I love tacos but the one complaint that I always complain about to the manager at this Poughkeepsie location is that there is not any meat in the tacos they put so little and yet they charge you for basically a shell and some lettuce and cheese they really have to step up and putting the meat back into their tacos very disappointing when theyre so good
The service is fine but i think theyre understaffed cuz i always have to wait in a huge line but this time it wasnt busy but when i got my food i smelled something so i looked in the bag and my quesadilla was like super burnt like idk how that happens and if it does um maybe dont give it out and make a new one or soemthing like i wouldnt mind waiting cor an unburnt quesadilla :/
I do not post many reviews, but I feel this is important. I live near this Taco Bell and consistently they do not provide napkins, nor do they include hot sauce even when asked at the order location I ordered a traditional combo with three hard shell taco Supremes and it cost me nearly 9 dollars. A complete rip off for what you get, and the service received. I’m done with Taco Bell.
I ordered my food 45 MINUTES AGO off the app and I’ve been sitting at the drive thru for 40 minutes and still have not gotten my food. I’ve never been so angry at a Drive thru in my life and if my offer is even incorrect I’ll have to wait another 40 minutes in line to get it fixed. This place needs serious help
Its Taco Bell. You get tacos. You eat tacos. They have tacos in various shapes. Crunchy tacos. Soft tacos. Tacos that are flat. Well, those are really quesadillas, but theyre almost the same ingredients. Potatoes too. Those arent in the shape of tacos though. Just in them or on the side. Tacos.
Strange location to sum up. Lemme say this: Ive never felt racial animosity ordering at a Taco Bell before this location lol. I understand America is in a dark spot but you could at least pretend to not hate me for the color of skin. Food is what you expect from Taco Bell and its either spot on or completely miffed up. Really depends on the crew you get. Beware if youre huwhyte like me tho, you may be treated like a 5 year old.
This spot gets my order wrong 3 out of 5 times and it makes me crazy. Tonight I was ready to lose my mind about it... I asked the cashier to please make sure I was getting what I asked for because sometimes mistakes are made - he went back to ask, came out and said Yes, there is no mistake you are getting what you ordered! I get home and the 6 tacos I specifically asked about were the wrong ones. I know its just trash fast food, but WOW! I feel like the odds of getting a bad order shouldnt be this high... have a nice day!
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell around. Staffs to busy screwing off on their phones wait was forever only to find a hair in the chicken chulpa. Place should be shut down or restaffed with people who actually care about their services to the community as a fast food restaurant
Its a fairly standard taco bell. The morning staff is great, the breakfast options are amazing! Cant wait until they bring them back. Sometimes the demand wears on the staff during peak hours and flow control at the drive through has room for improvement, its local competitors have a two lane drive through and I think that would really help.
I went to Taco Bell in Poughkeepsie to order food at Wendy’s and Taco Bell. Wendy’s was very busy and treatments was not nice. I went to Taco Bell after to order food for my other daughter and here at Taco Bell I was greeted by Trish. What a pleasant and different experience. Thank you Trish for caring and making sure my drink was right and I had the correct order.
Its a taco bell for sure. Just make sure you double check your order and what is actually in you food. This spot notioursly leaves food out of orders and has a hard time accommodating requests like no tomato, no sour cream, or no beef. That being said, the employees are normally nice and will help fix the issue.
The two stars is for the customer service. The food is good, never had an issue with my order. The ladies that are there at night time are very nice, BUT if you go in the daytime its a different story. The man that took my order there was rude, he said yeah well Ill see you when I get up there when asked why there was so much hostility in his voice while taking my order. Not a great experience, havent gone back since.
After waiting over 10 minutes for our order we had the pleasure of watching a female employee yelling at the male employee at the counter because we waited so long. As he tried to give us (cinnamon sticks?)To Sat sorry for the wait, She continued to yell at him. To avoid hearing her nasty comments any longer I declined and walked out before he was yelled at any longer.. EXTREMELY unprofessional!
10 minutes before close, Vanessa helped take our order. She was very kind. Fast and accurate. Best customer service I received all day, as I am a door dasher and stopped at over 60 different locations today alone. Give her a raise or promotion before you lose what customer service is suppose to be. You are lucky to have her. Sadly, places like this take advantage of good employees. (I know because I worked at one for over a year). Taco bell doesnt deserve her!
