I am not a fan of the fact that you have so many self service machines while people have to wait in line for what seems like forever as we wait for your one to two cashiers to ring out all the other people waiting in line out. Very sick of having to wait to be cashed out by real people. Not looking to do someone elses job, especially without an employee discount. Looking to boost the economy again and robots arent doing it. I get that you want to avoid the high wages but this isnt the way. Sad and disappointing because I liked target. The people will revolt against your business if you continue to operate in this manner. You can see it happening already.
This Target location appears to be very clean. Sanitized carts, employees can be seen often sanitizing the store, cash register areas. If you have to be in a store this makes me a bit more comfortable. Its important to add Target has some very good curb side pickup people. And offers their own recycling shopping bags.
Recently purchased organic milk in April 2021 that had an expiration date of February 2021. Stock apparently wasnt being properly rotated with new stock . Will look carefully at expiration dates next time. Purchased organic Gala apples that looked very good on the outside but were dry on the inside and had to be thrown out.
Pretty disappointed in pickup last night, half of our order did not come out, after the young man ran back in the store twice for items they forgot we still drove off missing 8 items, now our only option is it’s our responsibility to either go pick up the items or go get a refund because apparently they can’t just refund the card we used through the app. All the woman over the phone could say is “ I’m sorry we were busy at that time” we were 1 of 2 vehicles there when we pulled up sorry it took your employee 10 min to get our water that was forgotten in the first place and another car showed up.
The pick-up process took less time than the actual shopping experience. I was greeted and IDD and someone was sent to get my order. When it arrived the sales associate took the time to point out which side of the box had the screen on it and to watch out for that fragile side.
I love Target-fast friendly and clean. People always asking if I need help finding anything. Now just get rid of those self checkouts and reopen registers like there used to me and I will be happy!!!! You really want me to cash out and bag my own things???? Offer me 10% off to do so. Otherwise-I dont work there so I am not doing it
I loved being able to shop for pickup and each time so far, holiday or not, it is shopped and ready for pickup faster than the two hour timeframe... and faster than I could shop it myself. I went in to shop with a broken ankle and there were no electric carts available; and, staff actually offered for me to shop online and sit in Starbucks and they would shop it for me. I thanked them for their offer; but, said it wasnt necessary and I could shop at home and come back later to pick it up. Above and beyond... just awesome!
Im always over charged abs this time she said she took off coupon and did not. Then when I went back to tell her, which she was the same one who checked me out, age stated i had to bring my things back in. The other worker also said I had to go to the back of the line.
Its a Target. There isnt really anything special that has stood out about this one. Employees are usually helpful if I have questions, but Ive never actually had an employee ASK me if I needed help. They also need more staff at the concession stand. I always feel so bad when I see the one employee trying to manage a long line of people.
What a fantastic place to shop. Its Walmart without the lower back tattoos. Many store employees ask if you need help and actually know how to. The store is logically lettered and numbered in a grid pattern so everything is easy to be guided to. Very clean. The apparel has a limited selection but decent styling for the price.
My husband and I went to the Target store yesterday and they were stocking in the toy aisle which was blocking numerous aisles. The employees seem to not care they were hindering their customers. I have enjoyed shopping at Target and I waited it out to get the toys I wanted for my grandchildren but I will rethink about shopping there again. I feel this is a growing problem in this industry. What happened to quality control with your employees? What happened to secret shoppers for a business to keep the company updated to the problems at a store? I am sure there were some wonderful employees there and the employees that had to get the stock put on the shelves were on a time crunch but it definitely should be looked at. It maybe management that needs to be spoken to.
Good place. It looks like most Target stores do. It has a Starbucks area towards the front of the store. There is a groceries section and an electronics section in the back. The lighting is good. The floors are a dull white from the residue of people walking on them. There are skin care products and a clothing section somewhere in the middle of the store.
While I do like Target because they have some interesting and unique home home items and clothes, a lot of their items are over priced. Unfortunately it’s rare that I can find pajama pants, work- out shirts or regular shirts in the style and colors wanted in a size small. Their little section in the front of the store always has some cute cheap items and they usually have great clearance finds.
*UPDATE!*: PRICE FRAUD & UNCLEAN!!!-This Target is still just as dirty as before but more-so, now! I am reducing my 2-stars to a 1. I wish I could give them negatives. I was in Target last night to grab some cleaning items & dry goods. Passing by, I saw kids throwing around a stuffed toy. While they were tossing it, it landed on the floor then, a couple different times, on the produce products (dirt & dust from the floor like to collect & stick to furry things like stuffed toys {or those furry dust mops you clean with}). So I told a manager so they can clear their stock of dirtied foods. I dont know if its because of his gender (being a guy has anything to do with his having a lack of sense of cleanliness or if its this store or a lack of policy or what but..) or the store, he said he wasnt concerned, because people are supposed to wash their food produce before eating them. At that point, I decided to NEVER BUY ANY FRESH FOODS FROM THIS TARGET AT ALL ANYMORE!!! And, really, if were going to be that lacking in the CLEANLINESS OF THE FOOD, I just really shouldnt buy anything from there at all - even dry goods. If someone has to go to the bathroom, heaven forbid they actually have a clean bathroom. ~~This location looks nice on first glance but after having multiple interaction with the staff, you just have to open your eyes to see that cleaning is not their concern. And THAT concerns me: people not being aware to their surroundings & the lack of cleanliness of the store!