Bad customer service, always very long wait, I was just at this branch, signed in and was waiting for 20 mins , two females walked in straight to the back, did not even signed in and the Indian girl in the back help them out.I walk up and tell her I was waiting and that they just walked in, he respond was she didnt see me obviously because shes too lazy to get up and check the sign in log.Unbelievable, this branch is, this is why I always drive to the Hewitt Branch.Avoid this branch at all cost.
I went to this branch to open up a new account. The rep Sati was EXCELLENT - that is why I would gladly give her five stars. As for the management, the branch gets 1 star. The treatment of this rep (mind you in front of a customer) was disgraceful. How you treat your staff should reflect your character - with respect. I exited the branch upset because the manager left Sati in tears. I gave Sati words of encouragement - never let ANYONE steal your joy. As for me returning to this branch, it will highly be unlikely. TD Bank commercials are always highlighting how customers are treated. Maybe TD Bank needs to show that same respect to their staff.
Probably the worst TD Bank Ive ever been to. Went there today, signed the list to obtain assistance from a representative. 20 minutes into waiting, not one person ahead of me was called. Not to mention a woman walked in, skipped the line, spoke to one of the reps and was attended before the line of people. Unprofessional. Also, the woman assisting me was preoccupied with a personal call while assisting me.Wish there was another location in close proximity so I wouldnt have to return to this location.
Very unprofessional to say the least. I had the worst experience at this location today. Early this morning before the bank opened I went to use the ATM machine to withdraw some cash. Long story short, the ATM took my card so I had to wait a half hour for the branch to open. I speak to the representative there and he tells me, Miss the person that services this machine with the key wont be in until sometime this afternoon, so come back later and you can get your card back. Are you kidding me? They should have a spare or a key in general on deck when and if these type of situations occur. So my whole day is on stand by because of them being unprepared. Smh 😒 furthermore; it makes you wonder, what type of establishment this is and why are their ATM machines dysfunctional?
MINUS ZERO!!!visited my TD branch on 3/13/20 in the morning, sat with one of the managers for 15 minutes while she clicked abd clacked on her computer. She then stated that my funds would be released within a couple of hours. OBVIOUSLY that was a LIE!!! Now 3 days later I get this email saying that my funds will not be available for another week! Mind you-this is a 401k withdrawal check not a personal check or anything and the bank is stating that it needs to be confirmed!!!AND ... my paychecks are directly deposited into this same bank account!!!Will DEFINITELY be changing banks!!!----------------------------------------------------------
They arent perfect (no one is), but despite the slow service they try their best to accommodate their customers. The only reason why there is slow service is because this branch is serving both Queens and Nassau which is RARE. Maybe they should renovate and have 10 tellers instead of the 3. But on the up side theyre convenient. Go early so you dont have to wait.
The Bank is clean, and the staff does their job. Thats about it for Pros. The staff does their job however there are never enough tellers, and the time it takes to assist one customer is very long. You get the occasional teller that looks like they want to go home, but you see that in any customer service job. There is usually a long line, and the parking lot is packed. Also used to have a coin machine, but for some reason its still there but closed down. TD should have more machines inside rather than have people wait on tellers.
A typical TD bank. Not enough tellers and not enough parking. There is not a single day or time that I dont see the parking lot overflowing with cars parked by the curb near the drive thru lanes. Every visit the tellers feel the need to tell me how I couldve done the transaction at an ATM or try to sign me up for a credit card. Theres no such thing as a quick visit here. Even on a weekday afternoon.
I don’t bank here personally (yet), but this morning I was in dire need of a notary as I was registering my son for school, I was so impressed by how prompt courteous and professional The staff at this branch was. I happen to be a bank manager myself, and I can’t give enough props to these ladies! Kudos!!
They kept me waiting 20 minutes to cash a $1000 check. I have been banking there for 12 years. On another occasion my cash got stuck in t b e atm, I recd a receipt t b at said forced deposit. The branch manager said that I would see the $550 that I put in the atm in my acct in 24hrs. It took 5 days & 3 visits to get my deposit credited.
The worst TD Bank in the world. I been a customer for about 2 years now. This Agent name is Rosanna she was horrible . she reminds me of the principal from Matilda Ms.Trunchbull. Put the fear in my soul. She was like there is nothing you can do. Your Account is frozen , its up to GSI most likely we our going to close relations with you. There is nothing we can do. Thank God she was wrong. All my Accounts are active and up and running . All i have to do now is pay a little money i owe on a previous Account. Which i will do Dec 20th so please have patience. By far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a TD Bank Agent do not go there.
Martine the manager here is GREAT! I was having an issue which she took her time to get to the root of the problem after two other employees failed to do so and was extremely patient the whole time even though I was less than pleasant to deal with. She gives each customer the time and attention they deserve
If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would …Worst TD Ever Machines Never Work …And The Staff Forget About A Joke …Always Fixing Machines When There Is A Long Line Of Customers …Do That Before The Branch Is Over …I Suggest You Guys Go Somewhere Else It’s Always Something With Them …One Machine Works They Will Still Make You Wait Outside So Customers Really Don’t Matter Here !!!
Trashy bank that picks and chooses when to listen. Left my account open after I blacked on them declining my payment despite overdraft protection then my ex husbands negative account freezes my daughters savings when hes never put a dime in it and somehow Im getting told HIS accounts have to be cleared up for ME to touch my DAUGHTERS account when the only payments have been a direct deposit from my job paycheck.
I was cashing my check through the Drive-Thru teller, I go around then notice they gave me a fake $100 bill counterfeit and they said they couldnt do anything about it just fill out a secret service report to file with taxes! Like wth this system is setup so you always lose!

