Ordered curbside pick up. Order wasn’t ready when I arrived had to wait 20 additional minutes. Ordered well done got medium well. . My steak was way too fatty and not good at all. My husband’s was the same cut, same instructions for temperature and his was fine. They forgot my salad dressing. Just not a good experience tonight.
Wow, good nite out! But the ribs was sold-out.Good food, fast service, clean and comfort.And the bread and cinnamon butter is always great.
Bread is 5 stars. If you just want standard fare and prices, but love some bread, come here. Otherwise, find somewhere more interesting.The steaks are decent and usually close to the temp ordered, but theres nothing that stands out aside from the bread. Steak is steak and the prices you get for the portion is average.The Military Monday thing is basically a gimmick. 20% off sounds good, except it was only my entree and not the check. Took my dad out and $85 went to $80. Big deal. Thats absolutely not going to make me go out of my way to go there and support the business.
Five stars for the customer service, our amazing waitress Rebecca! She was literally perfect. Can’t wait to go back to tip her more 😆 loved her energy. The manager Jaime was also very sweet! She came to check on us during our visit! Love when managers do that lol. This was our first visit to this location last night after watching space jam at the theater in Tanger outlets. This location is literally 1 min away from there. No complaints about the food, wasn’t blown away but next time I will possibly order something different. I enjoyed the bread the most. We had a great time celebrating my birthday. The waitress was very friendly. The food was delicious. I had a ribeye with shrimp, green beans and rice. I couldnt finish so I ate it for lunch. Drinks were affordable. We will return!!
I really want to give 0 stars. I went yesterday for their early dining specials. Our server seemed nice however after getting the bread then appetizers and our drinks nothing was taken off of our table once our food came. Our entree was on one plate and our sides on another and our salads on yet another plate. We had no room on our table. We tried to ask that some plates be taken but we were ignored. When I went to pay the bill I was told I had to use the kiosk. I tried looking at the bill but it wouldn’t load. I paid then had the receipt emailed to me. I finally got the receipt 2 hours after I was there. When I looked I was charged full price for our meals not the $11.99 for their special. The food was ok not great. I will never step into any Texas Roadhouse.
Food is great. People are friendly. Service is not what used to be. I called and asked for a party for 11. She said if i didnt come in person they would split our group and put half on one side of the restaurant and the other on the other side. I did go in and they couldnt guarantee we would sit together. It took a long time for them to bring bread, to clean off the tables in between appetizers and dinner and we had to ask for drinks.
First time there. Atmosphere was nice, server was very nice and did her best. Food: appetizers and drinks were good. Unfortunately I waited over an our after the appetizers and drinks and my food never arrived. Server tried to help but no luck. I asked to speak to the manager and found her to be pleasantly phoney. She was aggressive to the server as well. I asked for assistance. I explained everything, she never checked to see what happened with the food but stated do I still want it. I said no. She comped my meal and I left but not before leaving the server a nice tip for trying.
Normally, our experience is excellent but, this time it was much less favorable.Our server (Ashley) did a wonderful job. She was polite, efficient and professional. The kitchen (cook) was not. My wife and I ordered meals that included sautéed mushrooms. The mushrooms were burnt and had a very bitter taste. They remade my wifes meal and it turned out much better. My biggest complaint was, when the manager came to check on the situation, she told us that the mushrooms were cooked correctly and they were supposed to be burnt. SORRY but, that is wrong and if she doesnt know better, she needs to be, in the least retrained.
After a wonderful experience last Aug 17 ,we came back Aug 21 for a dinner .This is our fave go to diner now 😊.Love the rolls and cinnamon butter .Amazing dinner combo and glad to commend our server Michael for providing a service with a smile and enthusiasm .More Power to the team and hope you relentlessly give your great passion to the community .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙋♀️🙏
Tonight I accompanied friends out to dinner at the deer Park location for my nephews birthday. The only thing that was somewhat tolerable was the waitress Julie . Very friendly & who did the best she could w/ the lack of support and help she got from the support staff. 8 adult dinners were ordered seven out of the 8 dishes were messed up in multiple ways. Half of Side dishes were missing, temperatures on steaks were completely wrong, sauces were not brought out and multiple employees were asked !! overall terrible experience.! I have personally been in the restaurant industry for 28 years and I’ve never had an experience like what we went through tonight. I would never tolerate & allow that in my own restaurant!!!
Where do I even start! We come here as a group of 4, still waiting on 2 more members of our group and the girl on the counter refuses to give us a table till everyone is in and actually looked away and stopped talking to me when I tried explaining very politely that we could start ordering for the people who didn’t come in. I was left with a face of “Are you actually ignoring me”, shocked profoundly at what I just experienced. I’m not sure if it was a very obvious racist treatment or what but It was a frighteningly bad experience. That was followed by a food order where half the items were forgotten and even the ones that came in we’re visibly poor in quality. Our server, I have to mention was quite nice and pleasant but overall, not a good experience at the beginning.
Our server Chloe was extremely helpful and nice. Chloe gave awesome recommendations and made the trip quite enjoyable. I will definitely come back.
Horribly terrible experience and possible food poisoning. My sister had suggested this place because of good reviews online, but were 100% regretful we ever stepped in. They had seated some former staff in a booth next to us, so it was a crowd of servers chatting up for 20-30 minutes at a time and ignoring us with their backs turned. It took us 20 minutes to place an order and then over 45 minutes to get our food. So at the 1 hour mark, we got sides of chili before our entree, but it was cold. We asked if it could be warmer, and got eye rolls. But then, as the entrees came out, one server had turned her back on us to chat with the crowd, and almost hit my 2 year old son with a hot plate. I stuck my hand to shield my sons head and asked her to be careful, and she threw it down on the table and said Im done here. Our waitress walked away with her and didnt acknowledge any wrong doing. Then we get our chilis back and I swear something was done, because my mother, myself, and my wife all had severe stomach pains within the hour. And my wife is pregnant so Im alarmed. This place is horrible, and Im keeping an eye on my wifes condition to follow up if things get worse.
Place is always good to go grab a quick steak to eat with the family. Unfortunately the Steaks arent great, service is hit or miss. The sides are ok, but the bread is great which is what my daughter loves. Overall the place is another Outback, or Boulder Creek nothing more nothing less.
Great value and high quality. Steak kebab with rice and corn, perfectly cooked, medium rare. Service was flawless. Drinks reasonably priced. Great place to watch a game.
Although 40 minute wait at bar wasnt bad...some at the bar were obnoxious drunks who loudly and rudely engaged unwanted conversation with female staff... This inappropriate loud behavior was carried on in a Family oriented restaurant with young children present. The food however was quite good and the service exemplary.
