LOVE!!! LOVE!!! LOVE THIS STORE.It always has everything I need from a white shirt for my childs concert that obviously just told me about the night before to fresh fruit and dairy free icecream. The staff is always helpful to answer any questions. I love the variety of snacks. I always find my organic chips with flax seeds here♡♡.
Great selection at this branch. Very clean as well. Go quite often and the staff is always very friendly. Had a great experience today. Rosam was so sweet and so helpful. She saw I was struggling to fit a big box in my cart with my 3yr old sitting in the front and offered to give me a hand. She gave great advice for certain products I needed and felt she really went the extra mile for me:). Thanks Rosam!
We just came back from late foods shopping and we had a major problem with employees there. Amanda, gave us a whole nine yards attitude because we were just want to verify how to use the coupons right and she just walked away while we’re talking..I don’t know how Target’s application form works but they should train their employees better than that. Good buy and good luck Target 👎
I had a very good experience over here, loved it. Went to buy fruits, ended up buying clothes for my wife, 🍟, 🐔 nuggets and many more.This is a departmental store in the store sense. The food quality is good and have large variety.The best part of this store is it has got an All point 🏧 , so guys having travel ATM cards can take out cash from here without any extra charges.
On more than one occasion, Ms. Shivoni of Target Guest Services at Broadway Mall, Hicksville, NY provided very helpful customer service with a cheerful face and greetings. Well Done Ms. Shivoni !!Great Five Star Customer Service during contactless delivery right in my cars trunk. Let me call it not a business service but humane community service. Thanks Target !
Target has great prices and excellent selection of items BUT dont expect great service from the customer service desk. The team is focused on tasks- retrieving stock, discussing breaks and doing anything they can to not help a waiting guest. Unless there is a line they dont call for help even though they know you are waiting. Your time isnt their concern. Target needs to realize that the longer they make us wait to return is LESS time we have to shop and spend more. Get on the ball Target fix your return desk!
This Target is huge. They have a huge selection of items. The staff was very friendly as well. We went to pick up an online order during Thanksgiving weekend and were so surprised to see how the staff was handling the crowd. They were calm, kind and courteous all along the store.
My husband and I were trying to make a quick run into the Hicksville target. My husband who is an ESSENTIAL WORKER (RN), did not let him cut the long line. We spoke to the manager at this target, he told him he has to wait in the line because it is not fair for those who are standing in line. BEWARE.....ESSENTIAL WORKERS, TARGET DOES NOT SUPPORT US!!!
I used Target’s school assist feature for my back to school shopping this year. Items were competively priced and the package was significantly cheaper than ordering through my school! I was able to do my shopping from my home and my in store wait time for my items took all of 2 minutes!
I come to this target all the time and dont have many issues. The staff isnt the greatest, but I typically dont let it bother me. The young woman who checked me out today was another story. Not only was she texting while checking me out, but she then proceeded to pick the grime out of her fake acrylic nails. Thats just disgusting, they should be a hygiene standard for all employees. She was touching the fruit I was purchasing after that. 🤢
In store pick up up feature is a nightmare. Orders not going through due to unavailability after order is placed, was at it for hours changing and canceling items back and forth... six tries later had to separate order into 3 separate ones, the third one even though verified by email, after super long wait not available to pick up.... nightmare, never again. Not to mention I have to call and waste more time tomorrow trying to get refunds of some orders that got canceled due to unavailability of products... NIGHTMARE, dong use the instore pick up option most items come back unavailable in an email an hour after placing the order and some items even though verified by email, and a long wait at customer service, unavailable!!! Not to mention everyborder even if it comes back on email as unavailable credit card still gets Charged.... every time .... again I store pick up feature is a true nightmare
Nice store, it was being restocked while I was there. I wish the clientele were as nice. When I walked in, a customer was belligerently yelling at an associate, going on about how the associate wasn’t American...absolutely disgusting, rascist behavior. I alerted a manager, who was already aware of it and handled the situation. I guess that man was living up to the name of “Hicksville”.
Lorraine from order pick up was so rude and not helpful, she didn’t say any word when I was at the counter to pick up my order. They also had given me wrong item, so i went after 10 minutes and said I need a receipt which I didn’t receive since it was pick up order and she gave me those weird looks and weird emotions saying go to return and exchange counter.
Thought I left a product behind, so I called to see if they had it. They said they did, and to come in with my receipt. When I did, they said their cameras show me leaving with the product. I wouldnt be pissed except for the fact that I came back specifically to get that product. Very poor customer service.
Handiapped carts not charged, 1 in the parking lot. If I had used the cart I would not have been able to reach top 2-3 rows of cereals. Some other rows very high and narrow.Not a store conducive to a handicap shopper shopping alone who does not want to ask for help from unwilling people.I would rate Hicksville handicap unassessible.WHO DESIGNS YOUR STORES?.
If you think like me, Target has everything in its Bulleye; it sure knows how to keep it there! It sure does as I know from a warranty coverage that I got on a very dear piece of merchandise I got as a gift! If I could put a bullseye bonus in the review up top I would!!!!
My experience at target was Horrible. The people outside of target who pick up the shopping carts are un respectful. They almost hit you with a shopping cart. They dont know the word exuse me and they dont know the word respect. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.😡😡👎👎.The man who does this is about 50 years old, hes short.
Please triple check the expiration dates of any of the perishable foods that are sold in the Target in Hicksville NY. Due to its convenience I shop at this Target a lot. On multiple occasions I have found them to be selling stale Milk. The dates have ranged from a couple of days old to a couple of weeks old. When I was shopping there on Nov 6th I saw Horizon Chocolate Milk with date of 10-31-2013. In mid July I saw Target Market Pantry Milk with an expiration date of 6/29/2013. Ive brought this up to management and associates there every time Ive found expired milk. This issue still persists. Ive gotten explanations that the vendors are at fault. Employees have told me they will address it but yet it still happens at this Target. Ive also found expired Target brand potato chips for sale as well as expired hot dogs being sold. When I tell their associates they will take the stuff off the shelves quickly but other than that it just sits there. Please be careful when shopping for groceries or other perishable items at this Target. They do have good prices but it is really buyer beware when shopping here.
What a horrible Experience when in there too go buy a bunch of stuff Asked the woman at the register if there was a coupon she looked which was very nice and said there was none I then looked online and seen there was 20% off the order which then I asked register lady if she would do it and she said I need to speak to the manager so the manager comes over and tells me I cant do itWord of advice why do you need manages if they gonna tell you the same thing that people to register dont tell you save some money get rid of the its all about customer service I drove my car to get to your location for you to tell me that I can only do it onlineNot the correct way to do business Im sorry choke a target will be another one of those companies that just fold eventually.... Never any help available. And if you ever need to call to see if a product is in stock, you will not have your call answered. Waited on the phone and finally someone picked up, transferred me before I was finnished asking my question. and after 15 rings someone picked up the phone and hung up . Horrible customer service.

