Full renovation on the first floor . Next year TCR Builders will renovate basement and the outside of the house. I highly recommend TCR Builders you will not be disappointed. I had my siding, windows and roof done with TCR BUILDERS. They are amazing!!!!!! very detail oriented, very helpful; Samuel is always willing to help always there to answer any question, willing to work with the customers. Most important of the work gets done on time. Their team is very efficient; after they were done they make sure everything was nice and clean. I will recommend them and definitely use them again in any future renovations.
Great professional service was provided. Samuel was a great in helping me with the issues I had with the roof leak. Very honest and fair and quick repairs was done to my roof. Also like the way mike came over with a great presentation to show how different roof systems work, and which opinions is best to have a trouble free roof. Samuel and mike gave me a peace of mind. Sam transformed my house. The siding I had was outdated cedar with woodpeckers attacking it every morning. Sam presented some beautiful siding choices. TCR works fast clean and professional. Samuel works with you, gives suggestions and helpful advice, open for changes, always available for questions and very patient in dealing with any challenges that may arise. I asked TCR to I stall an attic access ladder in a very uncomfortable spot. TCR made great recommendations which I agreed to. Could not be more happier with the job they did. They were neat, professional, and fairly priced. If I have remodeling or exterior work in the future I will be calling TCR.

We needed our roof done and was shopping around and sam was the first one to call. He showed up on the same day and looked around and gave us an estimate he explain everything to us and what was wrong with our roof. Sam and his team came and got right to work our roof was done within a couple of hours. Sam and his team are excellent workers and would highly recommend them.
TCR Builders went above and beyond when it comes to quality of work. They are always available to answer questions and walk you through and make you comfortable with a job that you have no idea about. With a description and reason for everything they provided a proposal on our commercial property to extend the life of the roof. They were not the cheapest but they were definitely the most caring, punctual, and informative. A few other roofers just sent as an estimate saying that this is what needs to be done. How do you expect me to make a decision like that?? After they nailed all of our concerns and the job was approved, they were available within a week to start the project. In the 3 days that they were there the only time we felt like construction was going on was when we saw their trucks outside. Thank you so much to the whole crew. Definitely call them if you need maintenance. They will be far more detailed than other roofer.
Sam responded to my inquiry and came for an estimate within a day. Two days later the workers came and completed the job. Even though it was a small job, the work was done thoroughly and professionally.

Thanks, TCR Builders. This is my third time using this company. I manage an apartment complex, and the roof was replaced completely 5 years ago. Its clear at this point that the old contractor didnt do a great job, but TCR Builders comes in every time and takes care of the issue. Their quality and precision is excellent, and they will keep you updated and work with your schedule. They always make sure that the work stays on schedule. They are very fairly priced and know how to be a great balance of professional and friendly.

2021-11-24I had a leaked in my roof and TCR came and evaluated my roof condition. They took the time to listen to my concerns, they explained the condition of my roof and provided the different options. The crew came on time and were all very professional, very neat and polite. My roof came looking fantastic! Sam the owner responded to every call I made to him and his project manager Ernesto made sure the crew did what they were supposed to accomplished for the day. Recommend them highly! Thank you again!

2021-10-02I am so impressed with the work TCR builders did and would recommend them to everyone. I contacted them to get an estimate to replace our roof as we had a leak after all of the rain we got in July and August, and we were getting water in our basement as well. Sam and Anderson came and explained the entire process of replacing the roof from start to finish, they answered all of my questions (which I had a lot) and listened to my concerns, especially regarding the water in the basement. Ultimately we decided to replace the roof, replace and bring the fascia board out an additional inch or so, and replace the back gutters with a larger 6 inch gutter. Their quote for the roof was inline with other quotes I had received, but what really set them apart for me was the time they took to explain everything and listen to my concerns and come up with a solution. Literally no other company came close to the attention and service TCR provided.TCR was also excellent at communicating the status of our project. Our project was rescheduled because of rain, but they gave me several options including starting earlier in the week or starting the following week, which I really appreciated. The day our project started Carlos and Anderson were in constant contact with me to explain everything as the project progressed, and answer any of the questions I had along the way. Carlos had excellent attention to detail, and made several recommendations during the project. Their crew was excellent and left everything very clean once they were finished. They even took the time to go around with a magnet and pick up any nails that may have accidentally fallen.Honestly I would recommend TCR to everyone needing a home project done! My new roof came out great and everyone I spoke to within the company was extremely professional, the communication from start to finish was great, and you can tell everyone, from the back office staff to the installation crew, really cares about their customers. 2021-06-05Sam and his crew did an amazing job. From installing my new siding to creating a beautiful portico that went with design of the house. Very honest and trustworthy. His crew also did little side projects that made all the difference in the world that many other companies would have never touched. His attention to detail and finishing the job in a timely manner was the best. I am looking forward to starting another big job soon and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Sam and his crew to complete the task. Thank you so much TCR builders. 2021-04-22Fantastic company to work with.From start to finish our job was very complex with planning and permitting and, of course, Covid. They demolished and rebuilt a detached garage for us, they also replaced a complete roof on our house. The workers were punctual, professional and clean. Nothing was left for me to clean. The work was done by the date that we set up. Any questions or suggestions you can ask. 2021-07-19Sam and team are utmost professionals. From the estimate to the end of the project, they were honest, professional and easy to work with. Andersen, the Project Manager was on site 2-3 times a day to ensure everything went smooth and to review open items with us. The team had to work in unbelievable heat and never missed a day of work! I cannot remember when we had such a great experience with home improvement. We highly recommend them.

2020-03-29We had our roof done as well as installed new skylights through TCR Builders and were very impressed with Sams professionalism and approach. Following the completion of the work we noticed a minor leak in the roof (as all roofs only truly get tested once it rains) which Sam fixed within 24 hours. Overall Id highly recommend Sam and his team and were actually in talks to undertake larger projects with them. Thanks again Sam!

2019-11-25Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I interviewed several companies before I decided to use TCR Builders to replace my roof. The owner Sam sat down with me and explained the entire roof replacement process, which included an explanation of all the materials that would be used and their individual function as part of the roof. None of the other companies that quoted me took the time to give me such a thorough and detailed explanation/presentation. This provided me with enough comfort and assurance to put my home in the hands of TCR Builders. I was not disappointed with the end result, great quality.
