers,lack of train,representation for the company,and its duty,big money loss,everytime they are gibing,n remaking customers orders,sad to say if they close,because many will stay without that employment,that should very highly represented,company. lets hope for a positive outcome.

This place was recently closed for health violations but has since reopened. Service is extremely slow (more than 20 mins at the counter) and the cashiers always mess up up at least one thing on my order.
I would give zero stars if I could. Stood there for a solid 10 minutes waiting to be helped then when I finally was helped the woman had no idea how to take an order and kept screwing the up. I finally gave up and walked out. Took my family elsewhere. If they were that incompetent in just taking an order who knows how they are at cooking food.

Need to find new employees that know how to work at a quick Pace do their job correctly I went to the drive-thru sat there for about 15 minutes when I got up to the order screen I wait another 5 minutes the girls tell me after I clear my voice so you can order any time.
Its a 50/50 shot that theyll get your order right. Normally wait over 10-15 minutes in the drive thru only to be given lackluster food.

Yes this Taco Bell is a Taco Bell KFC in Geneva New York this restaurant has good food and the stuff but the service is slow the service that the people give is not always correct and they’re not always friendly at first place either sometimes the tables are not clean at all when you come in they do not have enough staff to be able to get somebody out there to wash the tables in to sweep and mop I would be very surprised how their bathroom locks overall not really clunky only Ness either the drive-through is slower than molasses they really should not have one because it’s that slow and generally the food orders you may come out wrong I do not understand this why you asked for two tacos and a chicken basket and it doesn’t come out right I do not understand the logic of this Taco Bell KFC it needs help

2022-07-19Never have experienced the lack of respect for customers as we were shown. Drive thru girl definitely hates her job and everyone she encounters. No explanations as to why we were given small clear plastic cups for drinks. Asked for simple things and were attacked by the staff ! Wasnt much at all a few extra sauces. Thats it! Even walked in to get more since that was not going to be enough for 4 kids sharing meals. Was attacked by the front counter staff and the drive thru girl. Snarky comments, eye rolls and sassy attitudes were made as I was walking out the door. Couldnt believe getting verbally attacked over asking for sauces. This Geneva location has needed NEW STAFF for a long time. No remodel can help poor attitudes. Food was just ok. If we could give this zero stars, we would.

2022-03-30I am considered a regular at this taco bell and they always get the order right. Our old car used to be green and they always called it the Baja Blast Mobile. I love how friendly the staff is here any time of day. Great food for a great price. Highly recommend 👌 👍

2022-05-04Its a Taco bell/KFC and always seems to be understaffed. Its hard enough to run a restaurant with 1 menu let alone 2 menus and only 2-3 people but they are still pretty fast. I suggest checking your bag before you leave just in case and are very nice if its wrong. Either way they satisfy my Taco bell cravings and thats all I care about.

2022-06-08This location is always an adventure because no matter when we visit and no matter who is working, its the same experience.Every employee acts as if customers are an inconvenience, there are always people wandering around behind the counter who clearly arent working there, the tables are always dirty, the garbage needs to be changed, and theres usually at least one bizarre thing each visit (Todays treat was one employee using a massage gun on another employee in the dining room).This location desperately needs a culture change, because whats going on now isnt working. Weve tried to overlook the nonsense, but were done and will eat elsewhere and suggest you do too.

2022-07-28Ordered 3 cheesy rollups I got two with jalapeño sauce, was told to pull around no one came out, had to ask twice if it was almost done while they waited on other customers, no apology just the kid is new, never got a receipt pretty sure was overcharged! And supervisor didnt give name now I see why.