2021-07-14Nice selection of womans cloths. Mens department geared toward teens and young adults, not much variety. Only complaint I have is everytime I go in here there are groups of teens running wild. It seems to be like a hang out. Music was very inviting.

2022-06-13I truly enjoy shopping here. It’s a peaceful experience and usually everything is in stock. It’s conveniently located to my house so going there if I forget some thing is super quick. I also love the drive up option so if I don’t want to go in the store I can always purchase everything online and do a quick pick up.

Shelves not always stocked well, and yet staff members are always blocking aisles with pallets, carts, or hand trucks.UPDATE 9/10/19: Store has been remodeled and looks nice, but the shelves continue to be a mess, and almost nothing you are looking for is ever in stock.Update 12/26/20- Store remains poorly stocked despite staff with carts and pallets blocking aisles while restockingUpdate 8/1/21- Store still remains poorly stocked. Aisle after aisle of empty shelves.

2022-01-11Went inside here to pickup something I ordered on the app, it was a breeze to pickup, scanned the code the app gave me and in a minute or so they gave me my item, and then I needed something for my toddler, the pants were lacking a little but there were plenty of socks and pajamas. Overall it was a good experience.

2021-12-22I visited target yesterday to return something, it was really busy but the service was very quick, and very organized. And the girl who helped me was really nice and polite. I don’t usually do the surveys but this Hicksville target is the best and I think she deserves it. Thank you target for always bringing a smile on a kids face and shout out to Ishita.

2019-08-09Sadly this target store is making my love for target go down. Since the redo the aisles are much smaller and makes it a hassle if there are a bunch of people in that aisle. (Or they moved an entrance to an aisle in the middle of a pole.) The workers have to pay more attention to labeling their products. They also need to handle the products better as Ive seen a ton of products damaged in the shelves. They are always out of stock on a lot of items which makes me have to go to another store to get items I need.

2021-12-18Waleed in the tech department was rude when ringing me up today. He seemed to make the customer he rung up before me uncomfortable but I couldn’t hear what was said. When he rung me up, he raised his voice at me in a nasty tone when I couldn’t hear what he told me to press on the card machine, and when I wished to skip entering my PIN and asked what I could press to skip it he said to me, “You have to enter the PIN; don’t you know that?” I was stunned by the attitude but I’m shy so I didn’t confront him, so I completed my purchase and went to customer service to inform management about this guy.The lady I spoke to in customer service was very understanding and kind. I won’t stop shopping here because it’s the closest Target to me, but I won’t be dealing with Waleed if I see him in tech.

2020-12-31Worker was very nice and order came out very quickly. I had a really good experience ordering online to pickup curbside. As I am immuno compromised I really appreciate this service being offered by stores. Other stores have kept me sitting in my car waiting up to 30 minutes but target asks to be notified when your leaving and when you have arrived. I clicked I had arrived when I was searching for where to park and my order was waiting there for me when I pulled into a spot. Excellent service!!!