First time there today and it wont be the last time. Food was well cleaned and seasoned, service was above and beyond and the wait time was quick especially on a holiday. I give this place 5 stars. Thank you very much for having me!
We came to the deer park restaurant. Not a good experience. They were all out of any diet sodas. Their food menu was very minimal. I cannot believe that they are out of most of their items on the menu. This is unacceptable. They should tell you that before we were seated.
Just left this restaurant. I’m very grateful for the air conditioning system and know that it is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, the air was blowing with so much force that my food was cold before I could finish my meal. I know it’s hard to please everyone but I left there today feeling like I paid for cold food.
I ordered my food online, food wasn’t ready at the time it said it would be instead it was ready 23min later and nothing was prepared right. I don’t understand the point in putting a meal together if you will just put whatever sides with whichever meat of YOUR choice not mine. THREE SIDES were thrown in a container with a rack of ribs, three sides that didn’t go with the ribs.You were out of Aju Sauce which i find extremely hard to believe.I asked for foil because I had to ask multiple times for the sweet potatoes to be put in foil as it ALWAYS comes when I get a sweet potato.. I was told that is not the case AND that you were out of foil, which is now a complete joke to me.To top it all off, every additional condiment I chose upon placing my order was not in the bag and I had to ask for it & then return and ask for it again because I was not given everything I chose online when I ordered my food.Almost $60 in food waiting 23min longer and then staying an additional 20min because nothing was done correctly.HUGE disappointment.. not the first time having a disappointing experience at this location for Take Out but definitely the worst thus far.
Waitress was an harm and serive was excellent, steaks where perfect and the appetizers came out quickly, burger with bacon American cheese was cooked to excellence, definitely a good night and recommend to any steak lover.
Starting this off to say I dont blame staff or Manager for this review as they are probably just doing their jobs. Cash the manager was excellent in trying to rectify the situation and due to current political and economic crisis I understand that inflation is going to happen, with that said: Dinner was great, food was great, staff was great, experience was friendly, heres where the problems began:Come in 4 open tables, told wait was 10 - 20 minutes yet there were 4 open tables, explained a server didnt show up so no one can bus or serve those tables..... okay fine.Get a seat, server had an amazing personality, took order smiles good talk, requested more bread.... no bread, another server brings me bread after 3rd request 10 minutes later.... okay they are busy its fine.Get order Food was amazing, ordered 2 bone in steaks.... 1 medium one medium rare..... Get potatoes brocolli salad.... for 2 .... steak was well done and medium.... okay.... so had to leave... paid for meal and was told to come back before closing for make ups (paid in advance..... 82 dollars for 2 bone in rib eye.... little expensive but okay...)try to get back and call at 920 phone says restaurant is closed, get back at 940 wait.... Get meals go home, 1 steak completely different (sirloin no bone), each steak had 1/3 of fat literally, so I paid 82 dollars for a great experience great manager gave a 23 dollar tip for poor quality steak? doesnt seem fair.Again I understand the Economic crisis Understand the circumstances but cant understand paying extra for sub par food, again want good drinks great experience have a little extra to spend go here, but this is not the Texas Roadhouse I remember from years back.
They messed up my last 2 online orders. Gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken for my chicken critter salad. I ordered again last night. My salad was finally correct but I ordered a burger and they sent it WITHOUT MEAT? They literally gave me a bun with lettuce/tomato/onion on the side. Idk whats going on here. Disappointed tbh
If I could, I would give this restaurant a zero rating. Terrible customer service! We were seated and waited for 20 minutes at our assigned table. We were never approached by a waiter while a bunch of staff were busy taking photos of a rainbow outside, chatting at the register and blatantly ignoring us. I have come to this restaurant on numerous occasions but this experience has completely ruined my opinion of the establishment. I will definitely not be recommending this restaurant!
My boyfriend and I went there recently because we had been to the Levittown location before and liked it. It was very crowded but we didnt really have to wait, which was nice. I ordered ribs and B.F. ordered steak and baked potato. The salads were good but we were surprised to get our meals on what Id call a dessert plate. There wasnt even room to cut your food. It was crazy. A tiny bloomin onion was ok. Maybe the plate size was so wed feel we got a larger portion? Probably will not go to this one again.
Ordered 1 meal and 1 appetizer for take out. I was told 20 minutes, which turned into 75 minutes and then after paying, they said another 10 minutes for the rolls. This is unacceptable. I think it will be months before I come back again.
I went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday for dinner on Feb 27th I sat at table 221 with my mom, and our waitress went above and beyond for us. Her name was Nadja and she was the nicest server I’ve ever met! So incredibly nice. I called management when I got home to let them know how good she was and they told me it was her 3rd day serving and I was shocked. She was incredible and I will definitely be coming back because of Nadja!!!! Also, food was amazing.
Great service, bad food. The country fried chicken was too salty, the mashed potatoes have chunks of raw potatoes, and the green beans with bacon tasted like they used canned bacon for some reason... Not a good experience at all, besides the great waitress that we had. Oooh, I almost forgot about the dirty small plates they brought out. SMH
The server was really nice but the service wasnt. We had to ask for water and I didnt even get any. The food was not very good, which was a surprise. Ive never had bad food or service there before. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I will go back to see if this is a disturbing trend
Great all American place when it’s not packed.The servers i got were nice, and attentive on my order and refills. Which to me is a big plus.Those stills are addicting their drinks are always great and delicious!Food is always good
This time my experience was not good.The ribs I ordered were cold and the bbq sauce was scarce.Our Server, cant recall his name was too busy.After finishing our meal, we paid on the instrument available on the table and asked our Server to give us bread to go, he told us to take it from the window outside.Please let me tell you Ive been visiting NY branch since 4 years and before that in Dubai and never had any server asked us to collect from outside window, they normally brought it to us as take away.Nevertheless, I did as told, even though this was something new.At the window I was told there is a 20 mins wait and that I need to pay for it!!! I was surprised as I never had to pay especially if I dined in. After a bit of arguing with a couple of staff, one of them asked if I would like to talk to the manager, spoke to the manager, she was surprised why this Server asked me to come at the window and they shouldve given me in the restaurant. she got me the bread after a bit of wait. I was very unhappy with this Server and felt worse coz I had given him a 20% tip, which he clearly did not deserve.
I loved this restaurant. This was my first time at this location and I was so impressed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was just as good as Ive had at any other location. The service fast and the food is so affordable. The biscuits are so soft and yummy. I cant say enough about Texas Roadhouse

