Love the food. But they charge you for extras and dont put it on the food. Happened more than once.
We order through the app and picked up at the drive through. This may be of but I held back a star because we drive from Vermont to Plattsburgh to try the wild strawberry and blue raspberry tropical drinks only to have the machine be down. It was disappointing. When we asked about it we couldnt get a clear answer as to why. However, the food we ordered was good and they subbed other drinks for the ones ordered. Overall it was good, just a disappointment after a long drive.
Service is terrible. All the young boys dont do their job. Instead they stare at any girl who walks into store. Took me 30 minutes to get a hot coffee that wasnt even made correctly.
Would give it zero if I could.It is without question the absolute slowest place to get food in the north country. You could drive to Mexico and grab a meal in the time youll wait in the drive thru
Guilty pleasure resturant I always love coming here after a long weekend. Foods exactly what youd expect staff is nice and its prepared well cant ask for much else
They literally forget the sauces 90% of the time I order delivery. I never leave reviews but it’s so infuriating since the sauces are literally vital to the enjoyment of Taco Bell’s food!!!!!!!!

If you ask extra for anything (my case was beef and cheese on tacos) they do not sprinkle a bit on...its like double. Very busy here but never got a wrong order or anything.

Normally I order 3 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches for my Fiance the way they are and 2 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches with Nacho Cheese instead of the Spicy Ranch for myself because I dont like the Ranch sauce. Every single time I order these they NEVER mark which one is which. Id expect them to at least mark the 2 with Nacho cheese on them but they never do for some reason and I have to open each package up to see which one is which before my Fiance and I can eat them. This time the workers dropped the ball and all 5 of these were put together sloppily, they normally are put together well but I did notice that the girl and the guy making my order were goofing off and of course none of these were marked which always irritates me. How hard is it to put a N for Nacho Cheese on the 2 with the Nacho Cheese on them? Or something like that! Ive gotten to the point to where I dont think Ill be going back to Taco Bell because they never can get my order marked or done right. I normally love this Taco Bell but Im tired of the same thing happening all the time.

The worst restaurant in Plattsburgh. I ordered food this past Sunday evening and waited 30 minutes for food that never came. I had to get a refund for my order. This is not the first time I have had problems with this restaurant. Getting your order taken and/or fulfilled should not be a nightmare. They have lost my business for good.
They did warn us that they were short staffed and there will be a delay in getting our food but we never expected that the delay would be 1 hour! I think for a fast food restaurant that is beyond unacceptable. On another note, I had ordered 2 of the featured burritos with black beans but they gave me both with steak. I am a vegetarian and also dont live near Plattsburgh so couldnt do anything but throw it out. Very disappointed!
Had a breakfast burrito that way tasty and filling. Much lager than I was expecting for the price. Im no a regular customer so I was pleasantly surprised.
If I could give it zero stars I would. This place has gone to absolute hell. First off, the station where they keep napkins, straws and utensils was nearly out of everything. When I pulled in the parking lot I was the only vehicle here. Theres no excuse for no one to take 10 seconds and restock that station. Secondly, every single table and bench is absolutely disgusting. They are definitely not wiping anything down or following their covid guidelines for sanitation AT ALL! LASTLY the bathrooms were the most disgusting bathroom Ive ever been in. Theres a sign that states they check them every 30 minutes, HA what a joke! Ive been sitting here for 45 and not a single person has checked the bathrooms & I shows. Trash and garbage everywhere. They were out of paper towels and the trash cans were completely full of garbage. Not to mention the entire place smelled like old garbage mixed with wet dog.. not a very appetizing environment at all... what a disgusting place. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Theres alot more cleaner, and better places to eat anyways.
The cashier and drive thru people were very polite, they looked to be enjoying themselves (which is a great thing). However, the tacos looked like bombs had gone off in each tortilla... If my children hadnt been hungry, I wouldve ran it all back to the restaurant... Kudos to the friendly staff!
Long wait no matter how u order your food
Best lunch deal in town using their app. Build a box gets you(my choices. Several options) crunchwrap, spicy potato taco, a loaded potato side and medium soft drink for about 5 dollars. app makes it easier on staff and wait time I feel. Good deal for what you spend. Trust me use the app, I see lines for 15 mins or more drive thru, I walk in grab my food and go.
Service is pretty good, unfortunately the food itself was mediocre. I ordered two chicken quesodias and both were dry (chicken and tortilla) with basically no sauce. Then I decided to try it later and got a crunch wrap, they was basically no meat and a whollle lot of lettuce. Not to be rude but one of the worst taco bells for food Ive been to, though Ill give them the benefit of the doubt since I only went twice haha
Ordered a nacho fry box online yesterday, had a soggy Nachos locos taco that tasted like cardboard and fell apart before I could pick it up, the bean burrito was DRIPPING with meat juice I didn’t even check if it had the right ingredients I just threw it out and to add on top the nacho fries were hard. My other part of the order was 3 soft tacos,2 other nacho fries and a nacho box. All 3 tacos were soggy because the meat again seems like it had not been drained. And again the nacho fries were hard. The nacho box was supposed to only have meat and cheese. It had EVERYTHING EXTRA!! Also we only got one drink. Out of the 2.Got word today that a friend went to get a nacho box with just meat and cheese and again got EVERYTHING included. Their brother wanted a Crunchwrap supreme. And got meat cheese and tomatoes?!? This Taco Bell used to be good now it’s just declining. Don’t want to be a Karen but I don’t recommend…
There was 1 other person waiting in the restaurant and my party of 2 waited 25 min for dinner a regular sized meal. The drive thru took priority, should have gone through that instead of inside.

