Gadi (who’s a part owner) was great! Gave me a great haircut and was very knowledgeable! The hair-washer girl seemed to be new and could have used some more guidance/training. Other than the water I’m still trying to get out of my ears from her, I had a good experience! It wasn’t cheap but I feel like it was worth it. Kind staff.I would definitely recommend them to a friend! They also seem to be professionals with hair coloring!
I have a haircuts by hot scissors here yesterday. I am fully satisfied! Master Gena was very friendly and professional. He not only gave me a haircut but also a good advice on hair care. My hair looks awesome now. Girls on front desk also was very nice.

I get my nails done here weekly by Ella. She is amazing! She grew out my nails from stubby little numbs to Beautiful nails you could only dream off. Highly recommend!!
This was the first time I went to Tangles and I am very glad I found this place. The staff was very nice and Guy saved my hair.. He did an amazing job with my color and cut. I definitely would recommend Guy because he did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back.
This place is very professional and amazing. The service is on the highest level. I have been going to this salon since it opened. Gena is an amazing and professional stylist. Hes been doing my hair for 11 years and every time my hair looks fabulous and gorgeous. In addition, the atmosphere of this place is so warm and welcoming that every time you come, you feel like you are home. All staff is always polite and nice to its customers. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the high quality service that this salon is offering. Personally, I love this place and would recommend it to anybody. You should definitely check it out. Go do your hair and feel like a queen.

I had my hair done for my wedding day at Tangles Sheepshead bay. Guy did an excellent job! My curls lasted all night. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is excellent as well. They treated me like a queen and celebrated my special day with a bottle of champagne. They really made me feel special. Thank you guys for making me look beautiful on my special day!!!
Great experience, absolutely love Oksana my hair stylist. Her imagination and creativity always leaves me more than satisfied. The staff is so friendly and positive that it’s always a great drama free experience. The products the salon uses are probably the best I ever got to try at any salon. Thank you Okasna to always knowing which look I want even if I don’t always know :)

Ive been going to Guy for almost 10 years. He has saved my hair several times from previous hair stylists that ruined my color. He is amazing, prices are great and the staff is amazing (my 3yr old daughter comes with me if I dont have a sitter and they all play with her). I recommend this salon to everyone I know!!!
AMAZING! These guys have really done everything Ive wanted, and without any problems! When I am there I feel like royalty, and they really treat my hair with knowledge, and care about my opinions without judging me. I cant believe they arent even expensive... I would be willing to pay much more to go there. I would recommend that anyone in the area (or not, I come from 20 miles away) to come in and give them a chance. I havent yet met one bad stylist, which is a big deal for a hair salon with over 15 staff. Seriously, they deserve 7 stars. Check them out, YOU WILL NOT REGRET!!!!

You have to trust your barber, I do trust Tangles and his owner Gena. Guys very professional, offering Coffe and water to all clients. Very accommodating, even with a last minute appointments. My kids loving it as well, (5 y/ 15y) - i highly recommend Tangles Salon
I recently discovered this hair salon. Absolutely love it. Great atmosphere and very friendly stuff. Oksana did my hair and did amazing job. I got exact red colour, that I wanted for a long time. She did impossible; possible. Thank you Oksana.

Been following Yaniv from place to place for over 10+ years. Now hes here and so am I. Place is very nice, free coffee and snacks, excellent decor. Prices could be lower. But hey you get what you pay for.Big selection of hair products. Expensive of course but not more than anywhere else. So if you want high qualify products you can get them here.
Guy has wonderful talent and a great eye! I had an idea of what I would like, he had an idea that worked and falls into place. The staff is caring and safeAt the same time!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a TERRIBLE experience there yesterday. At first there were a few minor inconveniences and unprofessional actions that I let slide because I thought the quality of the work would be worth it. I had several reference pictures of the blonde ombré color I was expecting, instead I got random strands of brown and “blonde” all over my head like highlights (although I was VERY specific that I didn’t want highlights). I use the word blonde loosely because the front actually came out GREEN while the back of my hair is made up of all WHITE. I look like a Halloween monster and was robbed $150+ Tip. I cried when I saw myself in the mirror.Now I have to pay extra to go get it fixed. If you are planning on going there, I hope it’s not for a hair dye.
The shop is up to date & quite sophisticated. The owner Guy is an excellent hairdresser & top notchProfessional. A bit pricy for the neighborhood. But if you can afford it, worth it!!!! A satisfied customer !!!
I went to with my sister and while I did have a small problem with the hairstylist commenting about the original status of my hair in small catty remarks. Overall it was still great and I enjoyed the outcome