Ive had problems in the past with this Taco Bell. It was always hit and miss with them. One time the food was okay the next time I had to go back and return something was wrong or not cooked right. Since they remodeled the place theyve really been keeping it clean. I also had problems with a staff member who was always very rude to me when I came in. It appears that staff member is no longer there. all of the staff that are in this one now are extremely helpful, nice and they greet you when you come in the door. I am always very pleasant to people and I like it when they are Pleasant back. Theyre also willing to help when you have an allergy and they answer your questions about whats in certain items they have.
I ordered a 3soft taco supreme combo which is supposed to have sour cream meat lettuce cheese. Hence SUPREME. When I got home and opened the wrappers all there was were3 small soft tacos with a squirt of sour cream in each no tomatoes or cheese. When we called the store no one would answer the phone so buyer beware until you can physically check your orders it will more than likely keep on this way
Most of the time they have respectful employees. But one time me and my family went there after receiving an order, because they forgot something. And the cook said loudly Gooooo around! Repeatedly, telling the nice lady helping us, to make me and my family go around the taco bell and wait in the already long line, and to make another order. Eventually everything got sorted out. Other times go there and they forget to include one thing, aside from that the people helping us and placing our order were very sweet and respectful.
Staff was very rude. We ordered our food 2 hours ahead of time (was a large group). When we went to pick it up they said we couldnt get more then 2 orders at a time while going though the drive through. And made us wait and extra 30 min to finialy get our food. When we finialy got it, an order was missing. Only redeeming quality was most of the food was made well-ish. Service was definitely 1 star. Food maybe gets a 3 and a half.
I ordered chicken chulpa surpremes . Very poorly made, hardly any chicken, tomatoes and very dry due to little to no sourcream. Main St taco bell is trash, the mall makes thier food much better. Oh and the store wont answer the phone for a complaint. Ill try corporate .
Ordered food had door dash get and to find out the order wasnt right so I tried calling taco Bell and they said to call door dash they didnt make the order taco Bell did all they said was I can make you need tacos wow and they had no wild strawberry freeze and had to tell DoorDash to let me know I didnt want soda I dont drink it so got a drink to waste
I do not frequent this Taco Bell however I can say from my visit earlier this week the employees were not properly wearing or not wearing masks at all. To make matters worse the soda cup they had given me was full of ice almost to the brim and the soda seemed like it had run out of syrup and flavorless. It was not this bad the last time I was there however that was also before the pandemic.
Not only is the cleanest and nicest looking Taco Bell that I have ever been to but the staff is always great. The last two times Kara provided excellent service and the few times before that a young man (forgot his name) was also terrific. Even the staff in the back have been great. Just the best Taco Bell around. That is we keep coming back here.
Well usually I dont have a problem but this visit we didnt get out mothers order and when we went back up to the counter to inquire about it we were what appeared to be.... ignored. So we stood there like idiots until finally the lady in the back realized she had an extra order! The table we sat at looked clean but after sitting and starting to eat you could see all the stuff from previous dinners! It definitely could have been better!
Ordered pick up on memorial day weekend. Location was closed early so I never got my food. Called taco Bell customer service immediately which was also closed. Sent an email and left a voice message, neither of which received a reply. Never received a refund. Will never go to taco Bell again.
Ordered my food 30 minutes before pick up, went through the drive through and ended up waiting another 5 at the window. Get home, Im missing part of the order and what I do have is barely filled and my potato grilled tasted like it was filled with glue. First and last time I use this locatuon. A waste of money.Extremely irritated.
It was a standard Taco Bell. Someone ordered online and it was wrong when they arrived but the staff was gracious about it. I cant have tomatoes and they remembered no tomatoes on /almost/ all of the items. Just half my order was topped with it. I mean, with food this cheap you really cant complain. It was timely and yknow, a Taco Bell.
Closing times are a huge joke. A family member after a late night at work went to go there for us, and she had to wait there at 12:30, even though it says they close at 2AM. The lights were on as if they were closed, and no one was there. You better change your closing times online so that theyre accurate, people are hungry, and because of you, you have to leave early or not change the closing timesto be correct.Otherwise disregarding that, food is great, Ive never had an issue besides this with them, which is why its 2 stars. Food is very cheap, I like their beefy Fritos burritos with the triple layer nachos. Its tasty.
