I ordered nachos and cheese, turns out someone ate chicken with my cheese. There is lettuce and chicken in my cheese.This is absolutely disgusting.
Cant seem to make a delivery order correctly..Food ✔ Drink ✔ Sauce ✔..not rocket science.
Sat in the drive through for five minutes. Eventually had to drive up to the window as people were lining up behind me just to be told I had to go back around because they couldnt take my order at the window even though the speaker in the drive up says drive to the window if you need assistance. They eventually took my order at the window so if youre in a time crunch dont go here. Took a little more than 10 minute to order and receive 3 tacos.
Food was ok took a long time. Place was filthy. Tables floor garbage everywhere
A few long thick curly strands of hair were in my food! I have no hair! they were trying to investigate as if I put it there yet they noticed I have no hair. anyway I was completely turned off when they offered to make it again. although they gave me my $2 back, I think that people in food service should wear hair nets instead of hats.
The food dent tast fresh the tortillas tasted old. Please make Sure when your feeding people who have to spend money make sure the food is nice hot and fresh and up to date. Sorry no more Taco Bell for me.

We waited nearly 30 min in the restaurant for the food. We thought this was a good idea because the drive thru was a very long line -- shouldve just went to KFC next door.
After working 12 hour shift, I order food only to come home and find out that some of the items are missing. I get you are fast but please be more thorough. Not everyone has the energy to drive back to get the missing order.
Since this really is the closest taco bell they are pretty good. I love their chicken chalupas and I always have a Baja Blast to drink. Their menu is affordable.
So the issue of all of the complaints at this location is that the gentleman who worked this drive thru for 20 years has left. Now we have these non caring teens just working for their minimum wage. Screwing up every order. And asking what sauce you want at the speaker and failing to add it to the bag. Sorry, in this country ALL condiments are ordered at the PICK UP WINDOW. I am going to speak to the manager after the holiday to repair the situations.

Went their tonight and ordered regular size freezes they gave us small so we ask for the others since we paid for them they took the small ones back and messed up the rest of the food order. I called and the brown teenager girl hung up on me. Horrible service. Kids shouldn’t work here if they lack customer service skills.
Nothing like a crunchy wrap Supreme to end your day. Maybe Im not the best when it comes to eating healthy but with food locations like taco bell and five guys etc it is kinda hard to maintain any kind of diet. I desperately need flavor !

Horrible order was wrong. It was drive thru. Bag was sealed with a sticker, and the bag had the name/word Temple on it. Must have gotten someone elses order which means there was multiple orders screwed up. Wont go back. This was the second time in two weeks you screwed up my order.
The food is always fresh here, the customer service here is extremely friendly, and honest. I went to the drive-thru, went to order a Skittle Freeze, and the employee had informed me that it was a tad bit watery momentarily. By the time I pulled up and paid for my food, they had made a fresh batch and had one ready right after getting my food. Most other places wont even tell you that its watery until you see for yourself, and its too late. Definitely prefer this taco bell over most.
Tacos were not made with love, had very little lettuce and tomatoes in them. I noticed they kept missing parts of peoples orders, including ours. Temperature was really cold inside for a 70 degree, late afternoon. My daughter enjoyed her tacos but I was on the fence. Was grateful to be eating honestly, dont normally eat fast food so was a little disappointed. Taco Bell used to be my favorite! In my experience the night crew makes the food MUCH BETTER.. Maybe they care a little more. I always see the male manager (wish I knew his name) (hes been there for many years!) Works super duper hard. He has the face of a real boss. He is friendly and professional. He does a good job at checking the orders beforehand so youre not missing something when you get home to the hangry kids!!
I dont think you can really go wrong with Taco Bell but I tried their cinnamon delight things for the first time and I couldnt get enough. I was only gonna get a 2 piece but my man talked me into the 12 piece to split and I wound up eating more than half of them on him lol
Don’t know what’s happening at this Taco BellI stopped going there because they messed up my order a few times thru Door dashSo thought I would give them a try today ordered on the app total f- up the order missing items wrong tacos ask no sour cream got extra .Plus everything was thrown in the bag .
The food here was the best of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because the wait was SO long. There was only 3 people in line before me and it took over 15 mins from when I placed my order to when I received my food. Was originally going to give a very negative review but the quality of the food was so superior to any Taco Bell I have ever been too, I had to give it 4 stars