Fun local hangout for the Sports bar scene, Happy Hours, and for yummy steak! Prime rib here is highly recommended and so are the pork chops. Love the mixed cocktail menu and drink options both alcohol and not. The crowds are always lively here as is the wait, call ahead to save a spot in line! Prices are very reasonable and its a good spot for lunch and dinner.

I came to this location to grab dinner after work. The girl who seated me and my girlfriend was extremely rude, she slammed the bread on the table and came back a few minutes later and slammed two plates on the table and walked away. Everyone else from my server and the person who checked me in seemed ok, but due to the interaction that I had with the girl who seated me I will not come back to this location. Lastly I would like to add this woman didnt even present me or my girlfriend with menus which just sums up poor customer service. Please work on customer service Texas roadhouse
Great steaks and apps feels like those man caves but its a simple and nice design always loving staff and if I recall on certain days there is a person who would go to table to table n make balloon animals and stuff with balloons for the kids drinks r huge n have little strong alcohol taste and greatly done steaks n tender
It was my birthday and they treated me like a Queen. I always like their prime rib and they didnt disappoint. Its always a warm family atmosphere and its why I love this spot.

Numerous times that I have been there at this Deer Park location and dine at the bar... Every single time disapointed bc the bartenders ... only said hello and ask for a drink only once. She couldnt be bothered asking if I wanted another drink... more napkins, forgot my side dish for my meal...and my BFs drinks as well. You can see it was empy for MORE THEN 10 min...she kept walking by... wasnt that busy... so I finally had to ask. REALLY??? And then, she didnt get him one, how bizarre and clueless can you be. I thought she would know what she was doing but I guess not, I think theyre full of themselves and couldnt be bothered. And not for nothing... I still tipped very well bc I wont stoop down to somebodys level. But stupid me she definitely did not deserve what I left her.

