We come here frequently, usually using the drive through, however we opted to come inside today. The pictures are what we saw when we entered and the service wasnt much better. Maybe two people making food, one person walking around with a lime green earbud in one ear and headset on top of his head. Also gloves werent changed between touching the screen and food and in between handling various other items. Tables werent wiped down, floors not swept, etc. Our order was placed at 8:57 and it has taken over ten minutes for our food. One person ahead of us (possibly GrubHub?), no one else here. Finally got our food at 9:13.8/6/2020 We thought we would give this place another try. We hoped for the best, but were disgusted/disappointed yet again. We ordered a number two, (three soft tacos and a drink) as well as a number eight (taco pizza with two tacos and a drink). We requested no tomatoes, sour cream on the pizza as well as soft tacos for the number eight. We got extra tomatoes no sour cream and hard tacos. We turned around, went back. One of the workers was walking out (according to her--going on break around 9pm?). We brought this to her attention, she said that they would remake it correctly. They took our meal back in, came out with a new bag and left us, well holding the bag. We checked the contents and found no sour cream (again), tomatoes were on it and the tacos were not soft shell. Actually they were the same ones as we got the first time.While we have frequented this facility at other times and had marginal success, we have encountered the following more times then not: incorrect orders, products not being available (i.e. Mt Dew Freeze--greater then a month we havent been able to get this item at all hours, Cinnabon delights--we were told that they are only available during the breakfast hours).The workers, while polite and cordial, seemed to not care about their appearance or attitudes. Multiple workers either had no mask on, masks only covering their mouth, long finger nails, hats not on, etc.3/8/2021 Somehow we had hoped after our last two reviews and some successful visits, we could get a decent order here. We were wrong. Upon pulling up to the drive through speaker, I asked if they had the Blue Raspberry Freeze which was prominently advertised on their menu board and a large sign on the corner by the drive through. I was asked if I wanted a Mt Dew Freeze or Strawberry one after I requested the Blue Raspberry. I responded that no, I wanted the Blue Raspberry Freeze. After almost two minutes of back and forth, I was told that the one I requested was no longer available and I could only choose the Mt. Dew or Strawberry. I said, fine I will take the Mt. Dew. I placed two orders-one was a soft taco combo with no tomatoes and the chicken quesadilla combo with an extra chicken quesadilla. We received a sealed bag and we thought that we would be fine with what was in it and proceeded home. We were wrong. Upon our arrival at home, we opened the bag and found out we only had one combo in the bag. I drove back to the store, trying to call them multiple times. It took over four tries to get an answer and when I did, I was told the reason for them not being able to answer the phone was that it wasnt on the cradle. i explained my situation and was on my way to get the other half of my order. She said ok and hung up. Upon arrival at the drive through, I explained why I was there and was told to pull up to the second window. I did and then I was asked if I was door dash. I said no, I am here to remedy my order. The person in drive through shut the window, turned away, then reopened the window and asked me if I was someone else (whose name I dont remember). I again said no, and said what I was here for and handed her my receipt which was snatched out of my hand. Approximately five minutes later my order was given to me. I had to request my receipt from the employee. No apologies, no asking how they could help, just rudeness.
I had the worst service I ever had I was insulted by the workers they didnt give me the correct number of tacos they yelled at me to look a order that was not mine and never offered to do anything about this I would not recommend going to this place at all find something else
I waited about 15 minutes in line for my food tonight. the girl who took my order was clearly very overwhelmed (and seemed to be working alone) but nonetheless kept a smile on her face and was very polite. people need to practice patience and try to be empathetic - there is a lack of employees right now so the ones who actually come to work have a triple work load. i hope the girl working tonight knows her hard work is not going unnoticed.
The one on altamont Ave (Schenectady) has a hazardous drive through that puts customer safety in the backseat. And has for years. Should really be changed. Especially if someone decided they dont wanna wait over 20 plus minutes every other time or so...u cant leave the drive through once your in it...God forbid youre having a heart attack or anything like it. Still like their tacos and some stuff though. 😋
We arrived around 10 pm on a Tuesday and it was busy but the drive through handled everyone in line in a timely manner. There was easily 5 cars ahead of us in line.The food was fresh, nicely packaged and all our food was correct. We had some special ordered items and there was no issues at all. Well done! Thanks for such a pleasant experience!
