I live in Upstate NY, they filled my order and shipped it to me in a very reasonable time period considering the situation. The selection was good, all different varieties and styles! The added bonus was they donated $10 to a charity for an order over $50.
Great selection Im a sour ale fan n Im surprised at the variety of sour beers I found ... my favorite so far sour batch.... p.s. n the people there are awesome extremely friendly n helpful, nothing but good vibes

I decided to change this review as I felt I was a bit too harsh on this company due to another company they use as a delivery service. I still stand by my initial opinion on the delivery service known as CDL Last Mile Solutions which does have a history of bad service but the Taprm company still tried to accommodate me.
Amazing beer selection, one of a kind in the neighborhood. Super friendly staff all so helpful in picking craft beer! Cute beer dog too.

Ordered online sunday still not shipped on Wednesday, when u want beer u want it fast not 4- 5 days.
Have been using them for a few months, and loved the service, however had an order get cancelled by Postmates (for unknown reasons) Postmates is a 3rd party, I dont know why their driver cancelled the order, butI have been unable to get anyone to refund or return my emails about it for 2 weeks.. I know times are tough on everyone, but just refund my order!

2022-06-08We accidentally stumbled upon this insane gem of a store. We were intrigued by this warehouse with a sign outside saying “$1 beer.” We went inside expecting some really low quality beers for $1, however this store had high quality microbrewery cans for $1! This place looks like a beer distribution, and maybe that’s why they were able to sell cans of beer for so cheap. They have such a good selection of beers, and all of them are extremely affordable. The main person selling beer was so nice that he gave us a six pack of an excellent IPA for free!The other amazing thing is that they have a bathroom you are able to use. The best bathroom is really clean as well.Overall, one of the best hole in the wall places you could hope to stumble upon while walking in New York City!!

2020-05-12Ive gotten 3 orders from TapRm... during this crazy time, being upstate and needing a beer-shipping service, TapRm has a great selection. Selling a variety of high quality beers and hard seltzers.But what really earned the high rating is their customer service. Two of my shipments arrived damaged, and they handled it quickly and efficiently, fixing the issues. Its great dealing with a company that acknowledges problems and handles them in such a way, that makes me want to continue using them.I have recommended them to all my friends, and will continue to do so.

2019-08-12The best place to buy craft beers in Brooklyn without a doubt. It’s a great space with a super knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of sour beers to try (my favorite) and I really love their ciders from Normandy. Well worth a visit.

2019-08-21Open to the air spot where you can find a variety of craft beers from breweries all over the US. Both of the gentlemen working helped me in finding the last 3 cans of its season (Malibu Nights), until the next spring.They also advised me on other beers with similar flavors and gave me information on literally any beer in the entire place.Highly recommended!

2020-08-13I’m very impressed with their customer service! I ordered 3 cases of hard tea to my sister’s apartment and she didn’t let me know until 5 days later that the cases never arrived. Super unusual because I’ve ordered from Taprm before and everything went fine. When I contacted customer service they immediately offered me a full refund or a replacement order free of charge. Emily, the representative I spoke with was professional and kind. I will be ordering again!

2020-05-06Wonderfully friendly and halpful staff members. i ordered online fron London to post in NYC, i made mistakes with phone numbers and delivery times which the staff helped me correct very effectivel as this was a surprise for my friend.A great selection of beers, which my friend loved, and i can wait for my return to NYC to pop in and buy in person.Thank you so much TapRm, especially to Mary Kate for being so marvelous
