Rashied was fast, honest, knowledgeable, and fixed my wifes cracked iPhone screen. I asked a question, and he answered me honestly. He could have taken my money and sold me a product a didnt need, but his integrity was more important. I liked the experience so much. I stopped to write this review in his store.
Tek-Genie is great! His prices are very reasonable and the service is great. He needed to order the piece for my broken camera, and there were shipping issues, but he kept me informed, and when it finally arrived he did the repair on the spot in about 20 minutes!
Hands down, the best computer and phone repair service. Rashied has an amazing amount of knowledge on every device known to man and he explains everything in detail and with patience. To-date Rashied has fixed my phone screen and work laptop LCD screen. I reccomend Tek-Genie time and time again!
The repair man was awesome, he quoted me over the phone & confirmed he had the product before I arrived to ensure I didnt waste time. The camera lenses repair was within 20 min and good

Rashied did an excellent job and he fixed my laptop seamlessly. My computer could not turn on and I was told by Best Buy that I should buy a new lap top but Rashied worked his magic and my laptop is back up and running with no hiccups. I randomly called to get my broken phone fixed late in the afternoon on a Saturday. They stayed open just so I could come in to get my phone fixed & told me the price up front. I came in & dropped off my phone. Within 30 minutes my phone was fixed! This place was a great deal & super accommodating.

This man knows what he is doing and keeps you updated of what he is doing. Upfront honest and is not looking to rip you off. I brought him my Desktop to get it running after not using it for years, he got it back up and running. Of course I had to bring my MacBook Pro to get the mouse pad repaired and the battery changed. He got it done in no time.
The Technichan provided abrupt and dismissive service and spoke down to me on a quiet Sunday morning.The technichan told me to fix my Samsung Tablet he would have to heat the screen, melt the adhesive, replace the digitizer and that I must have dropped the tablet, that is not his responsibility and that the digitizer is expensive so he doesnt want to liable.
I just called to see the price of to fix galaxy s9+ just the glass screen he told me all this stuff about not being able to replace the screen when i juat went and go my glass screen fixed for 189 dollars. he quoted me 279.99 lol ripp off
After my regular Tek guy was unavailable and looking for someone to fix my phone, Im driving by and saw Tek genie open, decided to just drop in and ask for a quote but after his pleasant greeting and professionalism i decided to give him a chance, with some doubt still lingering in my mind I went home and Google him and was pleased to read all the good reviews and was at peace,waiting for his call, and to my surprise he delivered as promised and Im happy with my phone and would recommend him to anyone 😊

2020-09-18My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Rashied. He is an absolutely genuine professional and he knows what he is talking about. He first fixed my wife’s iPhone screen and then I went back to get my iPhones charging adapter fixed. He was honest and first cleaned my charging port without charging a penny and it turned out to be the resolution. Any one else would have lied and tried to make money off me but not Rashied. He is a really nice guy and I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any type of electronic device repair. He will be honest with you and will not overcharge. Thank you Rashied!

2021-02-26Rasheid is so informative and honest. We took our laptop to him when others had quoted us these big prices just to look at it. Rashied walked us through EXACTLY what was wrong with our laptop. He was so thorough and patient. Once he received the part, he repaired it the SAME DAY!!!! We are so pleased with our experience and he is our go to guy from now on.

2020-09-18Ive been dealing with Rashed for a few years now, I found his business on google a few years back and saw he repaired them from home and i was a bit skeptical at first but hes been amazing!! I decided to call him after almost a 2 year hiatus from getting my devices fixed and he told me he now has a shop! I was very excited to here about this huge accomplishment! Well, hes fixed numerous devices of mine, of my father, of friends and other relatives and they have all been happy with the outcome. Hes very professional, honest and delivers when promised. He has also reached out to me when other obstacles have popped up while fixing these devices( I know about this because Ive fixed devices for a while before life caught up to me lol!) asking me if I would like to proceed or he would give me other options for repair. I would highly recommend! All my family and friends use him, you should too!!

2019-11-14Stop your search here folks 40% cheaper than other places, super friendly and helpful. Rashied will do your gadget justice. Was extremely friendly over the phone. He talked with me in depth about possible causes and fixes for my laptop. He was sure to explain the steps he takes in getting new parts so you know your tech. Gave him my computer and he fixed it in an hour and followed up with me the day after. 5 stars

2021-04-30We were so happy we found Tek-Genie! My daughters cell phone glass was not responding -- we had pressed on it too hard when applying a new screen protector. The Verizon dealer across the street said we needed a whole new phone. Tek-Genie replaced the glass for about $30.

2019-11-11Had issues with my phone. Rashied was super nice and explained everything to me. Im not very tech savvy but I understood what was going on my cell phone as he explained it. Rashied spent the time and did numerous tests to try to figure out whats whats wrong and when he realized it would be a very expensive difficult fixed waited and told me and advised me to just get a new phone. Didnt charge me for all the diagnosing and to open up the phone and look at it even though he spent a lot of time. He even took down my work number so I could go back to work and called me and talk to me through everything over the phone before I came back at the end of the day which was super convenient

2020-10-10I did an internet search and chose this place because it was close. Rasheed helped me. Totally amazing service. No one has the screen for my phone, a Moto G8, in stock. Rasheed ordered it and it arrived in a day. He knows a lot and shared his knowledge, made recommendations, and all around provided great service. Price was good as well. Definitely go to him!

Not only did he fix my phone overnight, but he walked me through all of the steps in the process, helped me compare prices by doing it through a different method, and made sure I wasnt due for a new phone (in an effort to help me save money).
