Highly recommended!! Great folks who show a personal interest in their customers well being. T&L has competitive pricing, but customer service that simply cant be beat. In this day of call centers and automated operators, its note-able that if you call Taylor & Leonard, someone you know answers the phone.

After what was the most inconceivable auto accident Ive ever experienced, (a first for Taylor & Leonard as well), quick Nick Jr. came to the rescue!My 3 month old vehicle has been spayed with a fire suppression chemical after I had filled up with gas at a well known chain of locally owned convenience stores. It certainly wasnt very convenient when I was told to contact the corporate headquarters of these Shops. The chemical wouldnt come off the exterior of my car, and when I opened the hood it covered every thing like sticky dry snow. I was told by the customer relations rep to find a detailer to get it cleaned up...Days later no one could tell me if they could restore the car, as the chemical had flooded every crack and crevice. A body shop estimated that the engine and dash would probably have to be removed. I began having allergic reactions while driving the vehicle as well. I had been told initially, by the representative of these Shops seemingly on every corner, that they would pay for all damages as well as my time. When I informed them of the body shop estimate, they told me to contact your insurance company, we are done with you.When I called Nick Jr. at Taylor & Leonard, he displayed what real customer relations means. Almost immediately he had me on the phone with NYCM insurance and within days an appraiser was at the body shop to inspect the damage. Ironically an email was sent from my former contact at the Shops and offered an independent appraiser inspecting another victims vehicle at the same body to shop to speed up the process in getting your car cleaned, unquote...NYCM deemed my new vehicle a total loss, and thanks to Taylor & Leonard, I drive a new leased 2019 Mazda 3, compliments of the great folks at Della! Ill never spend another dime at the aforementioned local inconvenience shops. But Nick Jr. at Taylor & Leonard has my business for life! Thanks again for all your concern and compassion.

2021-09-08Insurance never sleeps when it comes to Nick Taylor! He is available 24/7, and will always answer when his clients need him. Having gotten a flat tire on Labor Day, I called Nick regarding my insurance and what it covered. Nick answered immediately (on a holiday) and quickly looked up my policy to assure me that a flat change and a certain mileage of towing were covered under my policy. It made me feel so relieved, knowing what to expect, and knowing I would be reimbursed for an expense I never anticipated. Being the directionally impaired person I am, Nick even stayed on the phone to ensure I knew the best route home, and what would be safest driving on my spare tire. He surely goes the extra mile!

2019-11-18Taylor & Leonards motto - insurance that never sleeps - is 100% true! I have found that Nick is always available to help and to answer questions (insurance or financial related) whenever I need. He saved me a great deal of money on auto insurance, and has given me wonderful advice in the area of financial planning. I would highly recommend Taylor & Leonard to anyone!

2019-11-13Been with them for a few years now, and they are so knowledgeable and helpful! I had a rock hit my windshield on the northway once. It was a brand new vehicle and speaking with Nick Jr and the team, I got the window replaced with very little effort on my part and was guided easily throughout the process. I highly recommend them!
