(Apparently) Received a Kool-Aid Burst in the Craving Deluxe box. I have no memory of seeing it in there. (but I remember the box being a little heavy) My roommate swears it fell right out of the box when I got home. I wasnt there when it happened. They took my box and put it in the fridge after. But we are grown adults and dont drink Kool-Aid. Where did it come from lol?.. So does taco bell give away stuff??? My roommate refuses to want to solve this irrelevant, waste-of-time mystery So I ask you
I love Taco Bell and I really enjoy this location! It is very new, modern and comfortable. It is also spotless.Staff is very helpful, kind and super fast! Even on a busy night, I hardly waited. Orders are always correct too!I love how this fast food doesnt make you feel awful afterwards. Tasty, delicious and fun!
Popular spot. Maybe too popular! Doors close at 10, the drive through line is never ending & super slow.Maybe it’s time for a better system. If the food delivery workers could pick their orders up at the door (like McDonald’s does it) it wouldn’t be so backed up!! Can I say “Cluster f’k” on here?? 🤔
I ordered from here a lot of times and they forgot the sauces most of the time. This is very disappointing. You can’t eat Taco Bell without the sauces. I used Grubhub and told them about it and they said they will contact them and solve the issue. But from what I seen online I’m not the only one upset about deliveries. Even when doing drive thru they still don’t add sauces. Even if they are free, customers should still get what they ordered. It’s upsetting and disappointing. I love Taco Bell but this customer experience is very disappointing!
Place is a total joke. After spending 35 mins in line (my whole lunch break) at 12:30am I paid and then was given the wrong order. The manager told me I had to pull into the parking lot because I was holding up his line (been at the window 2mins) when I told him couldnt I needed to get back to work he started cussing me out and told me he would be beating my A** if we were in the street. I left without my food or money. Will never be back. That guy shouldnt have a job in customer service. Disgusting excuse for a manager
Absolutely could not believe what we went through tonight. After spending the day at the mall we decided to get Taco Bell on our way home. Waited in line for the drive-thru with only six cars ahead of us for 1 hour because once you get past the speaker box you cannot get out of line. Got our food eventually got an extremely rude response from the lady at the window because we were checking our food because most of you know the food is usually wrong at this location. Before that we sat in the car at the window for an around 10 minutes after we paid and then I watched the lady take our food off the counter that have been sitting there when we pulled up. Our food was there as also other peoples food yet it still took us an hour to get through the line unbelievable... Kind of feels like to me that they are drawing out service times to not work as much because while we were in line we watched one employee take one box to the garbage can stand next to the garbage on his phone for about 15 minutes while there was another employee smoking outside. When we left there was one person that cashier and one person in the kitchen that we could see through the windows. Management really needs to take control of that location.
It is a fast food place. Thats about all that can be said about it... food comes out relatively fast, but Ive never gotten and order that hasnt had SOMETHING wrong in it. Even simple things like having chicken vs beef in a taco you pay more for chicken in gets the proteins messed up. Overall the people there are nice though, so Ill give it 3 stars, as it does get your food to you in a timely manner, just not correctly.
Every single time I’ve been to this location they get my order wrong. Why do they offer steak and make you pay the up charge if they will never give it to you??? They also started off taking my order without even saying hello but immediately saying “you can’t order more than 5 items” and then we still waited about 25 minutes behind the 4 cars in front of us who only could ordered “5 items”. What could possible be taking so long? This was at about 7pm at night when they should have been prepared. They all have terrible attitudes and clearly shouldn’t be working there. I won’t go to this location anymore.
I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I walked in and was ignored by the entire staff as I stood there for about 5 minutes, as an employee ate their lunch while texting on her phone. I then turned around and left empty handed.The second time I walked in there were approximately 10 other customers standing in the restaurant. I was told they were only doing drive through orders and was turned away. Never mind I drive a commercial truck and can not use the drive through. Once again I left empty handed never to return to any Taco Bell ever again.
Order about $20 worth of food. Was annoyed it was all shoved in one bag. two bags would of fit the amount of food better. And requested alot of hot sauce packets and a handful of mild and fire. Got maybe two of each. It was a crazy question, as if i asked 14 of this, 2 of this and all other exact numbers. But it was a bit annoying. But very minor. Im sure ill be back.
