Dena in camillus,ny target store was so caring ,wonderful,helpful and a great woman to have help my mother and I!!!! she has a great sense of humor to! She is an asset to your company and we will be back as always to shop! Many wonderful employees as always! Dena has awesome customer service and we left happy and laughing! I just could go on and on about how awesome she is!!!!! Also another day we were shopping and Jarred and Alexander in electronics dept. were unbelievably wonderful,patient,intelligent,helpful and know their stuff! At the beginning of the pandemic, Target was one of the few retail stores I felt comfortable entering as they were enforcing mask mandates, constantly cleaning and playing announcements stating that masks were required. I was in need of new pants, and entered this location for the first time in months and was severely disappointed. In the span of roughly 40 minutes I saw three customers not wearing masks and no one was cleaning the self check out area. Furthermore, no announcements stating that masks are required were made and the hand sanitizer at the entrance was empty. I am highly disappointed and will not be back until I hear this location is back to following proper precautions or the pandemic ends, whichever comes first. I ended up going to Marshalls in the same plaza where they have people enforcing masks at the door, hand sanitizer and someone cleaning carts.
Went to try to find certain toys and sports cards with my kids. The scalper situation is out of hand and most stores have put limits on these items. However this store doesnt care. While there we saw one guy literally kneeling on the floor surrounded by toys, scanning them for value and grabbing piles. Literally piles and on the floor scanning while employees walk around him. Then we went to the sportscard area and saw a group of guys taking literally everything that was stocked and distributing to their kids and then all of them walking up and cashing out separately. The management has no control on their store if things like this happen and employees dont even blink.

This review is specifically for Kim at Customer Service counter in Fairmount. Not only was she very efficient, she does an amazing job at multi-tasking while giving her service in a way that makes you feel like you’re the only one she’s waiting on at the time. Kim is sincerely polite and pleasant while handling all that is going on at the busy Customer Service counter.
Quick and easy! I have ordered online and picked up in the store a few times and every time the team there has been helpful and proactive, approaching me to speed things along. I must say compared to other stores where they offer this buying option Target wins hands down!

I love target for their great deals. I usually combine their gift cards offers with manufacturer coupons and cartwheel and end up saving a lot of money.. also they have a big variety of modern style products for home. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I simply love shopping at target!
I once left my purse in a cart, not realizing it when I was putting my toddler in the car. The lot attendant immediately took it to the service desk, not even my $300 gift card was touched. I am so very thankful, that card fed my family when we were tight on money, without it Im not sure what we would have done. Thank you Target, for hiring trustworthy and amazing people!
Target service has gotten better over time but they still need to earn my vote. This is mainly because of past experiences. Today I had a great Cashier. He is the reason I will go back again.
Their inventory system is a disappointment. Couldnt get anyone to verify an item was in stock, nor would they look. However, they do go out of their way to make you feel like theyre watching you as you shop.
Great mobile ordering experience. Needed pet supplies, tried two pet stores and couldnt stand the UX. Target had almost everything I needed. Got a prompt update on the status and an alert when it was ready. Really great when youre running errands with kids!
Target was running a promotion for a $25 gift card if you buy $100 worth of diapers and wipes. We can go through $100 worth of diapers in a month. So we thought, hey target, thanks for the $25.After we checked out, we noticed that we hadnt received our gift card. It was very busy, and I was in a very long line for coffee (which moved quickly, btw.). My wife ran to customer service where they kindly explained to her that she did need to present the coupon for this promotion. We didnt have one. The cashier then, found one and scanned it for us and gave my wife a $25 gift card. She never hesitated and was a great help.Its not the first time Target has helped us out with a promotion. Nor is it the first time Target has eaten the cost of a gift card or return on our behalf. Thanks for the help today!
We are generally Walmart people, but sometimes we go to Target to feel fancy. This location does not disappoint. I feel like a king walking through this Target. Great selection of products and reasonable prices. Also, their line of children and baby clothes (Cat and Jack) is super adorable. Check it out!
Three stars only for the dry, sawdust like pretzel provided by the store shop. The three dollars spent on its purchase probably could be better spent on a set of dorm essential hangers ($2), because they equal the pretzel in edibility but far surpass it in terms of utility. The rest of the shop was fine; well stocked and clean.
Inconsiderate rude employees. No knowledge of local face covering mandates OR Targets corporate policy. Sick of being harassed by $11 an hour employees! Train your staff! I will come back every single day and just walk around the store until this is fixed!
Courtney was awesome i came in to get pampers and wipes for my new born she told me about baby clothes that were on sale. Courtney went out her way to help me and it was greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
Great store with a better feel than the blue big box retailer. Target has great prices and great styles for every budget. There are many sections to choose from and you can get great clothes, toys, sporting goods, grocery, health, home goods, and electronics here. Nice store and helpful staff.
I will never return again. I had to do a return today and had to come home to speak to corporate to get approval. The store manager on the walkie was degrading and has a severe attitude problem. The products were purchased 4 days ago, unopened, and I was treated like I had the plague. This was not the first time I had an issue with this location, More specifically with the Starbucks inside and the unsanitary conditions and employees.
The pickup was fast and easy. I placed my order and had my order picked up and home within two hours this morning. Super quick, super easy, and a super time saver!

