Another problem is going into the store and coming out the people driving most of the time dont yield to the pedestrians. They did recently put yield to the pedestrians but that didnt do much to stop the behavior. The city should have cameras of peoples license plates and send them a ticket in the mail. They do sometimes have police there and now with the holidays coming it will be more people not caring. Sooner or later there will be a lawsuit there with someone getting hurt by people who dont yield to the pedestrians. I understand its not targets fault for the actions of miserable people. But the persons that didnt yield to the pedestrians the store the person hurt will all have to be involved for the actions of others. And its not only in the target parking lot but other areas as well the mall etc.
Love Target! Always great sales. I did an online order for curbside pick up within 2hr. Placed my order and within mins my order was ready for pickup. Got to my Target and located pick up spots. Just got on my app and put in my parking spot # and within less then 3 minutes a sales rep was already wheeling out my order and heading to my car. There was a change in the order, before she placed my order in my trunk. I was completely fine with the change. Very friendly staff member.
Have tried reaching the store for over an hour to find out my status on a pick up order that was placed 2 HOURS AGO, I do not understand how every single number you enter for each department just disconnects automatically. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Their system in general with inventory needs to be updated as well, more than half the time .. nothing is in stock.
I enjoy shopping at Target for many reasons. It is well-stocked, offers wide varieties in every category (clothing, kitchenware, greeting cards, toiletries, toys, food) and I can get a lot done all under one roof. My recent visit was enjoyable also because I need to walk, and its a pleasant stroll through the store that is kept very clean and in order. Your employees are very nice. Ive never been disappointed.
I usually try to give places a good review. Unfortunately, there is nothing to like about this place. Very seldom am I at a loss for words. I dont even know where to begin. When this place opened back in 2013 it was incredible. Great selection, plenty of employees, clean and glistening. Now only 5 years later the store is in complete disarray and disrepair.First off, lets start with the selection. There is none. I wanted some household items? Nah. Shelf was completely wiped. Fine. I wanted to cheer myself with some candy? Nah. Shelf was completely wiped. Needed Advil for a headache after seeing the inventory atrocity? Nah. Shelf was completely wiped.How do they even stay in business? Theres no products for people to buy. No products and no employees. I walk around and I barely see people to ask. If you do see an employee theyre either texting or just laying around with a completely apathetic attitude toward shoppers. Who are the managers? Maybe there are none. Thats why the place is in such disarray.The place was built in 2012-2013 meanwhile theres leaks in the roof. Leaks that go through the 2x4 grid ceiling and onto the floor. I almost slipped and broke my neck while shopping about. It doesnt surprise me there was no wet floor sign there. With what little employees they have that usually dont work and end up texting.Its egregious how a store can end up going straight to hell within 5 years of opening. Especially a Target store. A store revered by suburban shoppers for their useful and quality goods. When you walk in there youd think it was the old K-Mart right on its decline back in the mid-2000s.Edit: Check the photos. This target has a big parking lot and the store is easy to find. For the most part it is clean. The employees are doing their job but not always feeling overly joyful and welcoming. Some areas of the store is a bit messy with products missing or place in a different place.What I do like is the order online and pick up at the store. Never had a Problem getting my pickup. Sometimes a little wait at customer service desk.Also target is awesome with returns if there is a problem with the product.
I was ignored in the store for at least 10 minutes until another associate approached the order pick up associate to instruct him about what to do. Part of my order was canceled although the website showed stock and when I arrived home, I discovered one item I ordered and picked up was incorrect. Every order in the past 6-9 months, regardless of shipping or pick up, has been an absolute fiasco.
