Pizza Hut and Starbucks cafe, plus groceries and department store stuff. Pure awesome. Service desk is always very helpful! Employees are very friendly and helpful as well. Easy to get to, and always ample parking! **Ive been using the order on the app feature and picking up my items in the store for a few months now. The customer service is great! Theres a whole section right by the counter where they have the orders ready, no disappearing behind a door, and theyre really organized, Ive never had to wait on a long line, and they give you a time frame for pickup (a few days). Ive only gotten department store items this way, not groceries. I only use this service when Im crunches for time - I need something, I want it today, and I live a half hour away, sometimes I dont feel like shopping in person after a drive through bad weather. This is a great time saver and service, and alllows me to stay socially distant very easily.
The store is clean easy to shop. buy online pick up at store services a great. the check out experice could be improved lots of time there is only 1 register open with 1 cashier and no self check out options. All of the staff are extremely friendly and outgoing will be making target runs instead of using another discount dept store in batavia.
Target has up to date products. I use the teacher / school section all the time. Store is always neat and clean.
Not terrible. But inconvenient. The line is always long no matter when I go here and the self check out is always closed. Makes no sense. Cmon target. Get it together.
Communication was clearly stated in the email. When I arrived at the store the order was ready and the sales associate very polite.
I love Target and tend to shop at many target stores around the country and I always find that I prefer my Batavia Target store. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. 90% of the time the store is in impeccable shape and clean and when it isn’t they are diligently working to fix the mess.
I dont normally recommend anything to anyone! I will however let friends know of the great price on the item I purchased and excellent service given picking up heavy appliance close to closing
I could not find an items I can get anywhere else. The third time. No cinnamon tablet,and no large decaffeinated coffee. Again Also picture frame were marked wrong price. I appreciated your scanning station to check. I reported the $4.50 price tag on the shelf of an 17.99 frame. She said they were in the wrong place, and I found two others the same way.
It is a pretty typical smaller Target; however, it has 4 stars for me because a Starbucks is located just inside.The store itself does not have a full grocery section, but it carries some.As for everything else, it is a typical Target--a safe bet when looking for something. I like to buy my shaving and dental supplies here. In fact, my 5-year-old electric toothbrush is Target brand (Up and UP).
This Target is bright, cheery, well-organized and priced right. If you like Target, this is a great one.Store also contains a Starbucks and a small Pizza Hut / pretzel stand with seating that faces the parking lot. Manager is excellent about allowing meetings in that seating area, so its a great place for entrepreneurs, work-from-home, traveling salesmen or managers, and home services like tutors to meet up with clients.
Target is simply the best. The store is organized, there are great displays that are easy on the eye, the prices cant be beat, the selection of products is vast, and even the lighting is pleasant! Love love love Target.

I love that there is a Starbucks and their staff is great at deciphering what I am looking based on terrible coffee descriptions. Also, the rest of target is amazing. Very helpful staff, always a clean store and clearly marked pricing.
After shopping at Walmart for years and getting my purchase blocked at a self check out at Walmart last year, I started shopping at Target. No self checkout but I never had to wait in line at Target to checkout unlike Walmart. Store is clean as well. Ive been shopping here for a year.

