The manager joe was very unprofessional when it comes to talking to women. instead of asking for credentials or being a professional manager, he got in a girls face and automatically cursed her out for standing up for herself/ her service dog. there is no sense of professionalism in this workplace and has now made anyone who needs accommodations uncomfortable to purchase food there. joe the manager has done nothing positive in the entire establishment and should probably face further consequences.
They gotta step it up with the food. Use to be good. Now its cold no flavor. They don’t pay attention to your order. They need a new maneger ….. very poor quality on flavor…..
I love Costco! I go to the location off Beacon in Holbrook. Friendly staff, nice clean aisles and environment. Low whole sale prices, plenty of variety, I always find something new on my weekly trips. The freshest meat and seafood, great snacks and I love the plush blankets they sell. There are plenty of delicious frozen food selections that I can prepare in my new airfryer, coconut shrimp, spring rolls, French fries, perogies and mini chicken and cheese tacos are all favorites. I always stop at the snack bar and have a hotdog and soda or a slice of pepperoni pie, cheap and enjoyable. Costco is the best bang for your buck, something for everyone, take your time and walk the perimeter, youll be surprised what youll find! Go now!
The manager joe is beyond rude. he has zero training on ada law and went as far as to yell in my face because i had my service animal with me. he demanded to see paperwork to prove my dog was a service dog when no such paper work exists. he was rude from the start and told me i had to leave the store and wasn’t welcomed back when i explained ada law. you can ask two questions, 1. is this a service animal and 2. what service does it provide. i suggest he does a little research on ada law and learns how to speak to people with just an ounce of respect because he has none.
By far the worst Taco Bell Ive ever visited. Its still a poorly Ranch store people are waiting for their orders for long periods of time this is supposed to be fast food
Worst experience ever. Doors are locked so your not allowed inside not even to order food. After waiting on a long drive through line. I get home Im eating my food and it tastes weird I spit it out only to realize theres mold on my soft shell.Disgusting. I threw up instantly. Beware.
Update: Need to build a exit from the drive thru because with these wait times, it’s terrible. Treat workers better so you won’t be short staffed. And yes, I know this why.No matter the pressure, the employees are always kind to me. This location is Very high volume and seems under staffed majority of the time (pre pandemic too ), be patient . Tasty food, no complaints about it.
This is the slowest Taco Bell in long island. you will wait 60 minutes to get your food. they should have a special window for delivery people picking up food
This place is always understaffed and the drive thru line reaches into the street quite often. I swear if I ever get into a car accident cause Im sitting in the street waiting to turn into the drive thru line Im sueing for negligence

Fast and cheap food. This particular location skimps on the fillings. Also, this is supposed to be a Nacho Crunch taco that on the commercial the layer between the hard and soft taco is supposed to be oozing with cheese. This is the 2nd time that I ordered it with the same result - halfway down the cheese starts and definitely not oozing out. Very disappointed

Not the best location as they are busy so food feels rushed lacking ingredients and sloppy at times but consistent and never bad.
When youre in a pinch and need to fill that taco craving you cant beat Taco Bell. Keep it in moderation and youll be fine. The only issue is the drive thru line was backed onto the main road and stopped in the right lane of Route 112, which I guess was because the indoor dining was shut down during Covid. I found that to be unacceptable but cant place the blame on the restaurant staff.

Difficult to drive into as the drive thru is one-way connected to the side street next to it. Sometimes the drive thru line spills onto the busy road which is problematic.

Didnt have any issues. Ordered my food. Got it. Sat in my car and enjoyed my meal. For a meal under 10 bucks, some people put way to much time and energy leaving bad reviews. A lot of places have limited staff, maybe take that into consideration as to why you might experience slow service.
Ive given this location way too many chances. Sometimes the food and service is good. Most of the time its not. Ive forgiven cold food being served, no ice for soft drinks,botched orders, bad customer service, and incredibly long wait times. I just sat on the drive thru line for 20 minutes...there was 4 cars..Only reason I continued to give this place a chance was because of location. Not anymore

Another Taco Bell location that needs to get it’s act together. Mobile orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Orders are also never ready on time, long wait nearly every time. The store staff look like they are working in slow motion without proper management or leadership. You can tell they all hate their jobs. Sad.

