Food and service is always top of the line. You can not beat the view of the river. They. Do not take reservations for the outside. You can get one for inside. In fine weather you will have a 45 min wait. But their large bar makes the wait go quickly. They are pretty accurate when they tell you how long the wait is. If you arrive after 7:30 you should have a shorter or no wait.

We had a reception for our daughter and son-in-law at the Terrace at Waters Edge August 3, 2019. It could not have been a more perfect experience! The setting, the food, and the service were excellent and the cost was very affordable. Thanks to Rit, Jay, Pat, Susan, and the rest of the staff for making it a wonderful event.

Great place! The manager, Rit, is accessible and easy to work with. He is very straight forward. Can accommodate 200, but 150 is much more comfortable. The gazebo area is beautiful, and the Riverview is quite nice.

Had our wedding reception here in June. From the planning stage to the end of the reception they did a FANTASTIC job. Absolutely could not ask for a better experience!!!!

2022-06-03My now husband Seth and I got married at the Terrace in May 2022 and we wouldn’t change a thing about our whole experience. Taylor and all of her staff were very accommodating and as the bride and groom we had a server assigned to us. This allowed us to enjoy some of our cocktail hour apps/drinks, while visiting with guests. Throughout the wedding process Taylor was very prompt with answering any questions and did her very best to accommodate any requests which we had. The day of our wedding Taylor and her staff set up all of our decor just as was discussed and used the extra decor to take the room over the top. We would recommend using Taylor and her staff to anyone!As a venue as a whole we loved the indoor/outdoor feel we were able to capture. We had our ceremony outdoors as well as cocktail hour. We were even able to enjoy the riverside into the evening for our guests to visit and socialize. Finally the hotel was within walking distance for all of our guests to get home safely.

2022-02-28Went to a brunch event hosted by 518Experience. DJ Ketchup is one of my favs so saw he was involved and had to go.First unlimited mimosas was definitely a plus. The buffet style food was nice - bacon, sausage, home fries (delicious), pastries, waffles, french toast bake, plus an omelette station(delicious) and a carved meat station (delicious).The bartender I had since I must have a Bloody Mary at brunch was awesome!! The price of the drink was decent and tasted good. All of the waitstaff was attentive and kept the drinks flowing.DJ Ketchup did his hosting thing while the music by Wailin kept the people moving.Overall was a lot of fun and will probably do it again!

2022-04-17Threw my grandfathers 75th here. Venue itself and drinks were awesome (bartender had a great attitude unlike the rest). Food was decent as well. Staff sat by the bathroom gossiping in the beginning, then throughout the party continued to throw away peoples food and drinks before they could finish, along with the remainder of our cake. I enjoyed myself nonetheless and I understand the staff cleans as they go but its ridiculous people couldn’t even finish their food; some thought the event was ending because of how quickly they were cleaning up. It’s embarrassing to invite relatives from far away to a party and they don’t have the best experience due to staff of all things..