Great store. Always kept clean. The employees here are very kind, and there isnt the, how do I say this....the mysterious crowd that you get at Walmart. Not that Ive got anything against Batavias Walmart, its just not always the most desirable place to find yourself, if you catch my drift. However, Target is a very nice place, has a wide selection of everything, and the Starbucks is a nice bonus.
Used to love shopping here because of the friendly staff, but the last year its really diminished. The employees are not aware of the sales and whats included in them and not. Several months ago I went to purchase $500+ worth of diapers because of their diaper sale. The cashier continued to tell me that pampers snugglers was not part of the sale, even though they were pictured in the ad! I had the proper size & count! Needless to say I walked out without my diapers. I went to a Target 20minutes away. They knew what they were doing! I dont go to this store unless its for something small.
The associates at this target were horrible! Target price matches amazon and even after showing proof that i price matched the items at several targets the same day i was told, myself and 4 other targets were wrong, as well as targets own website. The security officer who somehow made the finale decision was extreamly rude and would not even look at the recipts i tried to show him.I dont understand how someone can stand there and tell me there right when i am clearly showing proof they are wrong. I will never shop at the batavia target again and if your not looking for some to beraid you like youve done something wrong i suggest you do the same.
Have ALWAYS LOVED targets workers they are always very helpful with people like how organized they are too and will make sure their customers are satisfied. Keep up the great work everyone.
I havent stopped in over a year at their food area for over a year. I stopped today around 11:20 figuring their food would be ready. They had no pizzas ready at lunch time. Very poor planning! The service at the Batavia Target is terrible. It was terrible a year ago and still is!
General reliability and good pricing. This is for the Batavia, NY store, which is well-kept and has very friendly managers and team leads.
I found everything I was looking for. There was plenty on stock, everything was neat and orderly. Check out lines were not long and cashier was very friendly.
They wont accept your reusable bags, if you bring them you pack your bag. Other than that everything was great, good prices & I found what I was looking for.

The Starbucks inside this store is worse i have seen, and has gone down hill since the first year they opened. The customer service reps are rude the drinks are aweful. I love Starbucks but i will drive 30 mins to a real one then to deal with this one again.
3 total visits to this Target and EVERYTIME I end up walking out purchasing NOTHING. Theres a long wait with 1 cashier and NO cashier-less registers open. WTF.

Best clean/safe option for Batavia shopping in my opinion. Much better than the Batavia Walmart where you need a riot shield, shotgun and teargas for your shopping trip.
Ordered an item online for pickup with a bunch of promo codes and got an email afterwards saying the item was no longer available. When I called customer service (twice) they could not honor that price or discounts!!!! I will NEVER shop here again!!!

The staff at this Target has always been incredibly helpful to me whenever Ive had a problem. My only complaint is that this one isnt a superstore.
We use the CVS pharmacy located inside this Target store. Everyone thee out the whole store is very pleasant and helpful.

2022-02-081st time visited & during a heavy snow event.♿ accessibility was 100%.I found some good deals & some items my usual stores didnt have in stock.Store was clean & organized well. Went in looking for 1 item they also didnt have, like many other stores, and came out with a few deals I found. Grocery product selections are limited, not a superstore for grocery items. Do plan to return for more deals I found & didnt buy. Cashier & other staff I talked with were friendly & helpful. No wait at registers.

2022-03-10The girl with the long hair and glasses is not the brightest bulb in the box working at the starbucks here. I paid with a gift card and a debit card for my coffee and got a gift card for a gift… while waiting for my order I asked for a receipt because she never offered me one. When I had asked her for a receipt she responded with “ sorry but you would’ve had to ask for one as I was doing your purchase I can’t go back now.” As a customer it’s NOT MY responsibility to ask for responsibility to ask for a receipt it’s the responsibility of the customer service representative. I had also asked for an envelope for my gift card. No envelope was given!! How do you have gift cards to sell at a target starbucks but no envelopes?!? This girl didn’t even offer to check anywhere else in the store. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 17 years she really had poor customer service.

2022-01-10Drive up attendant went the extra mile in the rain to find our 2nd order and expedite it. Another associate coming throught the parking lot notice we were waiting longer than usual and also stopped to ask if he could help us as well. Excellent service by both! Well trained and committed to going above and beyond.

2021-06-30Great customer service. Ordered a product online, came in to pick it up and wasnt ready. The customer service representative, Ashley, looked it up and said it would be ready soon. Another team member, Danielle, said she was on her way to get my item. While waiting both Ashley and Colton were friendly. Keep up the great work.

2021-04-08I find the Batavia location dirty and unorganized.I find some of the cashiers friendly... most of the young people working on the floor work as if hung over, stuck up, or depressed. Target please work on your customer service and hiring people who actually want to work to improve on their social skills customer service etc. and not just for the $$ No no complaints here about Starbucks though!!!