I’ve waited 35 minutes for an order. Really? At Taco Bell? It’s disappointing, because this is the closest Taco Bell to me, and they can’t do anything right! They need better management and structure, and when they get that, I’ll consider going back. Until then, I’m done with this location!

My only consistent issue with this location is they seemingly never give enough hot sauce per item. Food is fresh, employees use sanitary practices. Place feels pristine. But cmon, stop saving money on hot sauce please.

I have been dining from this specific location for years, as it is the closest to my house. I have never had a single problem, they have never messed up an order, had longer then usual waits, a dirty facility, or cold food. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for fast food.

Awesome place, order is generally right everytime I order inside or through the drive-through, even with things a bit crazier than normal right now. Only issue: employees need to actually toss in the sauces the customer requests... Multiple times Ill ask for fire, Diablo, or both, and get nothing or only one the sauces.

Honestly, the black beans from this Taco Bell are too good. They hit late at night from some reason from this spot. Ive tried other Taco bells in the area and this one just has the best beans. Usually a line at this Taco bell for probably that reason cause the ingredients are too fresh! Everyone just drop your current Taco bell and try this one
Food is trash, staff is trash, service is trash. Stopped eating here LONG time ago. I WENT RECENTLY TO PICK UP FOOD FOR SOMEONE ELSE. They didnt have what was ordered so put what ever in the bag. Really tried to argue with me about giving the money back.
Very impressed and happy with our order. It was EXTREMELY busy so we had to wait a bit but everything was correct and delicious on our order and we did have a lot of modifications.

I placed an order thru door dash at this location and I had four drivers changed because they move extremely slow! If you can’t handle the volume why bother be open late. The system that’s in place for this location obviously sucks.
It doesn’t help to order on line. It is a waste of time. They say orders not always come through, however it is charged and paid. Management is not helpful, they don’t care about it, they don’t even attempt to help you. They only give you a 1800 number in case you want a refund.

Standard Taco Bell. They have never gotten our order wrong yet in the 3 years we have been going there. Food is constantly good, no problems there. If you are hungry, make sure your not in a rush if you plan on going on a weekend night as they are very busy.

This Taco Bell is amazing, the food comes out fast and the quality is amazing. The best part about this particular Taco Bell is the staff, they are really nice especially one in particular. It has been years since I have been to any Taco Bell restaurant and Im so glad I recently tried it again. I had the 2 Chicken Chalupa and Taco meal and everything was really good. It was so good that Im looking forward to trying other menu items in the near future.
Have been waiting on line at the window for my food for 15 minutes already. Have not even been given my credit card back yet. This is a horrible experience not to mention I am not late to work...is taco Bell going to reimburse me for the time/money Ive lost by sitting here waiting for my food? Not to mention the angry cars waiting behind me in line. I am furious!! Very upset customer. Please train your staff to handle high customer flow situations.
Fast, friendly, accurate. The girl that works there and looks like tasty from orange is the new black is excellent. Always on top of her game and knows the menu inside and out. No complaints about this location
Id give it five stars. My reason for not...because i feel the location is built to small for such a busy area. Its always to packed there. Drive thru should be upgraded to two drive thrus like checkers. Now that would get faster service.
The best Taco Bell Ive been to in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, and speed. The other ones on Long Island for the most part are slow this one is fast.
They are ALWAYS extremely busy and have a line out on 112. They do a good job of trying to keep up with the traffic but maybe they need more staff or a second drive thru

Horrible!!!!! At Taco Bell on 112 in Patchogue, they gave me a completely different order with no receipt. Tried calling Taco Bell and no one picked up. Went back to Taco Bell within less than 2 mins of finding out we did not get the correct order and the staff was rude and wouldnt give us our correct order. What a rip off! Would never go back since this isnt the first time theyve messed up my order.

