The brand new bike i purchsed fell apart while i was riding the bike. Handles bars came loose and fell off. The riding seat was severely painful. The handle bars are too low so my wrist wobble when steering the bike. i was not able to purchase a helmate because the helmets sizes say 14+ but they are marked wrong. The helmates that were marked for adults are infact baby sized helmates and they do not fit an adult. The helmates should be taken off the shelf. Did not even fit my head. The Gear shifters on the bike Do not work at all . The gear shifters will not turn to change speed . The foot pedals are too small .
I had to run in and get two things last night and was very happy to see how clean and organized things were especially around this time of year with all the shoppers ! There was a woman working back in the mens section folding up clothes and straightening up. I had a question to ask here and she was very helpful. It was very nice to see that, too many stores have stuff thrown around and no one really is too interested in getting it in order. Great job to the workers there and keep it up. This is part of what keeps customers coming back and keeps you working. As a customer thank you !
My fiancee ordered a modem and nest wifi bundle off the website it said 2 modems were in stock at said location...she was charged 300 dollars. When we arrived we were told the modems werent in stock. So we went and looked and sure enough there was 2 of them right on the shelf. She was charged 100 for the modem even tho she was told it wasnt in stock....then they charged another 200 for the wifi as a new transaction. So this is 500 dollars now....when we pointed out the modem was in stock she had to buy it....Again...because the first order was cancelled at it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund..... when asked why she was told there was no modem in stock and yet still charged ...the clerk at customer service laughed and said probably one of our associates didnt feel like looking for it..no biggy ! That shows complacency in a culture of bad service which shows terrible management of employees and customer relations...terrible!!!
This North Buffalo store was a lot more pleasant to deal with than the Orchard Park store. I had an item to exchange(for a different size) and they told me they had to return it then I would have to rebuy but on a same price item it should be an even exchange but yet I had to pay more...someone explain that to me...they tried and left me disappointed and now i no longer shop there.
I own my own business. I walked into Target a little after 9 a.m. and proceeded directly to the electronics section. I asked a young saleswoman if she had helped me a couple days earlier. She was wearing a mask so I wasnt sure. She said she didnt recognize me. I asked if she could help me. She said yes and continued to focus on her work while listening. Now this bothered me because in customer service you should focus only on the customer . Ive had jobs in customer service and I gave each customer my undivided attention . I expressed that I was not satisfied with this particular employees lack of focus and attention towards me . I expressed that her lack of focus bothered me . The salesperson calmly asked Tammy to help me . Tammy cooled me down immediately . She directed me to talk to Tammy the manager of that department. Tammy was so helpful patience and considerate. She explained to me that Target has suspended its exchange and return policy until April 26th. She told me it wouldnt be a problem to exchange the phone as long as it was in stock for the company I wanted. Tammy is truly an angel in the customer service world. God bless her and her staff.
Now THIS is the Target that I usually come to... It may be busy when you come but I thoroughly enjoy coming out. Always clean and the staff are always willing to help you out. Everything is usually easy to find and the pricing is fair. This place is a no brainer when it comes to shopping for my son or family whenever its that time of the year. Never really have an issue with them so two BIG thumbs up from me...
Sometimes items are in the wrong place (due to the clientele placing them in the wrong location). Staff is friendly and helpful, though sometimes it takes a minute to find an employee to help you, as the store is so large. Decent prices and produce selection is okay... (to Targets credit, they mainly sell clothing/household items, not until recently have they been selling fresh food). I also wish the womens plus size clothing had more of a selection. Overall a nice place to shop!
I love going to Target. This one just recently got remodeled and it looks great! They have a lot of new products, mainly in the clothing area. The clothes are often good quality and affordable. I often buy food and my toiletries from Target. I also buy clothes, kitchen supplies, DVDs, and puzzles. I normally use the self check out which is very convenient, fast and easy to use.
After ordering with target and getting a guaranteed delivery date for my order, my order came but was missing an item. I contacted customer service immediately and was told my order item was back-ordered. How can you give a guaranteed delivery date then say ops no it’s back ordered. I’m so beyond mad and disappointed, the person that I talked with via customer service wasn’t even apologetic about it or even tried to make up for it. This will go down as one of my worst customer service stores of all time.
The quality selection & pricing makes Target one of my favorite shopping destinations. I have been newly impressed with the prices on specific food items. I’ve always loved Target & with this new remodel & launches of new beauty & clothing collections I see myself loving it even more!
Target had gotten better! Im sure its because I know all the supervisors and manager. Still have people that work here that are just rude! Target is the only store I go to now. Tops is too expensive! Love the new look! Took a couple times to find everything I need but Im use to it. Im always in and out! Please like my photos and reviews. Youll help me to get my rewards up!Thank you so much!
When I use guest wi fi, discovered the Target app drops my target card information and it wastes time at checkout, this has happened twice. Embarassing and employee stated it is common. I walked out of the store two weeks ago out of frustration - at checkout it makes me look like I do not pay my bills and that stinks.
Generally a place you can get anything you need from last minute groceries to underwear. Prices are fair and offers a clean environment. I havent been there since the new floor design so looking for things specifically was a small challenge but overall a good experience
Pretty busy store. I bought a drink at the starbucks and it took 3 employees to tell me where to get a cupholder for the cart. One even told me to walk all the way to the produce section to get it. Kind of frustrating. Lines were also pretty long which is OK but still a hassle.
Over the phone customer service is absolutely terrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then call got dropped for a question pertaining to baby wipes, either they sent an employee to check because they dont have a computer right in front of them or they didnt know how to use a computer. Maybe there was a line of customers... either way, Waste of my time. Do better