I am so disappointed and frustrated with this location. I’ve had horrible experiences when it comes to on the go pick ups and same day delievery. And I’m not the only one ! I buy my sons formula here and on muliple occasions they will let me buy and order it and than last minute cancel and say they don’t have it . This is unacceptable i am a working mom and my time is limited not to mention my son needs his formula. I belong to a mother’s group and they’ve all said the same thing with this location. I’m sorry target but this is unacceptable these items should not be posted as in stock when they are not ! And it’s insulting to have someone ask if a different formulas can be used instead when i get there to pick up my order ! Get it together please
The worst no one answers the phone keep getting disconnected. Some of the workers drop the boxes to the floor and when stocking the shelves make items fall down to the floor. And sometimes dropping coffee jars and tomatoe jars to the floor causing it to break and the workers have to clean it up giving themselves double work. The person that stocks the shelves with bread puts it on the floor and then puts on shelves. Items are out of stock and they dont have a Definite date when the items will be in stock. Where is the manager to oversee whats going on. And the small soup cans are dented not all but enough to make you thnk the person stocking the shelves doesnt care. And later in the ay the lines are long wait
Went downhill after the pandemic. Very downhill. First and most importantly, social distancing is not enforced at this location. Yes, there are signs up. But it is not practiced or enforced. The line is wrapping around the store with the people crammed together like sardines. 6 feet apart? These customers stand 1 foot apart and the security and staff dont care. The store is barely stocked. There is an extreme lack of overpriced merchandise. I can tell these employees dont have good management - morale is extremely low. Which is understandable given the circumstances, but good customer service is still possible. I work in a hospital and always deliver service with a smile to all patients and family members even during terrible conditions and after working double shifts, so I dont want to hear it. The employees at this store complain to each other loudly about the customers. I heard one say to another, Can you believe another customer reported me for not wearing my mask? During checkout, an employee asked me, How are you today? I could have sworn I detected sarcasm in his tone, but I answered politely, Good, how are you? to which he answered You would be, you get to leave here now... I left the store feeling very disturbed and uneasy. Which shouldnt be the case from a simple Target run. I will avoid this place for a long time.
As i was quarantined for 2 weeks due to exposure, food deliveries as well as other needs had been on a delivery or curbside basis only, for those weeks. I had used other stores for grocery delivery and figured that i would try targets curbside pickup. Not only were they prompt, they also ALWAYS got my orders 100% correct. They have been the ONLY store to do so, and i now continue to use it even after quarantine. I am glad that someone has their act together, and my compiments to their very efficient and friendly staff.
All.i can say is that the manager at this store makes this target what the store is.. if you have a great store manager who respects his employees then the employees provide amazing service to the customers. First off the store is very clean . The isles are wide. The floors have been stripped.and shine...this says a lot about the cleanliness of this Target.. Saftey for the consumer as well for the store employees . I visited 20 different retail stores today and have documented risk assessment and other relates changes in retail management. I will definitely not return here as a customer after my experience today. After waiting outside for a good 30 min with my 2 small children to get in I was quite amazed to see lots of empty shelves and a very rude person working here who did not even bother to turn her back while talking to her. Rudely she told me to not try anything on because she does not want to touch it after I did. I understand there is a virus going around but treating each other like this is not going to make things better.
Absolutely upsetting experience with car pick-up! Chose this option because I’m pregnant (a week away from delivery) and my toddler is in the car with me. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and I can’t get a hold of anyone at guest services! Whoever is on staff for order pick up today 1/14/21 @ 10:15-10:45 is inattentive! I notified when I was on my way prior to leaving my house & when I arrived (2x)! This is my third time using this service and have had a better experience when they were busier in the at in comparison to right now - when it’s no one else here!
Wouldve given them 5 stars if they would hire more people to restock the shelves! Great place but sometimes it feels they cant keep up with the great business... mostly after toysrus closed down. Dont get me wrong ... love target this is just a constructive criticism.
Helpfulness of staff - Joe, Steven and Jenn were super helpful at Target on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island. They were more than happy to help and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. I went to Target on Veterans Road in Staten Island right after and again, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I cant say enough what a positive experience it was.
The store is bare and by bare meaning there is really nothing in stock that you will need. this target is not as affordable as the ones in the other boroughs. i went in for some sheets and a new comforter set and spent almost $140 after waiting online OUTSIDE for about 20 minutes. i gave this two stard because the employees were really nice and helpful, the carts were being cleaned thoroughly and customers truly practiced social distancing. i came in with a list and only found less then half the items i came in for. waste of time. hopefully after this pandemic, the store will get better.
Besides finding things easily, the cashier who took care of me was friendly and it was so nice to have a friendly cashier who spoke to me making my visit such a pleasant experience. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. The cashier made sure to separate my fabric softener products from the other items so that they wouldnt absorb the odor. Most cashiers wouldnt think to be that considerate, thinking of the customer first.
This is one of our fave places to visit, especially as a family. We shop at Target probably 2x a week. It might be a little excessive, but we just love going through the aisles. We mostly buy snacks and chocolates. They always have good deals on snacks! They used to have fun clearance items, but I havent seen anything thats worth buying for several months now. Maybe they dont need to put as many items on clearance anymore?