My experience here was great from the door, the customer service greeted us with smiles and ready to go. My waiter was cool she earned her tip tonight with me running her back and forth for drinks all night. The food was delicious 😋 I cant say nothing out of pocket about my experience. My red sangria drink had me feeling myself so two thumbs up to the bartender for tonight.
Friend visiting from out of state. Tried a recommendation on Rt. 110. After a long wait of being ignored we left and drove to an Italian restaurant on deer park ave. By the time we got there it was closed. I prefer smaller mom and pop establishments but at this hour figured only thing open would be larger chain restaurants. Drove to Texas road house on Commack rd. Glad I did, steaks were really good. I had the 16oz ribeye, cooked to my liking, flavorful. Comes with 2 sides that you can select from about 12 options. Mashed potatoes were good. Friend got chicken and steak combo. Said chicken breast was cut with a fork, and his steak also cooked perfectly for him. Keith our waiter was great, both of us jokeing around with this guy from small town Georgia. Kept us entertained and fed. Made us feel at home in a big chain restaurant, couldnt ask for anything more. Good experience.They dont know how to do desert. Ordered strawberry cheesecake coffee and sambuca. They dont have sambuca, guess its not cowboy. Coffee came, buy the time I flagged waitress down for cream, sugar and a spoon coffee was cold. See pic of cheese cake, then see Olympic dinner review.

The chili was cold when it arrive at the table but we kept it. But the ribs that my mother and I had were dry 😕 that was a little disappointing. First visit ever to a Texas Roadhouse & it wont be my last! Pleasantly surprised by some vegan options (bread can be made without butter just ask - its well worth the wait). You are served an endless bucket of delicious peanuts. Our server was a delight: extremely helpful and funny. The prices were extremely reasonable too. Highly recommended! @alongislandvegan

Came to eat here from Queens. My aunt recommended me this restaurant. To our surprise, we found a small piece of plastic in our appetizer and the food was not fresh. Hope they improve their food quality.
We spent over $130 on a pickup order. The steaks are under cut. One of the orders was a 6 oz steak but you can see in the picture clearly its not. We also paid for a dozen rolls. The orders are supposed to come with free rolls but we never got them. They cant follow simple instructions. Dont order from here!
Mediocre food. We were expecting high quality food from this restaurant. The food felt like it was old. The cheese on the side dish was cold and wasn’t melted when it was supposed to. The steak was too small. I’ve never seen a steak shaped like and smaller than a potato before. Their fries were bland. I didn’t get my money’s worth. Wouldn’t go back.
The server to the management was unprofessional.The service was not anything close to appeasing. Our bill was 178 which Id think the services shouldve been better. Definitely not interested In coming back thank you.
Would put 0 stars if I could. It is currently 8:10 pm. We arrived at 6:30 pm with a group of 8. They told us 1 hour wait. It has now been an hour and 40 minutes, still counting. We have watched multiple groups come in and out in the time weve been waiting. They even have this sign that says tables are reserved for only 1 hour due to people waiting. Yet there has been a group of 8 here for almost 2 hours that we are waiting for to leave. Horrible customer service. Id rather go to Mcdonalds.
Hostess at the entrance needs social skills way below par. The only reason this gets 5 stars is for the barmaid who made sure we were seated and attend to or ever need . She cleaned a table off for us took our order and made sure that we were taken care of. Excellent an asset to your establishment for sure . She was absolutely outstanding . Food was very good .

I went here for my birthday a few days ago and I was very disappointed. We waited at least 20 minutes for the waitress to come over and take our drink orders. The utensils were dirty, and when we got our food the order was wrong. My fiance got a New York strip steak which was all fat, and when he bit into it the center had a weird white part with the consistency of mold! We have been sick ever since eating here. I have never had this problem with the other locations. Will not return
Group of friends went for dinner after hanging out. We got two apps and an entree each with tip it was about $140 my bone in rib eye was seared nicely and it was delicious.
The wait time total from not having seats to in between seating, then waiting for drinks and everything else to the check was 2 hours. The foods okay. Being short staffed isnt an excuse to the REVIEW OF THE RESTAURANT. This is not directed at the staff working their butts off.
Why on earth did they sear my prime rib after it was cut?? I was expecting a beautifully tender pink steak (it was perfect last week), but instead got what seemed to more of a ribeye than a prime rib. Yes, it was still a good steak, but if I wanted I ribeye, I would have ordered that instead. I was hoping it would be fine and tried to eat it, but the texture and flavor were completely wrong, much chewier and oiler than I wanted. It makes me suspect that they ran out of prime rib and tried to pass off a ribeye as one, or the chef just decided to do something crazy. The manager was extremely unhelpful and could not explain what happened. I was not expecting the entire steak to be comped, but the only response was to next time request my prime rib not be seared to be safe. Why do I have to do that at a restuarant that supposedly specializes in steaks??
Preordered a diner for four at take out take out window at 4pm to be picked up at 6pm. Arrived at 6pm promptly only to be to a few more minutes. As it turns out they didnt even start the order, kept telling me a few more minutes, its being packed. 6.45 rolls around and and I ask to speak with a manager who offers to refund my money. As this is happening I get a text my food is ready for pickup at 6.50 pm. You would think the manager would at least offer me the opportunity to accept the food I waisted 45 minutes waiting for. But no, I was told she will email a refund certificate and to have a nice evening. First time in my life I felt compelled to post a negative review about anyone or anything. Customer satisfaction is very low on this locations list of urgencies. Dont recommend unless you got plenty of time to kill