~~Also I have been noticing price fraud from this store. I use the app to scan products to add them to cartwheel. When I do so they list prices. The prices on some of the products are less on the app than in-store. The employees change the price at checkout but I am in the self checkout line - not to be confused with the line where people do NOT want more issues! We just want to pay for our stuff & go! Target: you need to stop stealing from your customers! Ten cents here, 5 dollars there, it all adds up to THEFT!...You still get a Target experience (discounts, same clothing as on website & other Target stores, pharmacy, etc) but this one is dirty.It has been my experience in this area that this little town society does NOT care about their stores, customer service or cleanliness.Issues:- conveyer belts (for checking out to place your items on) are absolutely disgusting & filthy- bathrooms are never stocked- bathrooms are always filthy- the sanitary wipes for carts are ALWAYS gone- the staff dresses like they dont care- the staff is rude (with one exception to the pharmacy staff) & unkind- the aisles are messyI could go on but you get the drift.I Pay higher prices at Hannaford to avoid Target.Im also the type of person to prefer going to a staffed cash register to check out.. but not here. I go to solo check out lines at this location. The cashiers are gross.
The lines were crowded and there were only 2 customer service/cashier registers open. All others were self checkout. We had to go through the customer service/cashier lane due to receiving promotional gift cards for buying items and that option does not happen in self checkout. There were only 2 employees on front counter and as busy as they were, they were very professional and kind.
Mindy had a young gentlemen help me acquire a bulk product and within 15 minutes I was in and out of the store. He even helped me load my vehicle. KUDOS for customer service. I wish I grabbed his name. But if mindy remembers I purchased 20 large storage bins. Thank you!!
I strongly suggest checking your order if you do a pickup order. How you can mess up an order with two items is beyond me. Plates and napkins of all things. I ordered 20 count heart plates I get home and 10 count hello love plates. How difficult is this? First and last time I would use their pick up. Walmart does a better job at this.
It seems that there is a costumer service problem on how to address the costumers. I had a product and was ready to pay at the line to checkout when my wife had to take my daughter to the restroom. When I was in line, I let the people passed one by one waiting for my wife still holding our spot. I was infront of the line and waiting for my wife, when this lady said you have to go back to the line disrespectfully and rude. When my wife came, she said I want to speak to the manager and she said I dont care Im the manager. This was our first time in target and the experience was awful, even my 5 years old felt so bad that she decided to leave and say Its ok daddy we can go, this woman name Shyan directing the line before the checkouts and she was too disrespectful. It seems that she has no manners, just because she said that she is the manager of the store when I asked to speak to the manager; there was no reason for how rude and disrespectful she was. Her attitude and none costumer skills not only made her look bad, but the whole store as a whole. I dont think this person represents the etic, and values that this Store can provide to the costumers. We would surely will not be going to THIS store again.
It was so easy to find what I was looking for online. I walked right in to the store, there were no lines at the service desk. They greeted me immediately and went right back and got my order. I was in and out of the store in minutes. Dont know if you have ever done order pick up at Walmart...but its excruciatingly difficult and time consuming.
I shop at Target simply for the Threshold brand but seriously never buy anything off-line. I have had problem after problem with being charged twice for orders and customer service does not issue a refund or any future discounts, they just tell you the charge will eventually fall off, instead of removing it. How reassuring!
I miss the days of real customer service. Dont have a policy with so many hidden requirements that you might as well not have it. Well only price match with our LOCAL Walmart... Only if its in stock right now. They actually told me I could order one from Walmart and it comes in on Monday and then I could come back to Target so they can price match because it would be in stock now!!!!! Are you kidding me?!? Terrible customer service... And she got attitude with me because I had the audacity to get frustrated!!!!! Walmart here I come!!!!
Your staff member Susie was very nasty and rude. This is the second and final time I will be treated by your unorganized staff. I am most concerned because I used a gift card that had a balance of 121.00 on it, the reegister only credited me 67.79 when I realizd this outside your store I went in to find Susie the manager again and she was busy. I think she is going to pocket hte 53.21 difference or maybe this is a way that Target rios people off. I will share this experience with all my teacher friends and face book friends!!!!
Employees are rude and are Not very helpful at all .. you ask for help and they make it seem like you are bothering. Cashiers at Customer Service are snobby and always stare .. maybe racist i dont know. but I prefer 2 drive 2 Cicero Ny ..very organized.. better environment .. employees always smile and are helpful..Watertown should step it up
I like going when its quiet during the week. Much nicer atmosphere than walmart. Staff at checkout have been friendly, and its not stressful to be there, I actually want to take my time to shop! Having a Starbucks is another plus. Thanks for giving me a stress free place in Watertown to shop with my newborn!
Rude.. beyond horrible customer service !! Was in last week since I didnt get my items I paid for.. Was basically told wouldnt do anything for me since merchandise left store. Well a m I suppose to watch your Employees place all Items in tote I got. I called once home n theyh were missing ( of course nothing in book on that) beyond p issed when was told items were not in store.(sold out). Went to find items .. THEY WERE PLACED BACK ONTO SHEFT.. are u kidding me ?? It had the same too as the one I bought a day prior .. coincidence? I THINK NOT!!! Very rude to tell one of your Red card holders that its not their problem .. VERY DISAPPOINTED ..Walmart never treated me LIKE A CRIMINAL !!!@

