My family and I had a great experience with Teddy Bear Day Care. The only reason we took our child out of TBDC was to shorten my commute.The entire staff was totally loving and caring to our son and he was always so happy to get to day care. TBDC is very transparent with any issues children have which my partner and I greatly appreciated.We would highly recommend TBDCC!

If your child is 2 years old, or above the age of 8, do NOT bring them here. The teachers quite literally just yell all day because they do not have any tools for stress tolerance. The upper class is the worst. They hate their kids. Always. Nobody should talk to a child how Ive heard these teachers talk to children

We absolutely loved Teddy Bear and we were sad to leave upon moving out of the area. We received the most excellent care for my son who started at 3, and my daughter who started at 1 year. We spent 2 years with the staff and never had any problems. This was not our experience with other centers or in home care. We absolutely recommend the loving staff at TBDC.

My son attended Teddy Bear for ~3 years. We liked the facility and the location was convenient. The teachers were great and my son transitioned well into kindergarten. Weekly prices was similar to other centers although they have scheduled contract hours rather than hourly rates which is different than most.

My son really enjoyed teddy bear, he talks about missing some of his old friends and teachers. Really hope theyll offer after school next year, but they said it was dependent on covid. Would recommend speaking with the director heather.

I want to start off by saying that not everyone that works here is bad. We only had contact with the older toddler teachers. And the morning teacher that he was with every morning was wonderful! She had a great attitude, was always there for our son, very understanding, and just had a way with little ones to make them feel safe and comforted. So, thank you ! You are a true blessing. You made our terrible stay bearable.The problems that I had with this daycare were short of a nightmare, that I would not want any parent or caregiver to go through. The owner and the manager running Teddy Bear Daycare are awful. When we went to shadow the place, the owner talked the center up that it was wonderful and nothing to worry about. Everything seemed legit. But it was not, from the first day that I dropped off my son there, the manage gave me attitude. I had forgotten a few things and my sons milk exploded in my car so things were a bit array. She rolled her eyes at me and treated me like she was better than I and that I should have known better. Thats not a good feeling to have as a parent leaving your child with them for an extended amount of the day. Also not a good first impression. I dont believe there was one day that we didnt have an issue. There were problems with having a bag in the room that went btw our homes. I was charged late fees when I had paid in full every two weeks, which was discussed the first day before my son started that I could pay that way but then in turn, the owner said she never said that. I refused to pay any late fees because I paid on the Monday that it was due and because they do not have staffing to take care of money drop offs in the evening, it was processed on the next morning ( which I spoke with the guy at the end of the day and he said that was fine) but there was a problem apparently with me doing so. I asked for receipts for my cash payments and the manager lied that she gave me one. She said she put it in the cubby three days before I even paid. Now, how is that possible? To give a receipt to someone who hasnt paid yet. The issue that bothered me the most was that there was a child in the room that was very hands on, and pushed or hit other kids ( this confirmed with a teacher that he was doing this to other children as well) No incident reports. My 2.5 year old told his father that a kid (he gave the kids name) hit him in the mouth and that his mouth hurt. But when the manager was confronted, she told me that my son was a liar and made it up. A child of that age cannot make something up like that up, especially when he gave the exact child who did it. After a meeting with the manager, all of a sudden the next day there was a report that my son had a bloody nose and they stated that it was just bloody.that morning, I dropped my child off and he had a super runny nose. How in a matter of a few hours was it so dry that he had bloody nose? My suspicions are that his child hit him again and it went unnoticed, again. Just last night, I asked him how his day was and he was crying. Again, he said that kid was mean and pushed him off a chair. There were no incident reports . I dont even think the girls saw it, because if they did, there would have been a report. I understand that not everything is seen but if you know a certain child is a bully, I would think you would keep an eye on that child.There is zero communication at this daycare. I have asked for calls back and hadnt received any. It disgusts me that they run a facility like this. It broke my heart everyday that I had to send my child here because I knew he was being bullied and I had no other options at the time. My son was only at this center for 1 month. I found him a better, more caring and communicable place. I still paid the last two weeks even though he is not present so they could have their 2 weeks written notice. Not once did I hear anything from the manager or owner, asking if they could do anything to make his stay better.Shame on you, for running your place like this.

Good daycare facility and staff, almost always open even during snowstorms, would recommend. Getting a spot can be difficult if they are full.

Our son is well cared for at this facility. They provide him all meals and snacks. I really like that they have security cameras on site and if you ask to review them they do. The staff is very friendly and I feel like my son is safe there.

Originally started with home care for my son but switched to Teddy Bear due to a new job location. We have been very happy with the staff and facility and would definitely recommend Teddy Bear to anyone in the area!