Horrible customer service. Picked up a pair of socks and a hat in the electronics selection. Went to the front, huge line all the way back the center aisle. Went back to electronics to put items back and noticed two young gentlemen in electronics at the register and I asked to pay for them there. The guy who was doing nothing besides leaning on the electronics counter said no, electronics only I said I picked this up in electronics and he said no then they went back to talking and doing nothing else. I placed the items on the counter in disgust. Let them reshop them. Ill order them from somewhere online.
Its a fairly large Target compared to those in NYC. It has a parking lot and customer service is great here. Their inventory is sporadic sometimes which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars - I usually find what Im looking for but sometimes one item could take over 2 weeks to restock.
Lack of merchandise and seems pricier than other targets. Everytime I come, I could never find anything I need due to being sold out. Why are the freezers always empty? Why is it so hard to find a box of target sensitive wipes? Management needs to fix this because it is not fair that I have to travel further to another store or ship everything that I need.
I have had nothing but HORRENDOUS experiences at this store every time Ive dealt with any of the employees. I have never experienced anything like it. If the entire store was free, I still wouldnt shop there. Do yourself a favor & drive 15 minutes to the one on the South Shore.
I ordered a queen sized fitted sheet and a pair of standard size pillow cases. When I placed the order I was informed that the sheet and pillow cases were in the store. Later in the evening I received an email saying that the pillow cases were available in the store but the sheet had to be ordered and the shipping would be free. I think that I should have been given the option to have both items shipped to me as it makes no sense to have to pick up one item. When I picked up the pillow cases today which were Mint Ash. I could not tell until I got home that I ordered Ancient Aqua. I am waiting until I receive the fitted sheet to see what needs to be returned.
I ordered 3 large tank tops. I didn’t have time to check my email prior to going in the store. Apparently, they only had one large tank top. This wasn’t the case. I walked over to the correct section of the store only to to find a pile of the tank tops in the correct section of the store. I needed to get back online to purchase the remaining TWO tank tops.
What I like most about this store is its hours. Today I bought a watermelon, yes target has watermelons, and it was horrible. Smooshy inside, no taste, no sweetness at all eventhough from outside it looked perfect.Update: lowered my rating to 2 stars. The management has to shake it up. I was looking for something online and it says the store has 9 in stock in aisle F9 and can be ready for pickup within 2 hours if I order it online. I was close by so I went to the store and surprise!!! Customer service confirmed they dont have it. It was gonna be a waste of time if I placed the order online. It happened to me before with same story. I ordered something online and after couple of hours I got an email saying theyre sorry they dont have the item and they re-emboursed me with a stupid store electronic gift card
Target remodeled the Staten Island Veterans Road store into a badly under-stocked and frustrating experience. What was once a great store has been completely ruined with corporate oversight. The staff are all miserable, owing to having had their hours cut, and the shelves that used to be reliably stocked are often half empty. It has become an unreliable place to shop and I go there as little as possible.You cant give negative star reviews so they get one that they dont deserve.
I bought my baby a beautiful dress yesterday. When we checked out and load into the car, my baby was crying and i got overwhelmed with things totally forgot the dress i hung on the trolley. I came back today and Amy helped me right away and found the dress at the back end. I am so glad that i was able to get the dress back and my baby can wear it on 4th of July. Truly thankful to Amy in central store in staten island.
Heres the latest . . . . . . . . .***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** When this store first opened, as expected, it was immaculate and there was inventory on every shelf, in every department, neatly arranged and ready for the customers to see / purchase. Fast-forward to the present and the store is at best, in disarray, with empty shelves, merchandise strewn about and absolutely NO employees doing ANYTHING to keep the place viable for the customer. Having been a frequent visitor to this store, I can say that I have NEVER seen ANY employee taking care of ANY section whether it is to replace missing stock or shape-up what stock is already out on the shelves. Forget about asking a sales associate a question, you first have to find one! Chances are even if you did, they would not give you an appropriate answer as it seems there is ZERO interest in the task(s) at hand, just punch in, hang out and go home. This does beg the question - who and WHERE is the store Manager and what is HIS or HER function if not to maintain adequate inventory in a presentable condition and make sure the employees are actually WORKING and not hiding or doing personal things on JOB time? In a nutshell, basically, this store has a picked-over look and it has been this way for a long time; it has never looked like opening day since opening day. This location HAS to be under-performing and it is surprising that the main (corporate) headquarters hasnt stepped in to determine why and see whats going on. Is everyone asleep?The Target at 2900 Veterans Road West in Charleston is run much better and is much neater, there are also other interesting stores in the immediate vicinity and the area itself is up and coming with additional stores, movie theater, etc. soon to be available. Youd be better off going to this location initially and NOT waste your time at the Richmond Avenue location - it is doubtful that this store will ever get its act together as apparently no one there cares!
