I never had an issue until tonight, I was next on the self checkout line, when a rude b....came out of nowhere and cut in front of me. Told her theres a line on the side and she said she didnt care she got there first, yes because she cut everyone waiting. I tried to explain to the employee at the self checkout that they have to do better at managing the self checkout line since people like that woman cut in front. His response was that theres nothing he could do about it that I should have been there Christmas eve and wished he had help from the manager and other employees. That was not MY PROBLEM or the answer he should have given, he was very rude and he responded....
I have been a Target customer for many years and I have also been a Target pickup customer for many years. The people who work at the pickup counter are extremely professional and polite. They have absolutely no negative attitude. In addition they are quick. I highly recommend placing a pickup order at Target.
I just went shopping today at Target and had to make a bunch of returns. The employee making returns was Larraine. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism and her work ethic. She was incredibly busy but was so good natured about everything while trying to work as fast and as efficiently as possible even working on 2 different cash registers at one point. Wish there we more people out there like her! Definitely made the shopping experience so much better!
The staff there was so disrespectful , shameless worker who was being rude i always shop at the same spot by putting the card annual , but she asked me for my id , and the security people who are staring at us the whole time we were shopping ,like we doing something wrong. making us feel uncomfortable while shopping , very bad , really disappointed , never shopping at this location .
Shopping in-store was good but don’t know if we are actually safe inside.Came by the other day, walked in and just saw security just talking by the shopping carts by the entrance doing nothing with the lady that cleans the carts. Then when I’m walking by the frozen food I seen two guest without no face mask. I don’t know if that’s security job, but they seem more distracted talking to the girl. So I don’t know how is that keeping target safe.
I’m not much of a fan of target but I always thought they had a variety of clothes for all kinds of women until I went to buy clothes for myself, I ended up getting upset because their M and L clothes are literally S I tried to get their biggest shirt I could find but they weren’t for a nice day out it was more like stay in home clothes and if you go the plus section it’s to big, so if you ever trying to buy Medium or large clothes there just go somewhere else is not worthy. Overall not a place for me, also it would be nice if they have more variety of shoes
The old lady in electronics was giving me an attitude problem she was very rude to me, why? because of a little complain I made that she wasn’t doing her job. Well It’s true. why are you gonna spend forever on a guest when you have another employee in electronics who could assist the other customer in terms of opening a simple case to get the item they request instead of having her just clean up the department. But No. forcing me to wait forever because the other employee doesn’t have the key to open the case. Whats the point of having another worker there if she cant do a simple task. Then she goes around saying shes been there too long for this. Ill make it simple, if you don’t like your job, then quit. if you can’t take a simple complaint, then stop bringing it up while serving me in my next visit. But no. she was very rude to me and I did not appreciate her tone, that’s poor service right there. Get another employee to assist in electronics or replace her. I do not need an employee holding a grudge against me or reminding me of poor service. Just let me get the item I request, I will pay for it, and I’m on my way. Making me wait for a simple thing? please...
I do all my food shopping at Target 🎯. Did I also mention makeup 💄 toiletries, bath & kitchen supplies, decorations, electronics, furniture, eye exams with designer glasses like Gucci, Coach and many more plus my prescriptions at their pharmacies and clothes for the entire family. Well what don’t they have?! One stop for all your needs. I never have to ask the price, their scanners are all over. I don’t know if every Target has all of these things, but The College Point location has all that, plus great sales. I never leave without a shopping cart overflowing‼️
This target is big and organized. They have a good inventory but the employees can be more friendlier The signage in the store is horrible. They don’t give you price match if they forgot to remove old prices. The staff needs be knowledgeable on promos and coupon rules. Straight lazy and unhelpful.
The Target at College Point is a convenient location with available parking basically at Targets front door. Besides that, there was a special line for orders pick up which made everything easy. Customer service is excellent, noticed me on the general line and asked if I came for pick up directing me to the correct area.
This target store is cleaner than most and the folks on the floor and in the pharmacy department are exceptionally helpful and nice. The only reason I cannot give it five stars: While the shelves are well stocked, like all target stores, they often lack items I need are missing on the shelves. Also the prices in the store do not match the website.