Zachary in the electronics dept got us set up with Consumer Cellular. He answered all our questions, made helpful suggestions, and completed the entire transfer and activation process for us. He was SUPER! Knowledgeable , efficient, great interactive skills, very sociable and he even remembered us after 2 years when I came in to upgrade, which he also took care of! Cant say enough of how impressed we were!
Every time I go there I find great deals. Most of the items are in stock and Target is just a fun place to go to when I need a break.
The cashier was training. The trainer named Brandy was not polite. She was standing around yawning and not paying attention to the young gentlemen that was training. I handed him a store credit to pay for my items. He hit the wrong button and asked for her help. She looked at me and said “what is going on here.” I explained to her that I was trying to pay with store credit. She rudely responded with, “yeah that’s what I was asking you”. She shouldn’t of turned to me to ask what was going on. Like I had done something wrong. She should of asked the gentleman behind the counter with her. She was not pleasant and did not handle a simple situation very well. I haven’t shopped at target in a while because of the lack of customer service. I saw an employee go into the lotion aisle, and help himself to a brand new lotion to mosturize his hands. I will not be returning because of the unpleasant people I have to encounter when shopping at Target.

Target is one of my favorite stores in general as they keep it clean, have nice items, and the prices are generally reasonable. This particular Target had an employee in the electronics section that was extremely helpful and more knowledgeable than most Ive seen.

Impressed with buying online with Target and having the item ready for pick within 4 hours. When I went to Target to pick up the item, I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
Just seems to have less more of an out of stock problem than other Targets Ive been to. A lot of the time I go there for simple things I find the shelves to be empty. Not a terrible place I just have found that I have a better chance of getting what I need elsewhere.
It is always clean. I love just walking from isle to isle. And I love my cartwheel red card for extra discounts. They carry very trendy items at a decent price point.
Target is our go-to store for most things in the area. It has a much nicer vibe than Walmart, and the prices are usually comparable for the things we buy. The lines at this Target can sometimes get long because some clerks are really slow, and sometimes they dont have things that Walmart has, but overall its a good store.