My son and I were not familiar with the area and my son ordered off the mobile app so we pulled up to drive thru gave my name said we were there to pick up our order and we had the wrong Taco Bell apparently there are 8 Taco Bell’s in this area. The guy that was at the drive thru told us to come inside and he would straighten it out for us, he made a very frustrating situation uncomplicated and very easy. I wish I had of gotten his name because he was so calm, very helpful and very respectful which made my experience so nice! Thank you
Been to this Taco Bell multiple times, almost always having a terrible experience. Most recent time waited 20 minutes for two crunchwraps just for the order to be wrong and the employees to be rude. I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve had a negative experience but every time it just gets worse. I’m severely disappointed with the food, staff and the wait time. FIX YOUR RESTAURANT
If I could give no stars I would. I went recently and it took a little longer than normal but I decided to give them another chance tonight. It took 12 minutes from the time that I PAID for my order to receive my food. Even longer from the time that I had ordered. 12 minutes for 4 items is ridiculous in my opinion.
Worst taco bell ever they take forever in the drive thru on purpose to minimize customers especially at night on the weekends. They forget to put stuff in the bag everytime I go. They dont answer the store phone. I sat at the drive thru and when I said hello they responded with give me a second with an attitude. They served me soda with no syrup in it.
After getting off of work late at night, I took down a large order for myself and coworkers and went to the drive through. It was around midnight on a Friday so I was expecting to wait in line, that was no issue. However after waiting in line I was told I could only order 5 items. Ive never been to any fast food company, at any hour, and been told theres a limit of 5 food items. Running out of a food item I understand, broken soda machine I understand, this I do not. Very unusual and disappointing.
I dont give 1 stars often and Im never rude but this taco bell has the rudest, slowest and most inept staff I have ever seen, it is as if they really dont want to be there and are trying to coax drama out of every customer. Entire staff including manager needs to be replaced. Check my review history, this place is exceptionally bad.
According to online, the hours posted on the door and doordash all state open till 2am. But somehow the crew on for tonight decided to close at 1130pm as well as state they refuse to make doordash orders. I was here Sunday night and delivered several orders for this location after 1am. Had the sweetest person ever that night and tonights crew was rude disrespectful and off putting on how they announced their closure. I hope everyone on either is terminated or placed on a final warning.
Ordered our food and asked for fire sauce with our order. It even showed it on the screen. Got to the pick up window and the employee never said a word the entire time just thrusted our food at us. Drive away and then see theres no sauce! Food was still good but terrible service.
Erie Blvd Taco Bell.Early this morning I went to taco bell with someone and we ordered some breakfast. The lady at the window cut off her coworker and took our order I guess because he was having trouble hearing the driver. Before we finished the order she said we could pull forward without asking us if we needed anything else. We get to the window and say we wanna add something. The lady gets annoyed and we can hear her in the background saying add what, add what? In an annoyed tone she could at least hide her annoyance but she didnt. I used to work at taco bell and they were very rude to me thats why I quit. I can see customer service is still sh*tty.
Went thru the drive thru. Spent $35! I ordered four orders of nacho fries. Theyre supposed to come with the back cheese. I went BACK thru the drive thru, told the person at the speaker they FORGOT my cheese. Had to wait behind 3 cars, got to the window and they handed me a sealed bag. Got all the way home open the bag and it was shredded cheese! Where am I supposed to put this cheese?! Why cant they pay attention!!!!!!?? Wasted almost an hour and missing the most SIMPLE item.
This location usually has a tendency to mess up at least one thing, but the most recent trip EVERYTHING was wrong. We had asked for tacos without lettuce, and burritos with no beans as we have picky eaters at home. Any customization we had made was completely disregarded and were just made as they are standard. When we came back around, the person at the window sounded extremely fed up with us, which yes, it was late at night and a large order, but we had done nothing to warrant a rude response other than come back around and ask for it to be made again.Overall not a great experience, and we most likely will not be returning to this location again.
Yes, I gave Taco Bell five stars!! Its not that I cant tell fast food from quality, and its not that I dont know or appreciate fine dining. 5 stars is in comparison to other fast food jointsIn this case I had a beef chaluppa at the drive through. I got quick service, reasonably priced product and I didnt have to leave my car on a rainy, cold afternoon.