This Taco Bell may have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Every time we have been there the drive-thru attendants have been friendly, fast and have gotten our order correct every time, even with special requests and modifications to multiple items.
Restaurant is quick and easily accessible. Issue is with the drive through. Do not ask if your food is correct on the screen if you’re not going to make my food correctly. Countless times my order has been wrong and I can’t go back to get it fix. Please address this ASAP!
Its an awesome store thats always popping. However, the drive thru lines at night are unbearable. They often flow onto the turnpike not because its crazy busy but because the service is slow as a small. They only have about 3-4 people working at night so question is why not hire more people since you can clearly see the team members are struggling to keep up. People leave the lines as fast as they join them . Its just nuts. I feel bad for these workers I really do.

Placed a simple order at drive thru, less than 10 items. Left out my nachos and cheese. No sauces included in order. Didnt notice until we got home. I blame the ownership, should be a system for checking orders before going out
I was expecting to receive fresh food at Taco Bell but it seems that they had everything pre-made so they could get everybody out the nachos were soggy and the food was cold. They should turn the store into a parking lot it would be more beneficial to everyone
The food was good, the usual. However this particular TACO BELL which Ive visited 5 times between the hrs of 7 pm and 10 pm. Is always filled with rowdy high school teens that meet and hang out there. Theyre very loud and take up most of the sitting, marking it difficult to enjoy your food.But no worries Ill take my business to TACO BELL ON RT 110. They dont allow their paying customers to have to sit thru this scenario.
I got screwed ! I ordered taco supremes and when I got home there were regular tacos in the bag. Then when I opened the tacos they were falling apart and were very skinny and light. DEFINITELY CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! HORRIBLE !!!

The taco bell in massapeqa is horrible there food is just thrown together they dont put tomatos on the taco supreme the taco bell in levittown is way better and looks good the lettuce is even fresh

This place is always busy. Never been to this store and had less than a 8 min wait at the drive thru. 1 thing positive i can say is that i have never had a mistake with my order. Staff here is on point.
This review is only for todays experience because taco bell is always delicious. But today... Someone at the levittown taco bell is not cooking or heating up the tacos enough. My 2 soft tacos were not completly soft, they cracked when bent, not plyable. They also had some cold spots.
DISAPPOINTED ! The Chalupa was stale , the rice in my burrito was under cooked and some of the cinnamon twists were so hard it was like chewing on plastic . (THE SMALLER PIECES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG )UNUSUAL FOR THIS LOCATIONEVERYTHING IS USUALLY VERY GOOD 🤔☹️
After they tore down the original building, changed a lot of the staff, and re-evaluated their procedures, this location is now my go to for taco bell. They make the food pretty well, and I like. Ow the staff is friendly

Very expensive now and not as good. Very little meat and cheese for alot of money. With all the good Mexican/Spanish/Colombian places becoming so popular I would rather go to Taco Joes or El Sabor in Levittown.
Its hit or miss. About half of the time the order is wrong so check your bag, but there are nice people like one of the regular day ladies in drive through.
Of all taco bells this one has the best order accuracy and not broken tacos.

This is the place for a feast. You can order a lot of food that isnt very expensive. Rarely have they every messed up my ordered and its almost always of the quality expected for a feast.

2022-05-04Seriously it’s not that hard to make a Taco. This Taco Bell is usually good but barely any meat or anything in my 5layer burrito and every time at the speaker, do you want any sauces? yes hot please…… look in the bag no sauce.Then why did you ask? Get it together it’s Taco Bell and not that difficult.

2021-05-27I went in during lunch. It wasnt busy at all. The service was good. Cashier was friendly. There was actually indoor dining. Food was what youd expect from Taco Bell. If youre in the area stop in.

2022-06-20Mexican pizza is back but same price and half the size. I love the salads but I always get sick. Great hot food but smaller size and doughy britto wraps, uncooked, chews like gum. I usually spit it out. Eating around stuff is wasteful but its hot and tasty.

2022-01-24Ive came here last couple nights and for some odd reason each time my order has came out wrong the screen has the right order but whats in the bag is completely opposite from what i ordered... charge for extra cheese sauce but never get it.. cant even make the baja blast FREEZE right... will not come back here again guess i have to drive to amityville bc they make everything right every single time!!