They were quick and friendly. It is my go-to store when I need to get something quickly and not worry about long lines. With their self checkout sections on both ends of the store I am out within 10 minutes or less. Even returning something is super easy because the lines arent long. I have even ordered online and the pickup is a separate line. That took 2 minutes. So great!
The associates Destiny, logan and Kenneth who helped me tonight were amazing. I bought over $100 worth of food earlier today because I was supposed to have my children returned to me from ACS. Unfortunately, situations arose that kept that from happening. Tonight I had to go back to return the items because they would have spoiled, went stale or gone to waste. I didnt want to go because I was so upset at what had transpired earlier in the day but with 15 min left till closing I felt like it may have been a good distraction. I was rite. It was. I told Destiny why I was returning the items and without judgement or hesitation she apologized to me and said that she hoped I would see my kids soon. She even gave me her best wishes when I saw her afterward in the parking lot. Logan did all he could to make my return happen as there was an issue with the card it was purchased on. And Kenneth, well, he had a 60 bar box of Airhead candy in his hand that he was about to buy for himself and when I asked if he was putting it in a return bin to put back on the shelf and I would purchase it he automatically said that he was going to purchase it himself but handed It to me and went to the aisle and got himself another box. Airheads are my fav candy in the world and I eat them by the ton during stressful situations!!! They did something nice for me today when I felt like the world was against me. My whole family said they didnt want me to be alone tonight and I said all I wanted to do was go to Target and then to bed. I went to Target and you know what? I didnt feel alone. I hope you are able to show them this and I hope this shows you the value of your employees. Thank you for making this experience an unforgettable one.
If I could a negative star rating I would. I just shopped for two hours there. I two feet away from my cart and someone took my cart. The customer service didn’t seem to really care. The security there checked the camera footage and said a customer took my cart. They said there was nothing that could be done. I was finishing up and by the registers near the door. I noticed there were like 50 carts at one doorway but no carts at the doorway near me. It’s not the stores fault!? Why not actually organize your carts on a manner that makes sense - so that people don’t walk in a take other people’s carts? Or maybe be concerned even!
Good parking and convenient for me but they are the worst with keeping up with stock. I come regular, the very least once or twice a week, and they were out of milk for a solid two weeks! My roommate is obsessed with the watermelon water they sell and it’s regularly out of stock too. But you can stalk the clearance sections for great buys.
I wasnt expecting the staff to hold a PhD degree but, at the very least please train your employee how to read.Theres this deal to buy 4 Crest products and get a $5 gift card. Placard is on the shelf, deal is also on the Target app. Yet the staff refused to give me my gift card.I dont know. Theres no such deal. This is not rightEven she literally saw the deal she still denied it. Until a manager person stopped by and acknowledged this deal.Not a pleasant experience
Customer service is always A1! Came into Target looking for the heart shaped waffle maker since my previous waffles maker has become old and the nonstick component is no longer existent and who doesn’t want heart shaped waffles? The heart shaped provides that extra kick of love in the morning. I went to the designated aisle the waffle maker should have been in according to the target app and was unsuccessful in finding it, so I decided to settle of the regular shaped maker. As I was walking to check out I said let me check the Valentine’s Day section Incase they were misplaced and an employee thought it was a seasonal item but once again I was unsuccessful. As I approached check out my body initially walked to customer service where I was greeted by Naomi & Kristine. These two girls changed my whole target experience. THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE MY WAFFLE MAKER!!!!!!!!!!! They we’re static to help me in my quest and called Andrew to come assist us. Andrew was able to locate the item in the back and bring it to me in no time! These three individuals made the day of an individual who was desperately looking for this merchandise. Each one needs to be acknowledge for their hard work & dedication to customer service and need to be recognized within target as a Asset! Thank you Naomi, Kristine & Andrew! May my heart shaped waffles always fill you with dedication to assist the next customer!
The cashier on the counter no 9 showed me attitude when i requested her to only put shoes on the bag. I think she was from india but Im definitely sure that she lacks manners. Since, I was getting late, I was unable to report her to the concerned authority. I hope target provides some manner lesson to her!!!