Delicious food, great prices, the rolls with cinnamon butter is the bomb! Our favorite is the prime rib and the rib eye, we drive 45 mins to come here and its worth it!
Very good food. Much better steaks then the outback by far. Pricing is affordable id say two and a half $ signs It was about 36 dollars a person for a good meal but the price is well worth it. Our server was phenomenal very attentive to us and friendly and the service was a good speed. If you want to eat somewhere that’s not crazy expensive but enjoy your meal then this place is for you.
We first ate at Texas Roadhouse 7 years ago in West Virginia and we enjoyed the meal. This is our 2nd visit to the Deer Park, NY Roadhouse and we enjoyed it each time.
My favorite place to eat with my friends. Fun atmosphere. Great food great service. Especially Mike the waiter.
Pick your own steak before you are seated and have it cooked your way . The wait staff are friendly and very professional. Anthony is a 5 plus star waiter

Good food & fast service. Nice family-friendly place to have lunch and dinner. The bucket of free shelled peanuts (pictured) is nice to snack on while youre waiting for your food. So if you have any Peanut Allergies I suggest to Stay Away because theres peanut dust and shells all around the entire restaurant.The pulled pork dinner plate could have been a little better, in the sense of you just get a small round dish of your side and the bread for the sandwich is so tiny and they put a bunch of pulled pork on your plate. I just think they could have made that pulled pork dinner sandwich a lot nicer and have the roll much bigger. Their loaded sweet potato is delicious.
The rolls were awesome!! We had a nice experience with the food and service except for the steak, unfortunately it was not tasty at all way too bland and tough.
I like this place. Favourite meal is prime rib, but was out of order last two times we went there.
Texas Roadhouse is so amazing. I love the atmosphere, everyone is so happy and that makes you feel confortable and at ease to eat there.Although my boyfriend and I had to wait 40 mins before having a table, the service was very quick. They give you small bread and peanuts to eat as you wait for your orders. The salad we ordered came in less then 10 mins and our steaks arrived also in less then 10 mins after we were done eating the salad. I ordered 16 oz ribeye steak and my boyfriend took 11 oz sirloin. We both enjoyed our well cooked steak and agreed that it was the best steak ever! I will recommend Texas Roadhouse to everyone wishing to have a good time and having a nice meal.

My steak was a Tesla stake lol. This place is awesome. Food always consistently good. Highly recommend. Be sure to call ahead or use their website to reserve your seats.

This place is great when you go early! Its a pretty loud place in the evening. I enjoy the herb crusted chicken from there definitely recommend and the pulled pork is good also according to the people I go with. But one of them said the steak was a little dry. But overall great food and service definitely would go back. In addition everyone their is very friendly

Wonderful meal. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I had Medallions, my son-in-law gad Rib-Eye, and we both like it med-rare, just absolutely delicious. My daughter enjoyed her burger platter, and last but not least, my granddaughter (5 1/2 yrs old) enjoyed her hot dog & applesauce. The waitstaff was absolutely great. The food was yummy, and I would say its definitely a great time.....👍👍

The service is terrible on take out, they tell u half hour and it more like hour and half. I just found hair in my salad. I’m very disappointed.

Definitely needs to be recognized for such GREAT WORK. Food was on point delicious. The drinks were also great. I have been here 3 times now and I have enjoyed every visit so far. The staff is beyond friendly. The food selection is good and the quality of the food is amazing! Nice but loud atmosphere. The Texas aesthetic is very cool. If youre not into loud crowds and loud music however, then this isnt the place for you. I have yet to try any alcoholic beverages here. They open at 3pm. The earlier you go, the better.
I placed an online order at 538pm for 7pm pickup with prime rib included. They attempted to call me at 645pm, over an hour later, (I missed the call) letting me know they were out of prime rib. When I got to the restaurant I noticed I missed the call and listened to their voice mail. When I called I was that they had just run out of prime rib. That means that even though they knew they had a pending to go order for prime rib they sold the last piece to someone else. I do thank the manager for remaking the entire order instead of sending me home with one cold steak that was the other half of my order.
Been here twice, its okay. The staff was great on both occasions. I dont know what it is about this place, Its always packed out. I hear people talking about the buns, yeah theyre great, but not enough for me to go out of my way for.