I originally ordered through door dash. According to door dash and the driver, Tanya refused to give my driver my food. I had to get a refund through door dash. Then, I decided I would drive over there, and thankfully I did. Tanya was heard very proudly berrating customers over the intercom. She proceeded do do this to over 15 people, all of which she refused to take their order even though some had been waiting in line for over an hour. I wont be coming back nor do I think most of those people in line would. Couldnt have been any worse.
Tanya the manager at this Taco Bell is rude, and has the habit of belittling people from behind the counter, to the point that her team just stare at her with their mouths closed. Ive been in this store several times and watched her talk to people and refuse to serve people putting her staff in the middle of her situations with customers. I hope that someone in the team will eventually speak up and stand up and not be afraid of losing their job because they are doing the right thing. This manager is not Public Servant material and should be released from her duties.
Ive been here 3 times,the first 2 times were more than a 15 minute wait in line but everything was serviceable once you got to ordering and receiving your order.The 3rd visit I waiting through the line, ordered, waited for 10 minutes at the window since there was a mix up and my order was handed to the car in front. I was fine with quickly waiting for them to remake the order and had no issue because accidents happen. I finally received my order and pulled out. I opened the bag half way home at a red light to find part of my order missing so I begrudgingly turned around to return and get it sorted out. I return slightly annoyed and not allowed inside due to covid restrictions (which is understandable) and call them to have them bring out the rest of my order. They bring it out and I return home to eat after what has now been about 40 minutes (not so fast food). Once I get home and lift my bag off the passenger seat i notice grease dripping from the bottom of the bag because they didnt drain the ground beef from my tacos before making them (I assume in a hurry to provide me with my order. The tacos were basically inedible and I had to clean off my seat.Any one or individual mistake of the previously mentioned saga would have been understandable as mistakes happen, maybe I got extremely unlucky tonight but I do know I will not be returning to this location again.I am not one to get upset easily and this has not changed that. I can only hope that they learn to be more cautious after the first mistake instead of getting in a hurry, tripping over themselves repeatedly, to culminate in the ultimate fast food horror story.
Even though there were ten cars ahead of us, the drive-thru line went quickly and we were on our way within 15 minutes. My granddaughter said her tacos were delicious and the order was correct the first time! Staff was friendly, courteous and did a fine job! This was our first visit to this Taco Bell location. We will return!
Placed an order on the app, waited an hour for it. Worker said it wasnt in their system so they couldnt make it yet. Got home and it said it was ready, went back cause I already paid for it obviously and the doors were closed. My order was not made, waited forever, paid for it and got nothing. Anytime I come here they mess up my order by putting unwanted beef or not following my specifications or not giving me what I pay extra for.
Stopped in after work, it took 40 minutes before I was even able to order. I ordered 4 items, two cheesy gordita crunches and two five layer burritos. I was charged for all of it but only received the gordita crunches, and these were cold and inedible. All of this I didnt realize until I got home. I tried to call the restaurant but the line was busy. Ill never be back here
Ive been in line since 10:15 pm, it is now 10:44. There are employees sitting outside on the curb... The store closes at 11:30 pm. I placed an order on the app just after 10pm and showed up to a line 10 cars deep. Perhaps we should turn off online ordering if there is a rush in the evening. There are 7 cars ahead of me still. Sigh. This is the second time this has happened to me. Fool me twice, shame on me ; not coming back again.
I have such little expectation for fast food restaurants in general. This location has gone down-hill considerably over the past 1-2 years. I will no longer go to this Taco Bell location. Every time I go they are quick, but the food’s quality is consequently diminished. They really throw the food together with no regard that it’s going to be eaten by someone. They also regularly forget food items or mix them up. They don’t give out receipts, probably because people would constantly be complaining via the receipt surveys. Also, the more polite you are to them, the ruder they are in return. This location actually hurts Taco Bell’s brand image, which is saying a lot. I’d recommend going to a different Taco Bell or another fast food restaurant on Altamont Ave. There’s also a Moe’s across the street in Hannaford Plaza that is great.