Some of the cashiers here have no personality whatsoever and might even be somewhat racist. I go to cash out and the chip/credit card reader was obliviously not working properly and would not read the chip on my card. The cashier I had the displeasure of dealing with today had the gall to say very loudly, throwing her arms around that my card is not approved indicating that it’s rejected in front of multiple other customers in an effort to embarrass me to abandon my purchase. Additionally she proceeds to give me attitude even though I’m being inconvenienced because of their faulty equipment. So I had to ask to try the neighboring cash register to make my purchase and the card worked instantly at that reader. One of the worst customer service experience I have had.
My cousin and I spent 4.5 hours at this Target. We walked away with amazing deals. We will do a monthly trip from Toronto. Great for party stuff, groceries, clothes!!! Lots of organic selection - Annie’s packaged snacks for kid lunches. Wish their shoe section was better though. Amazinggggg
Ive been here many times as it is the closest target and Im lazy but now I drive out of my way to the other target as this place is so terrible. Dented cans on shelves, actual rotten food in their produce and I once picked up a yogurt container that was smashed open presumably by the poor and haphazard manner all the items are placed on the shelves. I really like this one older lady that I usually check out with But the condition of the store makes me not want to be there.
Target is Target. Its kinda hit or miss. We try and check out the baby food and formula prices when we go. The baby clothes are overpriced. Employees are in their own little world most times and either dont want to help, or dont have a clue about what dept they are working in. They seem to wander out of their assigned dept to visit other employees.
Workers in this location use to discriminate. I self checkout my items here a lady worker name Jessica come and open my every items and checked. If it is her job then why she did not checked two white people items who checkout before me? She checked my items because Im not white. I got treated indiscriminately in this location. I dont prefer any other people visit target except white people..
I have more to add to my review! So a misfortunate thing happened to me today. I lost my phone....well actually somebody stole my phone outside the front of the store. As I worriedly looked around for my phone, customer service and a few of the employees were kind enough to offer help and even better provide me with surveillance footage of the perpetrators. So now I know what they look like and I hope they never come into target because this is one of my favorite places to shop. I promise my old iphone will come back in stock! Happy shopping! Customer Service Center at the Elmwood Buffalo location is far beyond expectations. Ive gone countless times and the assistance I receive is excellent. Everyone is happy to help and very knowledgeable. Its my favorite location to go to but overall target is the best place to shop!
Its like most other target stores. For the most part its well organized and the staff is friendly. I usually go to find deals at the clearance end caps. They will price match most major retailers and online stores. Dont forget to use the cartwheel app for more savings.
Try to find a different Target store if you can, and absolutely never go here on a weekend. Shelves and racks are a mess. Items are in the wrong location, often on the floor. People leave garbage like empty coffee cups wherever they feel like putting it. Resist the urge to order online if theres less than 5 of the item in stock because theres no guarantee any if the staff will be able to find it to set it aside.
This place is a misery. It is mostly the customers, people screaming at their kids, giving cashiers a hard time and being overall rude in general. There is another Target on NF Blvd and although that parking lot can be horribly busy, its worth dealing with for a better shopping experience.
Long lines, slow checkout. Every lane was ridiculously slow moving and staffed by what appeared to be a teenager who didnt give a hoot. Plus, your expansion to groceries has RUINED the Target check out experience. You used to be such a wonderful store. Now I am stuck in line with someone shopping for a weeks worth of groceries waiting to pay for my two items. Self checkout is a joke--stuck behind people who cant make it work, and there are NO express lanes. Turning into WALMART.
Katelyn and another manager proudly stood around the front of the store 20 minutes before closing doing important things like talking to eachoyher and locking th doors when they could have been cashing people out or getting another cashier. seemed like priorities are far from good service. thanks though. Ill just shop at Amherst N.Falls Blvd
Tonight I’m go to buy the location Target. 1 of the cashier make me met and unhappy. Next time I don’t want to go and buy again. Very bad customer service. I’m ask to manger but the manger also didn’t come and see me. I’m waiting in front of the counter almost 20 minutes. So bad
Love store and Store managers and some employees but some in the front customer service are terrible in helping others and answering questions to customers just shouldn’t be in front customer service area but overall it’s a good store years ago it was much better customer service
Easy to find everything, nice staff and much shorter lines then at Wal-Mart, most things are only 1 or 2 cents more then at Wal-Mart too, and their clothing and shoes last much longer and are made so much better then other places with similar prices.. also when you ask someone who works there where something is or how much something costs, they will help you every time (unlike at other stores the workers act like they cant hear you and walk away).. its very nice.. also the store is clean and the shelves are always need, organized, and stocked..
Me and the broskis went out and all went here the roads were kinda hard for peyton to cross he kept messing around but none the less we got there and it was epic we stopped at the food area and stacked up on cheap target warm up pizzas and chicken fingers OH.... AND DONT FORGET THE POPCORNy so yeah me and the bros picked up hot cheetos and candy we ran down the whole target and some lady was like you guuys are cool.... lol and WE WAS LIKE thanks lady then we had an awkward conversation with the cashiers but then we left and headed home #LITTARGET
When me and the boys meet up you know we going to target to get the hot cheetos and coke and meet my friends hot gf that works there. We always spend all of our money getting the best food best drinks to waste our time staying up all night play doki doki literature club. Its super unhealthy but its worth it to be with my boys. #target4lyfe
Lost my order for order pic up and were very nonchalant about it will not ever do order pick up st this target again I needed this item for a child birthday party the order was delivered and said to be at the store a day a head of time I get there and the order is missing do not do order pick up here beware

