Very nice & cozy place the food & drinks were delicious and our waitress was very polite & friendly.
Been there twice great both times. 1st off Prices are reasonable. There was 5 of us we ordered three apps, each had two beers and a burger or sandwich the bill was about $150. Food was good burgers were great. Beer is cold and a big selection and not only craft beers you can have Bud if you want. Service was great both times the waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Tv’s though out had a variety different sports I was watching a classic car auction. This is going to be my new 1st go to place. Give it a try

Chill staff even at 10am Saturday brunch. Had a well balanced Bloody Mary with candied bacon, and the garlic potato could kill an army of hungover vampires.
Love that there are vegan options if choosing to eat there. Drinks on the other hand not too good. Maybe it was a bad night for the bartender?

Yesterday May 22,2021 we held my daughters bridal shower upstairs at the Main Street location. it was fantastic! The food as always was delicious ! BUT the service was outstanding!! The manager Mikey checked in often to see how things where going and our server Matt Aka “Dewey” was above and beyond! He even helped luck Items to the car! Set up decor and decorate! He made sure every one had a drink and remembered what they where drinking! Nick our bartender was fantastic! He was attentive and personal. He also helped decorate and clean up, carry and lug gifts and items!I cannot say enough great things about the Taproom private party experience for our shower choice, ! There was beautiful inside and outside seating a restroom, even an elevator for the elders.the room was spacious and had a fantastic glow for photo walls and gifts with out being cramped or squished. Most venues where either super expensive or had such limited times and dates. From the very first email reply there wasn’t anything I had to worry about there! I even couldn’t commit to guest count cause of issues with invites. They where soo kind and supported me through everything! I HIGHLY recommend private parties at Taproom!
Love the Tap Room, great beer selection about 20 taps, a great menu try the Muscles or Tacos. Perfect place to watch the games and the staff is top notch.

Stopped in here with my friend for the first time for lunch today and had a great experience. From the beginning, Mike and the wait staff were so welcoming and attentive. This is the first place I’ve specifically been asked about my food allergies without having to mention it myself, and they explained to me exactly what was cooked in what/what menu items to avoid/made recommendations that I could eat. Between the food, the cocktails, the wait staff, and the atmosphere this place made for an amazing lunch and time. Please support your local businesses and restaurants, especially now! I do not want to see places this great close down while basic chains remain open. 5/5 stars for sure, we will be back!

Fried cheese and wings were delicious. Steak sandwich, fries, kids chicken and grilled cheese was phenomenal. Black Cherry Sangria was out of this world. Service was amazing for adults and kids.

My favorite place to go in bayshore. Beautiful bar. Beautiful place in general. So many TVs to watch sports. The food is FANTASTIC no lie I love going here. Also the biggest plus in my book is they are pet friendly in their outdoor seating. That’s awesome since I bring my dog everywhere. I’ll post pics of my food & drink next time I go which I’m sure will be soon.
Although we were unable to try their food because we arrived too late, the Tap Room in Bay Shore made sure we had a good time. Special thanks to NICK, MELODY, FRANK, and SERENA.Nick made sure we were constantly ready to go with drinks. Not a moment when we had to wait for drinks, and thats what FIVE STAR service is all about!! Melody got shot ready for us, not really sure what else, but she was FANTASTIC!! Frank was there and got the music pumping.Although Serena didnt specifically serve or help us, she was crucial in making sure the environment was fun at 1AM in the morning. I will make sure myself and my friends come back to The Tap Room in Bay Shore because these guys and girls know how to have a good time. If I could rate infinity, I would. Google is trash and only lets me rate five stars, so thats what you guys are getting. ✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭ Recommended to everyone on planet Earth. Such delicious food & amazing service!! The dragon wontons were soooo good. Our server Beth was great. She recommended those and the spicy pickles and they were definitely the perfect suggestions. Beth was so kind and friendly! She didn’t mind us asking about the menu and drinks. And she even gave us input on baby names. Haha! I’ll definitely be back again for more food & drinks from here. Food is always good. Enjoyed a whiskey burger & quesadilla with short rib meat. Both were excellent. Ate outside this visit on the upstairs deck. Staff was pleasant and attentive as always. Atmosphere is great whether you are inside or out. Outside is a little quieter and a conversation is easier to have. Bayshore location has really picked up with patrons since first opening. So glad!!! Patchogue was our go to place for their delicious mussels, now I can now enjoy them in Bayshore too. Yeah!!!
Tap Room is one of the best spots downtown bay shore, staff is always friendly very welcoming as well, our go to waitress Michelle , And Beth are always exceeding our expectations and going above and beyond to make sure our food is always as we like, our drinks are always full thank you. I love the tap room. There was a glitch with the online ordering which resulted in our order being incorrect. We did have to come back but that was no big deal, our order was corrected and we also got free iced tea! I dont remember the guys name that helped but he is great! The food here is great definitely recommend!