My cousin ordered the newest Modern Warfare as a gift and when she came to pick it up the case was broken. There was nothing they could do about it and just told her to return it and order a new one. One cashier was very rude to a customer whose card wasnt going through and belittled him.
This is an amazing store with excellent customer service But please for better shopping the cart with the disabled chair is needed and don’t just get one get multiple for the needy. They had one and it got the handle broken it was never repaired or replaced please is needed
Aside from Target being incredibly expensive store the parking here is absolutely atrocious. You will not find a close parking unless you are handicapped. I would say about 40% of the best parking spots are all handicapped with which forces those who are not to walk. There must be at least 20 handicap parking. Why so many I have no idea. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Also the store needs to have a team soley dedicated to just keeping the products organized on the shelves.
This location is never fully stocked, especially their Home section. Their shelves are always empty. As for their pick up service they do not look for the items thoroughly. I have had a few pick ups and I always go behind them and pick up the items and always tell them I found what was not found on their shelves. This is not good customer service. The other Target on Staten Island (Veterans Road West) is always fully stocked and cleaner.
THIS STORE IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED STORE EVER AND HORRENDOUS. We called them on the phone cause we live on the other side of the island and they said they had the item on the phone and website. We even asked the workers if they had it and they did not know what they were doing. WE asked two different workers they both looked like they didn’t know what they were doing!!! For example we asked one of the workers at the guest service and we had showed her that they had it on the website and when we called and the girl looked on her device to see if they had it and she Was looking at other employees to see what to do. The worker even said I don’t even want to say that!!! So please if u don’t want to get a false answer don’t go there!!
I received an e-mail saying my ordered thing was picked up before I picked it up. I went to complain to them, but they let me bring the thing from the shelf, and they did not even apologize to me. I ordered it because I wanted to save my time, but in this case, their service does not make any sense. Their behavior was really rude. Also when I looked for the sink strainer, I asked where it was to three clerks, but everybody told me different directions. They were not responsible and not trustworthy.
You never leave Target with what you actually come in for! You end up leaving with so much more. This Target always seems to be short staffed. The selection is good. The store tends to be on the messy side, probably due to lack of staff and obnoxious customers who throw things everywhere.
To be honest, I have no idea how this Target has a good rating. IT NEVER HAS ANYTHING IN STOCK. And if they do have something, its in the back and I get told that its for the online inventory. Um what the.. even when I go online I specifically choose pick up or it tells me what aisle its in so I can just go get it. However, once I get there NOTHING. And nothing they can do about it nor bother to update their online inventory. You ask when theyre getting the items you are looking for and they ALWAYS SAY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY GET IN SHIPMENTS THEY JUST GET WHAT THEY GET. Again, what. This is a very busy Target because its close to the mall but why cant it ever be stocked to its demand. I decided to use Target and their partner Shipt. Do you guys realize how many times my personal shopper got in contact with me because about half or more of the items I ordered WERE NOT IN STOCK and he needed me to okay a substitute or okay to delete the item. It was ridiculous. Definitely will no longer be using Shipt cause of Target. And definitely will not rely on this location for anything I actually need cause they never have anything. The Targets here on Staten Island are disappointing.
I had a really bad experience here, my card wasnt going through due to technical issues and the cashier management blamed it on a security issue with my card, when I showed them the transaction never went through they continued to push me out the door, I went to wait to speak to management and they left for break right before surving me and I waited over hour. No customer should be treated like this. I would not recommend this location to anyone
Was at the Target on Richmond Ave. Used the self checkout. The machine kept giving me a problem. Needed assistance quite a few times. The machine wouldnt let me procede without help from an employee. This girl really couldnt be bothered. She was standing right near me, heard that the machine was giving me a problem and wouldnt walk over until I asked her to. I kept looking over at her and she just couldnt be bothered. I didnt get her name but I was at this particular Target on 6/9 at approximately 3:30pm. Everyone employee is usually very nice. This was the first unhelpful employee that Ive encountered.