They completely messed the whole order up?? It wasnt busy, there was only 1 other car in line in front of me. I could understand if it were a specialty order, but it was burritos, and tacos. Gave us plain bean burritos instead of the 7 layer, and our tacos literally only had meat in them. Pretty disappointing.
Ordered through DoorDash and there was an issue. I called the store and spoke with the manager David. He told me that the dasher must not have been able to read because he wasn’t American. I was more upset over your employee’s lack of cultural competency that I didn’t care about my food anymore. Your store manager needs to be held accountable for his prejudice. Do better Taco Bell!
This place is always running out of things. Whoever is placing orders for this store has no clue how to do thier job. Ive had them run out of shells, bowls, freeze syrup and a couple of other things. Three months after original review and they are still always out of stuff. Every week this happens. This time it was because their truck never showed so all taco bells in the area had no food.
This Place Is A Joke! Cold Food!!!I Bought Food For My Husband Because He Wanted Taco Bell After A Long Day Of Work . I Ordered Him A Burrito Meal. The Burrito Was So Little I Thought They Were Maybe Messing With Us! We Ended Up Throwing It Out . It Had A Weird Taste And It Was Cold Like They Left It Next To A Window Or Something 🤦♀️
If I couldve given this place negative stars I wouldve. The drive through took over 30 minutes to get 2 simple orders and once I received the bag of food, of course the order was wrong. I walked in to get my order fixed and was really taken back at all of the trash that was over the floor in the kitchen area. It looked like I was at the town dump it was so bad.
I miss the seven layer burrito so I got the five no I got the super bean and cheese.Tasted pretty good, but Ive heard some pretty upsetting conspiracy theories about what they put in their food. And I occasionally have a Pepsi which may also be unwise. Deep programming scheduled.
Im trying to grade on a curve here, this is fast food, not fine dining. That said, my last visit was not up to standard with past visits. Toppings were inconsistent in volume and my wifes crunch wrap was less than acceptably prepared, the meat was shifted to only 50% of the wrap and felt skimpy compared to past visits.Unrelated to the products we purchased, the woman working on the window had very long fake nails, maybe she never works on the line but I dont recall any employees I worked with being granted the same luxury in my time at a taco bell.
Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Consistently getting things wrong or flat out forgetting things. They do not care about their customers and are reluctant to fix any mistakes made, that is if they even pick up their phone. Yum brands should launched a full investigation into this location. Pulling people around and making them wait to falsify the wait time. Refusal to refund missing products. This location and their employees have made it clear they do not need customers or peoples money during this pandemic. Just an overall utter disgrace.
The food is always good here, but the service is slow . One time the wait for food was a half an hour . Never in my life will I wait for fast food that long. Last night we had to drive back through the drive thru and of course the line was long just to get sauces after ordering over $50 worth of food. They had given us no sauces. They just need a little more training. Other than that food tastes great.
Horrible, wait is over 10 car long in the drive thru. Horrible food, they serve dog food as beef. I will call the Health department to report them for serving not safe food. Made me sick. Staff here are rude and condescending. The Staff at this Taco Bell make me feel they hate customers.
I went to this Taco Bell about 20 minutes ago and received grande nacho box, the chips were stale. I ordered their chicken shredded cheddar burrito that had barely anything in it, it was flat. I also got a Beef burrito that was half the size it normally is. AlSO, all of the food was cold. Anddd I could hear them yelling through the speaker drive-through trying to figure out what nacho box I was referring to. Very unhappy. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.
I really have to say the best Taco Bell ever. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have never been there till recently as business has me close by. It is fast food and pretty much all of them taste the same. So my 5 stars is for the 5 star service I receive daily.