2021-11-04My daughter I went to Target today- not something we normally do since COVID began but we needed to get out of the house today.To most, this is just a normal shoe display. To us, it means so much more. Shoes that are made for kids with AFOs are almost impossible to find in stores so when you do find them it’s kind of a big deal. Shoe shopping can be a very daunting task! When you’re shopping online you never know if you’re getting the correct size and if you’re trying to buy non-adapted shoes, you don’t know if the brace will allow you to get your kids foot in and out. Having access to even one style of Billy brand shoes in stores is wonderful and will make our lives so much easier. We also were able to buy some winter boots that are non-adapted but work perfect for her.Inclusion is so important and Target seems to really be making an effort. Target for the win!!!

2022-05-11The dirtiest Target I have ever been in. I can never find anything, and if I do find something its because I had to dig through piles and push through things that dont belong in that section. I realize staffing is an issue and I havent had any trouble when interacting with staff, but the mess is just becoming too much.

2022-06-19It’s a super clean target and very well stocked. However the womens and juniors clothing area is always destroyed and clothes just tossed around. Really hard to find things when it looks like a laundry mat turned upside down.

2021-10-06I ordered drive-up delivery and was greeted by Amber. I let her know that my baby had fallen asleep in the back seat, and she loaded my purchases quietly and she went above and beyond in accommodating my needs! It was superior customer service.

2022-04-10Constantly out of things mens clothing selection is abysmal and if youre our state youre open until 10:00 that means 10:00 not 9:57 so that the guy that didnt get a lunch break and got out of work late and race to get there so that he can get dog food is locked out

2021-08-25This place is God awful, they have ZERO Registers open except for the Service Desk and I use that term loosely. The Cashiers at the Service Desk are dumber than a box of rocks. They have their Self Checkouts but you have to now stand in long lines just to use them, theres no alternative cause they have no other Cashiers running the empty registers. Target Corp needs to reevaluate this store. Also what is with the Toy section? They HARDLY stock shelves with anything new and when they do youre lucky to get the items you want cause they are gone and the associates dont restock the shelves with anything new, a lot of the items stock sit there and collect dust for months on end. Theyre getting just as bad as Walmart or better yet worse