Love this target I live nearby I go shopping maybe 4 times a week here but i have to say putting portal potties in front of the store is not a good look that’s just one thing then I visited the store today and my son needed to use the bathroom so I walked him over it was disgusting I checked all 4 it was gross I think I’ll be visiting another target for a while.
Make an extra order for Pepperidge Farm Shortbread Cookies. You know everyone loves them and people buyem really quick. Every time I check cookies isle, its always out of stock, so annoying. Dont you guys check what products are sold fast on your system and that you have to restock them asap?
Now realizing this was a nationwide issue, I saw how organized at least some of the lines were during #targetdown, except here. Everybody were literally all over placed with no organized lines and lots of cutting on line. This destroyed the reputation of customer service to compete against Amazon. I am now going back to Amazon. Even if their system goes down, I am at least in the comfort of my own home. I ended up abandoning the shopping cart and going back home to Amazon.
Its just not worth the hassle anymore. From the horrible corporate-chosen music playlist in the parking lot and in the store (Christmas music in late January??) to the bland thoughtless designs of products and clothing and always discovering everything has gone up another 10% in price, I feel like Im not missing anything from them anymore.
Big store, spacious, good prices, lines are ok, organized, but I noticed one thing... a woman employee organizing clothes. She was organizing a batch of sweaters, and they were ON the floor. A consumer would assume what theyre buying are clean clothes, but obviously not. They are getting dirty because they are laid on the floor. Couldnt they put them on top of the rack? Some people have no common sense.
I really had a bad experience at the counter no. 9. I think she was an Indian girl. I asked her to put only the shoes in the bag but she got annoyed and threw the shoe at the counter. Since I was getting late I could not complain her to the manager. I hope she learns some manners.
Ridiculous and outrageous costumer service! I spoke to an employee named Robin on December 2, 2018 at 8:42pm at the guest services department; another target assured that their inventory showed 6 of the products I was looking for, she replied that she understands English ! Completely uncalled for, that an employee of target a store I go all the time would reply with such attitude. Felt so disrespected and hope management takes action or else they will continue to lose customers. I will never recommend this location again, they officially lost me and my family as their customers.
What can I say about my experience at Target...its the same as usual, crowded as f, they renovated and moved everything around so nobody knows where anything is. As far as checking out very fast very quick as usual whether at self-checkout or going to the regular registers
I would say that of all the Target stores in the NYC area, this Target in College Point is the most well organized. It is big and the check out is fast. All merchandise is well displayed and accessible. The aisles are wide: so that theres no bumping with fellow shoppers.I would wholeheartedly recommend this Target store.
The staff in this place are really unaware and unprofessional. Their are some teenagers playing with the rideable carts and the staff says nothing to them. Instead they follow people that are not suspicious. I feel like their security department is horrible and are not aware of suspicious on non-suspicious customers. Why follow a guard from another company that has come to this store to purchase items for his lunch?
Prices here are nothing great and place is always crowded. They never have all the registers open which leads to long lines during checkout. The couple of things that are good is they do have a good selection of items you can get there and the restrooms are always clean . Otherwise nothing special, just another big chain retailer
I got stranded in New York after my flight to Texas from Canada during the BIG snow storm and didn’t have anything with me. I went into the makeup section in a hurry one of the employees named Sophia helped me find everything I needed. So happy with this customer service in this store. Hopefully i will visit it again.
Love target, but the people who work at customer service are a pain at this location. Just had to leave my whole purchase because cartwheel didnt go through at the register. Girl voided my WHOLE PURCHASE instead of the item I needed to get money back on. Money doesnt go back on a credit card the second you void something 🙄🤬
It was pretty easy but the staff at the College Point location does not have enough room to process orders so close to the Exchange & Returns area. The staff today were very nice and courteous but I could see they were a bit overwhelmed and stretched thin in certain areas.
I loooooove this Target! I go way out of my way to go to it. It has tons of parking and its huge inside! Theyve got a great fresh food section now too, and the prices are more like LI prices than NYC prices too. The womens bathroom is pretty big and really clean, which isnt always the case at Target :) ample self checkout and the whole place is usually pretty neat and clean.