When I visited this Taco Bell I had a rare and undesirable experience. When I placed my poor review an individual reached out to me asking to know more.After explaining my unfortunate experience, Taco Bell made it clear they were only concerned about one thing in that moment. They wanted to make things right.Our local franchise owners and managers of Taco Bell went out of their way to provide me with more than adequate compensation for my bad experience. I feel types of actions similar to this have become a lost valuable attribute in the business world today.Cheers to Taco Bell for providing a tasty meal and backing it up with service and care for its customers. I am certain actions like this one would make Glen Bell proud.
Extremely Rude employees need some serious retraining better yet need to go back to kindergarten and learn some manners ...spent almost $50 on food and was missing 3 items tried calling to fix the issue no answer and while at the drive thru the girl just hands me my drinks and a bag and walks away I had to ask 5 different times if this was everything before I got an answer and no have a nice day no nothing very unprofessional cant believe the owners allow people that rude to represent their product very bad for business
I have to say they have the best staff at the Erie Blvd location in Dewit NY! ! My daughter has been struggling with the COVID-19 quarantine. She’s having a hard time not seeing her friends and not having anything to do. So we a few days a week after her distance learning we get in the car and she plays music and I drive and we just cruise around and we love the happy hour drinks and we drive through a couple times a week and the employees have gotten to know us because we’re regulars now 😂 and let me tell you the kindness they have has made such a huge difference in both our lives. Something so small and my daughter just has the best time going through the drive through and this group of employees I love them all! They’re good people and the world need more people like them! Thank you
I ordered nachos and two burritos. I got to ordering the first burrito and said Id like a burrito with potatoes, black beans, nacho cheese and rice and just one more of the same thing. The woman taking my order went ...oh my god... what? Sounding rather annoyed with me. Then I got my order and there was black beans and rice in one and the other had beans and cheese. -_-
Latest Edit: I will not go to this location again. They continue to mess my order up OVER and OVER and OVER again. Changed to one star. I would not recommend it to anyone else as well. I tried calling them, but they dont answer their phone either, apparently.Edit: They have been slipping in the recent orders Ive placed and didnt include items Ive paid for. The line is always incredibly long, so I cant go back through to get it. I ordered a $5 box with a hard taco with other items. They placed the box order in the bag with everything else, with my hard taco under everything. The taco was smashed and ruined. They ignore special instructions.Always great food. I have gotten a lot from this location and can remember only one instance of a wrong order.
Honestly the best Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Consistently error-free orders (knock on wood lol) and a general sense of devotion to doing a great job. Everyone on staff is friendly and seems to really care about giving a good customer experience. This is how to run a restaurant.
This particular Taco Bell has gone WAY downhill and fast. For starters, plan on a 20-30 minute wait at the drive thru during weekend hours, especially at night. The order screen NEVER works right and 1/2 the time your order will be incorrect or you will be charged the wrong amount. I highly recommend driving the extra 15 minutes to the Rt. 11 location(s). They are both fast, efficient, and clean.
I love Taco Bell because they have healthy items that you can put on your tacos and have a healthy lunch dinner or breakfast. What I did like thats about Taco Bells was the French fries that they had it was delicious as ever better than Burger King and McDonalds 😁 the reason why I rate Taco Bells restaurant on every Boulevard is because the cash register people are friendly so is the cooks they have your food properly made on time. Sometimes their is a waiting line in the restaurant but it dont be that long only time we be longest swearing its really really really crowded but they get it done and thats what I like about every Boulevard Taco Bells
This is the closest TB from my home, its 99.5% error free, employees seem happy and always speedy service! Very few times they forget to give you sauce when you request it or the last time I went they gave me hot sauce vs mild. Other than that it is always a great experience!
We didnt get what we ordered and waited in front of the building for our food after going threw the drive thru . The girl in the drive thru window handed me 5 packets of hot sauce when we had 30 tacos ordered. She didnt put them in a bag or anything. She practically threw them at me. I told her we needed more. Then thats when she told us to wait in front of the building. So when they bring my food to me I ask if she put more sauce in. She said yes. I said okay. Got home to no sauces in the bags. Booooooo... to taco bell..