2022-04-11I spent over an hour here just to get notarized, unfortunately USPS closed for the day .The customer care attendant was leaving one by one as soon as they finish with each clients . People working here looks mean to visitors, employees on the phone .I guess they don’t like their occupation it’s.

2021-11-16Today I went to make a deposit. There was just one person on line before me. However I waited 20 minutes on line before the only oneI teller working could help me!! Service in this branch is TERRIBLE!! no manager available. I called to complain, nobody answers the phone. Dont put your money here. Im closing my two accounts. Disgraceful

2021-08-12I have been sitting here almost a hour. I person was working taking care of a friend for like forty minutes and when she left he left the platform. Now one lady working with like 6 people waiting. This is unacceptable I am really considering taking all my money out of this bank. The lady that finally helped me never gave me her name and wasnt very pleasant.

2021-11-12Worst branch award. Is there a reason this branch can’t open their doors promptly? It’s 8:33 and I’m outside in the rain. Then the doors are unlocked but the staff doesn’t invite us in. We were like “I guess they’re open now!” It’s 8:37 and there’s only one teller… why????Not to mention their atm machines are alllllways down.

2021-04-08The lack of professionalism in this branch is stunning. Banks in some third world countries are more professional. Only two windows are operating and the representative in one of them left the window three times during my stay there, only God knows where he went. They are so careless and the line is literally out the door and no one seems to care or sipped up the process. They dont even have the courtesy to call on the next client. Will be closing this account soon.

2020-10-12Bad service first time I came had to wait 3hrs excused it due to Covid situation. But girl messed on drivers info. Then I had to comeback at show her my driver ID # then a week later she says my Ssn # didn’t match now I put up all my papers and misplace my ssn card doesn’t now I had to wait for weeks for my new card due to Covid now I come back to bank and the assistant manager that called and sent emails several times doesn’t want to just take my card and fix it she told me to wait for representatives but now she calls a meeting and they are in a meeting for over an hour. While people are waiting for service. Meetings should be held before bank opens. I waited 2 hrs just to give my ssn card that took 5 min. Unreal worst bank ever.

2020-12-145 star rating is for Melissa Cunha (Vice President & Store Manager) - She was able to assist me and provide me with a solution that no other TD Bank employee (customer service via phone) was unable to provide. She worked in a manner that was professional and efficient.

2021-08-11This bank is awfully slow and inefficient. Its always crowded with people waiting at the drive thru. It seems they have one person working the drive thru hence why service is always bad.