I like my Target, its easy to get to and the staff are always able and willing to help you. And right now with this Covid19 going on, I thank every one at Target for being there and making it easy and cleaner to go and buy what I need for my family. The salesperson in electronics was unprofessional and lacked the basics in customer service. The only reason I did not give a zero was because the gentleman who was working with the carts had such a sweet and pleasant disposition that he made me smile on my way out of the store.
Not the best place to shop. The employees are not the nicest n refuse to give you the items at the sale n advertised price, even when you show them proof, they are also races n follow minority as if they were thiefs. I dont recommend this particular Target store location, but I do highly recommend other Target like the 1 at Queens Mall n the 1 at college point by the #7 train.
Best Target in Queens. They have a big parking lot, big store, it can get really busy, but normally it is staffed pretty well. This place gets a lot of business and lines do get long sometimes, but they do move quickly. Ive been to other department stores, and other Targets where the lines are sluggish or a mess. This place has a good layout and responsive team.
Went to target right when they opened to buy the clorox items on sale, and they only had like for 2 families on the shelf, which isnt cool. Plus the other stuff on sale that started today, not one on the shelfe. Then i went to return a toy i got at another target and the girl tells me i have to go there to return it. Thats so wrobg on every level. And they seem to get away with it.
I didnt personally visit, I called for some help regarding a defective TV Id purchased the day before. The customer service quality was not good and I felt rushed. I understand its holiday time and it can be busy but I still expect at least a certain level of service to be provided. 😑
Worst customer service!!!! They advertised a sale on water but of course there was no water. I went to customer service for a rain check but they told me that “not all items have rain checks and I have to wait til they bring more water out.” I asked to speak to a manager and both of the customer service people lied and said, “There is no manager!!!!” There was a manager. I called the store when I got home. Find a different Target. This one doesn’t deserve your hard earned money. I won’t be going back!
Jared, by far is the best worker they have, I called in to find a product I was seeking. After calling and going to a bunch of stores saying they have it and they didnt, Jared told me about a product that was the same, that I never knew about, and turned out to be better than what I was looking for. Hands down a great employee.
Great super store for everything, including a food supermarket. I just bought some nice fresh pork chop pack and some yoga dishes. I hardly do my clothes shopping here. I used to buy a lot home stuff here, but I need no more of those. I will buy some eye drop package here plus my simple headache relievers here. There are plenty of open cashiers, so you dont have worry about waiting on long lines to pay. It is a fair value store and I look forward to come here more often, if I stay living around here.
I ordered six of these items and was told they only had four in Customer Service. I paid for the four and went out on the sales floor only to find there were two more available. Why couldnt they have added those two to my order?I received an early e-mail that the order was ready to be picked up and then an e-mail that said it wasnt ready. This has also happened with the store in Rockville, Maryland.
Stuff that was supposed to be in stock according to the website AND according to the handheld device of a stock person who helped me, was not in stock. Rather frustrating. Also they had the same thing in two locations. Also the aisle the stock person sent me too did not exist, so we got a bit lost. But staff was polite, and prices were good.
Target is always pretty orderly and easy to find the things I am looking for. I always go to Target because I feel I get the best deals here. The reason why I knock stars off is because the self-checkout area is always chaotic, and also today I made a purchase of 3 baby oils where I can get a $5 Target giftcard in return. There was a Target employee who was refilling the bags at my station, and when I went to scan my current Target giftcard (one that I had received from a similar purchase at Target) to add the new $5 onto it so that I would not have multiple Target giftcards, the employee took the giftcard out of my hand, scanned it, saw that the $5 was taken off the purchase and then threw out the giftcard into the trashcan, not knowing that I still had $5 remaining on the giftcard! I know that you cannot apply a new giftcard amount to the current purchase and that it must be used in the next purchase. I had to confirm this with my receipt and check the giftcard balance online on the spot. I had to fish for my giftcard in the trashcan for this, which was covered in coffee from someone elses trash. Absolutely disgusting! When the employee noticed that I was by the exiting area of the self-checkout section checking my receipt, she peered at my receipt, and said that I had $5.00 on the giftcard. I looked at her and said Thank gosh I took it out of the trashcan then! She just walked away with no apology or response. Horrible service!