Arrived at the drive through and waited 8 minutes and not a single car moved. I decided to go inside where I ordered on one of the new touch screens. Waited 28 minutes for my food and was never given a drink. No sauces in the containers out front. Seemed as if they were very understaffed. Many grubhub drivers waiting idly in the dining room. I understand these things happen, but I may not return just based on the fact that I was given no apology for the wait, just a bag tossed up onto the counter.
Was very disappointed with my Parm cheese chalupa. It came from Taco bell in Glenmont NY. When I got home 5 minutes later it was cold and the shell was nasty and very hard. I couldnt get ground beef so I paid extra for steak which was also hard and cold. Not a good experience.
I got to the restaurant drive-thru on February 18th, just before 12:30 am. The line was long and very slow. When I got to the speaker I read a sign saying that they could only take orders at the window, one at a time.I stayed patient, waiting for my turn. I got to the window at 1am, and was greeted by a staff member who handed me 2 coupons for free tacos and told me that they were now closed. No apology, no attempt to even sound sorry. I asked why no one had come out to the customers in line to tell those of us waiting that we wouldnt be served, or why they didnt stay to serve the customers that had been in line half an hour before they closed. The employee passed the blame off to the District Manager and said there was nothing they could do. I do admit, I got angry. I yelled and threw the coupons out of my car window. I became a Karen. After waiting half an hour to be turned away so callously, so late at night, when no other drive-thrus in the area were open was very upsetting. In my experience with customer service, anyone that got in line before closing time should have been served with staff staying late if required.
I used to be pretty harsh with this location. But after going there more often with commutes to SUNY Schenectady, and going there whenever I am in the area, there service has been a lot better and their food quality is good for the most part. They really know how to make fresh batches of Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Yummy!
They take forever when there’s a long line we were in a line for almost thirty minutes at the drive thru. the one girl had the biggest attitude didn’t get her name but i called and asked if they had a certain taco and she gave mad attitude for no reason. she is disrespectful and i hope she gets fired
The service here is incredibly slow. This is very close to my house but I havent gone here in over a year because the last time I went through the drive-thru it took 29 minutes! I timed it because it was always very slow, and theres no way to get out of line once youre in. The employees were always very pleasant, I think they have way too many menu items and it takes too long to make things. Id also like to be able to exit the drive-thru if the person in front of me places a $50 order.
Awful service!!! Always rushing you too order when your in drivethru, then order is hardly ever correct, forgetting items that you ordered.Try to call them and of course you can not get through, luckily tonight I could not cause they were going to hear a piece of my mind...
I’m vegetarian, so I always sub beans for meat. Every single time, there’s always something they put meat in. Every single time. I’ve never had a problem at any other Taco Bell. The last time I ordered I was rushed along like it wasn’t important, and again I got a messed up order. Very disappointing.
OMG this place is terrible, had to wait 40 minutes to get my food. The lady in the back was yelling that she worked two 12 hour shifts and didn’t care if people get upset and that they can wait. I asked Where my food was the lady at the register said “we are busy and under staffed what would you like me to do” for starters, get my food, at that point no one had even made the food yet. I asked them twice to make sure the tacos are just meat and cheese because I don’t want to come back because my food is wrong like the last time I came here. Don’t you know it, when I got home, it was wrong and in the garbage it went.This is the last time I will ever come back to this place I would rather starve to death then eat at this place.
I love taco bell but this time was the worst. Waited in the drive thru for over an hour for a prepaid order and when I got to the window they said that they made it but it must have been given to someone else and that Ill have to wait another half an hour for them to remake it because they were waiting for literally every kind of protein like it was a surprise that they were going to be busy at 10 PM on a Saturday night. Yeah, I pulled around to the parking lot... and then I left. (Oh yeah, I almost forgot: when I asked for a corporate office phone number the manager on duty said, I dont have that information and its not posted in the office.)
I spend more money at Taco Bell than I do at Moes, which is directly across the street. Unfortunately my daughter gets the cravings for Doritos Locos Tacos and by the time I leave there Ive spent close to $30 for two people. I would much rather go to Moes, but once in awhile Taco Bell certainly hits the spot. The workers are always friendly, which seems hard to find nowadays in a fast food establishment.
