I love all my people at Taco Bell I come here all the time .. Ask about (Top C) . Come on now. ????? Dogs in Taco bell Co. Dogs and restaurants dnt mix i leave my dogs outside when i de-side to take thrm out on a walk with me #Tacobell help the manager that works at 7:35pm at this location on a Tuesday... The night time one every other manager while Im there I have not seen or been present when dogs are at that location and I doubt they would do that if I open up my taco and my burrito right now if it has dog hair in it I appreciate it

Taco Bell has no right being as good as this. Been to a thousand taco bells in my day. I usually get what I’m expecting. This establishment gave me a near Mexico experience. Honestly, food was prepped & made legit. Can’t ask for much more than that 😃
Absolutely disrespect Manager. Went for my morning breakfast and a few patrons at the front door but said they are open at 10am...when the door clearly says it opens 8am to 3am.How is this location running such a business and able to acquire breakfast??

Ordered through the mobile app and waited 30min before my name was called. A woman literally walked in and placed an order using the touchscreen 15min later and had her order within 10min. They also didnt include any sauce I requested.
Disorganized, messy and staff doesnt staff the registers. Theyre cheap with ingredients even when you pay extra and get an attitude when you point it out. Theyre also disrespectful to seniors.

This taco bell is cool. It is your stranded fast food joint. I like taco bell because they have pretty good vegan/vegetarian options. The place looks clean and they prepare your meals in front of you. Lastly, be careful when ordering fresco because I have experienced the staff leaving out my tomatoes, giving me very little tomatoes, or/and pieces of shredded cheese in my orders. Overall, staff seems nice and it is a quick place to get cheap food.
I absolutely love Taco Bell. Its my go to fast food place.Unfortunately, this locations is horrendous and would avoid it at all costs if it wasnt the only Taco Bell in the area. I generally order online before I get to the store, so I can get the Taco Bell points. (You usually dont get a receipt to scan instore.)With online orders they immediately hit Order is Ready when they hit Order was Received. They do it so they look good for corporate but your food hasnt even been started. So I went to pick it up my food one time and had to wait 30 minutes my food. Ive never waited so long at any fast food place anywhere.They are consistently slow, orders are wrong, the staff is rude, and they generally dont use the tongs and use their hands to prepare food, gross!
Monday evening.. ordered on their app and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and “Are you Erik?” Place is rather new.. the “Cantina” part yet to come (when they get their liquor license). I’ve been kind of a fan of Taco Bell since I was a teen, so for me, the food is worth walking a bit out of my way.
When Im sad, this fast food is the light that shines through. I adore your fries and consider them to be among the greatest. Your customer support is excellent. I know this because Ive met you all before, and youre all quite kind and attractive. Your tables have a pleasant aroma. They have a delicious aroma! Keep up the excellent work!

Today I went to for pickup they make to wait 25 minutes even they were not busy and dont even know how to pack,especially the Male staff is not friendly and unprofessional! Need to learn how to treat everyone the same way

Late night they are very busy and super slow you will end up waiting on average 15 to 30 minutes for your food they have lots of Uber eats orders door dash etc plus people who come into the store after they leave the bar/club for food
This taco bell is the fancy ones with the screens and alcohol—never gotten an incorrect order here and for a vegetarian that is BIG news. The dollar menu is still $1 (not the case for everywhere in NYC). Unsure if Mexican pizza is back here or not.
This is One of My Favorites Fast Food Franchises, because the People that work There are Super Friendly and they Serve you With Integrity/Respect. The Food is Fresh and Super Good, Everything here taste Homemade Mexican Cooking. Come and Enjoy!!!!! Eat and Drink Pink Lemonade, that is Refreshing and Delicious. 😋
Never thought Id leave a review for Taco Bell but here it is because these guys are doing great. Stopped in and ordered on the kiosk, the screen showed they were instantly working on my order, then it was ready and perfect in a probably 3 minutes. The two women working there seemed happy and were friendly. Good job, Im pleasantly surprised!
Fresh food. Doesnt skimp on any of the ingredients. Fast service. Has all the sauces out so you can take as many as you want. One of the best Taco Bells Ive been to.Note: do not go Friday or Saturday nights unless you like to wait. Lol.
I redeemed a cheese quesadilla from Taco Bell as a reward. Some employees tried to be helpful with it, while some seemed like they didnt know about the rewards program. Redeeming the food took longer than expected, and I had communication issues with the employees since a lot of them were speaking too quietly. The place was clean and the food was good though, I just had a small hiccup.
Got order wrong, don’t read tickets- I have tried ordering from register and ordering from the touch screens, both times ignore no sour cream. If you will eat whatever they give you then maybe you will have better luck, but if you have a simple change that is clearly written on a ticket don’t expect it to be followed here.