2022-04-30This was the first time I used the drive-up pick up and I really loved it. Used the Target app and it only took about 2 hours from the time I placed my order. Super easy and quick. I will definitely be doing this again instead of waiting to have the product shipped to my home.

2022-06-05Unreal not one register open only self check out and over 30 people in line. No less then 5 employees looking on and doing nothing to help. This is so unlike this location. I hope this is not the new norm.

2022-01-02I commend the workers here who have continued to provide exceptional customer service, especially into the holiday season - and there is no shortage of these incredible workers at this particular Target. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’m really impressed by how kind, considerate, and helpful the employees are. Kudos to this Target and their quality team members!

2021-10-01Just trying to shop and earn my rewards before the offer expires today (meaning I’ve spent $200 in the last week here) and their racial profiling a$$ secret shoppers are following me around because black must mean thief. I have a video too. Too bad for them I’m a soon to be psychologist and their “oh my God she’s looking play it off pick up anything” routine was soooo OBVIOUS. Usually I ignore this but working so hard as a mom of 6 and shopping late night because it’s my only free time just be be subjected to this is just sad and honestly embarrassing l.

2021-12-24If I could give a zero I would!! I ordered my son a TV for Christmas and they said it would be ready in an hour. My husband drove the 40 minutes to get it and they said they sent an email that the order was canceled bc they didn’t have any in stock (after it said they did). It’s been 4 hours and I still haven’t received the email that it was canceled and now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my $300.00 that they took for something they didn’t even have!! They didn’t even try to help me!

2021-12-18I was in target earlier today ,I go up to the cashier and say hey how are ya in which she proceeds to talk under her breathe in which I can only assume was something rude. After she takes 2 mins a piece to scan each item ,I pay and then I look up to say have a good night in which I noticed she walked off and was pacing around near the register. Like ok Ive worked in customer service I understand having a bad day etc but she was blatantly rude for no reason. Unacceptable.

2021-11-27Always packed, never enough employees to cash out, they dont even have carts or baskets available half the time, skip this place if you ever need to by more than 1 or 2 overpriced items. And the bathrooms are always closed....terribly run target, disgusting in here and confusing