Target has been my mini-mall to hang out with my friends ever since I was in high school. Whenever I take 20B going back home, I get off right in front of this Target and make sure that I stop by to fool around! Since it is one of the biggest corporate retailers, it obviously has varieties of products and food you can buy.My experience with the cashiers have been great and their customer service department has been helpful. The floors are neat and inside of the store is clean in general. Oh, they have a giant parking lot and I have never had a problem parking at this Target. I suppose the only downside is that the cost is relatively high compare to its competitor, Walmart, but we all know that Walmart doesnt really exist in NYC :) Enjoy your shopping here and I can only wish that your experience at this Target will be as good as mine!
• English: Today, believe it or not, my fiancée and I faced discrimination at this Target store. If the worker who did the following says different, I dare her. When my fiancée and I walked into the store, we noticed that our cell phones were low on battery; therefore, we decided to leave them at the charging station. After getting most of the shopping done, two hours after, we decided to come back and collect the cell phones. However, I decided to wait for my fiancée 20 feet away from the charging station. Notice a bench or a comfortable chair for the new apartment we just moved in. I chose to sit down and close my eyes to feel the comfort of it and less than a minute, and a worker approached me, stating that I cannot sleep on the chair.I explained to her that I was trying the chair, and I was not sleeping. I noticed that there were Asians people also sitting, but the funny part is that she never directs herself to them. I decided to get up and not try the chairs anymore. When my fiancée came back after two to three minutes, she liked the same sit that I was sitting and closing my eyes. I just thought it was a comfortable chair, and my partner agreed. I decided to sit again on another chair to continue trying and see which one we will take. Less than a minute, the same worker comes back again with a lousy attitude stating that we are not allowed to sit down for more than five minutes on the chair and we had to leave. I confronted her and asked, why dont you say anything to those people {in this case the Asians} that were sitting on other comfortable chairs as wells. She answered; I will tell them, I am doing my rounds, however, the worker never say anything to anybody else, but my fiancée and myself. I made a report right away to the manager. The manager provided apologies on behalf of the disrespectful employee, and for the horrible experience, the worker made us go through. I saw when the manager was speaking to the worker, and the worker was making gestures like I dont care. Honestly, the store is a great place to shop but beware of employees who sometimes want to run the store as if its theirs, regardless of the social values, diversity of cultures that exist in this state of New York.
Big store great atmosphere only reason I give four stars because customer service couldn’t help me with my problem for 20 minutes and then an employee named Raf came and he accomplished what they couldn’t in 2 minutes asked how I was and made me laugh. Overall one of the nicest Targets I’ve visited
Always good to get the essentials at Target, and ever since they added groceries I find myself in Target as an all in one stop. This one is much better than the location by Queens Center Mall--the staff there is often not helpful, and the customers can act like barbarians. But having said that, it can still get pretty crazy and the lines tend to run long.
Stay away from Customer Service Manager Megan... she knows nothing about customer service or how to treat a customer. I think she was planted by Walmart to get people to never shop at Target again. She changed her story 3 times, couldnt find the policy to back up her lies and was absolutely nasty! Had no respect for my time, kept me there 45 minutes for a pick up order with NO LINE while my wife and 18 month old slept in the car as the store was closing. She acted like I was a nuisance and would do everything she could to find a reason to refuse me a price match, again even to make up lies to do so. Including spending 10 mins looking for someone with an Amazon app that doesnt have prime after her Target device that they use for price matching confirmed the price 10 mins before. Basically she was wearing me down bc she knew I had a baby sleeping in the car just so I leave without getting what I needed. Anyway, if you request a manger, and you see a red head named Megan come to you, immediately ask for someone else. Dont bother telling her anything, she will make your day bad and make your issue even worse.
Not a friendly store. Worker doesnt want to help you unless you keep asking them. Online pickup was the worse i ever seen. Waited for 15 mins for items that saying ready to pickup 4 hours ago. They actually went to the actual location to get it for me. From my understanding that online purchase means u can skip the lines n trouble finding it. All I got was waited for 15 mins that I could of go get them my self n get in to the line for less time then the wait. Thanks guys!!!!