Horrible service. The girl on drive thru was rude and pushy. They left the microphone on and they were talking about how stupid I was for not knowing what I wanted. I let that go. Food was not prepared correctly and drinks were not full. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The whole staff should be fired
Theres no escape, you cant hide, there following you! Your cravings for nacho fries will never stop! The warm nacho cheese sauce and savory mexican spices will NOT let you get away! So theres only one thing left to do. Run, to taco bell! Because nacho fries are back! Head to taco bell and silence your cravings before nacho fries dissapear again! I stopped at Taco bell after work one night to get a quick dinner. I wanted to try the nacho fries they have been advertising since I had never had them before.Who ever does quality control needs to do a better job. There was hair in my fry as I pulled it out of the bag it looked like 2 eyelashes from someones eye.I broke the fry open so it would be easier to see what was actually in my food.
It is so hard to review this location, because the day staff is generally friendly and efficient, while the night staff is a completely different story. I had to speak to a night manager here, when a burrito was left out of my order and the drive thru employee refused to get me one (I have never experienced anything else like that before, it seems like such a no brainer! No reason to get upset with me after I politely asked.) And the manager was incredibly rude to me, but did remedy the situation, however no correction seemed to be made to the employees behavior. Ive disliked the night crew several times here, as a food delivery driver for an app. The day crew is fine, and Ive always had your run of the mill taco Bell when I have eaten here.
Terrible costumer service, ordered 3 mountains and all 3 are not full, food is trash and they deserve to be out of business. Also went here a time before this and had absolutely a terrible costumer service. They don’t pick up phone’s in the store have called both times to complain so I figured a bad review would help.
Busy night, but only one person on inside register. Made for a long line. Very unusual for this location. They must have had a few people call in. Usually, not a long wait. Order was correct, no errors, and received quick. Guy before me was asking for a lot of substitutions, changes and asked about ingredients in some of what he ordered (due to food allergies, I am guessing).
During the daytime there great never a problem. I usually go at nighttime past 8pm and it’s a huge difference!They always forget something and they are always rude and when you go back aroundtbe drive thought to get what you paid for it’s not the same person at the window and there extremely unprofessional and they hide from paying customers and have attitudes when they messed up. I can eat taco bell everydays but the other day me and my girl went to the erie blvd one and they never give my my ice drink plus the food was cold so not professional specially for a customer like us that we eat there almost everydays i will give 5 stars but only cause that. Giving u 3
Authentic Mexican food? Hell no! However, I still like to order a few tacos or get a taco salad here because its fast and it doesnt taste horrible at all. The drive-thru moves swiftly even when there are many cars waiting in line. They get your order and keep you moving like a well-oiled machine. Im still bummed that they stopped selling the choco-taco which was an ice cream taco. They removed it from the menu years ago but the sting still hurts. 😉
I had gone to Taco Bell at 6:30 pm on Saturday October the 5th. I went inside to order a chalupa box. After ordering the box the cashier informed me that all they had is bottled water. I asked them if they could refund me a dollar or substitute the bottled water for something else. They said no so I asked for the manager and he told me the only thing he could do is put the order in for the chalupa and tacos individually without the water. He told me this knowing it would be more so when I said “won’t that come out to more than the total for the box” he laughed and said “yes what do you want me to do”. I told him I wanted it substituted or refunded for the price of the water and he said he couldn’t do that. In the meantime the people behind me in line had left because they did not like the tone of the manager plus didn’t want bottled water as the only drink option.All in all it was a bad experience that I’ve never witnessed at a Taco Bell before. Usually Taco Bell has noticeably better customer service than other fast food restaurants but it did not happen on that day. I asked for the managers name and he said Mike Robinson. As I left and he realized I might tell someone about my experience he asked me again “What do you want me to do about it?” I restated that all I wanted was a substitution of the same value or a refund of that value. He said again he could not do that so I got a refund and left as I witnessed him throw the box that was made for me in the trash.