I love Taco Bell, but at this place they dont cook burritos properly until and unless u get it around their evening rush hour. They will charge you for extra cheese and not gonna put even regular amount of cheese even if you asked for extra cheese.

The food was too salty. The first thing you taste,should not be salt. It destroys the flavor of the food. Taco Bells food was not like this before. Less salt is recommended for your health.
We ordered a chalupa cravings box and a triple melt box, both were a complete mess. The tacos were cracked/split all the way across and soggy. The lettuce and tomatoes had a refrigerated taste as if they were not fresh. The store was a mess but the staff were friendly.

Food was as expected. The cashier told us to sit and they would call our names. We literally sat next to the counter and pretty much whispered my name and we didnt hear it. Our food was sitting there for a few before another customer walked around asking people if my name was their name.

The cashier took forever to break open the rolls of coins when I was using a debit card on top of that he messed up my order the manager had to refund my $ on the card which by the way can take up to 72 hours then the manager raring up my order when I got home it was still wrong

Its tough to write a review on this place because every time is so different. The orders are usually correct, but the wait times are insane especially on the weekends. Inside is nice, but the seating is limited.
Every time I go to this taco bell they barely put any meat in the tacos or crunch wraps the place is always dirty and a wreck. This will be the last time I go to this taco bell. As close as it is to my house Id rather drive out of my way to a different taco bell that actually give me a taco and not a taco shell with lettuce.

Just left from here the shells are stale and when you ask for extra sour cream they dont give it but charge you for it the potatoes are not hot they are cold and they took the Apple empanadas off the menu . I wouldnt give a star but i had to leave some thing to write my review .

Stopped in for lunch this afternoon. This place was an absolute disgrace.Disgusting and filthy! Was in disbelief as to how busy the place was and how people just seemed oblivious. Where is management???
Not so clean food is slow to get and staff dont speak good English thank God for the cues to order food from

2022-06-14Ordered on the app, but when i walked in the nasty girl told me to go to the kiosk. waited about 10 minutes after i told her it was on the app. i then saw a bag be placed into a bin and my app said my order was ready. a name was not called for another 10 minutes until i got up there and asked where my order was. when i opened my food my quesarito was SQUISHED. it was literally actually squished. the contents were spilling out of both ends and it was crushed. i am furious.

2022-02-12If I could give negative 20 stars I would, I used the mobile app to place my order at approximately 5 o’clock had my husband go pick it up …. He waited there for an hour!!!! there’s no rush in that place, the workers could care less, drive-through half the time was wrapped around the building, food usually is cold. He said customers were actually walking out without their orders even though they already paid for them because it took so long.I called while he was there to demand a refund and she told me to call 1-800 Taco Bell which I willHe doing… I got my meal at a five star steakhouse the night before faster. This is unacceptable, it’s reallyNot a hard job…. Get it together

2022-07-17These 5 stars go out to the employees. This location is always busy, and even with a line through the parking lot/on the street, the employees are always so kind... you can tell theyre doing their best. My order is always correct and packaged nicely, even when Ive ordered delivery through DoorDash. I wish that the owner could figure out a way to implement a second line to hopefully relieve the employees from being so overwhelmed with the long lines, keep customers from getting angry (and likely taking it out on an employee who doesnt deserve it), and get delivery drivers/pickup orders out quicker. I appreciate you, Taco Bell employees ☺️☺️

2022-06-19Great location, very rarely do they mess up my order. Lines are typically okay, they get you through in a reasonable time. Obviously during peak hours theres a bit of a wait but whatever. They didnt have the new Brisk drink last time I went which was annoying, but probably just a one time thing. Food is always good and fresh, especially right before a rush

2022-05-15Worst fast food place ever. And worst workers ever. The slowest workers ever. I have never even had any fast food places take over an hour just to get 3 tacos. There is no way it takes this long to makes a few tacos. They need new workers a new system, a new something.
