Love the product it was great and a good value
I ordered a birthstone bracelet for my daughter-in-law and it was an extendable bracelet. However, the small ball to extend it would not work. I emailed the company and they were so prompt in their reply. They also allowed me to have my daughter-in- law try it on and kept following up with me. I have never dealt with a company with such great customer service and a willingness to make things right. They are sending a new bracelet and a return envelope for the other one. I am so appreciative of the care and concern they have given to me. A great company to deal with.

2022-08-04Talisa jewelry of NY has the best customer service team I’ve ever seen of an online retail company. Not only do they make a great quality and unique product, they really care about the needs and concerns of their customers. I have never gone more than 24 hours without a reply to my questions. I even received an actual phone call for a request that was urgent and they took care of it immediately. I also once hit “reply” when I meant to hit forward in an attempt to share their website with a friend. Their customer service team sent me an email to inform me that they did not receive any verbiage on that email and were concerned they they might have missed something. Who does that? I am sold and will be a Talisa customer for life. They make a great product that anyone can enjoy. The prices are very reasonable. The shipping is quick and and to top it all off, their customer service team is unbeatable! Check them out! You’ll see what I mean.