I tried to lighten my mood during a dark, stormy Wednesday night with some cuisine from my home country. Arriving at my local Taco Bell, I felt at home, my nerves were immediately calmed, I was prepared for a delicious meal. Walking inside, to my surprise, I discover a strange display, I was told I could place my own order with it, AMAZING! The UI was intuitive and logically laid out, any item was accessible within three clicks or less. The user experience team at Taco Bell really outdid themselves this time. After placing my order of a single triple, double crunch wrap box, I was offered my receipt as a text message, which is delightfully progressive, FANTASTIC! I waited patiently for my food, admiring the carefully designed, authentic décor. To my surprise, the local, towering clerk came over to me in a huff. This, tragically, was when the magical experience took a sour turn for the worse. He inquired about my feelings towards the revolutionary ordering kiosk. I was delighted to share my positive experience and emotions towards such a wonderful, life-changing machine. He rudely interrupted my response to harshly lecture me about the need to diligently listen for my name to be called; as my meal had already been carefully crafted and delivered to the pick-up station (also known as a counter, for those without a Ph.D in Modern Western Literature), without my knowing. Being lectured by an aggressive brute came as a shock to me. As a loyal Taco Bell patron, I would have never expected to be treated in such a disrespectful, demeaning, demoralizing manner. After retrieving my meal from the designated delivery destination, I found myself aghast that the local Taco Bell clerk had forgotten my large, frozen Baja Blast. I informed the service representative of his egregious mistake and he begrudgingly retrieved my tasty, frozen beverage. Leaving the Taco Bell, I felt humiliated, dehumanized, disgruntled, and downtrodden. While my experience overall was negative, to say the least, the cuisine was to my standards; 3 out of 5.
Tonight we received outstanding customer service in your London road branch,Glasgow. We were served by Nicole who was immediately warm and welcoming and took interest in our evening. Rather than us wait she said she would bring our food to our table.While at the table, Yvonne approached us and started to chat with us. Again very interested in our evening and with a warm welcome and a good laugh.This high level of customer service in your restaurants is very rare and as a manager I believe in rewarding staff who go out their way to give 100% customer service. Please can I ask you make sure this is recognised and the girls are given full praise.
Really disappointed with TB these days.I cant order party box anymore because I usually throw half of it out. So much money wasted. Prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down.Staff has good additude however usually cant follow a sauce request at the drive thru. Ask for 12 fire sauce and ull get a few of each totaling 10.
This is the second time during Covid we ordered drive thru and were disappointed. The bean burritos were old, dry and disgusting. Last time not only were they old and dry but loaded with an inedible amount of onions. These used to be my husbands favorite item. Now we will not return.
1 night crew member with braids/dreds is amazing and will go the extra mile for his job! Needs to be recognized and praised for the job he does for taco bell! Does more than the actual management!! Does not judge anyone including the multiple homeless that go in. He makes Taco Bell
Jawan is a great asset to Taco bell always goes above and betond. He never treats anyone different and makes returning to this taco bell very much worth it! He is an angel in disguise and I dont even think he knows how much of an impact he makes on not only my wife and I who are recently homeless so not being judged for coming in with change and taking forever to order because we need the most for our buck but everyone knows of him as soon as you start speaking of how patient and how much help he is. He deserves a promotion and would be great on that show where the owner comes in secretly to watch the employees to see 1st hand what an asset he is! Other employees there could learn a lot from him especially on how not to judge!
This is a pretty solid taco Bell. The drive thru is often busy but they cut through the line like a laser sliced Quesadilla. The cheesy gordita crunch is possibly the best fast food item ever. If on the rare occasion I am needing fast food this place is my number one choice.
Went through drive thru. Took 25 minutes. Then they screwed up or order. Forgot to give us about 1/3 of our order. Missing a Crunh wrap and a steak quesadilla. But they did give us 32 hour sauce packets. Most likely to trick us to think or fill order wad in the bag. Poor service. Avoid.
Not going to the one in poughkeepsie again. Waited at the speaker to place my order and no one answered me at all and it was 930 In the morning. I parked in a spot went in and said hello and a woman came out and took someones order from the drivethrew and I asked for the manager she said they just stepped out
What can I say its fast food but they have tremendous deals on there and honestly you always need a little Mexican every once in awhile without going through the whole process of sitting down at a restaurant and losing an hour and a half of your life waiting for your food
I ordered a Crunch wrap supreme with beans instead of meat, and got a crunch wrap with meat and a side of beansThen I asked for a seven layer burrito with no meat and I got four burritos when all I really wanted was a crunch wrap supreme, I wil not go there in the future and the beans were bland, 🤮
This is the last time I will visit this location. They messed up the order completely by forgetting 1/3 of it and didn’t add any of the add ons that were requested (which costed extra) this was not the first time this happened, but this is the last time I bother going here.