Apparently its asking way too much for the genius wizards at this taco Bell to understand the simplicity of an online order and be able to get it right. So if I Uber eats something, and your establishment gets it wrong, your response is to make me drive to you to get what you forgot to do. Which is your job?
I requested a cheesie gordita crunch and a crunch wrap supreme. There was no meat or lettuce on the supreme and the gordita crunch had just lettuce and sour cream. The person working the window was polite but clearly they have issues in the kitchen. Will not be back and highly recommend going further down the street to BK, McDonalds or Wendys. We placed an online order on the app and even though we got a notification that the order was ready, we were waiting for 15 minutes. Our name wasnt called when our order was finally ready and there wasnt an order slip on the bag. The woman was very rude to us, as she kept saying orders were for grubhub and failed to even address us by name. Very poor customer service, with rude associates. It wasnt even busy in the store at the time.
Worst taco bell ive ever been to. You have to emulate ken block to make it thru the drive thru without curbing your wheels.And whats worse is the food and especially the timeliness. Oh my lord it is NEVER easy at this place. Something is always either made wrong, or out of stock, or something!. Going inside is certainly no faster. The morning crew seems to be far better than the evening crew. Ive never gotten 2 tacos that looked the same. And the discontinued the apple empanada??
The manager here is rude, I work for utility company and will be working in the area of this taco Bell for the next 3 yrs. I work with about 20 people. Because of manager being rude about me parking my working truck to close to her bushes that they just lost my business and all 20 of my coworkers. Congrats for being rude and losing money!
Literally every time I come here if I decide to use the drive thru it takes at least 15 minutes minimum even with 2 cars ahead of me, and if I go inside its usually not much different. Tacos are often soggy, service is just god awful, really recommend you guys get some extra help because you guys arent doing it right. Also I just went through the drive thru, I specifically asked if the airhead freeze was working and they said yes, and when I got to the window it wasnt, so I just waited 15 minutes for 2 of the wrong freezes, thanks Taco bell
I went two days ago ordered 4 soft tacos, nachos and cheese, and cinnamon sticks, got home and had no cinnamon sticks, went today, ordered three soft tacos, cinnamon sticks and a small soda. Again no cinnamon sticks, one taco had no cheese, just meat and lettuce, the second one had enough cheese to choke a horse, the third one, I dont know what they did to the taco shell but it tasted burnt. This has been an ongoing problem for some time now. Makes me laugh these idiots want $15 an hour when they cant get a simple taco order right.
This has got to be the worst tacobell ever they turn off the drive tru light at night to show like there closed ask for steak I got chicken food is poorly made and customer service is sloppy. I would rather drive 30mins to another location then 2 mins this one ever again.
The absolute worst. Online order took over 45 minutes and everyone else got served before me! When they finally did notice, their response was oh, no one told me you were here. The online app told me my food was ready 35 minutes ago! When I got home, I was missing food!Went tonight just for a Baja blast drink. All carbonation and no syrup. Absolutely disgusting.Im done with this place.
My son was bugging me to bring him for the nacho fries. He let me try one and I can say they were pretty darn good. The nacho Grande box for $5 is a good deal. Hits the spot when you are looking for something cheap and fast.The drive thru could move a bit faster. It pays to go inside.
I live in the area and this location consistently disappoints. Late night shift seems to be the worst, typical problems range from the cash register being shut down 15 minutes before closing or the soda fountain not working. This sundays meal was absolutely awful, lack of cheese and a little cheese there was wasnt even melted. I finally learned my lesson when it comes to this taco Bell location and wont be going back.
