The guys from Terwilligers have been to my house twice now and have fixed two problems with my well and an issue with my sump pump. Now, its a little weird to use thrilled concerning pumps and wells but I have been absolutely thrilled both times. Each time, they came within 24 hours of my phone call and fixed the problems quickly. What is so great is that I live in an older home with original equipment and they have replaced only the faulty parts at a very cost-efficient rate, while providing time estimates on when other parts might need updating with no pressure to replace the whole system. These guys are great! Highly recommend.

We areh very unhappy with our service from here. They put in a septic tank and leech field. They didnt even begin until several months past when the contract said it would be finished, and they did not do a sufficient job. We have septic water leaking into our yard in a standing puddle now. We have called several times to ask they fix it, but they always tell us its the fault if the engineer for writing up bad plans (which they signed) and have done nothing to fix it. We are very unhappy and would not recommend this company.

Thank you,I live in Rochester, N.Y., but own a rental property outside Corning. When the pump failed to deliver water.One phone call dispatched techs to my site where I believed the pump was bad. Soon I was told it was a broken leg of the 220 electric power at the connection with pump 120 deep.Bottom line ...I experienced prompt same day service with above average customer service all with a phone call.This was an extremely positive exchange in a world where too frequently negitive service is common.Thank you!Regards,Dave

Absolutely terrible! Called on a Thursday and was told theyd call me Monday. Never called so Five minutes to close I call them and they tell me will call next day to set up time to come up Wednesday. Never heard from them. Call a week later and have all my information just sitting there ,but dont even act like they care. Tell me will call me that day, as to let me know when on their way up. Never called and still havent heard from them. Called pump doctors in Horseheads, and they made me a priority and come up the same day, and squeezed my service in within the week.

Katherine scott and robin are just about three of the greatest people on the planet! they are hard working honest truthful gracious intelligent dilligent wonderful hunan beings! they know their stuff have an awesome work ethic were prompt clean on time and great listeners! they are the type of people who restore your faith in all humankind! i wish the world was populated with more people like these people because i think the world would be a better place . i wish there was some way i could say or show my appreciation for all their hard work! there just arent enough stars for the rating . not only did they exceed all my expectations from a business perspective but to say they restored my faith in all humans would be an understatement! not only did they do everything they possibly could to find out what the problem with the water was but they made it work better than it ever has since weve ran the water since weve owned the house for a decade! thankyou so very mucha very satisfied customer!

They came out to my house within 15 minutes of my call. I had water back in less than an hour and their prices were reasonable. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!!!!!!