I have shopped religiously at this target for years, even more now that I have a child. But I have noticed that recently I have one member the loss prevention tagging along at all times. I have spent thousands at target! From diapers to milk! And this is how target treats their regular customers? I sometimes go twice a week! Now I have a loyal companion, a girl wearing a black baseball hat with blue jeans and a t-shirt following every single move I make. If I was shoplifter why would I keep going to the same store twice a week and wait in line, use coupons and even pull out my cartwheel app and still have to pay a $$$???? You have to train your incompetent security teenagers on how to treat customers! Sad part is that I like to go this location for their parking space and TJMaxx store thats near by.
Baby items such as formula, food, diapers and wipes are a hit or miss, for being in stock. Also formula is priced higher than their website which forces you to wait on the customer service/returns line for a price adjustment ($32 to $25). Generally the staff is helpful.
Since the beginning of this year they somehow find time to change the store around to make it look better but they cant seem to find time to put temporary WIC labels on the price marks. Its so inconvinient for the customer, cashier and pple waiting online when were told the item theyre trying to scan is not WIC approved...
Great place to get what you need. They have everything from a Pharmacy, to milk, clothing, toys, TVs, a Starbucks inside, school supplies, more food......just go, itll be worth it.They have a lot of workers there, some better than others, some more annoying than others. Specifically today 12/11/2016 7:30pm-8:00pm I went to return something. The guy (forgot his name) at the Service Center (or whatever its called where you place your returns) was dancing and singing etc......at first it was cool but then it got obnoxious. Like you can do it in-between but show some respect and not be dancing WHILE talking to a customer! Hope a manager reads this.....theres a time and a place for everything, however there has to be a balance, and while I appreciate the happy, ambient, too much of anything is not good. Hope that made sense.
Great Target store. It is big and spacious and the parking lot is huge but beware it does get full quickly. I find the selection at this Target is better than at others I have been to in Queens. There is a Starbucks inside. Target also price matches to its own website so look up stuff and compare to in store price. Those price differences add up. I like this store a lot. It also is among a few other good stores, Bjs, TJ Maxx, Babies R Us, Petco, and ShopRite.
I shop a lot in target with target Redcard. First time made a order and picked up in this store, only got the result that some one already picked my order by mistake. Manager was SO rude and she shirked responsibility. How did such low mistake happened? My order was just 7 boxes of crayons, who could be that silly to take risk and steal my 20 dollar something order?
Order online and pick up in this store , order confirmation received 12:42pm , mention order will be ready in 2 fxxking hour and 6:00pm Im still sitting in target waiting my order !!! Manager explain : Im sorry about online say 2 hour , the system work like that , you can wait maybe half hour or until 9pm tonight !! . Wow ~ what a awesome answer I got , never ever believe in 2 hour and their sorry dont means anything to me , full of bull shxt !
Unprofesional security at this location. I just purchased some baby wipes at the cashier and the security person sees that I am coming out from the cashier. After she sees me she ask for the receipt as if I stole the crate of wipes. The security only checked me. Others were coming out and she did not check their bagd.
Good store. Just very unfriendly employs.I went to pick up destiny for ps4 which was on sale for $20 5/31/15 i checked web site before i get there and it was for online and pick ups. That is why i went to college point from bayside because this store had 11 items avaliable while other targets were sold out. When i gotthere to pick up destiny the price tag on destiny was still $49.99 so I went to get a worker to help me. I explained the situation about sale and e he wasnt even listening. He said its probly from yesterday it can be different today so I said I just checked website just befor I get here then he said. Ohh then its probly only eligiable for online oh really? Nope it says you guys have it for pickups. Can you check your system to see whats going on? Then he said nahh i cant help you with that. You can goto customer service and show them the website sales with your phone. And they can do the price match for you. he wasnt even looking at me when he say it. Looks like he is just being annoying by customer asking him a questions.Yup 3 workers gather up and just hanging out. Being extremly annoyed by customer asking question. Denie to check the system on their own website and just dump their job to customer service. When I went to customer service there was about 50m long line so I jist came home. There is reason why they still had 11 stocks of destiny for $20 when every other store was sold out. Manger better take a look at their employees and see how they do
This store has no employees to help you with anything you may need! And the two employees that I did run into were too busy chatting on this cell phones to deal with me. You need to train people how to treat customers! And hire people to work with customers! I have been a Target member too long to have to deal with what I dealt with today at Target!