Like this taco bell at lunch. Friendly and lively when you walk in. Forgot I was in a taco bell felt like a family diner.Update:Went there may 1st . Still great. Vibe is great. I dont go for the food ate enough in college but I love the vibe when you get in. Menu monitors were on the frits didnt care they take care of you. Lunch crew rocks.
When I was there I walked up to one of the employees to take my order and he just walked away so I stood there waiting then he that employee just stood in the back and kept looking at me and two of his coworkers where standing back there with him and then the one that waked away from me said to his coworkers yeah that dude walked up and I just walked away he didnt even to ask a question and then they all started looking at me and laughing and even after that I was still standing there to take my order for about a minute and non of them where going to help so I just left that place is extremely disrespectful
How bout we update the hours ,I feel like in 2021 with how the internet works ,I really find it hard to believe its that difficult to update yours hours ,it says your open til 2 am ,I pull in at 1:20 am ,and its dark no light ,but a good amount of vehicles in the parking lot ,so either you are not open til 2 am , and should update your time online ,or you are open til 2am ,and have employees closing early . Either way I dont appriciate having something tell me something is open to drive there and it not be
Alright, I’m an understanding person, even during your time when you were out of soft taco shells because that’s not your fault. But everytime I order beans instead of beef in a combo, one taco has beans, the additional ones don’t. Every. damn. time. I always specify, and I even repeat it numerous times. This shouldn’t be this hard.
I ordered through Grubhub and this location messed up my order to the point that it took them an hour and 15 minutes to complete my order. They gave my order to the wrong person and kept my Grubhub driver waiting for an hour for my order. Would not recommend ordering through this Taco Bell location unless you want your order to come super late and messed up
My order is always wrong. I order bean burritos fresco style with potatoes and guacamole added and EVERYTIME there is one thing missing from my burritos. I went today and now both are missing from my burritos and I pay extra for each to be in my food. Don’t waste your time going there.
Couldnt serve more than half the menu. So every item I wanted I couldnt get. So we decided to go somewhere else. But we couldnt because now were stuck in the drive thru....for 15 minutes....Behind two cars....With only half the menu available what could they possibly be cooking in there
I generally only do take out because of my difficulties getting in & out of the car & negotiating curbs, etc. I went thru drive -thru. . The person taking the order was somewhat patient. The menus are very confusing at a glance, with a lot of small print. Some times these are extremely busy & Im sure the person taking orders could get quite stressed. If there is something you definitely do not like, mine would be hot sauce & sour cream, tell them ahead of time. There are a lot of options so ordering can take time. I had a steak and cheese quesadilla, a crispy taco and a drink. it was hot and fresh. Without the bread that most places serve, there is less chance of indigestion. That was my goal in coming here. I was satisfied.
Hey, its a Taco Bell. Are you expecting something special? Since this particular restaurant is actually located with a shopping plaza parking area, the drive thru at this Taco Bell is some what tricky to drive up to. So, it is not a quick drive in and out. The staff is reasonably quick and seems well trained. It is a stretch that they claim this is anywhere near authentic Mexican food. Rather its engineered fast food based vaguely on Mexican Cuisine.
There are two young girls who work the late night shift that are very very rude and loud. Every time I come by the drive thru they give me a hard time. I feel very uncomfortable when coming by the restaurant. This is unacceptable and you should have workers that give good paying customers respect and act like adults and not children towards the customers!
Went there yesterday after ordering from the app and waited at the order screen for a while just to finally pull around to the window and find out that the location is (at least temporarily) closed. Really disappointing especially since I was looking forward to finally having a nacho fries box.
Its what you would expect of a chain restaurant. There is a huge difference in the daytime staff vs the nighttime staff. During the day the drive thru runs like a well oiled machine and the employees are friendly and it is the total opposite after 7pm. Mike the manager is super friendly and you can tell that he takes his job seriously.
Pretty good most of the time, but they have their off days. The line for the drive-thru can get dangerously long, especially late at night, with cars spilling out into the surrounding intersection. A good problem to have from their perspective, no doubt, and one that might suggest that the place is worth it.