This is a Taco Bell with....BEER?!?!? WHHOOAAA!! 👏😮👏 They serve 4 kinds of BEER.... on TAP. AND, its TACO BELL, guys!!! I could not believe my own eyes, when I first saw that this special Taco Bell serves 4 different lagers ON TAP!! Ive never seen that anywhere in any fast-food restaurant, anywhere in AMERICA!! It is most commonly seen, and an unquestionably WIDELY enjoyed service that most EUROPEAN COUNTRIES provide in mostly ALL their American fast-food restaurants in and around most European countries today. What a treat!! Something as simple as this can really make a person appreciate its status as a rarity in the U.S. and help propel such a taco chain into the stratosphere of fast-food innovation in general!! Of course, it definitely isnt very cheap, however... I believe a cup of their finest ale will run you between $8-$10 per! So, dont plan on skipping the saloon just yet!!!

The staff are extremely rude at this location...if I was starving and needed food...I would rather go hungry. The staff is mainly brothers and sisters of Indian decent and the attitude and disposition they handle patrons and delivery couriers respective is beyond reproach throw the whole store away.

This taco bell has very slow service, also I asked the code for the bathroom and they denied, but I saw a woman asked and they allow her to use it and took very long for my order be ready.
Three stars only because of the food. Which was good, no criticism there. We ordered online to pick up. The store was a complete. Mess, some repairs were going on all over the place. The workers were completely uninterested to talk to you or serve you at all. My biggest disappointment was when they told me there is no slushy which I ordered online. Pretty subpar Taco Bell but unfortunately the only one in the area. Will consistently mess up your order and skimp out on everything they can in relation to your meal.Best to check it before you leave.

But on Friday and Saturday nights, they fill all the GrubHub orders first and let the app orders wait. Tonight I waited half an hour, which is outrageous.Located a short way east on Fulton Street from this Taco Bell location are a 24-hour pizzeria and a 24-hour hot dog place. If its the weekend, go to one of those instead. Save Taco Bell for the weekdays.

I never go to taco bell because I dont consider it Mexican Food. Lol I did today because I was craving some nachos. They have some of the best ones in town for real on mama. Last night I was in a legit Mexican restaurant(dos caminos) and there food was not even good and they sell the same nachos there for $29 😬. So taco bell is the spot to go to for some good nachos. Highly recommended! Especially if you out here on a budget.
Waited about 28 mins to get my order. Used kiosk and order never went through or was probably erased by an inexperienced individual. After I brought it up a young lady in front told me she only does mobile orders and left it at that. After I spoke to another employee and finally after almost 30 mins got my order. Very inexperienced employees and were arguing within each other and cursing. Terrible experienced and still got order incorrect and I just took it and left. I heard other people with better experiences after lunch hour but complete chaos the 2 times I was there between 1 and 2. Both times orders were incorrect and waited significantly long. 30 mins was inexcusable. But hey, I got accommodated with some cinnamon thing.
Crowded and not all items are on the kiosk order. Food is fine and drinks are self serve. The crowd is something to be mindful of. Definitely plan for half an hour total time at this location if you want to take out. Staff is pretty attentive doing the cleaning for anybody who eats in. Price relative to most anything in the area cannot be beat.

Cannot order online yet. I ordered my food from one of the two kiosks on the left of the store. Certain food items were out. My order did not show up on the board for over 10 minutes. The store is not very organized yet. The staff did not know which orders were up. Saw many customers complaining about missing or wrong items. Waited over 30 minutes for my order to come out even when not much people were in the store. I gave an extra star because the staff were very apologetic and gave a free drink for my long wait. Should be better once they work out the kinks.
Everything was good with three items Saturday night and then my nacho supreme was full of chips from the bottom of the fry batch. Crumbly little greesy chips. Very gross and a waste of money. Only use whole chips yuck.

The whole kiosk idea seems to be a super disaster.Furthermore , it is very upsetting when I come in to an establishment that refuses to provide service. I will never go to that Taco Bell again, nor any other Taco Bell that uses this kiosk method!

Great place however no liquor as of yet, in NYC you must open the establishment first then apply for the liquor licenses if it’s not an actual bar bar.