Worst experience ever!!! I shop at target around three times a week, I love it so much but I had the worst experience here! Horrible customer service. I went here to return a defective tv target decided to sell me on Black Friday and all they wanted to give me was another one when the manufacture said it was the whole batch that got sold that was defective. I asked if they could honor a deal that was on Black Friday considering I stood in line for this tv for three hours for my dads Christmas present and it broke in ONE WEEK!!! They told me no and were extremely rude. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. They were first of all, EXTREMELY RUDE and they didnt even want to come up with a solution when they sold a whole batch of DEFECTIVE TVS!!! Thank you target for wasting my time on thanksgiving day, I will be sure to start shopping somewhere else and definitely not go there on Black Friday to buy my dad a tv!!! YOU HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Rudest people I have ever met. Dont tell me you cant do anything, I know thats not true. I work in a retail store, you have the ability but chose to be rude when it was your fault!!!! I wasnt asking for very much. Yes Black Friday is only one day but I stood in line for three hours to get a tv. It wasnt my fault you decided to sell me a defective tv. If I knew you were going to sell me a defective tv then I would have gone somewhere else or stood in line for three hours for a different tv. What you did is not right at all!
Worked at MarketSource a third party entity inside the target store (electronic department) for two weeks- beware of Brandi/brandilyn she is very condescending and disrespectful. The district manager does nothing when you complain, and you can’t complain to target directly because we worked for MarketSource (eye roll) for any people that are contacted deny the job! She has went through 8 associates working with her and is the common denominator of all the problems yet still isn’t eliminated.
I just started shopping at target again recently. Everyone that works there has been super friendly and helpful. The return I did today was quick and easy.
Justin’s almond butter-expired October 05 of 2019 went to open it tonight after buying it last week disappointed. I love throwing money away since this isn’t a cheap buy to begin with.
The employees here are always courteous and helpful. Returns are super easy and quick. The store is kept clean and while it can be busy, you can still get in and get out in good time.
Target is Target, consistent and the same as all the rest. Biggest difference with this one is the people that work there. All are super nice and super helpful no matter what department your in. If they cant help you they find someone who can help.
Team Members on the overnight team at this location were exposed to COVID-19 on 11/27 and 12/1, I was NEVER informed and had to find out from another team member because I am no longer an active team member there. Despite no longer being an employee, the company has an obligation to inform everyone they have contact information for about any potential exposures to the coronavirus, which they have shirked on their responsibilities. Location 2324 has continuously dropped the ball. Managers have made jokes to African American team members about chicken, Managers have bullied team members with mental illnesses behind their backs, Team Members on the overnight team have no problem making fun of LGBTQ people! Kai on the overnight team threatened every team member with physical violence. There is no capacity cap

I asked 6 different employees, including the manager at the service desk, for information regarding the car seat exchange and NO ONE knew the answers.
They accused me of stealing a drink because I was drinking it while in the extremely long check out line. Meanwhile I had a cart full of toys (Christmas shopping), of course Im going to pay for it. 😕 Racial profiling isnt cool

Transplant from MN regular access to downtown corporate location in Minneapolis... however Ive been to Target stores across the country.The grocery selection at this store is pitiful. Fruit flies, everything in the fresh food section is a day or so from expiration or obviously over ripen. Gross.

Target in fairmont is the best place to go for help in the electronicd section. two young gentlemen helped me through a problem with my cell phone and they were very knowledgable and kind and sooo patient. i will always go there even tho i have a target store 10 minutes from my house in fsyetteville.

2021-12-24The order pick-up at the store was great especially given the holiday season rush. The wait time was pretty fast and exceptionally convenient. The associate who delivered the order was friendly, professional, and upbeat. It was a great experience and we are so very grateful that Target had the item we were looking for in stock, especially on such short notice. Truly made our holiday season and we would highly recommend and return again.

2021-12-11The store is very nice however one manager is continually an issue. Whenever we want to buy a seasonal display item she declines us however any other manager never has an issue and sells the appropriate items since they have no more in stock and are receiving no more. Its pretty obvious that they DO sell these items as the displays continually shrink during the season. Guess Ill try another day and hope I get another manager but its pretty annoying 🙄

2020-07-26Ordered from the app for curbside pick-up. Couldnt believe how quick and easy the whole process was. I did have to go to a different store but it was only a mile out of my way and Im so glad the item I needed was in stock! The young lady that brought my order was polite and helpful.

2021-10-17Waited 30 min to get my order that I purchased online for instore pickup. It would have been 10 times faster had I just gone in and got it the old fashioned way. This service only works if you have staff to wait on the customers when they come to pick it up.

2021-09-06Store looks like a hurricane hit it. Its like nobody has straightened it up in months, understandable considering the large amount of employees who are busy standing around yapping. This location used to be the best target in the area, but lately its as bad as most Wal-Marts.

2021-03-13Excellent customer service. The manager at the Target store in Camillus, NY, went over and above to assist me in an exchange of a defective item. His district manager needs to know that Sam is a credit to his store. Sam was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Due to that positive experience, I absolutely will frequent the store more often. Sam embodies customer service and I thank him.

2021-09-04The Camillus target is located near our real estate office and is our #1 go to for snack and misc items for our realtors. The app they offer is absolutely the best. We put in our order then just pull up and they bring everything right out. Time is money so this is our favorite feature of this store. One of the better target locations in Central New York.