I love taco bell normally but the food I recieved via delivery tonight was absolutely disgusting. The 2 shredded. Initially chicken quesadillas were black and burnt so much that they couldnt be removed from the foil. I had to throw them away. The 2 burritos I got were not made correctly and the 12 taco party pack left a lot to be desired. Almost no meat in any of them, barely rolled and just thrown in wrappers. Iv never had such a poor experience with taco bell. They should give me a refund or atleast a credit for future purchase. Whoever was preparing food tonight clearly needs proper training
This is probably one of the s*******t taco bells in syracuse. Have not had a time that Ive gone to this one and they did not mess up my order. I understand its an entry level job but hell at least do that job? It was not busy at all, nor is it a hard job. The taco bell on RT 57 is honestly the best, and doesnt have the same level of incompetence as this one.
UPDATE: No longer slow. But now, just gross. The food tastes rancid and the employees are re-enacting a high school drama where they flirt with each other while occasionally having to help us terrible customers. Can the customers just leave so we can see if Tyrone finally gets anywhere with Ashley? Find out today, by trying to order food from what Im pretty sure is the worst managed/staffed Taco Bell in North America. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, but Im never coming to this one again, as I can do without the drama and I needed to toss the food anyway.Generally I wouldnt bother writing a review of a fast food place, I get it they arent always the best.... This Taco Bell has to be easily the slowest fast food restaurant in the history of the universe... consistently too. The drive thru can take as long as a sit down restaurant for large portions of the day. I wish they hired more staff, better management or opened a new taco Bell on this side of town. Oh, and as far as taco Bell goes, theirs is mediocre.Next time Ill just drive to the one on west genessee. Have been eating at this location for years. Just lately started having issues. Tonight was terrible. I paid extra for extra sauce and cheese on my quasarito and my quesadilla. My quasarito was the size of a soft taco and hardly had anything inside of it. And did not have the extra things I paid for. The quesadilla was smaller than the mini ones you can buy and did not have the extra sauce I paid for. Terrible food this time and a huge waste of money
Please dont tell anyone. We have a secret crush. Its the $5 chalupa box. Theres 1 chalupa, 1 hard shelled taco, and 1 burrito in it. And they are yummy and cheap. The box deal has been discontinued down south, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it on 8th Ave in NYC. Yes, Im sure if I have many of these, my secret will be out... My cardiologist will surely see... I doubt they are good for you. But life is about more than eating right all the time. My secrets revealed. (Minus one star for slow service here. It was busy, yes. Took 15 minutes despite ordering from the self sevice kiosk.Thats a bit unreasonable for a fast foid joint.)

I had ordered and was charged for two items that I realized were left out of my drive-thru order after I got home. After driving back and waiting in a long drive-thru line for my food, I didn’t even receive an apology for their fault and my inconvenience. Careless, Unprofessional, Distasteful Service!
This is my frequented TB and they have never messed up an order, even the specially ones and they are ALWAYS super friendly. The only complaint I have is that when they are swamped at the drive-tru it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get your order. Youd get your order faster if you go inside.
Rude, pushy when ordering in drive thru. Constantly forgetting to give me things that I ordered and paid for. Honestly irritating, staff should get it together 👌.. this portion of the review is after I have opened up the mess that was given to me in the drive thru. I have a taco that was so crushed I had to use a fork. Realized that I didnt get pieces of the meal I thought I was going to get (based on the drive thru picture menu)simply because the girl in the drive thru didnt take the time to give me or anyone else in the car any of the options for the ordered meal, instead she just chose what type of side or what type of taco we wanted. One of the worst experiences at any fast food store I have ever been to. From the moment the girl started speaking on the intercom at the drive through, where I finally had to tell her to slow down and speak more clearly so I could have some idea of what she was trying to say, to the same girl trying to hand me three individual drinks, when she could clearly see I was the only one in the car. She then handed me the soda in a carrier, but the soda was not all the way in the carrier and the lid wasnt on the drink. Two of the drinks spilled into our brand new car, and she simply walked away!! I literally had to stick my head in the window to get someone to give me some napkins to try to clean up as much as I could. They looked at me as if I was bothering them!!! And of course, as you would expect, not a manager anywhere to be seen. Perhaps if the management team was actually on the floor, managing these kids, there might be a little better customer service. If this kind of nonsense is happening in plain sight, what is happening where they are making the food and you cant see them. Not a place I will be going to in future.