The line for customer service had 7 people ahead of me. Wait time exceeded 15 minutes. Customer service reps have poor social skills and no eye contact. Unable to answer questions and told me to call another location to find the items I paid for online. All items were purchased online at this location and I only left with 1 item. I usually hate going to this target because of the long lines and poor product availability. I went because it was on my way. I rather drive to another location or avoid target altogether.
I heart Target. Theres really no need for explanations. Only one negative experience here. The entire store was disheveled. Their were carts filled with items that were to be stocked or out out on the floor. There were no available carts for customers to use. When I took a few items out of a cart to use so I wouldnt have to tote around my 1yr old son, an employee beraded me for moving her items. Rude employee but still love Target overall.
First of all, I went there because on the webpage target.com said the product I was looking for was in stock. I traveled from NEW JERSEY AND CROSSED THE BRIDGE (farewell toll money!!!!) to get that specific product, mind you, I tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO ANSWER AND CONFIRM THE PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY IN STOCK. I got there, STOOD UNDER THE SUN FOR AROUND 15 MINUTES to gain access inside the store. Got to the department and guess what... PRODUCT WAS NOT THERE AND THE WEB PAGE STILL SAID IT WAS ON STOCK. I decided to call a manager and he was completely apathetic, and just said the system takes 36 hours to update, there was nothing he could do. when I told him I was calling corporate he literally turn around and left. It was such a DISAPPOINTMENT I will never step a foot on that store again!!!!!!
I honestly hate going to this location but it’s super close to me first off I usually go on a Monday afternoon or at night after work... I like how it open till 12am because it’s so convienet but target please get new employees or rotate the shifts because this is horrible.. this is the third time it’s happened to me first it was Essie nail polish I went to the clearance section where there was a couple of polishes I guess the discontinued ones that said $2.49 I get to the self checkout they rang up at $10.89 okay.... I go to the guy who stands there thinking people are gonna steal I told him and he scanned the polish and said nope these are $10.89 I was like well it’s not my fault that someone put them there he’s like well I don’t know what to tell you. Well first of all maybe you should hire more employees and have them re organize the store instead of being under staffed or make sure your employees aren’t just sitting on their phones hiding in corners. Second time I seen these ultra fine point markers which literally said $9.99 I went to go pay they came up at $39.99 what???? $40 for markers?! I told the lady at the self checkout who is really nice about it and she checked with the small thing she’s like no there’s no way I was like yeah go look at it she’s like I can’t leave we’re understaffed you can go yourself and take a picture of it like what? I just worked a 12 hour shift and you’re gonna tell me to go take a picture of something that your horrible co workers put the wrong item in when I tell you that there was legit 7 of them in the same spot there was 7 no customer would pick them up and place them there obviously come employee that was probably high did that literally there is one girl who works night shifts always walking around on her phone she looks like she’s literally stoned any who don’t even waste your time at this target because you won’t ever find what you’re looking for.
Tiasia, Her manager and Nancy Amato always provide an amazing experience to myself and my coworkers who shop there from Rent A Center. We are easily in there twice a month for the last few months since covid hit the island and its always a pleasure. There was a heavy set tall white male who actually wheeled out my cart to the car and offered to help put the tvs in my truck. wish I took his name down. Thank you again my target team, wish the one near my home in 10309 was half as pleasant as you all are
Messy, always low stock, prices do not match when I take to the register, and differ from online. I’ve had many pickup orders cancelled because they’ve decided the items weren’t there. I’ve been given the wrong item in my orders. I loathe going to target. The employees are so rude, especially at the customer service center.Nothing is where it should be. The bathrooms were disgusting- the doors were broken, soap wasn’t working, drier wasn’t working, and dirty. I dread going to this store and feel ripped off every time.
I went to this particular Target & what a mess!!! There wasn’t one section that didn’t look like a tornado went through it. I certainly dont understand why shoppers can’t put things back neatly; however, I think I saw only 1 actual employee, so there Appeared to be no one to help rectify this disaster. It was disgraceful & I won’t return.