2022-07-16I usually do drive through especially during happy hour I absolutely love the strawberry slushies! Unfortunately more often than not they seem run out of stock of newly added menu items. Its not all bad though because they always have the regular menu items.

2022-04-24INCREDIBLY SLOW SERVICE. No fast in fast food here. Prepare to wait. Other than that? Not bad. Same ol Taco Bell. Customer service I would rate sub-par. There are a couple there that are very friendly, the most, are not.

2022-07-31When is this location actually open open? Twice Ive gone there in the morning, during open hours yet when you pull up to order there is no greeting or please wait, and if there is a please wait expect several more minutes than you would have thought appropriate for fast food. The clincher is that if you were patient enough to get through the ordering process, then you can be further humbled by the ten plus minute wait time to get your food. Personally I havent been able to wait that long. Im pretty sure either someone quit or was fired while my family tried our best to wait the last time, and through the first window which was open I could hear someone saying, WHY CANT PEOPLE SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME!?. Sooo Im thinking they are having hiring and retention issues, which is too bad because Ive always liked Taco Bell. I will happily give four stars if they could hire and keep staff to properly run the morning shift...will try again before winter. Best of luck Plattsburgh 🌮 🔔

2022-07-28Placed an order of two combo meals and they came already with a taco. And ordered two more extra tacos but when we got the food home all they had was like a kid size portion of the nacho granda meal and the Crunchwrap but no extra tacos. And it wasn’t even worth what we paid for everything which we never got all we ordered. And it tasted terrible what we did have. Will no longer eat there get some good help and workers who pay attention to there job.

2022-05-07I love taco bell but I will NOT eat at this location in Plattsburgh ever again. They didnt have any hand soap in the bathroom. Their fountain soda was watered down and nasty. I waited forever to get my food and when I finally got my food it was cold and not warm whatsoever. They were out of lids for the large cups. They were just about out of napkins with there not being very much left.

2022-08-09Waited 20 minutes for 3 beef soft tacos. They were half filled, the tortillas were stale and they didnt taste right. Dont have time to go back to this place even if they made them right.

2022-08-07After waiting without ever being served at Wendys next door, we went to this Taco Bell and the young man behind the cash register gave us an excellent service and the food was good. The old lady at Wendys should learn how to do her job from this young man... or just retire.

2022-03-10Told the lady taking my order multiple times to add a drink refused too.. went to the window took my food and left... Ive gotten a serious amount of orders made wrong here with stuff on it Ive asked for to be removed and while I was at the window they were yelling about bugs being in the food and food service area. Ill be letting everyone close to me know to avoid the place and people working here, they obviously are not equipped with the ability to work here nor do they want too Ive worked food service for 4+ years and never treated people the way I was treated today.

2022-04-23Waited a half hour for a veggie challupa and a veggie burrito, other people were waiting even longer. Too many staff members just standing around and not making anything. Drive thru line was almost out to the street and wasnt moving at all.