Went last night for dinner with my wife and son .The food and service was amazing We started off with the onion blossom which wasnt oily at all and so much better than a blooming onion. I havent had a good steak cooked the right way in a long time. The chef cooked it to a perfect medium rare. Will definitely be going back
Two of my girlfriends and I meet here for dinner every few months. At first, we chose it because it was a central location for us. But we continue to frequent this Texas Roadhouse because of the quick, friendly servers, the comfortable seating, the relaxed atmosphere, and never feeling rushed. Then, too, theres the menu. Good selection, nice size portions, and consistent, delicious comfort food. I have celiacs/food allergies and I can find safe selections , too, with little to no need for special requests (I hate being the picky one). Of course, I share my dietary issues up front, as requested by all restaurants, and in all the times Ive dined there, Ive not had an adverse reaction. I love this restaurant!

We had three people I ordered a rib steak medium should have been pink in the middle but was well done that was disappointing order a side salad with Italian dressing which tasted very sour. Our waitress was the best you could ever ask for and offering to replace everything but we did not have time. Drinks were good and fairly priced and the appetizers were good. But I went there from the steak Im just very disappointed
Waited 45 minutes to be seated, and then an addition 1 1/2 Hours to have the water tell us our ticket was lost in the Kitchen. When Asked for the manager Kass, she came over and asked what is the problem here? Excuse me?? the problem is we have been here 2+ hours and still havent had our food. Were offered an appetizer for our next visit and handed a salad. Customer Service is horrible and staff needs proper training.

I usually dont get takeout that often. I like to eat in the restaurant. But since I was driving by and the restaurant is one of our favorites.But the reason because I am so happy about this visit was because of the amazing service I got.The girl that helped me.. she was so sweet and so full of energy.Her name was SaimaShe definitely deserve more than 5 stars 😀

So I’m seeing some bad reviews and I’m a bit surprised. This was my first time here and at Texas Roadhouse in general. I’m quite satisfied. The fried pickles were outstanding. They were crispy. Why other people complain they’re greasy I’m confused about. They’re fried people! Ribeye was excellent and for the price it cannot be beat. Boneless wings looked weird and dry at first…wrong! They were very tasty. Other places drown them in sauce…these were perfect. Only reason I am giving them 4 and not 5 stars is the mixed drinks don’t have much alcohol in them. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Perfect atmosphere for an all-American bbq dinner. Very family friendly and the staff was extremely accommodating with the special diet needs that one of our party required. We will definitely return for their amazing sauce and service! This is one of the few remaining businesses/restaurants in the area that still puts customers first and I love and support that.

Love the free rolls with the cinnamon butter. Meal is always very good too for a great price. Can get crowded at times so would recommend doing the call ahead on their website to reduce your wait.

Terrible experience. Our food was taken to another table so we had to wait 30 minutes for them to remake food. What came out was terrible. The steak was overcooked for both me and my wife. The ribs I got were undercooked. Our server was utterly useless and rarely seen. No one bothers to ask if we needed anything or if food was ok I ran out of drinks but no one cares...no managers to speak to. A waste of $100 on food that was left on the plates yet didnt seem to bother anyone.
I remember when Road house first opened up its was so good and the customer service was excellent. I recently went with my family and was so disappointed. The waiter never mentioned that they didn’t have fried chicken, shrimp, or ribs. He waited to tell me after I placed my order. Then we got our burgers and they weren’t cooked properly and the manager was super rude. Never going back.

The meat was not so bad just slightly over cooked and I would have like it less, I asked for broccoli I was assured they would be cooked, more like browned crudites, not a complaint per SE but I have a sensitive stomach,was not offered a substitute for any of the food. Outstanding visit tonight. Everyone was on point from the moment I walked in the door. The server was fantastic, and the food was cooked perfectly. I had a ribeye so good that Ididn’t know whether I should eat it or propose to it! The chili was really good as well and frankly I was surprised when I got to billl because I had not looked at any of the pricing and it was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this location

We always have a good experience dining in however the experience with takeout is inconsistent. Every time I receive my order there is an item missing or incorrect. They offer for me to come back and pick it up but I sometimes have to send people to pick up my orders and this is not possible. This last time they gave me a credit to use for the item I paid full price for and never received. This forces me to return back and really doesnt address that they made an error. I think there is room for improvement when it comes to quality assurance of orders. As for the to go process it is very smooth and organized I just wish that the employees took the extra step to double check that patrons receive what they ordered. Recommend for food quality but be prepared with take out to check that your order was packed properly.
Food was very good especially thy ribs 😋 My actual experience not so good - I wanted to order three racks of ribs and some other appetizers & management would not allow me till all my guests were present - That wasnt appreciated by me & my guests at all - Im quite disappointed by management whom made our evening uncomfortable to say thy least - considering we all finished work then came straight to the restaurant with limited time to enjoy accordingly - But Im still saying the food was very good & nine of us in addition to thy appetizers actually ordered meals on top of that & of course several beverages -
Hostess were unprofessional and seemed confused. Our Server was nice and friendly but when our salads came we had to ask 3 people for silverware and sat there for 5min waiting. Food was great just service amongst staff could be better.
Walked out after less than 10 minutes. Place seemed dirty from the start. Even with a reservation they put our party at a small booth and made one person sit on a chair in the aisle with people walking behind. Waitress started out by telling us about the several different items they didnt have. The sweat tea they brewed tasted disgusting, we got dirty plates and utensils that were still wet from the washer.. The last straw was when the waitress came back after we ordered and told us they were out of some of the food we ordered. We Got up and left and went to Outback, where we should have gone to begin with.