I live in Florida, yet somehow, someone stole my identity and used not my credit card, but my HSA card at your Target in New York. I called your Target, as I also called corporate, and none of you helped me. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back since your store not only did not ask for ID, but apparently someone used my card numbers without having the card. The card is in my possession, yet somehow someone allowed numbers to be used without my consent. Thank you, I am trying to recoup my losses. No wonder your stock has plummeted. Your store nor corporate would help me.
Very Helpful staff in the Baby Dept.,..I visited the store and needed to place an on line order for in store pick up that day..I requested assistance and when the 1st staff encountered problems with the order she reached out to a second staff who was quite knowledgeable...very pleasant, no attitudes, very customer oriented...I have not had this type of service in a while...
I ordered online for store pickup. But after I picked it up and went home, I opened the box and noticed I got an used product someone return and it didn’t work. It was a waste of my time and gas to drive over to pick it up and then return it for a refund. Target should of doubled check if the product was used by the customer before they repackage it and sold it to another customer.
Depends on what you are in the market for. They have a huge selection of almost everything. They are open later than many other stores (usually until 9 but might be earlier on the weekend). They have clothes, items for the house, car accessories, dvds, cds, electronics and more. Prices are very reasonable.
Your online service allow you to believe theres something at the store tells you to available to pick up when you do all the processing work you get to the store to tell you they dont have it this is not good customer service for a company this size they need to get it together
Traveled from BX to Whitestone Expy. Racial profiled and disrespected @queens Target. Police called. Associate refused to hand me $14.00 iPhone cable being exchangedwith receipt. Instructed to do so by dept. Personell. He refused twice and Proceeded to walk across several depts and tried to tap security guard passed en route to front of Cust svc /returns line, then asked cashier ”can he exchange this without the package, No Right?..” I’d had it, I said that was disrespectful how youve treated me. I was met by two police officers I had to difuse before escalation. I fully intend to pursue my legal options.
Well to tell you the truth , I must of had dumb luck because when I went to fitting room , I was approached by ba gorgeous latina that was a target employee.. She opened my for and saw me naked .. She liked what she saw and attacked me =).. I havent had better sex in my life, ps her pipe skills were out of this world
Even though the flushing target is 1 Mile from my home, I prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to the college point target. There is plenty of parking, its free, plus BJs is next door along with old navy, mc Donalds, Starbucks, babies r us, PC Richards. Something for everyone

2022-05-05On May 4, 2022 at night time. I was heading to the customer service area to pick up my orders. I only had a screenshot of the order with barcode. The front desk employee assisting me until he told me that I have a screenshot of the order. I was like I am the person thats picking up the item. I was thinking whats wrong with that. I was ready to provide him my ID but he didnt ask for it. Later on, after I picked up my item. I looked back and this employee gave me a look. Like I did something wrong to him or hes having a bad day. He doesnt have to stare at me like I bothered him. If he doesnt appreciate doing this job please talk to your supervisor and arrange you to somewhere else. Please dont relieve your stress to customers.

