The cortland store manager and employees so I professional. Nothing in the store is priced, it is cluttered and unorganized. I stopped there 2 times this year , not anymore. First stop it was 80 out 3 employees out side on their phones. There is plenty of stuff to do Inside. Doors open walked in it was 100 degrees. They said sorry mam we go wet and was trying to dry out. 2nd stop the manager and employee were to worried about each other other than the 2 customers. They were helping us but still have conversation with one another. Manager stated to me this is my day off Im only here to help out. Im tired. I feel I was mus quotef on chemicals because there is no price. I called when I got home to call. The employee answered and the manager would not get on phone but was running her mouth while the employee was on phone. He was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful.

The Manager of the cortland location isnt very friendly at all!!! She pretty much snubbed me because I was in asking for help with a used hot tub that was purchased for them new. Im willing to purchase what ever it takes to make the tub operate. She gave me a hard time as I didnt know the make. I went home and cant find any model information. I call the store to see if they could look up the names of the people we got the tub from to see if there was any information in the system. She acted like I was an idiot and says I just need the brand and model. Really??? If I knew that I sure wouldnt be coming to you because at this point I would be looking to purchase online.

The staff was very helpful with helping us decide on a new pool filter, and assisting us with loading it into the vehicle with directions on how to set it up! Very easy and no hassle process!

They are always helpful and the have everything I need for my pool.

Needed some bulk chlorine for the pool and these guys had it. Ill be back in fall for the closing supplies.