They are always forgetting food and food is cold. No one can answer a phone there. Management apparently can’t train employees to make sure everything is correct before telling people they are all set. Lobby isn’t open to public so can’t go in to talk to anyone and it’s not like I wanna wait in line forever just to have them tell me to call them
I always try to give this place a second chance and I shouldnt I ordered through GrubHub the food ice cold and there is easily 100 packets of sauce in my bag I never asked for any sauce I work in restaurants this place is just not good Im gonna just GrubHub from mattydale instead they know what they are doing this place is lost most of the time
I dont expect much from a Taco Bell but the girl behind the register couldnt ecen stop texting while she took our order, messed it up, and tried to blame it on me. I dont really care, the manager came over and made it right which is what gave them a third star and we ended up with twice the food we really ordered and payed for
There cinnamon delights are really good today is my first time ever ordering from taco bell. Love there limited time stuff there naked chicken chips were really good and there potato-rito is really good.had 2 Xbox one x boxes they were really good I didnt will they were 5$ for 3 tacos and a drink
Just like every Taco Bell, they serve faux-mexican food made of mass-produced ingredients. They are staffed with high school kids and adults who have made some poor life choices, all of whom woudl obviously rather be doing somethign else with their life. That said, the service is moderately good, the food is edible, they are generous with the fire sauce, and this place appears to be clean and well maintained. The drive through can be a bit tedious at times. Not amazing, not horrid. Just meh.
Taco Bell does a great job with the flavor of their beef it may not be 100% ground beef but it is really delicious when you mix it into their tacos and their soft shell tacos and added with their sauces it is totally delicious and I would recommend that to anybody who goes to Taco Bell for a good meal
Is THIS what you call supreme? Not only did I wait what felt like forever at the drive-thru for 2 simple combos and nachos, but when did I finally receive my food, these were the nacho supremes I was given. Now I could be wrong, but Im pretty sure these nachos are missing a few ingredients! Put in a complaint and still havent heard a word.
I went through the drive thru and the lady was rude kept rushing me and my friend when we were trying to figure out what we wanted the lady had attitude and then almost forgpt to guve my friend her pinapple freeze drink amd never gave my my mild sauce when I asled her for it
Not sure if I just have bad luck with TB’s but this is like the third different location where they have left out complete meals from an order. I need to start going through the order at the window with the employees because obviously they have no idea how to read the computer and make sure everything is in the bag!
My girlfriend and I just had the displeasure of dealing with the staff of this establishment. They are a mix of the mentally handicapped and toddlers. After getting our orders completely wrong twice and complaining about fixing it. They put volcano sauce in our standard quesoritos. Rude service FYI the date is 10/3/15 if you are a manager and would like to talk to your people.
Best deals...beats any other fast food chain they also have way for food options then anyone else...they were voted healthiest fast food chain...I love the 5 dollar box cant go anywhere and get that much food for $5 and then its so filling to that I only eat half of it...
2 large bags of garbage in front of the entrance, fluid leaking from them. There was a trail or green grave water from the door to the counter. Drink station looked like it hasnt been wiped all day! OK yes service was fast but food was undercooked...our cheese was kinda funky....my kids looked at me like I lost my mind...worst feeling ever cause they know I love to eat and sample alot of foods...tacos are theyre favorite late night especially since they have school in the morning hope noone gets sick... My husband ordered a quesarito and when he bit into it he found a LONG hair in it. When I called to talk to someone about it the girl who first answered questioned me then started laughing before passing me on to Im guessing the manager who did offer a refund. But the fact there was a hair at all in it, then I heard them laughing about it is outrageous.
One of the most impactful meals of my life, the way their authentic mexican flavors combine in your mouth is similar to how a Salvador Dalí painting combines colors to create a masterpiece. I have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful establishment, easily the best food in the Syracuse area by far. The Brewster, Lemon Grass, Dinosaur Barbecue, and other Syracuse joints barely compete, the only restaurant that even comes close is All Of Garden.