Associates were good, quick, however on a Second trip, I could not use PAYPAL to check out, (which was inconvenient and annoying waste of time) and The toys box was crushed in one corner. As this was for a GIFT, that is not a good impression. It was already in the bag, so my husband just grabbed and went. It was Not brought to his attention. A little sneaky.
This weekend 12/07/2019 I went to Staten Island target by the mall, my daughter had great welcoming from a cashier girl with the name of Eny’je . She was excellent in make a friendship with my 9 years old daughter in less than a minute, made our day and I saw kindness, respect and professionalism. She can be a big manager with big heart.
This store is not the worse , guest services worker i think her name was Sara was helpful i was looking for a toy for my cousin i could not find anyone in the department she looked it up went to the back and got it for me. This is not my first time here the place is under staffed 100% maybe corporate needs to put more workers here!!!
The service is awful. No one knows current offers (specifics to what is included in sales) and they are quite rude. I asked about an item (target online only) and was very rudely told that they dont sell that there. I asked if there was a way to order from the store (I wanted to use cash) and the associate looked at me disgusted and asked me why I didnt have a card. They didnt offer me an alternative and waited for me to leave like I was a nuisance. I LOVE Target and their prices but I dont love this one. I travel clear across the island to the other one.
Horrible isnt even the correct word to describe this location; however, I personally was brought up with manners. - I hope this store gets leveled and turned into an Whole Foods pop-up or Amazon bookstore.Their customer service desk is straight up abusive.These two queens tonight were especially heinous; and when I questioned their unethical *and unlawful practice of completely deleting inventory in order to refuse returns, they called security on me. Total joke. Tomorrow I’ll play the recorded refusal to my lawyer and the. Contact target corporate and see who’s being escorted out by security
I dont want to give a star. this is bad experience. I ordered 3 items at the same time. i picked up in store. the staff only give me 2. i m not realize that. when i figured out they only give me 2 items, i called back and they wanted me to go back the store. Ok! i told them why giving me 2 items when i order 3. the customer service unfriendly and stated; oh we dont have it in stock, we cancelled it, you should received email about that and you ok for pick up 2 items. They tried to fool me and playing around. At the end, i found out a ready to pick up email and showed it to them. They gave me the third one. If i dont fight with the customer service(CJ), I would lost my money.
Just went there to pick up some essentials and the EMPLOYEES werent properly wearing their masks! The checkout staff didnt clean off the counters as people paid for their stuff and they let way too many people in at once. I couldnt get out of there fast enough! This is a pandemic!! Peoples lives are in danger!
Me and my family came to the store for one thing and when we arrived they didn’t have it... even know they said they had it on the phone and website... so we get there and ask 2 different workers if the had that item and they both had two different excuses why they didn’t have it...if u don’t have to go to this target please do not because they will be sucking time out of your day... if you want to go to a target and you live on Staten Island go to the one on the south shore for your own good. Thank you
I used to love target,everything in stock when it said it was in stock,but today that changed.I waited online today outside with my mask on sweltering in sweat which has now made my face smell like fecal matter for a Nintendo switch that online said it was in stock.I get in the store,ask the associate and he said they were all sold this morning.So why would it say available on the website,people are looking all over for these things coming from different states on different dates.This best not happen again especially during this pandemic where these devices relieve stress and ease our pain
Horrible racist biasist customer service. Kathleen the manager is absolutely horrible at her job. She never once offered to make our terrible experience better. She had her Starbucks barista escort us from the store and when security came over he knew nothing of the situation where another customer who happened to be an employee accused us of using fake money. Could you imagine the embarrassment and rudeness of that? My mother was already upset that she couldnt find her credit card and now had to pay in cash when another customer started yelling for the cashier to check her money! Kathleen never once understood or empathsized with us. She never had a concern for our feelings or shopping experience. All she provided us with was embarrassment and intimidation and target should be ashamed for allowing their stores to hire management like that. Provide them with the proper training and customer service tools to make people want to shop there, not turn them away
The discrimination I encountered was beyond disgusting! I was told I couldnt enter the fitting rooms with a carriage. I had my daughter who is two but working in retail previously I understand. So I waited outside the fitting room while my sister tried on some stuff. A couple minutes later a lady walked out the fitting room with a CARRIAGE. When I asked what made a difference between me and her I was told that a supervisor gave the ok. Once again, I asked what was the difference between me and my daughter and her with her little one. The exact words of the lady, First of all DONT TALK BACK TO ME. I didnt know that asking why was I being discriminated was TALKING BACK. I then asked for the supervisor, she NEVER came. I asked for her 3 times and never showed. Seriously disgusted. My review may not get the attention of anybody but if it does my opinion is Target is not accommodating tof everybody or fair. You truly do not care about customers being offended. Thanks to the questions unanswered, and to the supervisor who was MIA. Target you clearly dont care!