Had the pretzel and dry chili rub wings as an appetizer. Great tasting wings with crispy skin and what seemed like 0 grease. Had a chicken avocado wrap with blackened chicken and cajun fries. Both delicious and again zero grease one the fries! For sure will be back here soon
This place is very noisy. Music was too loud. Food was ok. Cajun fries were really salty and soft. Mussels were good. The sauce on the Firehouse burger was too sweet for me. Service was great.

Ordered food from here for dinner.. all I can say is outstanding!! Got the turkey club, quesadilla and an order of sweet potato fries. So delicious!! Best quesadilla I’ve ever had hands down, the bbq sauce was awesome. Can’t wait to eat here in person next time. 5 stars for me!

Ive been to this place like 2x and ordered from door dash or uber eats like another 2x and literally each time was severely disappointed and felt like my hard earned money mightve been better used flushing it down the drain.Tonights uber eats order was disgusting, didnt finish and my fries were stone cold. I guess shame on me for allowing 4 vs 3 strikes

If you like screaming conversations this is the place. Visited on a Saturday afternoon,front of the bar says wait to be seated but no one there,we stood there until one of the waitresses came over and sat us down. food is average,nothing special about it, and the beer list isnt updated,the bar section was pretty busy and im guessing the mixture of alcohol and high ceilings made the place extremely loud.We sat there for about 45min and in that time spam we heard about 3 people say is pretty loud here and about 4,5 people walked in and walked out due to the noise level. You cant have a normal conversation here,youll have to scream so the people on the other side of the table can hear you.

2022-06-26Didnt intend to go here but so glad we did. Brunch on Saturday morning was great. We got the chicken waffle sliders, short rib egg tacos, and poundcake French toast. It was wonderful. So glad we got to visit.

2021-09-05This place was great!! We came here for my moms birthday and it was amazing! The appetizers, main courses, and dessert were all delicious. The beer selection was vast; I even did a flight at the table. Our waiter Dewey was great; checked on us plenty without being overbearing. He also set up candles for the birthday desert! Highly recommend you add this to your list of places to visit!

2022-05-06My son and I decided to go out for an early Mothers Day Dinner of Cinco De Mayo. We were searching for a place with a short wait and good food. We had our names with another place down Main Street with over an hour wait. We walked to The Tap Room and Wendy was the hostess and she seated us within 5 minutes. Wendy was our waitress as well. Let me just say Wendy was expectational from seating us, taking our orders, touching base with us if everything was good with our food, drinks etc. The place was so busy and she was very attentive to us! The food and drinks came out in a short time and all was great! Wendy is a great asset to your establishment. Please commend her on her upbeat, friendly personality and great customer service! We will definitely return and hope we have the same experience there again!Thank you for making my Mothers Day dinner a great experience!

2022-06-02Awful. Waited an hour and fifteen for delivery on a wed night and the food was cold, dry, and tasted awful. Ice cream was melted and tasteless. Asked for no croutons and got croutons. Everything was carelessly thrown together. This was a waste of time and money, never ordering from here again.
