Tarrytechs sales people need to learn how to exit phone conversations politely and professionally. The pushy cold calling is infuriating and unacceptable.

2017-08-11I have worked with Tarrytech consultants for over 6 months now and I have had only positive and efficient experiences with Kevin Frost on IT support issues. Tarrytech provides rapid responses to requests and their resolution time and accuracy is great as well. Their technicians are well equipped and knowledgeable to handle any issue I bring to them. They provide professional and friendly service, whether it is done remotely or during an onsite visit.

2017-08-11Choosing Tarrytech as our IT provider has been the best decision for our small company. They care and truly understand our needs. They work proactively so that we dont have to be reactive. We have quarterly VCIO meetings with our point of contact to discuss our current issues and our future IT decisions. There is a real partnership. They are knowledgeable, quick at responding and resolve issues. They are honest, fair priced and extremely helpful. I can depend on them and do.

2017-08-14Our firm has been using Tarrytech since September, 2009, so in writing this review, I speak with years of experience. We began by giving them our IT business and have gotten extraordinary service right from the start. These guys know what they are doing and they genuinely care about helping their customers. I normally get a very quick turnaround on my requests but when they are backlogged, they let you know and so I never worry that my request is being ignored.Then in December, 2013, we gave them our hosted email business and it is running seamlessly. So, when we needed to upgrade our phone system, we gave them that business, too, in May, 2016. Heres the thing: that transition was not easy but Tarrytech took complete ownership of any problems and made it right, as I knew they would. This was a new undertaking for them and something of a risk. Our firm was the perfect place to do this because we have such confidence in them. In the end, it worked out really well and we are very happy we gave them our business.For me, it is rare to find the combination of competency and care. Tarrytech offers both.

2017-08-12Theres no beginning to describe the great experiences Ive had with working with Tarrytech Consultants. What I love most is their availability, sometimes I work late or early and its always during these hours that there seems to be a computer problem. I know Im waking someone up out of a deep sleep but each time I receive a genuine quick and pleasant response. The technicians are great, dealing with my lack of computer knowledge and they dont mine walking you through the problem. The technicians dont quit until the job is done. Thank you guys for all you do.

2018-03-28My company has been using Tarrytech as our IT solution for a few years now. They are unlike any other IT solutions company that I have worked with in the past. They truly have great and fast customer service, all their techs have extensive knowledge in their field, and unlike other companies you can tell that they care about doing right by you. We were so pleased with Tarrytech for IT solutions that we decided to trust them with taking on our company phones with their new VoIP Phone System, and no surprise we are beyond pleased with the result. The migration process and phone system customization was handled by project manager Jerry O., who’s attention to detail, meticulous planning, and great training made the switchover absolutely seamless. We’ve been using the Tarrytech VoIP Phone System for a while now and have no complaints or doubts about our decision to switch. We now receive the same quality service for our phones that we receive for our IT, instead of waiting hours or days for a response from those “big providers”. We’ve just scratched the surface of what their VoIP Phone Solution can do for our company, having the system in the cloud has opened up so many possibilities for improvements. But, as always, with the new VoIP phone system and our regular IT solutions the Tarrytech team is always reaching out to us with new developments that they believe can help us. I’m so grateful to have them as our IT/Phone company!

2017-05-12Tarrytech is in the prevention business and their business has enhanced our business since they have been on board with us. We regard them as an integral part of our operations. As such, we do not think of them as being in the expense column. They are an investment that continues to pay dividends. I wish I felt that way about all my stocks. Need I say more?