I am an essential worker and I just tried to get some water with my uniform on because I was on the clock and I was turned away . They said that I had to wait on a line that was wrapped around the block!! Very bad customer service !!!!!! The supervisor on duty was DANIEL..
This Target is pretty good. They have a ton of products from clothes, baby items, seasonal, dvds, electronics, videogames, household and a decent grocery selection.The hours are good, open late most days and the workers are pretty good too. One time I had an issue where a blu-ray I bought wasnt in the box - I had to exchange it and Target customer service helped me with the process.Theres also a Starbucks, CVS/Pharmacy and Mini-Pizza Hut for food/perscription options located inside.The parking lot gets crowded because of all the other businesses in the lot, but otherwise this Target is a great place to shop.
This store is always a mess.!.THE ONLY major store that doesnt even collect their shopping carts at end of the night...has man at 1pm in the afternoon gathering them and making IT inconvenient for customers coming to shop and park. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT FOR SURE!ALL the employees SEEM PRETTY miserable too.
Shopping thre saturday and noticed prices dropped after july 4. I had several sneakers in my trunk so i went to get them to see if i could get an adjustment. the girl at customer service acted like im bothering her and she said she could not look up withoutreceipt but i had my credit card i used and the tah was on teh sneakers. she was very rude. iasked her to send a manager it took twenty minutes for an angry fat lady came to help. She had braids fake ones and it was after 6 pm. She was shouting she needed receipt but she could actually look up prices as these were bought last week and she screamed and said she is not doing this as she has a line like im not a acustomer. It as a fightall the way. she was so inappropriate and disgusting and im filing a bbb complaint because target betere know what works there
I would give 0 stars if I could, the same way Target gives 0 s**ts about their customers. There were no registers open, I was told that everybody had to use self-checkout because Target doesnt want top pay anybody to work the registers. This is a disgraceful shame. Target has lost my business.
Went to purchase lemons 03/14/19. The price has been wrong for months now, sign says $3 then charges $4 to $5 at self check out. I explained this to the target employee and she goes through my bag and unpacks my items like Im a thief and a liar. Being Black while buying lemons. SMH!
A mess. I went on self checkout, no bags. I ask the girl who was supposed to be I guess”in charge”, ignoring me texting on her phone. I bought sunglasses for my daughter, I got home they weren’t in the bag. I guess texting is more important than customer service. 🤷♀️
Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience, and they never have the products I am looking . Online tells me that you have but when I come to store its not there....online is not very reliable.... it says its in store ready for pick up? Then I go and its not there... Now I needed to go else where.... Makes no sense, but its a lost for Target....
As I walk into the store hurt and barley unable to walk, I try to sit down on the electronic wheelchair and a worker named Kim told me I couldnt sit down on it. As I continue to stay on the wheelchair and tell her that I was hurt, she didnt believe me and kept telling me to get off and that I couldnt sit down. She needs to be fired immediately! She ruined my experience at Target and no one should have to go through the same experience!
Horrible horrible customer service. They don’t even answer their phones. When you press 2 for customer service, the phone hangs up. They can’t be bothered with helping their customers in store or on the phone. Shop at veterans road location for a much better experience.
The women they call Kim is very disgusting. My fiancée was hurt and couldnt walk and she refused to let him take a electronic wheelchair. He tried to sit and she aggressively told him he couldnt have it. She gave attitude and was so rude to us and the staff refuse to report her nasty behavior. Possibly the worst Target on the east coast, been to many up and down the I-95 cooridor and this one takes the cake. A complete mess in every department, dirty and hardly ever more than 3 cashiers working the register. Corporate Target management should look in to this one!
Bought an JBL portable speaker. Noticed it was an open box in the car. Went right back in to return it. Turned out the box and speaker had different serial numbers. They did not take it back no refund. Manager was a scumbag unhelpful misreable piece of shyt. They made it look like i switched the items. But God is my witness. Target headquarters did not help too. JBL did not refund but willing to replace item. I will now replace and sell it closed box new.
