Absolutely deal with Jerry. Very knowledgeable and helpful.I needed new furniture for our dinning room. I placed an order for a full wood table and 14 chairs. They had exactly what I was looking for & the prices were terrific. The process was easy and the service was amazing. They delivered the next day!!! What amazing service. Thank you Jerry and the entire staff at Taubes. Looking forward to shop again soon.

Not very good customer service. Difficult to get anyone to answer the phone and when someone finally did answer, was left hanging on the phone while they were talking to other people.They pushed me to buy a warranty, for which they didnt send me the papers after purchase. Turns out that the warranty company is a sham, a company that doesnt respond for months on end, and when they finally do, they just say that a broken couch, with completely broken mechanisms falls under wear and tear and isnt covered under the warranty. I dont know if the furniture store is affiliated with this scam of insurance company, but they must know and make some commission from selling the sham insurance policies.Bad customer service, selling low quality items, and smearing fake insurance onto customers. I will not recommend nor buy anything from them again.

We recently purchased a custom table from Taubus Furniture, we dealt with Jerry, when we made the purchase. There was a major issue with the table once it was delivered. Every time anyone touched the table it swayed from one side to another. It was extremely unsafe to have children around as we were worried that it would fall on a little child. I’ve sent countless emails to Jerry that I’ve never gotten a response to, I’ve called the store with them telling me that they will reach out to me and correct the issue, I even went down to the store and I’ve still never gotten a call back. I guess once Jerry made his money, he figured that there is no need for customer service or even basic acknowledgment. This story happened approximately two months ago. I hope that there will be someone who reads this one day and thinks twice before shopping in this store.

Bought ten chairs less then a year ago for about $250 each. when I purchased them I had noticed that the buttons were sewn on under a lot of pressure from the filling. I was concerned maybe they would pop off when I asked the sales woman about it I was reassured that it never happens. Well within 10 months so far already two chairs have buttons that have popped off... I contacted the woman in Monsey who sells them, and she tells me that I have to call the store in Borough Park. I call the store and they tell me that maybe they can fix it but have to bring it to them in Borough Park. Im sorry but I bought the chairs here I am not shlepping to borough Park. You should have some kind of system for Monsey customers. if were good enough to sell to, we should be good enough to be serviced as well. Also I feel I was lied to because if two of my chairs are already ruined within a years time I cant believe that nobody else has had a problem with these chairs.

WOW!!!! That was an A++++ experience me and my wife moved into a new house needed furnitere real quick. Amongst all the hussle of the move we stopped by taubus furniture (which a friend highly reccomended ) we werent sure what style we were l9oking for tge staff was so helpful guiding us through the entire process helping us at every turn to make it a pleasant and easy experience!!! The owner Jerry was very forthcoming in acco.idated our dates for a quick flawless delivery!! Would deffinitly recommend!!

Please avoid this company at all costs. They are liars and thieves. I lost over $4,500 from this company. They dont call back, and ignore your calls when you call them. I had to use different names for them to answer my call. I cannot stress enough, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are not to be trusted! We bought 10 chairs from them that looked beautiful at the beginning. However, a few months later the leatherette started to peel off (picture attached). As time progressed it got worse. They said that it was the manufacturer in China that used inferior material and they give no warrantee on it. They sent someone over to change the leatherette but we had to split ther cost. However they only fixed the bottom cushion but no thet the cushion for the back.