I went there for color it was nice then I went for keratin treatment they give me two choices between one non harmful one that doesnt have formaldehyde cus its not good to smell it and its take frizz of ur hair but doesnt make it streight and other one that has formaldehyde but makes it too Streight.. I choose the one that makes it so streight it was 250$ i wanted to be comfortable with my hair in summer I did it and after first shower my hair was same as as before nothing change curly wavy hair .. I took picture to prove that was two days after treatment I went back after while to place and show it to owner he said he cant give me refund he can do it again for me and charge me only 80$ for products ..I told them its not about money I would pay full price for next time but I should get refund for service that I paid 250$ for and didnt get .. Just to feel that u care about ur customers and they dont .. I should get my money back befor anything ..again itsnot about the money I already did it again and paid 200 at other place and its great .. Its about idea of respecting ur customers.. Then owner told me that he take Usualy 300$ and he gave me special price at that point I was like no that didnt happened I ask how much unsaid 250$ I paid and left its not like negotiations.. I wish there were nice and dos right thing to me cus I do my hair a lot and its close by my house and j have a lot of friends that I wanted to recommend to now for sure Iam not

2022-06-14I was recommended to Tangles from a hair educator . From the time I walked in , I felt comfortable and was offered coffee or a cold drink. The hair service started , known as “pro addiction “ , which is a chemical free smoothing process for frizzy hair ... Guy took his nice to make sure every strand was thoroughly ironed. I’m loving my hair now ! The girl who shampooed was the sweetest too. He even trimmed my bangs without charging me any extra. I highly recommend this salon and will return . Also I got a few great samples of conditioners that I can’t wait to try. Overall, a great experience ❤️

2022-04-07I love this salón, my stylist is Ida, love her work she’s amazing. I’ve been going to her for a year and repair my hair from so much damage, I’m so grateful for her. She’s very skilled and very professional with everything she does, best balayage work and cut. Everyone in the salon is so good, very accommodating and hospitable. Try this salon you will not regret it! My favorite after many years of looking for the perfect salon I finally found the one!

2021-04-11I came in yesterday to get a color correction !My wonderful hairstylist Nirri saved my hair and I am inlove with the new/blended color. I haven’t been to a salon in years and this was amazing. He also cut my hair beautifully to fix the unevenness.The reviews and pics were the reason I came so I hope this one helps too. The whole experience and vibe of the place was pretty relaxing. I cannot wait to come back!!!

2022-07-21After moving to Brooklyn it took my wife a long time to find a salon she felt comfortable in, did great work, and did it FAST. As long as Ive known her shes always had some little nit pick about a hair cut/styling she has done, but not with Tangles. Shes always all smiles ear to ear. Specifically, (and Im not sure if Im spelling this right) Gahdee is the person who she specifically sees every time now, so thank you very much Gahdee!

2022-01-28I can’t say enough about Tangles spa and salon on Sheepshead Bay Road In Brooklyn. The owner of the salon Guy, has great communication skills, very welcoming and considerate. Listens to what I want and executes my vision every time (hair cut, color or style). Thank you so much for everything you do – youre a truly talented stylist and I always enjoy my appointments! Definitely recommend visiting the salon.

2019-12-22I did balayage in this salon with Oksana two days ago. I’m extremely happy to get their services. All stuff members are very professional and welcoming. Oksana is a great professional colorist and hairdresser.She knows what to do with your hair and which color is great and fits you better according to your skin type. Moreover, she is a very friendly and pleasant person. I enjoyed my time there and will go there again. Recommend!

2022-01-20This place is quite nice. But they used to have the best front desk a few years back with the girl Larisa I think it was. She was Professional, Personable, Pretty (3 Ps) . Not too mention smart. Now its still good but not as good as the good ole days!
