The security at door today(March19th am) is awesome. Give him a break. The ladies in red shirt are rude, helpless and rac1st. Specially the one with Love is Love tshirt. Not all hispanic are thieves.... dummie.

This is the smallest target I have seen so far but surprisingly they managers to have complete variety in that place including clothes, groceries, toys, fruits, crockery, cell phones etc. I have bought couple of thing and prices were also reasonable.

Unlike the other reviews, I don’t think this target is that small (Atleast for NYC). It has two floors with a decent amount of products available. Unfortunately not many registers and is usually packed, so on peak hours expect to be on line for a while.

This Target has been helpful and resourceful in the East Village!! The staff especially Ron was super helpful and kind during my shopping there. They have essentials items and a great spot for emergency pick ups.

What a horrific experience i had at this store because of inefficient communication and a complete lack of professionalism. i bought a pair of beats earbuds at the end of march at this location and almost immediately i noticed that the battery life was subpar so i decided to return it and thought it would be no issue since the product was less than a week old and i had the receipt. oh, but it WAS an issue. i threw out the box (as one does when one purchases an item for $130 and has insurance for said item) so i brought the product back to the store with the manual and instructions along with the receipt to return. when i went to return it, i was told by a team member that because i didn’t have the charging cord, i couldn’t return it. that was annoying but i understood and planned to bring it back to the store with the cord when i was in the neighborhood because it’s out of my way. so i went to the store today with the almighty cord and was ready to get my $130 back. but that would have made too much sense. a team member took the product, scanned the receipt and i was ready to get my money back. then this person called the manager over so the manager would let me know that that was not going to happen (after the team member made it seem like it was.) the manager jorge informed me that because i didn’t have the box for the item that i would not be getting my $130 back. i said i didn’t understand and he persisted to tell me that in 2022, in a corporation like target, that an item i purchased and have the receipt for because the computer system doesn’t have a feature that allows a human to manually enter an item’s serial number that i would not get my money. i’m being sarcastic but that’s what i gleaned because that’s what i was told — that the box was almighty and without it, my $130 was as good as trash. i wasn’t even offered an exchange for the product or a gift card. so i left the store annoyed after a chorus of other team members pleaded that poor little target in 2022 didn’t have a feature in its system whereby a serial number could be entered. not willing to let my hard-earned money go down the drain over a response that seemed asinine, i karenly called target’s customer service where i proceeded to get the runaround from equally inept but at least compassionate folks that told me that it wasn’t impossible to enter the serial number manually and that a return being accepted was at the discretion of the manager. that took 40 minutes. during this time, i discovered the serial number PRINTED ON THE ITEM. i kept the supervisor on the phone and returned to the store. i spoke to another manager who let me again know that the item return was contingent on having the box. i explained that the supervisor on the phone told me something different and that the serial number was PRINTED ON THE ITEM. this person asked me which manager i spoke with earlier and i said jorge. the manager then called jorge over while i’m waiting on the phone with the supervisor for what seemed like forever. jorge appeared and then disappeared and this new manager came back and said that the issue was with the serial number and it needing to be scanned from the box and proceeded to gaslight me even though the serial number was ON THE ITEM. ultimately, this manager said that the issue wasn’t the box, the serial number or the fact that it was monday, but it was that the store was too small and couldn’t offer a return. so sad. small little mom-and-pop shop, target, couldn’t afford to give me my money back for their item. all totaled, this errand took almost 2 hours. finally, i called a BiGgEr store at atlantic-barclays and they said that since the serial number was PRINTED ON THE ITEM that i could return it and they did give me all of my money back. avenue a target is trash and a perfect fit for all of the gentrifier karens that it caters to. imagine if i didn’t have the day off today, the extra metrocard swipe or the patience to tolerate such ineptitude?! i would have lost out on my hard-earned money. will avoid this location at all costs in the future.

Ever since i lived in California, Target was a preferrence it has grocery, electronic and department store, they even have pharmacy here. Reason i like this 14 st. location.I can look for electronic or personal apparel at the same time do grocery. Today i was looking for DSLR camera for good deal prices. I know they have some sale from time to time. I did buy some electronics here before like printer, sd cards etc. They do have some few entry level cameras, not the full frame camera i was looking for. Then i proceeded to look for me some winter stuff and do grocery instead.Staff are helpful here and ready to answer and look for items you need.

Idk guys. At first I was like no way target belongs here. But like.. the prices are good and at the end of the day I’m a consumer. That said, I’ve been here a few times now and it always seems understocked somehow. Idk if it’s a busy location or what. And whenever I try to preorder online, this location seems to never have the item I’m looking for. I put a bunch of photos so maybe you guys can see what I’m talking about. This home goods section does seem pretty useful here and I notice that the makeup aisles always seem busy so I put a bunch of pics of that so maybe that’ll be useful.

This is literally the worst target on planet earth. Its rare that they have what you need in stock. Also the workers have never once gotten my pickup order correct. Its annoying