This is by far the worst taco bell ever, been in line at a fast food joint for,over 15 min i can order a full meal in a resturant and be out in 30 min.... Never enough staff, service I slow, cheese is cold because they rushed, ill go to dennys and get faster service...awful.. posted again, this place hasn’t changed and it won’t. I have no griefs with this particular Taco Bell location. The food always comes out timely and is always cooked through. I find that at some Taco Bell locations when you order quesadillas sometimes the cheese is still cold and not melted all the way through. I dont seem to have that problem when I go here. Ever.Not that I go here often... But when I do, I get what I expect. And thats really all I can ask from a Taco Bell
Dont waste your time or money at this location, itll be faster to go to a restaurant and at least then theyll competent. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went with my boyfriend and it took us almost 25 minutes to get our food, and then when we got home and checked it wasnt what we ordered. According to the receipt it was correct but whoever was taking our order entered 3 things wrong. All of he tacos were cold and the quesadilla had tomatoes and lettuce which werent requested. When I called, the woman who claimed to be the manager told me she remembered the order, and me by first and last name? and that I was wrong about it being made poorly. All she offered was a free taco if I came back, nothing regarding the food being made poorly or the service.
I love Taco Bell but it all depends on the location. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! I do not recommend the Amsterdam location but the Rotterdam one is good. Ive had nothing but problems with the Amsterdam location & no matter what it never IMPROVES!!! And why is that? I have complained for years. I placed my first online order with taco Bell. I asked that the order be ready at 6:45 picking up at the drive-thru.I drove into the parking lot at 6:45 and got in line at the drive-thru with six cars in front of me. 20 minutes later I was at the window picking up my food.
They mess up my food all the time and then when i go back to have it fixed, they still mess up. saw the red head night shift lady mock customers as she takes orders on the drive thru. and they never answer the phone and lock the doors early. unprofessional. eat somewhere else or take the drive to another taco bell.
Custom orders are ignored for the most part. Out of the last 10 times I asked for extra red sauce and onion on my burrito, they have only been added twice. I am always forced to go in and ask that the order be made right, its getting tiresome. On the plus side the staff is friendly and apologetic when orders are not made correctly. I just wish it wasnt such a consistent problem.
If I could I would give it a zero stars. Last week I went there and I got food poisoning, I will never go back there again. Yes i know it taco bell that gave me food poisoning, cuz my kids had mcds and me and my husband had taco bell and we both ended up with food poisoning.
Normally I am not one to complain but after going through drive-thru I felt the need to! So where do I began I go to order this evening sometime after 8:45 the girl taking my order was absolutely disgusting rude. I’m still baffled I told the young lady there was no need to speak to me in such manor she sucked her teeth and said “whatever”. I pulled forward to pay and she had the aducity to roll her eyes and continue with her attitude. I asked her what name was she chuckled and replied it’s on the “receipt in the bag”. Guess what no receipt!!! I’m dumbfounded on her customer service. So Taco Bell On Altamont Ave you should give the heavy set Caucasian brunette who looks young enough to be my daughter customer service skills but than again you can’t teach respect I guess! That starts at home!! P.S After working a double in the ER I NOW KNOW to next time go inside to place my order maybe the manager will catch her and her nasty attitude if it happens in the store versus over the headset.
Ghetto, didnt know you can be on facetime while working. An alarm was going off while being there my family and I had to leave absolutely obnoxious. So much for eating there. If I ever go again you can guarantee I will not be eating in. Take pride in the food that other people are eating that your hands are touching just an absolute mess.
My go to hangover place. Would give it more stars if they didnt charge over company-recommended pricing (for example, a $5 box advertised all over the place costs $5.49 here. Why!?). This Taco Bell always screws up mobile orders, too. Regardless, still my guilty pleasure.
Exactly what what wrong with my order through grub hub:1. They gave me all knives2. My soft tacos were falling apart along with all the wrappers3. Missing a whole 12 pack of Cinnabon’s4. Called there to tell them what happened and they blamed grub hub5. Did not take into consideration that staff could have messed upIf I could post pictures I would.
