Will never attend concert here ever again. Purchased pit tickets and entire pit was overly booked. My husband and I attempted to briefly go into the actual pit (we had to stand in the aisle due to it being overcrowded). Upon walking in the center of the pit my husband was physically assaulted by several adult females (scratched, smacked, choked) and males who choked him by his hood for walking in the pits as he had the right to do so since we all had the same ticket/wrist band. He had his hands up the entire time because he didnt come to this concert for an altercation. Security talked to him thanking him for putting his hands up but unfortunately sided with the this group of ruthless adults by allowing them to carry on this abusive behavior towards both of us threatening physical altercation if we enter this area again. We then exited the main pit area due to it being extremely uncomfortable since being threatened several times at this point by the same people. This group of people were never reprimanded for their actions which would be assault charges elsewhere. The concert was great besides this situation happening. Felt sorry for the individuals that had their view blocked by people not allowed in the actual main pit area.
Staff friendly . No pics to post if there were they would be waiting in line !!!! You have to buy tickets to get any type of food or drinks.( Loooong line )I was told after waiting in line I could only buy drinks two at a time even soda and water. So I deliver my 2 bottles of water and return to drink line for 2 more bottles of water. ( July 75° and sunny )Some people were actually buying their drinks and just immediately getting back in line. Because by the time they got back to the front they drank the two drinks they had. There are different grades of food tickets, so make sure you buy your ticket in the right food tier.God forbid you wait in line ( like me ) and they dont have what you bought the tickets for ( no hot dogs ???) Then redirected to wait in another line to get the food I had tickets for.Drink lots, eat and use the bathroom before you get here and wait in the freaking lines to get in to see the show !!! So far I have one hour and 48 minutes waiting in lines. Not counting 30 min wait to get in, or adding in bathroom, and parking times. Also if you have any concerns for hygiene. Bring your own hand sanitizer. That way you dont have to waste the water that you just waited in line for.The sound was good and everyone in the audience was friendly. At least I got to see the headliner. Im not saying I wont go back. But I will definitely be more prepared. I will probably just end up tailgating ( not in the parking lot tho they dont like that ) and showing up to the show late. So Ill definitely be buying assigned seats.
The concert was great but standing in line to buy tickets to eat and drink and then standing in line to get said food or drink seemed ridiculous. Also bathroom were out of soap, toilet paper & paper towels at various times. They should have roped off pathways to navigate the venue. You have to push your way through people to get to bathrooms.
Only reason its not 5 stars is because everything is so expensive. My boyfriend also wanted a (i think) lime seltzer and the worker handed him a grapefruit seltzer and opened it for him. 1 small seltzer can was $8 so there was no way we were going to buy another. Oh, and water is $4! Thats just outrageous. I also believe there should absolutely be more trash cans around because after a show, I see theyre all full and theres trash everywhere on the ground. Cigarette butts dont get picked up either.
This was our first and Last Experience. Park in Grass. No Lighting Dark walking to Car. No Trash pick up. Walking Hazzard to Bathroom.Security was a Joke. People smoking Pot and other drugs....Sound was terrible. Seating was terrible. ATM was broken.Toby Keith was Terrible.Clay walker could not hear the words.People walking everywhere .No organzation.Smoking everywhere of cigerettes. THis is New York...
Love going to tags for a concert. The staff is always on top of their game. If anyone is messing around they notice right away. The sound quality is great. They usually have outdoor porta parties and you can go inside the bar to go to the bathroom as well. Be prepared to wait in line if you want a drink. Theyve swapped over to the system a lot of concerts use where they want you to buy drink tickets and then go to where they are selling alcohol. Ive gone to quite a few concerts here. Always a good experience. Parking is also nice. Its not super far away and they dont charge you an arm and a leg to park.
Great outdoor shows. We arent drinkers so we cant say what the inside is like. There was not enough food, and for nondrinkers hot coffee would be nice on those cold nights...People we not checked for passes inside the higher paid ticket area either. But it was still a good show.
Absolutely will NEVER go back again! Went to go see a country concert my husband has waited forever to see. This place is nothing but a HUGE DRUNKIN FEST!! They have very few security guards who walk around every so often. The one in our area was a very small, young fellow, who no one would listen to. Therefore the drunks in front of us were obnoxious & spilling their drinks on ppl & standing up in front of our section, blocking the view of everyone! We left the concert before it was even over because of all the drunks! Do not recommend this place at all!!!
What a great venue!! Saw Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly. Good stage view. You can bring your own pop up chairs or rent white patio chairs. Im not sure if that available for all shows? But was nice. Central stage front us standing only, them a second outer barrier area where you could put chairs.
Smaller concert venue but good facilities and a real bathroom which is always a plus with outdoor stages! My only complaint is the ticket system used for food and beverage. Makes something normally very easy, very complicated for the customer. Theres no reason you couldnt do cash sales at the food and beverage tents with how much staff they dedicate to ticket sale booths.
Its a low end venue. Cash only sales for everything(So bring a lot if you want to partake). Otherwise, for the low price of $3.50 you can use their ATMs if you need cash, or more cash because you have run out. Started posting an employee at the park entrance to tell people that We cant park there for THIS event except they have been doing it for all the events this summer. It is just another money grab by Tags to charge for parking.
Once again the bands rocked but the fans did not the new set with the bicycle fence was very disappointing since tags was one of the few places where you could get up front for the show but well tag ruined that so unless you have no energy for the band and want to sit on your but all night well you cant get up front very disappointing the crowed has Zero energy and well if you need a plastic chair suronded by a fence to feel like a VIP then your stupid

2022-06-11Had a great time at the concert last night! We arrived an hour and a half before the show started, and set up our chairs in a pretty decent location! Tags does a great job of keeping the trash cans emptied, as well as keeping the bathrooms clean! The security officers walking around do a good job of keeping the event drama free, in my experience. The drink and food prices are a bit steep, but that’s just how it goes at these type of events in my opinion. Overall we had an amazing time watching Little Texas, Neal McCoy, and Clint black!

2022-06-11Excellent concert venue, very small, intimate. Good sound, reasonable ticket prices, good selection of performers throughout the summer. Buy your tickets in advance though! Also, bring cash for merch, and drinks - no cards accepted.

2022-06-02The Chris Young concert was the well organized. Not enough port a johns, not enough lawn chairs to rent, the workers gave us and ppl near me 2 diff stories on how to go in and out of the reserved seating area, food wasnt the best. And last but not least, the merch tent wasnt well organized either, no sign for tags stuff, it was all 1 line. Should of had 3 diff signs for 3 diff lines. I hope they do better for the other shows.

2019-06-04This was a great show! A little muddy from all the rain, but staff was very helpful in parking and seating. We had great seats in front rows, and pretty much got to interact with both bands on stage. The Gin Blossoms put on a great show, and very personable, in Elmira, from Arizona. But the highlight of the show was the way Collective Soul harnessed the energy of the crowd. The singer was losing his voice, so they turned this negative into a positive, by bringing up audience members to help sing some of the songs. It made us appreciate those Atlanta musicians even more, as they seemed to have fun with the audience at this point. I have been a fan of both bands for many years, and they did not disappoint! A word about Tags; a mainly outdoor venue, stage, And closeness of performers, make for a nice experience. Perhaps a little rowdy with crowd enjoying show, but still a lot of fun. Make sure to buy some drinks from waitresses, as thats how they earn their money!