There service is absolute garbage they first messed up my order at the drive through then I go in to get a new order of,what I actually wanted and,wait may be 10 minutes in the store, when I recieve my new order again messed up not even close I order a taco and got 2 Mexican pizzas how do you mess up that bad, then I have to wait another 10 minutes just for my right order, the staff didnt seem to care what so ever that they had messed up my order the mamager was unprofessional and barely gave a apology for the service, all I got was a sorry bruh then he went back into his office

(I won’t even get into how 99% of the time there’s something wrong with the order from here… ) Don’t bother trying to go here when it’s closed inside or even when it’s still open! The other day we were trapped in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes and we had placed an order through the mobile app. I finally got out of my car and went to the door to make sure they were still alive in there. There was a long line of people ordering at the counter. I was told that they were not going to take any more orders from the drive-through until the counter was clear. They were still letting people in instead of having someone there saying the counter service was closed! Seriously? I explained to them that I had a mobile order and asked if I could pick it up in there. The girl, that was an employee but apparently on her way out, just shrugged her shoulders. I had no choice but to go back to my car and wait for my order anyway since I was trapped behind the person who was waiting for someone to come to the drive-through speaker. I have never experienced such insanity at a drive-through. What is going on there?Tonight we sat at the drive-through speaker for a an unusually long amount of time after placing our mobile app order and no one came to the speaker. The door was of course locked so I couldn’t go in for my order. There were several cars behind me so I decided to move forward and sit at the window to see what was going on. I knocked several times on the window and absolutely no one was there to answer. Cars started going by me while I was trying to get someone’s attention because they had given up. As I moved around to the front of the store I could clearly see an employee! Why was she not taking orders at the drive-through? It’s supposed to be open until 2 AM! I don’t know what’s going on at this franchise but it’s the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. Good thing there’s a way to cancel your order on the mobile app! I highly doubt we will be back. Why would we? We can’t place an order anyway!

I even had them change a couple of tacos in the party pack and everything came out correctly, in a timely manner and was probably the best taco bell Ive had in a while. The worker over the speaker did a stellar job. Get this man a raise.

2022-03-27Today was my best and worst experience at Taco Bell, the person running the cash register was rude and definitely does not belong in customer service. She couldn’t even pronounce the food I was getting when she reread what I ordered, I was shocked at that moment because I figured someone that works somewhere should be able to correctly read that menu. I’m not really sure about the whole cashier situation but then the kitchen staff gave me basically free food and added a whole other taco and quesadilla. That’s why this was my best and worst experience all in one. Also almost all of the drinks in the fountain were empty I ended up just getting water.

2022-07-07This was without a doubt the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. From the time I got in the drive-through line until the time I got my food 45 minutes had passed. I ordered one of the more expensive burritos but instead was given a plain soft taco. It was late so the lobby was not open and I didnt want to sit in the drive-through line for another 45 minutes so I called the store and the workers response was pretty much too bad so sad. Never again.

2022-05-27Wow I have not been through a drive-thru for dinner in a long while and I have been reminded why. Thought I was just getting dinner in a pinch but speed was not happening on my Monday night excursion. Inside store was closed for the evening so i got it line behind about 4 cars. I should have just gone home and made my own dinner. I will chalk this up to a learning experience for me. Order was correct, staff was fine but the wait probably should not have been waiting over 30 minutes for fast food. I just wish there was an option to leave the drive-thu after 20 minutes. But no, you are trapped in line with your bad decisions.

I placed an order using Door dash for pickup and I received confirmation money left the bank notification for pick up only to find out from customer service in taco bell there is no order.called door dash they confirm the order again Doordash called the store they hangup the phone once they find out it was my order and keep saying there is nothing we can do. thanks to door dash I got my refund. Taco bell either fix their system or at least apologize for inconvenience but no they slam the window at your face and act as if your their to ask for free food. I have never seen this kind of attitude in taco bell customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

2022-06-30Not so affectionately known as Taco Hell. They slap your food together however they like, if they are even there to take your order in the first place. They are frequently out of ingredients too, so be prepared to get substitutions if ordering on the app. The wait time can be atrocious as well.

2022-04-20Service was good, the drive-through girl was nice but the food was disappointing, I got a beef crunchwrap supreme and all the ingredients were good but I thought they had forgotten to add the beef I then got a little bit and noticed that the beef layer was SO thin that it looked like I had nothing in there! I was disappointed with my order.