I enjoyed the food here. The bread you start off with was amazing. They served a cinnamon butter with it. They serve $3 margaritas but we had the 22 ounce beer and giant margaritas. I had the barbecue chicken. It was very good. The server was very attentive. Definitely do the call ahead. We waited 30 minutes even after a call ahead.
Food is great as always, not a fan of their cue system for dinner reservations or their bday celebrations. Always friendly service.

A nice restaurant with good food and good, prompt service. I had the Porterhouse T-Bone steak. Great flavor but the strip side was too chewy. Still, good steaks at a reasonable price.
We ordered the country fried chicken with a side of mash potatoes and steak fries. My wife and I always order this and the chicken/steak fries are never crispy. My wife wanted to try their fried pickles, and they were soggy! I feel that they are not focused on the quality control of their food because so many people order from here and they just focus on completing orders. Worst of all, we recently ordered this on Friday 4/16/21, and we got food poisoning in the middle of the night. We will never order from here again!

My friend had a hair on her food, they never came to our table to ask if we needed anything else, it was my friend and I bday dinner celebration, the waitress brought the food and never came to our table basically. I had a spicy boneless wings and for the main course I had burned ends with rice. The wings were great but the burnt ends was OK. My friends said their dishes was good. One who had the roadkill dish raved about it. I will be back to try another dish. Possibly the steak which is the signature dish. The atmosphere and service excellent . Their was a long wait of about a hour on Saturday night. The prices are very good.

I cant recommend this wonderful steakhouse enough. I moved from Amarillo and havent been back for nearly 14 years now, and every time I come here its like a little taste of home. Ive already spent $88 there this month. Ill be honest, not even they can match real Texas BBQ, but theyre as close as you can find out here.

The wait was over an hour. Possibly due to the fact that the kids were off from school on Monday. They have a barrel of peanuts for you to munch on while waiting.Once we got seated, we were not happy that our table was next to the bar, so while we were going to eat wed be staring at peoples rears. They moved us to another table and the manager, Eric, came over to us to make sure we were satisfied.The dinner rolls and butter they serve are to die for. Both my and my wifes steaks were cooked perfectly . The ribs in my combo were pretty good, except at the end of the half rack were really dry. Wife had the broccoli as a side and loved it. My side was the chili - not as spicy as I make at home, but still with a nice kick to it.Our waitress, Jessica, did an outstanding job.Prices are very reasonable. But again the wait was LONG

Food was delicious. My family thought it was a little salty, but I thought it was fine. Service was so-so. The waitress was actually quite nice, just not so efficient. Main problem was French fries. Yes I said French fries. The sides that come with the meals didnt come until we were about to leave. One order would have been understandable, but 3 orders, thats a bit much. Overall, it was an ok experience.
Did call ahead for 700 told us to get there early, so we got there at 635 sat us at 750 ordered three primrib stakes at 800 the manger came at 830 and we were told no prime rib left so we replaced them with serlon med done at 900 received rare stake instead. We had party of 6 3 witch were kids they were starving . The manger Andrew Hellur did seem to care and couldnt be bothered showed no empathy. Never go back there again.
Fun place to eat and food is good. Love the bread with sweet butter. Can have a bit of a wait for food and to be seated because it is usually busy. Overall, I have enjoyed multiple meals here.Edit to original: My husband and I have gotten take out here many times. The overall quality has been declining. Just this Friday we ordered food and my husband got food poisoning. He was sick in the middle of the night and next day from it.

So, curbside pickup is a joke. They force you to order online, why!?? So they can’t blame a person for the mistakes. $2 each for extra cinnamon butter, I buy 3 extra, and only receive 2 total. And for $2 a pop, the extra butter should feel like extra. Speaking of extra, you can ask for extra salad dressing , but I didn’t get that either. Oh and I didn’t read any fine print that said all my food would be separated into 17 different containers for each meal. I don’t get it. And to think that the tip was mandatory in the charge. LOL!!! What a JOKE. only reason I gave 2 stars, is Bc the food is still good. But the to go service is UNSATISFACTORY!!! I have dined in numerous, never any issues. Great service, great food. Deer Park needs to look into hiring a more capable staff to handle its to-go services.
Ive been to one in NJ, that was excellent. This particular locations service was slow and by the time the food came out it was cold. The BBQ chicken was dry and the server kept forgetting to get us the drink s.
We had an amazing waiter, I believe his name is Rajahn (hopefully I spelled it correctly) he was so attentive, always with an smile, super nice, helpful. I will definitely come here again and ask for him because he was genuinely happy to help us and give us service. I wish other restaurants had more people like him because sometimes I dont return to a place just because of the service given.