So i was in the towel section, when the store sweeper (never mind my asthma) and some sort of manager and i guess a new guy descend on the section whole I am trying to decide on a new towel/bath set. The manager instructs the new guy to use the Rainbow method at which point I realize why i cant find what i need. There werent enough, white, Browns, blacks, greys stocked nor pastels. The manager realizes that i stopped searching for a second, and then instructs the new recruit to use Roy g Biv. The action feels a coded effort to hide something he may have thought offended me ..but my question is...why didnt he think women learned the same thing he did in 6th grade.in school. Insulting!!!]
MESSY MESSY MESSY! Every time I go into this store especially this location it is a total mess! There is always used food and drinks thrown on the shelves. The toy section is a joke! The shelves in the toy section is never stocked and everything is thrown all over the place. The clothing section is always a mess too. With Toys R Us gone you would think they would stock their toy and video game section and have a larger selection. I wish Toys R Us would have stayed open and Target close.
I was totally disrespected as a customer and Senior Citizen by an alleged customer service representative, named Danny. It wasnt what he did, It was what he didnt do.No Eye Contact,No Acknowledgement,No Speaking,And finally,No Thank You...Someone wasnt paying attention in Customer Service 101.... Thats what I get for going into a non union shop...Never Going Back..
Disgusted after today around 920 pm my husband went to look for baby items he asked a Spanish MANAGER where he could find the items she flirted with him asked how old our children were and if he was with the mother and even approached him outside to see who he was waiting for I tried to file a complaint to the store nobody answers so I contacted and reported another way and it is going to be reviewed this is so inappropriate
Unfortunately his store was unable to handle disabled customers. Waited for a motorized shopping cart with no help. I was forced to stand while almost falling and wait while no one came to assist its disgusting. The workers were horrible no help. The store was clean.
The person who rang me up tried to short me money and when I asked for my change she threw the receipt in my face while I had my child in my arms terrible customer service not only was she not capable of ringing me up she also forgot to scan my gift card what should have been a 8 minute check out now turned into a 20 minute while I wait for you to fix your mistakes

2022-05-03Today I had a bad experience because I planned to buy this bicycle (look uploaded image)for my daughter.I just searched there web site and it showed as 49$. Then I went to the store and doubled checked the price of this bicycle using their app barcode reader. However I went to the self checkout counter and scanned this barcode it showed 59$. Me and my wife excited and asked from sales associate this issue . She checked it up and fixed the price manually as 49$. As we noticed about the price, we found this issue.I know this is some mistake of their system,but I drop here to help to others.Hope they will fix this issue.Thank you

2022-03-22Amazing employees works here. We met Martin at the pharmacy area who helped us find the right product fast. He was very kind and had a million dollar smile. Next it was Vin who was at the counter who answered all our questions with professional and kind manner. He guided us through the payment process of the new credit card. 2022-04-28Always clean and taken care of! The staff is always attentive and nice to customers. Sometimes people open things inside the store and leave wrappers and other things on the shelves, but this isnt super common.

She really cares about her job and went over and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our experience!!! Great job target on hiring such an amazing worker. 2021-08-12Who hired these stockers? I’m not just blaming the stockers themselves but the poor management who doesn’t direct them to do their jobs or at least make sure there’s adequate amount of certain items. Sometimes, even the 24 pack of water bottles are completely out of stock half the time. Also, most of the time, there’s no shopping bags so we have to carry the items and toss them into the car(imagine if someone didn’t have access to driving a vehicle?) One time they ran out of bags in the morning of a weekend and use the Starbuck’s cafe tiny bags for us to carry the stuff we bought! Not only I’ve been full time shopping since this location opened, but also do deliveries with companies they’re directly affiliated with like Shipt and Instacart and now my jobs are on the line because I can’t deliver to customers without a bag or because the customer requested common household groceries like water or fruits and they don’t have it!

2019-03-03This is what this target look every day cause i come here to do groceries one a month and it always looks like this and this is only the shoes section the shelfs are all empty around the store i really dot know what the hecks happening with this store managers. The employees are not looking of other people doing Im a custumer and I see everything I even fix some cake boxes that were on the floor. Dam it . Target its a huge company this should be happening . Someone vandalize the Christy tiggens poster. Smh .
