Great customer service. Just bring your drivers license and they let you take the car for an hour drive; after a brief introduction to the car. Wow, we are blown away ! Ordering my new 2021 Model Y as we speak. Thanks Cam! Ask for Cam he will guide your best experience.

Tesla has had a showroom inside The Westchester mall in White Plains but they just opened a new dealership at 250 Tarrytown Road in White Plains. They took over the empty space where Lane Bryant was located. This is great news since more snd more people are buying Tesla’s and now they’ll have a convenient location to get their cars repaired!

I test drove the model Y today. Ive never driven an electric car. I was impressed by the handling and how fast it takes off when you step on the pedal. The vehicle its self I find it to be somewhat plan looking, interior and exterior. The big screen in the middle of dash, i dont hate it but i dont love it. It has alot of info good and bad. The navigation system is amazing. But the worse part of this vehicle is when you let go of the pedal it feels like its braking. Thats a feeling i dont know i would get use to. The battery charging is also very questionable to me. As of now i dont beleive this would be the best choice for me.

Just popped in there to see if I could schedule a test drive or what the process would be. Was able to take a test drive at that same moment. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I appreciated the visit!

We took delivery of our Tesla Model Y in the Paramus, N.J., dealership close to our home, but that building on Route 17 north was damaged in a storm and still doesnt offer any service.So I made an appointment with the service department at Tesla White Plains today to touch up several chips in the front bumper from a parking mishap, and install Tesla mud flaps and our front license plate and frame.The service advisor, a woman whose name I didnt get, looked at the chips and said touching them up wouldnt work, and she recommended having the bumper repainted at a Tesla-approved body shop. But she was happy to install the mud flaps and license plate frame, which had three adhesive strips to hold it onto the front bumper.I sat in the waiting room and chatted with another customer, and answered questions from a food deliverer who asked about maintenance of a Tesla (very little) and what I liked best about my Model Y. The answer: How fast it is, compared to a gas car.When the work was completed, the service advisor said there was no charge for installing the mud flaps and license plate frame, and recommended a brushless car wash I could stop at on the way home.Now, thats what I call 5-star service.

Very poor service, i keep giving them second chances hoping i will get better service but service gets worse and worse. Some workers have outstanding service but others is worse then worse. No knowledge, not helpful, having to come back for the same problem. I recommend not coming here just go to mt kisco and save yourself the headache