For science.My coworkers and I got here at roughly 11:30am on a Monday. The place wasnt empty, but it wasnt full either. Only one person before us in line. I got my food super fast and tore into the burrito. Delicious. Then I reached in the bag for one of my two Gorditas (lets face it, the greatest thing on the menu). Heres where things took a turn.They werent Cheesy Gordita Crunches with Doritos shell. They were just normal crunchy Tacos with Doritos shell. Uh oh, I think to myself. This is where a 5 star rating can become a 3 star. After all, the store wasnt too busy yet. But I figured, okay, lets see how they handle this. I go up to the employees preparing food and explain the situation. I didnt get any backtalk and any rudeness, I was just told that theyd remake it. So far, so good, but now the store was a bit fuller. I didnt know how long this would take.3 minutes. Thats all I needed to wait for those beautiful (correctly made) Cheesy Gordita crunches. Sure, they caused the problem, but kudos to them, they solved it quickly.4/5EDIT: Okay, I tried this place a second time, with the same order (but without substituting Doritos shell on the gorditas. This place was woefully under-prepared for demand. The kiosks dont send the orders to the kitchen properly, so I waited almost an hour and half to get my order, and I didnt even get all of it. I know they are trying to take the fight to McDonalds by opening up locations next to or across the street from them, but they are expanding way too fast, and the service is suffering for it. There was a guy in line for so long, he went across to McDs, got food, came back, and was eating while waiting for his food!

Horrible! Disorganized! First of all why would you put seats in the center of where the line is? Makes no sense. I ordered a Gordita crunch and chips with cheese dip and It took 20 min to receive my food. Once I received my food the chips had been thrown in a regular brown bag instead of the white little baggy they usually put it in. They need to make a lot of changes for this to be 5 stars.

The people were rude. The kiosk doesnt print a receipt. It asks you for your name but then the woman calls out the order number, so you have no idea what the order is. They have 1 person working the register shouting out get your cup before your food but the kitchen pumps out the order much faster then she can take orders and distribute cups. The tacos were so runny it soaked the bottom of the bag and the bag ripped spilling the contents onto the ground. I didnt want to go back and complain though because i felt like i suffered that place enough. I wouldnt go back there even if there was a gun to my head.

2021-12-27Different, but very nice looking Taco Bell.Was pretty busy.Service was fast even though there were few order before mine.There are bathrooms, require code.There were like 4 sitting areas, and standing eating area.Great location.Would go again if near by.

2022-05-16I eat here often with no problems but TODAY the food was disgusting...was getting my last order of nacho fries with steak and the fries were stale, hard and cold and the food was tasteless Pure Garbage. I had already left and was not going to walk back. So basically I lost out of $7 . I will eat here again but I will taste my food before I leave. Do better!

2022-05-23Good ole NYC with its crammed spaces. I absolutely appreciate having a Taco Bell, though! That said, 2 kiosks to order from and 2 counter locations. Of course, Kiosk preferred. Only about 16 chairs to sit at, combine that with the lube at the kiosk and the right space to pick up and get your drinks at, its a squeeze to fit in.I used the app today and well, 20 minutes later I got my food, after talking to the staff. So between the counter orders, kiosk, app and whatever else they have going on, it seemed a bit much today, after lunch time.Im sure theyll be better next time. And there will be a next time! :-)

2022-04-24Ordered two combo meals and they gave me only 1. Apparently they gave the other combo to some random delivery guy. So I had to wait until they made it again. What I got was ridiculous. The portion size was tiny! It was literally as long as 2 hot sauce packets! Ingredients inside I think were measured with a teaspoon! Thats their burrito supreme. 🙄 Absolutely not worth the price!They are this way because its a touristy area so they know most of their customers wont come back again anyway so they skimp on everything.

2022-07-14I ordered two regular crunchy tacos and three bean burritos but substituted them with black beans. They gave me a one bean taco and one regular bean burrito. But the rest of my order was fine. Someone needs to learn how to read. That kind of stupidity takes talent.

2022-05-30It pains me to give a Taco Bell 1 star, but this Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell I have been to in 20+ years of eating Taco Bell. It has been clean every time, but there is nothing positive to say beyond that. Consistently messes up orders (morning and night shifts), out of sauces, soft drinks wired to the wrong labels, low effort put into making the food, coffee ruined with too many add-ins if you don’t drink it black, not cutting the quesadilla (see photo)... The list goes on. People love Taco Bell, so try harder for the people.

2022-06-22Their self service machine glitched and the big screen showed error while the card reader showed paid. I asked for help and was told to pay with cash. I asked if there were any food orders with my name and they said no and that I could pay with cash or leave. I left and then decided I would go back and have an incident report as there was a charge on my account and I wanted to be able to get a refund the next day. When I went back they refused to write an incident report and when I showed them the picture showing proof of payment 20 minutes later only then did Anika say that my order went through and that they would have to remake it because they threw it away. Honestly can say this was the first time I have cried at a taco bell lol. If they had just heard me out instead of treating me like I was trying to cheat the system then everything could have been handled much smoother.

2022-07-28Awful. Not only did they get my order wrong, the taco shell tasted stale. Ate it anyway because I was starving. I should have listened to my head and not my stomach. Was throwing up until 3 am.