2022-01-24The order is incorrect every single time. If you state no sour cream it seems they do the opposite and load it onto everything. The employees do not seem to care about the food they are serving. We have ordered via door dash multiple times and it has never once been correct. For example, this order was not supposed to even come with sour cream and it somehow is on there. The manager of this establishment really must not care about the customers as reading other customers reviews I realize I am not the only one feeling this way.

2022-05-18I order my food through the app. They first could not find my order and 5 minutes later they seen it but a few of my items were unavailable and I had to contract taco bell to get a refund for the items there didnt have any even if I wanted to cancel the order and start over Then to top off my frustrations I ordered the 5 layer without beans when I opened the burrito it definitely had Extra beans and no meat at all. This is not the first time I have been disappointed

2022-05-13The worst fast food experience ive ever had and im shocked they are still in business. Ive ordered through GrubHub 3 times totalz 2 times they left my Cinnabon desserts off so i made a specific request for the driver to ensure they were in the bag. They laughed it off insisting theyd be in there and (shocker) they werent AGAIN! What was in the bad was a crushed locos taco and an impossible way to communicate back with them to fix the issue. The last time i ordered and i will be THE LAST TIME i ordered at 948 and had my delivery time slowing keep backing up until it was almost midnight and was told that the order wouldnt come to me that night at all! Idk what toddlers operate this establishment but its pathetic, avoid at all cost!

2022-03-03I ordered through Uber eats using my brother Tyler’s account , the picture on the right is what I ordered and the left is what I got . I not only received the wrong order I received food that was made 5 hours before hand . Tyler d food was done at 8:30 am I ordered food at 1pm and got my food at 1:30 pm that’s 5 hours the food sat on the counter

2022-06-15Everytime I come here they tell me there out of food yet they close at 1am. Happened tonight at 1235 and a few days ago at 1215. I hope the manager sees this ad coaches there staff not to lie 45 minutes before close that there out if ALL food. Ok if you dont want to do your job theres plenty of places to work that arent open at this time. Its not like Im coming at 1255. Its 45 minutes b4 you close. How hard is it to throw some cheese in a tortilla and heat it up. Lost my buisness for sure.

2022-04-04This Taco Bell never seeks to amaze me my wife ordered 4 Crunchwrap Supremes one was not even put together and just had tomato sour cream and lettuce and they look like they halfway folded it and just threw it inside the bag and the other one they put something what I think was Chicken in it but there was only like three or four pieces that was a little smaller than a half of a dime and I dont even want to take it back and its not even worth to drive the two miles back to complain about it and i called just to let them know of course no one picks up the phone you guys did a great job keep up the good work by the way I used to love Taco Bell until I started coming here

2022-03-12Absolutely terrible. Order is always wrong . I ordered the new steak nacho fry burrito instead got not 1 not 2 but 3 bean burritos I did not order as well as sour cream on my soft tacos …not ordered and the entire meal was ice cold. Worst Taco Bell ever.

2022-03-19This location used to be great, but lately I have not had an experience go smoothly. My order is always messed up in some major way, whether items are missing or just completely wrong. Its no longer worth the hassle.