2022-05-11Absolutley LOVE Target!! 1 of my favorite All Purpose aKa Department Stores. I personally see Target as a Level UP from Walmart as far as Quality along with the Prices. As they carry items of higher quality (Such as Unisex Clothing, Shoes, Accessories, Handbags as well as clothing for Children, and the Furniture and Home Goods). I love that they also have some unique items and there extensive variety of items, having a great sense of overal style. Prices are definatley good but more increased due to the quality. Every location ive ever been to is very well organized, and maintained greatly and im a VERY frequent shopper who spends hundreds of dollars per visit.I only have 1 PROBLEM with Target which is there Return Policy. They give you actually no problem WITH returning an item, however, if you do not know what you did with the reciept they have this Policy where they CAP your returns at I believe $70 per year and you recieve a Store Credit. Í have absolutley NO PROBLEM AT ALL with getting a Store Credit if ive lost the reciept, but if ur like I am and shop there ALOT spending hundreds of dollars (this isnt a Family Dollar or CVS etc.) On Pricey Home Goods or something of that nature which is NOT CHEAP AT ALL, your stuck with it (ex What if the item itself costs $70 or in that range, thats ALL you can return for the REST OF THE YEAR). Im sorry, but that MUST seriously CHANGE!!🚩🚩NOTE TO TARGET🚩The Return Policy is not at all suitable for your store nor is it fair to your customers ESPECIALLY your faithful customers that continously shop there SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH!! Issuing a Store Credit for someone returning an unused unopened item should NOT whatsoever be CAPPED when your a major Department store especially due to the fact that your prices in MANY Departments are Pricey, Very! Capping the limit on returns MUST change for the sake of your Customers. Issuing a Store Credit for us to buy something else IN YOUR STORE is MUCH better logically then someone even returning an item WITH a RECIEPT and given a Refund. It ensures that the money isnt a loss to your revenue as opposed to literally giving MONEY BACK N LOSING THE SALE! AND its VERY injust to your Customers who are then STUCK with an item which could be expensive and even if its not, its just the overal point. ESPECIALLY W the Economy TODAY and EVERYTHING down to a Taco at Taco Bell being raised to.almost double the cost.Would LOVE to give you 5 Stars as a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER OF YOURS, but, this Return Policy is a VERY big deal and SHOULD be addressed. There should absolutley be NO CAPS on an unused unopened item in exchange for a Store Credit WHATSOEVER!! Please think about removing the CAP for the sake of your customers, the reason your Stores are open and doing VERY WELL bringing in amazingly good revenue.

2022-05-10I actually already JUST reviewed Target already!! Ill make this review alot shorter.. I Personally LOVE Target and they have every single thing I possibly need. They have real cute GOOD QUALITY Unisex as well as childrenS Clothing , Accessories beyond limited to Jewlery to Shoes and everything in between, a Seasonal Department, a Mini Supermarket, Department for Pets, Home Goods galore, Toys, Books Movies and CDs, Section with everything having to do with Cleaning, also even have a Pharmacy, and SOOO MUCH MORE!! I consider them a Step Up from Walmart as far as Quality of certain things such as Clothing and Jewlery, Accessories, and Shoes and Walmart opposedto Target I feel lacks the originality of the Items they carry which all in all means Cute and diffrent quality stuff. And so far EVERY Target ive EVER been too has ALWAYS been VERY well maintained and organized. Another advantage is, they dont give you a hard time at all when returning anything even if you dont have the reciept but if thats the case ull be issued a Store Credit!! THE ONLY 1 SINGLE DOWNFALL IS, they do have a Cap on the Maximum amount of returns you can make per year if returning something you lost the reciept too which is actually VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING especially when LIKE ME, you go shopping there VERY VERY OFTEN and spend ALOT of money each time. That is DEFINATLEY hands down something that NEEDS to be removed indefinatley!! And becauae of THAT SPECIFIC POLICY ONLY ive rated them 3 Stars. Only because I do go there and to numerous other stores of theres in diffrent locations ans spend ALOT of money there. And thats not even referring toA MONTH, I spend several hundred dollars there PER VISIT.. 2022-06-27I went to Target to buy a TV.I asked for assistance and was directed to another woman who was unloading a TV. She was told I needed help and looked at me and left the area.This is why PC Richards is and Amazon are much better choices than Target

2022-03-12Was racially profiled. the register attendant stood near the self checkout entrance and pointed customers to available registers, but when my partner and I were next in line, the attendant followed us to our assigned register and literally stood over my shoulder and watched as I rung up my items. I rung up a sweater that was on clearance but the price on the tag did not match what the register scanned. I called attention to the error and he still would not honor the price on the tag.

2019-01-07An enormous Target with a full grocery, pharmacy and clothing section and everything in between including a Starbucks. The store is very clean but customer service can be a little spotty. There is also a huge parking lot which is also a plus.

2022-01-26I went to Target to purchase baby formula and Angel was at the register at the time. I was already having a bad day due to me going to 4 different Target stores in Queens and Angel was able to answer ally questions and also helped me complete my purchase of the baby formula I had placed on order. She was extremely patient and extremely friendly. I forgot about my bad experience with the other target stores because of the way she handled my issues and purchases. If I owned a store I would want someone like Angel to work for me.