Love the food they kinda put a little too much guacamole in my burrito sometimes its happened like twice but its great otherwise oh and they take kinda long dealing with customers actually in the store but I understand because theres always a ton of cars in the drive thru maybe they should hire more ppl get a drive thru kitchen or something

2022-06-27Top service and food! (New 5 stars) we just drove to 2 taco bells in Albany and one was closed 2 hours early and the other had a system outage. My wife is 9 months pregnant and needed taco bell. This location was our last chance and the staff delivered! The food is so good and everything was very Fresh! Thanks again! 2022-04-21I’m doing DoorDash I got here to pick up my order it wasn’t ready they are totally ignoring me and I need my drinks. Three other door Dashers came in got their orders and left and I’m still waiting for my drinks. I will never ever do a door dash to Taco Bell ever again.

2022-06-17Im Doing Grubhub, the girl at the driver thru window asked me to call the customer Im picking up for him for an item not available and to choose other one, called him no response I turned around ( to not waste their time and cars behind me :) I called GrubHub to let them know I need to go with other order because he not answering , told me to hold then finally they got him confirming me what he go with, came back confirmed them the order with new item, at the window she goes“ you have to turn around again the order is not ready yet “ after more than 15 minutes line waiting , I went to the parking lot give them extra time to make sure the order is ready!!, I get back again there was a long line in wait again , I skipped the speaker order system because thought no need to tell the story again also guys Im here for more than 30 minutes! ( thats almost 3-4 order I skipped )!! And Im not used to work at night usually, specially with drive thru pick up, I do pick up store Frequently , when I arrived the window someone came with anger face said we dont have order here ! Sorry!! Seriously, I was like shocked! I goes what hey I got order here to pick up “showed him my order details in my phone “and I been turning around couple times man! I told him to call Grubhub to let them know to cancel the order he said No you call them sorry “slam the window!! The girl was behind him watching not even doing anythings , I report that for GrubHub but Im sure 100% nothing will happen so far, I will never do delivery again with this restaurant location, also never recommend to anyone, lets say Im wrong with skipping the speaker okay, they dont have to deal with delivery guy helping the Business this way! Right? .. next couple days friend of mine order from there he was complaining about drive-thru treating from the same guys !

2022-03-17Staff at this location are very unprofessional and do not seem interested in helping your customers. I had to wait over 10 minutes for an online order that they said they didn’t have but then the woman proceeds to come around the corner with it after someone already spoke to me 10 minutes prior stating if they had to order.Specifically the older woman at the front counter with a ponytail who was working the front register threw her hands around and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. She is getting paid to be there so please train your staff on customer service because it’s strongly lacking here.

2020-11-15This Taco Bell is the worst one. Every time I order food everything is messed up, food is always missing and looks that the manager agree with all this situation ,She don’t care. The food prep is very poor and food is mad cold. It’s Sadly because there’s some good staff working there! Poor management poor production 🤷🏻♀️

2022-01-07I go to this Taco Bell like once a week, because I’m pregnant and it’s all I’ve been craving! Today I asked my boyfriend to go for me, we ordered crunch wrap supreme, 2 chips & cheeses, chicken wings, and cheesy bean and rice burrito. My boyfriend got home and all that was in the bag was his cheesy bean and rice burrito and 2 cheeses. I went back with him and they said they would remake it. As I was standing there staff was making remarks implying that I was lying. I said are you saying that I’m lying? She said no, but I would’ve noticed if that was all that was in the bag. I told her if I wanted free food I would’ve used my 4 free taco coupons the manager had given me the last time I was there due to me sticking up for the manager when the manager and a customer were going at it. The manager then came out and said we’re not making you your food we’re just refunding you your money. I had to drive all the way across town to get my Taco Bell that I was craving so bad 😩 I will never be going to this Taco Bell again. This situation upset me a lot. Being called a liar when you’re not lying, really gets on my nerves!

2021-12-13This is a great Taco Bell location! You have to trust me here since I am a massive T Bell fan.I actually placed a big order here in November 21 since I was getting married in the area and I wanted a ton of tacos and burritos for the after party. The manager was super friendly and helped me optimize my order based on my headcount. The staff was friendly and on the night of my wedding all the tacos were on-point! Everything was delicious and it helped make an amazing night even better. I dont write a ton of reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves all 5 stars.