Havent been there in a while, not thrilled this time! We never did get their bread. Was served dinner, but never got salad, had to ask for it. One tiny little cup of ketchup for french fries. Ribs were over cooked, ribeye slightly tough, fried pickles very greasy, my side of rice was barely warm. $70. for two adults, no alcohol, no dessert, 1 iced tea, 1 water....wont be going back anytime soon, if at all.

Usually when my boyfriend and I eat at the Deer Park Texas Roadhouse we have a pleasant experience, but tonight wasnt so great. I wont go into all the sordid details, but we were quite impressed with how Megan, the manager on duty, handled the situation. Patty, our server was also as impressive. Our food was alright...we know problems arise from time to time, its how the issues were taken care of expectantly that reminded us why we love you guys so much. Keep up the good work, one bad day doesnt reflect all the positive experiences weve had. Stay safe and healthy!
Service wasn’t the best, ladies at the entrance seemed very confused and waitress seemed very busy entertaining a gentleman at the bar. The only okay part was the food, will be giving Texas Roadhouse a long deserved break until Regional manager comes back because things only seem to run smooth when he is there.

This is a loud, fun place, with good food & great service. The cheddar fries were a fantastic way to start our meal. The bacon topping on them were perfect. I wont even get into the god like bread rolls. My steak smothered in onions hit the spot. Dessert was a warm brownie with ice cream. Yumm!Our server, Lindsey, was fun, fast, & made great suggestions. If you want fun, great food, & great service, in a rowdy atmosphere, this place is for you!
Went there yesterday the food was cold waitress was not paying attention to our needs. Had to ask for ketcup 3 times when it finally came the containers were dirty. The girl that first sat us down had an attitude. Will be giving this place a break for a longggggggggg while. Everyone seemed confused an aggrivated.

Will not go back. Went there on a Thursday at 4pm and was disappointed with the 6oz sirloin steak my friend and I ordered.the steaks were so tough we had to cut into very thin small pieces. My friends steak had a part that you could not even cut with the steak knife and that was about 1/4 of her steak we dont know if it was a knot or a very long and hard piece of grizzle.
With exception to sometimes not receiving all of the items you order online or call in, the staff is always friendly and the food tastes great. Definitely a FUN experience!
Was not informed that the steak we chose would be a different price than the menu price, regardless of the fact that we chose the same size steaks from the glass case as the menu. Don’t ask us to pick our own steak, and THEN charge us extra without saying anything about it. Three of the steaks were not cooked according to our requested temperatures, and had to be sent back to be redone. Very disappointed in our experience.

We love this place. Food is good. They know how to cook a steak or burger to a true medium rare (warm, pink center with only a tiny bit of brown around the edges). Reasonably priced and friendly, attentive staff.

2022-06-29Steak is not so juicy. But The shrimps And ribs that come with the steak are amazing. The Shrimp really bounce back when you chew them. Ribs are also very tasty with their sauces on it. The bread was amazing, very soft!!!! And very tasty, smells good too. Boneless buffalo wings is just so so. Service is very nice. Environment is good too.

2022-05-01Excellent casual but great tasting steakhouse without breaking the bank.I usually dine at the East Meadow location however today decided to take a drive out to deer Park since it was such a nice day. This location is definitely more crowded and I’m sure it’s due to Tanger Mall being right down the street.As With any Texas roadhouse the steaks are tender and juicy with a vast choice of side dishes. Their fish and chips is pretty darn crispy on the outside but juicy inside.I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for a casual meal anytime.

2022-05-10I had been to this location a bunch of times, but everything was exceptionally perfect during my last visit on May 8, 2022. Service was great! Food was super yummy! Everything came out in a timely manner! This location has a really great, efficient team! Our server, Jamie (I believe that’s her name, she was wearing braided pig tails and a cap) even gave us flowers at the end, which I thought was a nice touch :)

It was a bargain.I get more bargains by email and text through the VIP program.The bar is nice place to eat and meet new people.The restaurant attracts a diverse crowd. No one feels lonely here.

2021-08-31Texas Roadhouse lived up to their reputation of legendary food and service. Portions were more than I had expected! I left the restaurant feeling full and happy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my meal.

2022-05-28Good place to eat but hostess had bad attitude we ask to change our table she give as an attitude and trough out the utensils at the table but other wise of that the server Jenn was very careful with as food was excellent like the first time I was here oh one more thing utensils was dirty and have to ask to get a clean one.

2021-09-28Came here on Sunday night, we were seated fast (you do have to check in before getting there), our waiter was Mike. He did a good job introducing himself and letting us know what Texas Roadhouse was known for. Our food came out at a decent time. Everything was cooked to perfection. We left happy. Well be back!
